Tired of kids sneaking in after hours into the kitchen, Lou made an announcement:
'Attention campers! This will be the new normal: Anyone who is caught sneaking in after hours into the kitchen for late night snacks will all be forced into doing extra chores for a week!'
Unfortunately, that didn't go over so well, as that night, Finn found a secret way into the kitchen and snuck in almost the whole camp, and he made it look like raccoons had raided the kitchen, and it took Lou days before she figured it out.
'Okay, in all fairness, why do you kids want to keep sneaking into the kitchen even after I keep telling you not to?!' She exclaimed.
'Because we're kids. 1 of our basic instincts is to eat sweets and find ways to eat them even when adults try to keep them from us.' Finn said.
'Because rebelling against authority is basically a requirement for children who reach a certain age.' Ava said.
'Because candy is irresistable! I kept trying to resist the urge, but I just couldn't help myself!' Noah said.
'You sure it wasn't because Finn kept dangling those chocolates in front of you?' Destiny asked.
'That too!'
As much as she wanted to, Lou couldn't punish the whole camp. Instead, she made sure to put a big lock on the pantry that couldn't be broken into. And it worked, until she herself couldn't break the lock and everyone almost revolted against her.
