Rivercourt Rambles

Chapter 14

At 25 weeks. My baby bump was the size of a soccer ball. I was in my 6th month of pregnancy now. The babies were actually kicking now. In the morning. After i ate. Especially at night. Which makes sleeping alot more of a chore now.

In 3 months. I'll be going through labor and delivery. I haven't wrapped my head or heart around that. I can't picture any of it now.

...

"Lucas Scott." A voice said.

"Anna Taggaro. You said you would keep in touch." Lucas replied.

She smiled pulling him into a hug.

...

"I want you in the life of our kids. But how the both of you treat Lucas has to improve. He's my husband. A soon to be father."

"I trust him completely. We love and accept each other fully."

"If you can't do that. I don't want either of you in my life at all." Brooke stated matter of fact.

Once she settled in at Davis home for lunch.

"I can admit we were wrong about Lucas. Maybe we were quick to judgement." Ted Davis replied.

"Speak for yourself." Victoria added in.

"We love you cookie. And we want nothing more then to make the most out of this new opportunity to be in you're life."

"As you're parents and grandparents. I've set up a trust fund for each of the twins. In their name. It'll be there for them to have when their 21." Ted explained.

Victoria sighed deeply. "Why don't we have a brunch. The family. You. Lucas. Karen. Keith. Us. We should all be on the same page." Victoria suggested.
