"Good. That's everything." Sasuke said as he looked around his room one last time. He took a breath in as he seen Team seven's picture beside his bed.
His mind was already set on doing what he knew he had to do. Mostly for himself and his goal. He felt he was too weak and incompetent. They were terrible feelings that ate at his entire being.
A part of him could say that he would miss them.
They were like his second family
His eyes narrowed and then he put the picture face down.
He couldn't afford to be emotional right now.
He nodded his head.
BOOM
Sasuke's Sharingans immediately activated as he analyzed his surroundings.
The Hell was that??
His eyes slightly widened as he heard a...squelching noise moving around his apartment
He had to definitely check this out
He was on guard as he slowly led his way to the noise.
It sounded like whatever it was, was going through his refrigerator as he could hear the door open and it rampaging through different foods.
His Sharingan immediately analyzed the..orange sludge track leading to his kitchen
His hand twitched with his signature technique at the ready
But as he turned the corner even he wouldn't be prepared for what he had seen.
It was ingrained in his memory forever, kudos to the Sharingan.
What he seen was an orange blob thing eating or..absorbing different kinds of sweet things in his refrigerator..literally

The blob must have felt him staring at it as it turned around with curiosity. It had two big black puppy eyes and a mouth.
"AH! Chidori!!" Sasuke yelled out. His familiar technique appeared in his left hand as he ran at the blob.
Strangely the blob didn't even try dodging, it actually looked like it was holding its 'arms' out in a hug.
"DIEE!!" He yelled again as he pierced where he knew its heart should be.
What he felt next as he pierced through the blob couldn't be described with words.
He could even smell the familiar scent of his late Mother.
It was like what he felt from before..even towards his older brother, Itachi Uchiha, was gone in an instant.
It was replaced by feelings of happiness, joy, exhilaration, euphoria, etc.
The unharmed blob actually managed to make its way onto his arm and around his neck. It then covered his whole body with its form.

"HAHAHA!!" Sasuke couldn't prevent himself from laughing out loud. The blob was tickling him, it was tickling him.
He couldn't stop laughing as he fell on the floor. He don't remember the last time he laughed this hard..it felt..nice
He was glad everybody else didn't know that he was actually very ticklish. Yeah him, The Last Uchiha was..ticklish
Damn that was embarrassing.
"O-Kay s-stop t-that's enough." He said as he finally had enough.
He felt the tickling stop and actually let out a genuine smile and relieving sigh.
It was like the chains and burdens from his past was released.
He..felt like crying
Damn he actually was crying
He could hear the blob making a cooing noise as it hugged him tightly.
He hugged it back.
His tears fell for a long while and the blob was still there to support him.
Finally he wiped the tears and managed to stand on his feet.
"So..what's your name??" He asked it with a smile.
He seen it widely smile and make a high pitch noise. It used its 'hand' to draw a couple things on the ground.
"SCP..999??" Sasuke confusingly asked.
It nodded its head excitedly.
"Well it's nice to meet you Triple 9. My name is Sasuke Uchiha." Sasuke greeted and held his hand out.
It cooed happily and shook his hand.
Sasuke nodded. "Now I was going to leave..but I don't feel like doing that anymore." He said. He then went to his bathroom to look at his reflection.
His eyes widened. "The Mangekyo Sharingan?!" He yelled with surprise.
But..how
An image flashed in his mind of the extreme happy emotions he felt
That's it!
So that's why Itachi wanted him to kill Naruto!
But it seems like the Mangekyo Sharingan could be also obtained through intense emotions in general.
Interesting.
He took a deep breath in and out. His normal black Onyx eyes were seen.
..Well what now?
He went to sit on his couch and watched as Triple 9 sat beside him. He held his hand out and pet its head to its extreme delight.
He heard it cooing and smiled.
He'd figure he first notify the Sound Four that he won't be leaving the village anymore. He made a sign and a Shadow Clone appeared. He nodded to it and it disappeared.
Orochimaru will be very disappointed and angry hearing that news.
He wondered how he will train now.
A lightbulb then came above his head and he felt like slapping himself.
He literally had a genius and one of the most adept/skillful Ninjas on the planet for a sensei.
He would surely train him more, all he had to do was press him about it.
He could also train with others in the village to get even more stronger and powerful.
He literally had all the sources, but his emotions blinded him from seeing it.
He wouldn't let that happen again.
Sasuke looked at his new friend. As strange of an encounter the two had, he was very glad and happy he met Triple 9.
"Thank you..Triple 9." He said gratefully.
He heard it make a high pitch noise before hugging him.
He slightly chuckled. "Let's get some rest." He said.
-Cutscene-
It was the next day and Sasuke opened his eyes to the beaming of the warm sunlight. He could feel something poking at him from the side and looked to see triple 9 already up and smiling.
"Goodmorning to you too." Sasuke smiled back as he petted its head and heard it coo at his touch.
He planned on meeting up with Kakashi right away and asking him to train him seriously this time.
"You hungry?" Sasuke asked his friend.
He heard it let out a loud pitched noise.
"I'll feed you after I get myself together. Relax here for a bit." Sasuke said and watched as it nodded his head.
Sasuke then stood up and went to get himself together.
-Cutscene-
Sasuke watched with an amused expression as Triple 9 ate the big strawberry shortcake he cooked for it. From the looks of it, it looked to be delicious, considering how Triple 9 was absolutely obliterating it.
Knock Knock Knock
Sasuke stood up as he heard knocking on his door. He began walking to it, once he reached the door, he glanced back at Triple 9.
'Should I hide him orr?' He thought. He decided to let him be for now.
Sasuke opened the door to see a concerned and worried Sakura.
"Sakura??" He questioned out confusingly.
Sakura said nothing as she gave him a tight hug. "Sasuke-kun..I'm so glad you're still here. I had a very bad feeling in m-my stomach." She said as her voice cracked.
Damn it seems that his departure would've had an effect on her.
He felt guilty and regret for what he would've done.
Sasuke hugged her back tightly and closed his eyes. "Sakura..thank you for your concern. I'm alright..and I want to apologize to you." He said
Sakura's eyes widened with surprise.
She certainly didn't expect that.
If anything she expected him to shove her away from him.
She melted in his embrace. "F-for what Sasuke-kun?" A very flustered Sakura asked.
"For everything." He said honestly.
Sakura could hear the integrity in his voice and a wide warm smile appeared on her face.
Both then felt something crawl up on their legs and heard a loud pitch noise.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!" Both of them laughed simultaneously.
"S-Sasuke-kun!! W-what is this orange t-thing?! It m-makes me feel so happy!!" Sakura giggled hard.
"D-Damn y-you T-Triple 9!!" Sasuke laughed and said.
"I've n-never felt s-so happy in m-my life before." Sakura continued giggling.
"O-Okay s-stop T-Triple 9!" Sasuke laughed and let out a relieved sigh as it finally stopped.
"Awwee! He's so adorable!!" Sakura said as she smiled and hugged the cooing Triple 9. "Its a he right Sasuke-kun? And where'd you find him??" The smiling Sakura asked as she continued hugging Triple 9.
"Yeah..I think. He didn't say he wasn't." Sasuke shrugged. "His name is Triple 9 and I found him last night." He said.
"Well Triple 9 aren't you the sweetest and cutest thing ever?? Oh yes you are..who's a good boy??" Sakura smiled widely as she played with him.
Sasuke smiled as he looked. "Have you seen Kakashi Sakura?" He asked.
"I think he's with Lady Tsunade Sasuke-kun why?" Sakura asked as she continued petting Triple 9.
"I want to ask him can he train me again. Seriously this time." Sasuke said.
"Oh that sounds great Sasuke-kun." Sakura responded.
"Yeah. You should get stronger and take your training seriously as well Sakura. I feel we're going to need it in the coming years." Sasuke said.
Sakura had a contemplative expression on her face and nodded with understanding. "Yeah you're right Sasuke-kun." She said. Hm maybe she can get Lady Tsunade herself to train her.
Sasuke nodded. "Triple 9, can you somehow hide yourself?" He asked.
Triple 9 nodded and made a high pitched noise in return.
He crawled up on Sasuke and once he got to his neck, he transformed himself into an elegant orange necklace.
"Nice." Sasuke said as he looked. "Let's go Sakura." He said as he left out.
Sakura was slightly disappointed as she still wanted to play with Triple 9, but she followed.
-Cutscene-
While they were walking Sasuke and Sakura noticed Team 10 and Team 8.
"Hey Sasuke-kun!" Ino yelled as she ran up in front of him. "How are you?" She smiled and asked.
Sasuke to her surprise actually smiled back and even hugged her. "I'm fine Ino. Thank you for asking." Sasuke then released her and gave her a once over. "You look good." He said.
A flustered Ino turned red as a tomato and she sputtered.
"Gee Sasuke what's got you so happy this morning?" Kiba asked as he chuckled.
"Greetings Kiba and I just feel positive." Sasuke responded. He then turned his attention towards Hinata. He barely recognized her. Hinata Hyuga right? Damn he don't even remember ever talking to her.
Let's change that.
"..Hinata right? You look pretty." He said with a smile. After all, his Mother did tell him that girls loved compliments.
Hinata's eyes widened with surprise as her face turned even redder than Ino's. She didn't expect to hear that from Sasuke out of all people. It left her speechless and all she managed was a bashful nod in thanks.
"Greetings to you three as well Shika, Choji, and Shino. Me and Sakura will be on our way now." Sasuke said with a smile and left with Sakura in tow.
Both of the teams were left shellshocked and speechless as they watched the two.
-Cutscene-
"So the loser already left to train with Jiraiya huh?" Sasuke asked.
Kakashi nodded. "After they met in the hospital, they left right after." He responded.
Sasuke looked down in thought. 'Good for Naruto. He's got the right idea. I won't let myself fall behind though surely.' He then looked back up at Kakashi. "I want you to teach me everything you know." He said.
Kakashi looked slightly surprised at his newly conviction and determination. It looked like something switched inside him. He could tell from a mile away.
"I don't want no slacking either, I want the real deal. Promise me. Can you do that for me..Sensei?" Sasuke asked with sincerity.
Kakashi knew that this would be very important for Sasuke and he promised him and himself that he wouldn't let him down. He did his classic one eyed smile and nodded. "With pleasure Sasuke." He said.
Sakura, Tsunade, and Shizune smiled at them.
Sakura was glad that Sasuke had switched a new leaf and just knew that Triple 9 had something to do with it. She would heed to what he told her and would make sure she kept up with her training also.
