Penguins squawked, and their cries carried across the rooftop, as the battle unfolded with each passing second. Batman kicked away one of the black-white birds, then he threw his Batarang and knocked out another one, and disabled a bomb strapped to the bird's back. He made his way towards their leader, the squat man in the black suit and purple hat.

Oswald "Penguin" Cobblepot had been trying to blow up the roof of the Gotham Economy Tower, which was closely associated with Wayne Industries, and the Dark Knight was not about to let that happen.

"You can't disable my bomb, Batman!" The Penguin shouted as the caped crusader got closer.

"I just did." Batman told his nemesis flatly.

He grabbed a pair of pliers, ripped open the compartment on The Penguin's bomb, and cut out two of the wires. Within a second, the bomb was disabled and the receivers that rested on the backs of Penguin's henchmen shut down, prompting the penguins to head somewhere else.

The Penguin cursed Batman for interfering with his plans again, calling him a pesky menace amongst many other names, and then, he aimed his machine gun umbrella at the Dark Knight, and let loose with a volley of bullets right at Batman. The masked crime fighter evaded the shots and deflected a couple bullets with his gauntlet, then he threw himself at Penguin and struck him in the face.

Caught by surprise by the force of Batman's blow, the hook-nosed criminal stumbled backwards and fell over, tripping over one of the boxes that was connected to the defused bomb. Batman threw his Batarang once more, hitting Penguin across the head. In a second, his nemesis was out like a light with nothing else to say.

With that crazy crook beaten once more, all that was left to do was get rid of the deactivated bomb, and make sure Penguin was sent back to Arkham Asylum. Luckily, the police were already on the scene, along with the bomb experts.

Knowing that a squad had to be on the way up, Batman leaped off the roof and his cape widened, allowing him to glide over the city, and he left the Economy Tower behind. Now that he'd finished taking care of his business of taking down dastardly criminals, it was time to attend to another pressing matter over at the Wayne Resort Penthouse a few blocks over.

Batman, better known as Bruce Wayne, flew towards the luxurious complex that waited for him several meters away. He glided closer until he was inches from the skylight and, automatically, the window ceiling slowly opened.

Right then, as the Dark Knight made his descent, he saw her relaxing in the hot tub, with her leg resting atop the knee of her other leg; Diana Prince, Wonder Woman, the princess of Themyscira, and his attractive girlfriend. And she had to be waiting for him. Batman made sure that nobody else was around, especially since it was night and his identity being exposed was not an option.

He landed on a soft patch of fake grass, and, once he'd checked and saw that it was just him and Wonder Woman, Bruce removed his mask to reveal his handsome face and smooth brown hair.

"Did I keep you waiting, Ms. Prince?" Bruce asked in his smooth voice as he approached Diana.

"Good evening to you, Mr. Wayne." Diana replied, she stood up in the hot tub, and the rich superhero billionaire could see his girlfriend sporting a red-brown bikini with laces. Her hair flowed down her upper back and her tiara gleamed in the moonlight, highlighting the Themysciran's irresistible beauty.

"Had to take care of a penguin withdrawal from the Economy Tower." Bruce remarked, "Birds shouldn't be leaving bombs in places where money is important, if you know what I'm talking about."

"Bruce, you know when to be half-casual with jokes like those." He heard Diana say with a slight giggle.

"You wanna see the new Bat-Pool that I installed a few levels down recently?"

Diana stood and exited the hot tub, placing a firm hand upon her slender, womanly hip while she eyed the Dark Knight with a sly smile. "Is it just me..." She lagged her finger playfully at Bruce, "...or is your penthouse getting more and more swimming pools?"

"It is a special resort." Bruce said to her, he approached the bikini-clad Themysciran and gently kissed her upon the back of the hand.

"Very well, Mr. Wayne. Show me this new Bat Pool of yours..." Diana kissed him on the cheek.

He let his girlfriend dry off, and then, with his costume still on, Bruce led Diana towards the elevator and tapped the green button. The elevator doors opened with a creak and the two crime-fighters walked inside, Bruce then tapped the '8' button once Diana had entered the lift, and the doors closed shut.

Seconds later, the elevator began to descend with a grind. Diana placed her arm around Bruce's neck and gently stroked his shoulder, eying him in a very, very dreamy manner.

Just then, a creak filled their ears and the elevator suddenly stopped moving. Bruce and Diana looked around, surprised by what was even happening. They waited a minute, then another minute, until the elevator didn't seem to resume movement. If neither of them knew better, their lift was jammed.

"How often would you say that happens?" Diana asked Bruce.

"Rarely..." Bruce grunted, "Hopefully, a maintenance crew should be on duty for tonight."

"I hope you aren't joking about the Bat Pool, Batman..." The Themysciran said, eying the caped crusader with a smirk.

"Why would I joke, I'm a busy man..." Bruce chuckled.

"Y'know, Mr. Wayne..." Diana began to finger his neck, "Perhaps you and I can have some... fun, while we wait for the elevator to be fixed?"

Bruce looked at his girlfriend half-blankly. He locked eyes with her, at a loss for words, and Diana's light-blue eyes stared into his very being. She reached to the side, and slowly fingered the Caped Crusader's shoulder in a seductive manner, while eying him dreamily.

Diana leaned closer, slightly pressing her cleavage against Bruce's torso, and looped her arm around his neck. Bruce moved his hand to the Themysciran's side and cusped her slender hip gently. Perhaps it didn't hurt to have some fun in the elevator until it was fixed. The Dark Knight couldn't resist his Amazonian girlfriend's enamoring beauty.

It was just Bruce Wayne and Diana Prince alone in the elevator, no one was bothering them, so perhaps they could get intimate all they wanted until the lift was fixed.

And engage in intimacy with one another they did. Diana pressed her advance and kissed the Caped Crusader, stroking his cheek for a brief second, and Bruce returned the kiss. They locked lips, embracing one another gently, and Bruce lifted the Amazonian princess up, with his hands firmly placed upon her womanly hips.

Diana pressed herself further, pressing Bruce against the elevator wall, and lifted her leg around his waist. Their eyes drooped, and the Batman kissed Diana on the neck while Diana playfully licked his cheek near the crime fighting crusader's nose.

The bikini-clad Amazon dove in to kiss her boyfriend a little harder and both Justice League heroes' hearts pounded in unison with each moment of love that they made. Bruce spun them around and pressed Diana to the wall, he set her down, then he slid his hand under her leg, and they made out with more steam as the Dark Knight lifted the Themysciran's leg against his waist.

Tongues slid outward and entangled with one another, Bruce and Diana kissed deeply for three minutes as the latter fiddled with the hooks of her boyfriend's cape until it dropped to the floor. Seconds later, they pulled away and Bruce put Diana's leg down, he reached up and gently held her shoulder while their gaze remained connected.

Just then, they felt a jolt and the elevator dinged before moving downward. It was finally fixed. Bruce then picked up Diana and swept her into his arms, holding the Themysciran in a gentle manner while she stroked his cheek.

"You made a pool based around your symbol?" Diana asked.

"I did..." Bruce said to her with a smile, "The symbol of the bat gives hope to others, even if it represents vengeance, so who wouldn't want to swim in a pool shaped like a bat?"

Wonder Woman smiled sweetly. And then, she leaned up and kissed Bruce once more until the elevator came to a stop, and the doors opened, leading onto the floor where the bat pool was waiting for Batman and Wonder Woman just as Bruce had said it was...

The End
