"Lucy please, run." Reedus pleaded with Lucy.
"And leave you alone, no way!" Lucy refused with a mix of emotions from fear, rage, sorrow, and self-hatred.
"Lucy please, we all want to protect you, now please run away." Reedus pleaded his case as he proceeded to draw on his body.
"Pict magic: Roar of silver" Reedus shouted as he drew those gorilla things that Macco used to be.
"Wow that's some good magic, too bad it's ineffective on us." The brown skinned, blacked haired girl said, as her bald friend sent destructive music notes at Reedus. Reedus and his gorillas were knocked but got back up, as the gorillas went for the girl this time, but all of a sudden mirrors came up and absorbed the gorillas and reflected them all back at Reedus, hurting him a lot.
"This is my mirror magic!" the girl exclaimed.
"I'm so sorry Reedus, I'm so sorry guys!" Lucy thought
"Gah" Lucy said in pain as she was kicked by Gajeel
"Leaving your friend behind. Some friend you are" Gajeel makes fun of Lucy.
As Reedus was taken down, Lucy watched as her friend was injured very badly.
"How weak . . . You actually like hanging out with these guys, princess?" Gajeel askes, mocking Lucy.
"You . . . You, You'll never." Lucy said in anger as she stood up
"Aw what's wrong, Fairy girl gonna cry now. Haha ha ha! " Gajeel said laughing
"Ahhhhh!" Lucy screamed standing up hands up trying to punch Gajeel, who dogged it and then punched her in the gut knocking Lucy out.
"Hahaha what an idiot!" Gajeel exclaimed. Gajeel then grabbed Lucy and proceeded to exit the building by the broken rooftop
"Wait, what happened to the giant, did those fairy nerds stop it." Gajeel thought to himself. Then Gajeel dodged a surprise attack by Loke through pure instinct
"Wow, that's a good greeting if I have seen one." Gajeel said mockingly.
"What have you done to Lucy! For this I'd suggest you let her go before I erase you from this world." Loki threatened
"Ha! Just try it!" Gajeel challenged.
"Loki…" Lucy thought faintly during the fight between Gajeel and Loki. She then saw Loki being kicked back down to the warehouse.
"Loke, no… Why … Why am I so useless to the people who treat me like family." she thought. Then Lucy was picked up by Gajeel where she was being taken to the Phantom Lord guild house.
"Why … Why am I so useless." she thought to herself one last time.
"Don't you just hate being useless." a voice she could barely hear said
"What, who said that" Lucy thought
"I said don't you HATE BEING USELESS" The voice said much more louder like a lion
"Yes YES. I do hate being useless!" Lucy sobbed, she didn't know why but she had to give an immediate answer to the voice.
"Then why don't you do something about it?" the voice scolded
"I would if I could. But I'm not strong enough." Lucy said in sadness and in anger.
"How sad. But fear not for this moment I'll give you a piece of my power, but if there is a next time do not use me as a tool to solve all of your problems, next time become stronger so that you can protect your friends and family from whatever threats may come." The voice said.
"... You will help me." Lucy thought in disbelief and a bit of surprise.
"Yes," the voice said.
"I just need your power to draw me out." the voice added
"But how can I? I'm too tired." Lucy asked.
"I thought you wanted to save your guild?" The voice said
"... Yeah your right, I'm not ready to give up! EVER!" Lucy exclaimed.
"Then focus all of the magical power you can muster on me!" The voice explained. Lucy berated in and out, then focused all of her magical power on the voice she heard.
"More Lucy, I need more!" The voice exclaimed. Lucy focused much more of her magical power on the voice and gave it a lot of power and then some more.
"Then summon me Lucy. Call out my name." The voice said
"I'am the second guardian of fire. IFRIT!" The voice said
"I call … Call." Lucy said in the real world.
"More, Lucy, gather more power." The voice commanded
"Upon-u–Upon you." Lucy said strained
"Woah, this girl has a lot more power than I thought. Breaking her is gonna be fun!" Gajeel excitedly thinks about breaking Lucy and showing the destruction of her guild in front of her.
"Lucy, you have to save your guild." The voice spoke.
"The …guardian of fire." Lucy spoke.
"What was that, I couldn't hear what you said." Gajeel said
"Save your family LUCY!" The voice roared.
"IIIIIIIIIFRIT!" Lucy said aloud. Then suddenly a cyclone of fire was summoned out of nowhere spilling out heat everywhere. Then a giant hand suddenly uppercutted Gajeel, and grabbed Lucy with the other.
"What the …" Gajeel said recovering in pain. When the cyclone of fire stopped, what appeared was a giant reptile with fire forming around its body, with horns of fire making it resemble somewhat like a demon, with giant claws, an ashen white mane, a giant tale, and monster like legs, and it's whole body is covered with traces of fire, looking somewhat like a volcano. Ifrit then tries punching Gajeel with Gajeel trying to punch the giant fist but to no avail as he gets punched down through a couple of buildings, causing significant damage. Gajeel then takes a piece of iron from a house and has more energy
"You damn monster!" Gajeel yelled angrily. As jumped up by using his iron fists to propel him, stretching out his fists, then punching Ifrit who blocked it using his hand making him jump back a little, Gajeel then tries punching Ifrit in midair, only to be uppercutted. Ifrit then jumps in the air kicking Gajeel causing blood to come out of his mouth and making him stay in the air a bit longer. Ifrit then whips Gajeel with his tail, sending him to a nearby unpopulated hill.
"You shit. I'll get you back for this!" Gajeel said angrily, still having some energy to fight. Ifrit then holds his hands up for five seconds then brings it down when Gajeel got out of the rubble.
"Wait, why did he do that?" Gajeel said. Then suddenly Gajeel felt hot, then it kept getting more, and more hot, which is when the trees caught on fire.
"What the hell is happening!" Gajeel asked with a feeling of foreboding.
Gajeel looks up only to see the giant fireball as hot as the sun charging for him with extremely hot flames. "Holy fuck. SHIT!" Gajeel screamed as he had no time to evade the massive attack only covering his body in iron dragon scales, to make it do less damage, but Gajeel still feels the attack devastating his body, covering him in fire throughout his whole body, leaving Gajeel in a burnt state. Because of his scales though Gajeel is only unconscious. Gajeel's two other friends when they saw this made the decision of running away rather than fighting ifrit.
"What-what happened?" Lucy asks as she wakes up. She then sees that the neighborhood was a bit wrecked, with fire all around. She then tries to find Ifrit but couldn't find it.
"This looks like something Natsu could cause." Lucy states, she then looks at the direction of the guild as it was being attacked by the black shadows. Lucy feels worried and angry because this was caused by her father trying to get her back for marriage, her hate for her own father growing.
"But I can't. Not when I don't have my celestial key-" Lucy stops herself as she looks down to see her legs… Only to find that they are not her legs, and instead it was the legs of a monster. She then looks at her own hand only to find that her body was there and she was not in it.
"Is- is that my body!" She freaked out.
"Then-then what body am I in." Lucy said. Lucy then walks towards a large body of water, only to see that she is in the body of a large monster.
"Is–is that me! What am I! Am– am I Iffrittt!" She said shocked and scared of herself.
She then sighed and said, "Dammit, I shouldn't have listened to that voice." She then looks at herself one more time, then she looks at the guild hall.
"But maybe with this I can … actually help the guild." Lucy said. She then started walking towards the guild but in a few seconds she started running. 'I want to save my friends, my guild, my family!' Lucy thought to herself.
