(Disclaimer: I do not own Transformers; just Filly)

(Authors Note: Happy Holidays my dearest readers! First of all, this chapter is just a cute holiday special and doesn't really tie into the main story, so I don't want to cause confusion and have folks wonder why it's not included with the main story. It's not suppose to be included inside the main one. All it is is a holiday special to make you feel warm and fuzzy inside without compromising the main story or altering it in any way. Think of it like a Christmas special from your favorite 90's cartoon, or a side movie spin off from your favorite film (Beauty and the Beast the Enchanted Christmas is a good example): it's whimsy and cheerful, but it doesn't have any significant impact on the main story line. Now, that being said, I know the title implies that it's a Christmas special, but I love all holidays equally: Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Boxing Day, Yule; they're all great! I only chose Christmas because that's the holiday I was raised with and let's face it: that's the main holiday every TV show does a special for. I'm merely keeping with the theme. Regardless of what holiday you celebrate, may your days be merry and bright! Stay safe, stay warm and stay awesome because you are all so amazing and I thank you for taking the time to read my holiday special!)

-A Very Filly Christmas- (A Three Makes Family holiday special)

"It was a day like any other: plain, ordinary and uneventful. But the Ark's residents seemed less cheery, bored, and almost resentful. Something was missing; that much was true. "But what," asked the sweet little femme with an apricot hue. She sat at her desk thinking and plotting: "I must do something to keep their spirits from rotting." With the internet handy, the sweet little femme discovered something quite dandy: Holidays! "That's it! That's exactly what needs to be done! We need a celebration filled with cheer, laughter and fun!" Curious, she looked up Earth's various holidays and emitted a sigh: unfortunately most of the year's celebrations have already gone by. Yet one still remained, and for a good reason: apparently it was the biggest holiday of this cold, wintry season. It was a day known as Christmas and looked quite festive, colorful and fun. "Oh won't the others be so cheerful and happy when I'm done? But where do I start? What should I do," asked the sweet little femme with an apricot hue.

After minutes of planning, she finally said, "I best get to work now while the others are still abed. There's so much to do and so little time to waste. I best get to work with all speed and all haste." Hopping down from her seat, the sweet little femme poked her head round the corner and took a quick peek. Scanning the room, her optics landed on her Baba and Papa, so dear; for if not for them, she would no longer be here. They gave her their time, their love and devotion, which is what inspired her to set this holiday plan into motion. With a smile, she tiptoed out of the room and made her way down the hall, determined to make this holiday special for one and all.

Through the Ark she wandered until she finally reached the Lab. "There's gotta be some scrap metal in there I can grab." With the stealthiness of a cat and the swiftness of a fox, the sweet little femme began placing scraps in a box. She would use these discarded items to make something quite nifty. "Oh, how lovely the base will look all sparkly and pretty." She then subspaced some tools she knew she would need; reminding herself to return them once she finished her deed.

As silently as she came, she left in a flash, making her way down the long, winding halls with her stash. Upon entering the rec room she set to work on her designs, determined to finish her surprise projects in time. She sorted, she welded, she stacked and she tied. She even made several trips back to the Lab; but she really didn't mind. "It'll all be worth it in the end," she knew in her spark. It would all be worth the trips, the labor and the parts.

Hours went by with little time to rest, but she gave it her all. She gave it her best. "I've done it! I've made a Christmas tree," the sweet little femme stated and smiled full of glee. It was made of various metals all shiny and bright; and it even had ornaments and small, twinkling lights. It was quite large in size and beautifully designed. In fact, she was sure this tree was taller than the great Optimus Prime.

With her first project completed, she headed out into the halls, for now it was time to decorate the walls. After cutting and painting, shaping and sizing, the sweet little femme had crafted something surprising. It was an array of metal snowflakes, each one different from the last. Now all she had to do was hang them up fast. With all the speed and agility she could muster, she hung up her snowflakes in pretty little clusters.

Swiftly and silently moving down each hall, the sweet little femme managed to decorate every single door, ceiling and wall. And though she was tired and weary and wanted to sleep, she made herself a promise: one she fully intended to keep. "I must bring joy and cheer to my fellow Autobot family and friends. Whatever it takes, I have to make their unhappiness end. After all, it emis/em the right thing to do," said the sweet little femme with an apricot hue.

With newfound motivation, she was determined to finish preparing for their Christmas celebration. By the time she was done, the base looked festive and bright, for now it was decorated with metal snowflakes, baubles and small, colorful lights. With her task now complete and her work at its best, the sweet little femme laid herself down for some much needed rest.

One by one the Autobots soon emerged from their rooms and were met with a strange revelation: there were snowflakes and bells and signs wishing holiday celebrations. Who among them could have done all this without anyone knowing? They pondered and thought: their questions ever growing. As they followed the signs leading down through the halls, they took some time to admire the decorations lining the doors, ceilings and walls: they were lovely, and sweet and whimsical too. But who among them could have devised, oversaw, and completed this project through?

Upon entering the rec room, they were met with a dazzling sight, for in its center stood a Christmas tree all covered in lights! It was made out of metal and stood rather tall. In fact, it made most of them feel rather quite small. As they admired over the tree, ornaments and the bright twinkling lights, Jazz and Prowl suddenly rushed in with their optics full of fright:

"Where is our sparkling?! Have any of you seen her near?!"

"Do not worry, you two, she's right over here," Bumblebee said as he pointed underneath the Christmas tree. Sure enough, there was young Filly, as cute as could be. She was peacefully recharging, curled up in a heap. Seeing this, everyone decided that it was best that she sleep.

As they looked upon the tiny femme with warm adoration, the Autobots suddenly had a stunning revelation: It was Filly who decorated the base the night before! It was she who hung up snowflakes, bells and signs on every wall, ceiling and door!

Sensing her creators and friends were nearby, Filly opened her optics and smiled with a "Hi…" She crawled out from under the tree and happily stated, "I hope you like the base all pretty and decorated."

"It's beautiful, sweetspark," Jazz said and gave her a kiss. "But if I may ask: why did you do all of this?"

With a shy look she cheerfully replied, "I noticed how gloomy everyone appeared to be, so I took it upon myself to make us a Christmas tree."

"Well, that was rather sweet of you to do," said Prowl with a smile as he then kissed her too. "I admit that we've all been feeling rather down as of late. Perhaps it is time we had a reason to celebrate."

"I agree," stated Sideswipe with a smirk. "It would be nice to do something other than fight Decepticons and work. Our war has left us with no joy and no cheer; rather, it has brought us nothing but sparkache and fear."

"Indeed," spoke his twin. "Cybertron used to have holidays before emthe Fall/em; now they're just part of our history and rarely celebrated at all."

"Well, that stops now," Optimus finally spoke and smiled under his mask. "War or not, we're going to celebrate something at long last. This Christmas seems fascinating, whimsical and bright. It has a familiarity that feels pleasant and right."

And with that, the Autobots celebrated and made merry all day, with music and dancing and fun games to play. Stories of adventures were shared and were told, as well as recollections of great victories and battles of old.

As the celebration continued long into the night, Filly spoke up with her optics shining bright, "Now, I believe this is something the humans would say: Happy Holidays to all and have a Merry Christmas Day! Oh, and there's just one more thing to mention before I'm done: Primus bless us every one!"
