Chapter 1
Prologue
Darkness, ever encompassing darkness is what found our baffled, yet curious soul
as it drifted in the void. Wondering as to who or what it was and why it was here,
with only brief flashes of recollection of a life it instinctively knew belonged to it,
but felt no lingering attachment for, until sweet clarity struck and the previously
confused soul realized that it or rather he had died, though he could not remember
the names of his family or friends only brief glimpses he came to the conclusion
that such memories were hazy at best. Curiously though, what struck out as odd
were that his memories of things such as his name, manga, anime, comics, and
educational knowledge was perfectly intact.
"What's going on here, I get that I died, but why don't I remember how and for that
matter my own family?" The soul pondered, "also where exactly is this. If this is
the afterlife then this is gonna suck balls man." Suddenly an enchanting chuckle
resounded behind him and so with slow deliberate movements he turned his head (
well not literally as he was nothing but a ball of light, but semantics) only to
metaphorically drop his jaw at the stunning piece of gradeA goddess that floated in
front of him with an amused expression and raised eyebrows.
Now naturally due to amnesia he may not vividly remember his life, but one thing
he did know was this, and that he was no fucking simp to a pair of perfect tits and
ass. With a steady breath he composed himself and did the only thing any red
blooded male would do in a situation like this and that was to eye her
appreciatively. "I don't know who you are, but if you're a goddess or an angel I
wish I died sooner just to meet you. God damn woman you got it on and that smirk
on those luscious lips of yours say you know too." He started receiving a beautiful
blush as she averted her eyes trying to hide her radiant smile from him. 'That's
right, your boy's got game love', he thought as she tried to recompose herself.
"Such a charmer, you must have been very popular with ladies in your life,
damian," she stated to the now named damian with a small smile. In response he
gave her a shrug, not exactly knowing if that was true or not. She chuckled at his
response as she continued, " My name is alexandria, goddess of rebirth and second
chances and you are one of the few mortals that i have deemed worthy of a second
go at life, only if your willing of course." The now named goddess explained,
shocking Damian slightly and easing his heart knowing that at least in life he
wasn't a bastard if he was receiving such an offer. " If not, you will be sent along
to heaven to enjoy your after life, but something tells me you are not interested in
eternal rest quite as yet." Alexandria stated with a knowing smile that brought a
chuckle out of damian.
"That transparent huh, well you have piqued my curiosity, so how does this work?"
Damian asked, getting a pleased smile from the goddess. "For the deeds that you
have accomplished in your life you are to be reincarnated into a world of your
choice with five wishes as it were to be given to you before departure. Granted
they cannot be overly excessive so please be mindful." Alexandria explained and
to Damian that was more than reasonable to him, in fact he was absolutely giddy as
he began to formulate what he wanted and where to be reborn. After a brief
moment of deliberation he decided on his course of action.
"Alright I've decided, for the world I'd like to be reborn into my hero academia as
Izuku Midoriya' older brother of five years. As for the wishes I'd like to have
perfect recall and secondly to have a more advanced thought process. For the
remaining three, having enhanced skills granting me the ability to master anything
with sufficient time at an accelerated rate of growth would be a plus as well as
having total control over my body." As he went on Alexandria was admittedly
surprised she thought he would wish for more advanced items or abilities but here
he was asking for quite simple abilities that many people could acquire naturally,
although with intense training and focus. She was quite pleased with his reasonable
request if she said so herself. " Lastly for my quirk, this was a tricky one
considering Inko possesses a weak telekinetic quirk that only attracts small objects
and Hisashi has fire breathing. I was a bit stomped, but then I remembered how
quirks in that world work. Children either gained a more advanced version of one
of their parents' quirks, a combination or a mutation giving the child an entirely
new ability that is slightly related or completely unrelated to their parents.
As such for my quirk I'd like to have electrokinesis, being able to absorb, manipulate and
discharge electrical energy."
As Damian finished his request Alexandria smiled at him before nodding. Raising
her hand five small spheres of light appeared above her palm before flying over to
Damian and fusing with his being. Before long a pillar of light appeared beneath
him encompassing him in its warm embrace. 'I guess this is it,' Damian thought as
he looked at the goddess giving him this chance with a smile on her face. "Good
luck Damian, I pray you have a wonderful second life." As she said this he began
to fade out of the dimension, but before he left his response shocked and pleased
her greatly and just like that he was gone with his last words reverberating in her
mind. 'Thank you for everything, don't be surprised if you hear a few prayers from
me beautiful.'She chuckled, "what a charming man." And with that she too faded
to return back to heaven.
