The Autobots searched the area carefully, trying to find the unusual creature not to harm it, but to protect it. They had no idea that these rejected beast bots didn't trust either faction, and saw all transformers as enemies. "Optimus, we must be careful" Ratchet said.
"Why is that, old friend?" Optimus asked.
"There is not much research on the beast bots, especially not the ones that were sent away. We have no way of knowing how dangerous they can be" Ratchet responded. Optimus nodded as the pair searched. They would be careful.
The humans, having been left alone, wandered around instead of staying put like they had been told. "You know, it would be really cool to find such a creature" Miko said, having been the real reason why the humans wandered off.
"But I don't think we should have wandered off. We have no way of knowing if the bot is friendly or dangerous" Jack said, wanting to exercise caution.
"I agree with Jack, but I still hope we can find this creature" Rafael added. The three continued their search.
Meanwhile, Arcee, Bee, and Bulkhead were in another area, and unknowingly near the hidden creature. "What are we looking for again?" Arcee asked. Bee just beeped.
"I am not sure exactly, but it sounded like some type of creature bot" Bulkhead answered. They continued searching but found nothing. They headed back, as they had received a comm from Optimus to regroup. As they headed off, they were being watched by the creature. The creature was confused. These bots looked the same as the others, but didn't act like the others had. It confused the creature who had come to believe that all Transformers were the same. It seemed like that assumption may have been wrong, but it had kept the beast bot safe.
The five bots gathered at the meeting place only to realize that the humans were not there. Optimus sighed. "Where are the children?" Optimus asked.
"They must have wandered off" Arcee replied. All five groaned a bit.
Meanwhile, unaware they were near the beast bot, the kids made their way closer to the beast bot. In the brush, the beast bot studied the three. They weren't made of metal, they were different. The beast bot wanted to emerge and learn more, but stopped short as one of the bots came close to scoop up the humans. Unknown to all, Miko had accidentally taken a picture of the bot as she was lifted up by Bee. Soon, they would all be able to see a little of what they were looking for.
