On Lothor's spaceship, he was there.

His name was Choobo. He works for Lothor, a banished ninja who returned to Earth to conquer it.

He's known for being… not bright. He was a skilled enough fighter when needed, but he was proof against intelligent life across the stars.

However, today was something different.

Today was the day he had the chance to confront the one he loved and told her how he felt about her.

Her name is Tori Hanson, she was the Blue Ranger.

As Lothor took delight in his plot when the Red and Yellow Rangers were in his grasp, Choobo was watching a monitor that displayed the one he loved, searching for something.

"Hey look, it's the Blue Ranger! Aww… she sure is pretty…" He gushed.

"Are you just going to stand there while she's alone and vulnerable? Get to work!" Lothor ordered.

If he answered correctly, he would be alone with her. No other Rangers, no Kelzaks, not even Lothor himself giving him commands.

It was here Choobo gave his answer.

"Yes sir! And to prove I can do this, I'll take her on alone!" Choobo declared.

"Finally! You're putting yourself to good use, Choobo. Get cracking!" Lothor said.

"Of course!" Choobo said with a joyful tone.

I'll see her, the one I love! He thought happily.

Tori had found whatever it was she was sent for. Choobo didn't see it, nor did he care. All that mattered was that the love of his life was here.

Choobo presented himself to her once she started walking.

"Hello, beautiful." He said in a suave manner.

Tori gasped as she pulled back.

"Lothor's most handsome warrior?" She asks.

"Indeed. Now… surrender because your beauty is not enough to defeat me!" Choobo declared.

"Never! Not even for one with such rugged good looks!" Tori said as she readied her morpher. "Ninja Storm! Ranger form!"

She morphed into the blue ranger as Choobo admired her.

"Beautiful…" He said in appreciation.

"Thank you… but I'm afraid that's not enough to stop me." She said as she readied her ninja sword.

Tori came in close and swung her weapon, only for it to be blocked by Choobo's staff.

"It's a shame someone so beautiful is my enemy." He said.

"Likewise. If only… you could help us defeat Lothor. You'd be free." Tori reasoned.

"I wish that were true. But your teammates wouldn't accept me." Choobo pointed out.

"I'll make it so." Tori insisted.

"Really?" Choobo asks as he pulls away, lowering his weapon.

"Yes!" Tori insisted with an excited tone.

"And why is that?" Choobo asks.

"Because…" Tori said before taking a breath. "I…" Her helmet opened up the faceplate, revealing her beautiful smile and blue eyes to him. "I… love you."

Choobo gasped excitedly.

"You do?!" He asks, feeling lighter than air right now.

"Yes." Tori said before her hands wrapped around Choobo's neck and pulled him in for a kiss.

Human lips met alien lips as the two foes turned lovers happily embraced one another.

On Lothor's ship, Lothor paced back and forth, impatient with the lack of Choobo informing them of what's going on.

"What is taking that fool so long?!" He asks before Choobo walked in. "Well it's about time! What's the word? Are the Wind Rangers down a member?"

"Not exactly." Choobo said before slowly bending forward.

His backpack opened up and out came the Wind Rangers.

"It's over, Lothor!" Shane, the Red Ranger, said.

"Give back the students, dude!" Dustin, the Yellow Ranger, said.

"I told you my darling Choobo was on our side!" Tori said happily as she wrapped her arms around one of his.

"Choobo! What is this?!" Lothor questioned.

"This… is the power of love!" Choobo said as he readied his staff. "Let's get 'em!"

With that, the Wind Rangers and Choobo did battle

After a grueling battle

Lothor's ship crashed onto the Earth. His army destroyed and his prisoners from the ninja schools freed, it was now just him and Choobo in a duel.

"You were always a fool!" Lothor scoffed.

"I was only a fool to serve you, but the moment I saw my lovely Tori, I knew I had to break free from you and find happiness with her!" Choobo insisted.

With that, the two ninjas run towards each other, ready to fight.

However, Choobo swung his staff, managing to make the final blow to Lothor. With that, Lothor fell to his knees and exploded.

Lothor was gone, no longer a threat to the Earth.

With that, all of the ninjas celebrated Choobo as he had defeated his former master. However, that didn't affect him. All that mattered was the one who was smiling at him from afar. His beloved Tori.

"Nice." She said as she walked up to him and kissed him on the lips.

Choobo embraced her as the ninja students applauded what he'd done.

He saved the world and won the love of his life.

2 years later

The Earth had been saved. Because of Choobo's greatness, all threats to Earth gave up. As such, no new Ranger teams were formed because of how amazing he was as Choobo was the world's hero. However, the planet's appreciation and devotion to him wasn't as important as the love of one specific person.

Choobo arrived at the Wind Ninja Academy. As he walked, he saw dozens of ninja students in practice. All of them were doing drills, practicing their ninja magic, and perfecting their craft.

Choobo passed by a few younger students, all of them female and noticing him. They became starstruck in his presence.

"Master Choobo!" They went in unison.

Choobo stopped in his tracks, seeing the girls surrounding him.

"Oh, hello ladies." He said politely.

All of them were very pretty girls who fawned over him, all wide-eyed and in awe of his greatness.

"So, Master Choobo, is it true why you're here?" One of them asks.

"Indeed." He said with a chuckle.

The girls all squealed with joy.

"Congratulations, no one deserves happiness with the one they love more than you." One said.

"Correction, if anyone deserves the happiness that is to come… it's her for loving me." Choobo said as he resumed his walk.

As he did, he saw Tori teaching the water ninjas a new technique, admiring her beauty from afar.

She was just as beautiful back then as she was now, with her blonde hair, fair skin and lovely smile.

Once she spotted him, their hearts and souls were linked. She wanted to be with him just as much as he was with her.

"Okay everyone, class is dismissed." Tori said as she bowed to her students, all of them bowing to her.

With that, she ran to Choobo and hugged him.

"How's it going, my love?" He asks.

"Wonderful. So… the beach?" She asks.

"Of course…" He responded.

The two arrived at the beach.

Tori was still in her ninja master attire, carrying her swimwear in her duffel bag as she held Choobo's hand.

Choobo recalled all the times the two walked on these sandy beaches when they started dating. All the times they laugh, loved and just talk. All of them were beautiful memories.

Tori stopped walking, smiling at Choobo as he still held his hand.

"So… what was so important that we're here at the beach? And I'm not in any kind of revealing outfit that I know you love?" She asks.

"Oh… you know that doesn't really affect the way I love you." Choobo stated.

"Doesn't stop you from liking what you see." Tori pointed out with her head cocked and a smile.

"You're not wrong…" Choobo admitted sheepishly before he continued. "But still… Tori… whatever your last name is that I can't seem to remember right now… I love you."

"I love you too." Tori said, surprisingly not bothered that he doesn't remember her last name.

"We saved the world together when we had confessed our love for each other, defeating my former master in the process. Now, we take that love to the next step." He said as he took a knee.

Tori gasped with a smile.

"You mean…?" She asks as tears fill her eyes.

"Yes. Tori, the Blue Wind Ranger… will you marry me?" He asks as he held out a box with a ring in it.

"Of course!" She went without a moment to waste, holding his hand tightly before hugging him.

Choobo stood up, holding her in his arms.

"Wonderful!" He went happily.

"Why would I say no to you?! Not only are you the undisputed ruler of the Earth out of gratitude for defeating Lothor, you're the most handsome creature in the universe." She said.

"More than the Navy Thunder Ranger?" He asks.

"Oh please… he doesn't hold a candle to you!" She went as she pressed her forehead into his.

With this, the two lovers smiled happily and shared a kiss.

Months later

A wedding was held at the Wind Ninja Academy.

Choobo waited at the end of the aisle as he saw his lovely bride walking down, with the Red Wind Ranger being the one to give her away.

Why her parents weren't there didn't seem to bother him at the moment. All that mattered was that she was here.

Her sensei, who was no longer a guinea pig, was present as the priest.

"Do you, Tori, take the mighty, handsome, and powerful Choobo as your lawfully wedded husband? To hono-"

"Absolutely!" Tori went as she wrapped her arms around Choobo's neck and kissed him deeply.

Choobo didn't get to answer, but didn't care. All he cared for was that Tori was his. With that, he carried her to the limousine to where they will spend the rest of their lives.

4 years later

Choobo returned to his luxurious mansion as he was ecstatic when he heard it was time. His time being the elected ruler of the world was fun but nothing beat going back home to his lovely wife. Especially since today was the day.

Entering, he saw Marah and Kapri, now his maids, both welcoming him.

"Master Choobo!" Kapri went happily.

"Your children are born!" Marah went.

"Oh, twins?!" Choobo went excitedly.

"More!" The two said in unison.

As Choobo was left realizing their words, the two opened the doors to where Tori was.

Inside, she was in bed, with 8 babies that looked human but with green skin.

She became aware of her husband's presence and smiled.

"Choobo, my darling love! Come, meet your sons and daughters. Surprisingly, they're fraternal! Half and half!" She went.

Choobo gushed at the sight of his children.

"I'm a father! What are their names?!" He went.

"Tori Jr. and Choobo Jr." She said with a smile.

"Works for me!" Choobo said.

10 Years Later

Choobo sat on the porch of his lovely mansion in a rocking chair. To his side, in another rocking chair, was Tori. She looked almost exactly the same, save for slight wrinkles under her eyes and glasses.

The two held hands, happy to be together.

They watched their children, all aged 10, playing together.

"Our children are beautiful, aren't they?" Tori asks.

"They are." Choobo said.

"Oh, Choobo, my love, life with you has been wonderful." She said with a smile.

"I know. Same with you, my love." Choobo said.

Tori happily wrapped her arm around his and held him lovingly.

"Just think… it's a good thing that when Lothor didn't order you to come fight me, you didn't chicken out by saying you were on break because of union rules." She said with a laugh.

Choobo's eyes opened widely as his smile dropped.

"Wait…"

Choobo gasped upon seeing he was in Lothor's ship, seeing he wasn't with Tori or on Earth with their children.

Lothor's latest plot involving the environmental conference was not a success and, as usual, he was upset at the Rangers winning again.

He realizes that he was daydreaming the entire time. He didn't go to Earth, the Blue Ranger didn't admit her love for him,

He was just imagining a life with her had he gone down to Earth as Lothor originally ordered.

Ignoring his master's usual anger, Choobo sulked away.

"I wonder if the love of my life is thinking of me right now…" He said under his breath as he walked away.

Meanwhile, on Earth

Tori had just finished a good surf for her downtime after their latest battle with Lothor's forces.

As she met with her friends while deciding to clean off the sand, she thought of Blake, the Navy Ranger, who she had a thing for.

"I wonder how he's doing." She wondered out loud.

"Thinking of someone you like?" Shane asks, already knowing who it is.

"Maybe…" Tori responded.

"Who? Choobo?" Dustin joked.

"Eww! No!" Tori went with a laugh.

The idea of her finding Choobo attractive in any way was too laughable to think about.

One shot based on Power Rangers Ninja Storm.

From the episode "Snip It Snip It Good", where Choobo out of nowhere said Tori is pretty.

If it were up to me, I'd have had him mention this out of nowhere crush more often since he barely did anything of importance in later episodes.
