(Authors Note: Hello my dearest readers! I hope you all had a safe holiday. I apologize for not posting this chapter sooner but as you might have guessed, I was preoccupied with my other stories. However, that doesn't mean I neglected this FF. Oh no, not at all. In fact, I wrote a holiday special for all of you to enjoy. It's called A Very Filly Christmas. If you haven't read it, feel free to do so. I made it specifically for you guys to enjoy, seeing as how you like this story so far. Anyways, I hope 2021 will be better than last year was and I hope you all will continue to be amazing and supportive of this story. I can't wait to write more, but until then, stay safe, stay healthy, stay warm and stay awesome.)

Chapter 15

It had been almost a week since Filly created her holoform and every day since then she had been keeping it activated during the afternoons in order to prove to her creators that she could sustain it for at least three hours or more. As promised, Prowl and Jazz were now taking her to the park with Bumblebee and Bluestreak accompanying them.

As she comfortably sat in Jazz's alt form, Filly eagerly stared out of the tinted window and watched the scenery go by. "Baba, do you think there will be a lot of human sparklings and younglings at the park? I'm curious to see some up close and interact with them."

Jazz's holoform glanced back in the rear view mirror and smiled at her, "Maybe. We'll have to see when we get there, sparklet. If there are, remember to be polite and keep your true identity a secret. We can't allow ourselves to be seen unless we have no other choice."

"I understand. I'm just excited about this outing and I've been looking forward to it all week."

"I know," he fondly stated. "You've been doing a great job at keepin' yer holoform up for the daily time limit yer Papa an' I set for ya. I'm proud of ya, sweetspark."

"Thank you, Baba."

"Of course," he continued driving along the highway until the city finally came into view.

Filly's winglets fluttered with excitement as she watched the buildings go by as they drove through the business district and made their way towards the suburbs where the park was located. However, her joy was short-lived as Prowl's voice suddenly came in through the speakers, via, Comm. link:

::Jazz, I think we're going to have to make some new plans for today.::

"What's wrong, dearspark?"

::Well, you know how we sent Bumblebee ahead to scout the park and make sure everything was safe for our arrival?::

"Yea? And?"

::Apparently the playground is undergoing some remodeling; so the park is currently closed and won't be in commission for the next few weeks.::

"Oh no," he looked back to see Filly slumped in her seat with the most disappointed expression on her face. She had been looking forward to this outing all week and now she wouldn't get to go because of unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances. "Listen, I'll talk to Filly and Comm. you when we figure something out. Until then, we can just drive around the city and do some sight seeing."

::Very well, I'll speak to you again shortly.::

With that, the Comm. link ended and Jazz's holoform glanced back in his rear view mirror, "I'm so sorry, Filly. I know how much you wanted to go to the park today, but maybe we can do something else that would be fun. Is there anything you'd like to do?"

Her winglets drooped as she emitted a sigh, "No...I don't know what all there is to do. My processor was solely focused on the park, so I didn't even think about a plan B."

Not wanting to see his little femme upset, Jazz suddenly had an idea that would cheer her up. As he continued to drive, he sent a private message to Prowl through their sparkbond, ::Dearspark, ah think ah got an idea on how to cheer our lil' femme up.::

::I'm listening.::

::Why don't we take her out for ice cream? I hear that's somethin' human creators do to cheer their sparklings up.::

::Hmm, that could work. I'll send a Comm. to Bee and Blue and let them know of the plan. Any thought on which ice cream parlor you want to take her to? According to my scans, there's three within a ten mile radius from our current location.::

::Well, I think that seeing it'll be her first experience with the frozen treat an' that she's feelin' kinda down right now, we should take her to the best joint in the city.::

::I agree. Very well, Cold Stone Creamery it is. We'll see you there.::

::Alrighty Prowler. By the way, I hope this outing isn't the only time I'll see yer holoform today.::

There was a slight chuckle on his end before he sensually replied, ::Of course not. I fully intend to keep it up for the remainder of the day and long into the night.::

::Oh I love it when you talk like that, Prowler.::

:I know.:: He sent him an array of loving vibes through their bond as they continued to drive towards the ice cream parlor.

Within minutes, Jazz, Prowl, Bumblebee and Bluestreak pulled into the parking lot of the Cold Stone Creamery, to which Filly curiously asked, "What is this place, Baba?"

"Well sparklet, this is an ice cream parlor. Seein' as how the whole park situation didn't turn out the way we were hopin', I thought ya might like to use yer holoform to try ice cream."

"What's ice cream?" She asked, intrigued as her winglets perked up slightly.

"It's a frozen treat humans like to consume. There's a variety of flavors to choose from as well. Now, before we head inside, you'll have to transform an' activate yer holoform inside ma alt form since there's nowhere safe to do so outside. Don't worry 'bout me, I'll move ma seats a bit forward so you'll have more room."

"Are you sure, Baba?"

He nodded, "Of course, lil' spark."

With a small nod, Filly then transformed into her vehicle form (which sat a bit tilted in the back seat) before activating her holoform in the front seat. "Are you sure I'm not hurting you having my alt form wedged in like that? It feels kinda weird on my end."

Jazz emitted a slight chuckle before lovingly rubbing her soft orangish red hair, "It's fine, baby girl. Now, how 'bout we head inside with the others?"

"Okay," she gently opened the passenger side door and climbed out of his alt form before closing it behind her and heading inside the ice cream establishment with her fellow Autobots.

After acquiring their ice cream, Filly and her companions headed outside and sat at one of the tables while they consumed their frozen treats. Both Prowl and Jazz couldn't help the amused looks on their faces as they observed Filly's facial expression when she discovered how tasty ice cream was, as well as how cold it was. Even Bumblebee and Bluestreak were smiling at her adorableness, seeing as how she now had some of her ice cream all over her lips and part of her chin. Of course she had ordered the Chocolate Devotion, which explains why she was so messy, but in no way was this a bad thing.

She noticed the others staring and smiling at her, to which she finally asked, "...What?"

"I'm sorry for staring, but you just look so cute right now. Of course you always look cute, but at the moment the majority of your lower face is covered in chocolate and quite messy looking, but that can be easily cleaned after you finish your ice cream. How is it by the way? Good? I imagine so, considering that it's chocolate," stated Bluestreak.

"Yea, it's really yummy."

"Well, we're glad you like it," Bumblebee replied with a smile across his face. "By the way, I'm sorry the park was a bust. I know how much you were looking forward to going there with us, but maybe when they're done remodeling it, we can try visiting it again."

"I'd like that."

Shortly after finishing their ice cream the Autobots headed out for a casual drive around the city. Though this wasn't exactly the outing she had originally planned for the day, Filly was by no means disappointed on how things turned out. She was currently staring out the window of Jazz's alt mode as he rolled through the residential district when her optics spotted something amiss: a small brown and white dog was wandering around as if lost. "Baba, pull over quick!"

His holoform worridly looked back at her through the rear view mirror, "What's wrong, sparklet?! Are you sick?"

"No, we need to help that small, furry creature," she pointed to the little dog timidly wandering around in the ditch.

Without hesitation, Jazz pulled alongside the road and stopped his engine before Filly transformed and activated her holoform, to which the two of them exited his alt form and cautiously approached the small creature. "Now, be careful not to startle the little thing."

"Don't worry, Baba. I won't," she knelt in the grass and held out her little hand for the creature to sniff, to which it started to lick her palm as if knowing they were there to help. "That tickles," she giggled before petting the soft, little organic.

"It seems that you made a friend," Jazz chuckled before he too knelt down and let the critter sniff and lick him.

"But what is it, Baba?"

"Well sparklet, this creature is called a dog," he then noticed an I.D. tag on its collar, to which he examined it and smiled, "But it appears this little fella is called Tito; and according to his tag, he lives at 3795 Kimley Avenue. That's almost five miles from here."

"Oh, poor Tito. Would you like for us to take you home?"

The little dog happily wagged his tail and emitted a little *bark* of joy, to which Filly gently picked him up and carried him over to Jazz's alt form where she slipped into the front seat and held Tito on her lap while they rolled off in search of his home. Of course Jazz sent a private message to the others explaining what had happened and where they were heading.

Within minutes, Jazz turned into Kimley Avenue and pulled alongside house number 3795. It was a one story house with a light blue coloring and a white front door. Filly slipped out of the front seat holding Tito in her arms as she and Jazz approached the front door and rang the bell.

Seconds later, a woman of 34 answered and was about to extend her greetings when she suddenly noticed a familiar white and brown ball of fluff in the little girl's arms. "Tito! Oh my god, you're okay! Bless you kind strangers, you found our Tito."

Filly handed the small dog over to his owner with a smile, "My baba and I spotted him about five miles away from here. I knew he was lost, so we picked him up and brought him home."

"Oh thank you, sweetie! Thank you so much!" She knelt down and hugged the little girl while still cradling the little dog in her arms. The woman then turned her head and hollered, "Abby, come to the door; Tito's home!"

A little girl of five suddenly came running out of her bedroom and over to the front door, "Tito! You're home!"

The little dog happily wiggled in the mother's arms, to which she placed him on the floor, allowing him to be cuddled by her daughter who peppered him with kisses as he licked her face. She then looked up at the two strangers with a tearful smile, "Thank you for finding my puppy."

Jazz gave her a nod, "No problem, sweetie. It was my little girl who actually spotted him and asked me to pull over."

At that, she suddenly got up and hugged Filly, "Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

Taken aback, the youngling froze for a second before returning the kind gesture. "You're welcome. I'm glad he's safe and home now."

"So are we," said the mother as she bent down to pick up the little dog. "He apparently squeezed under a rabbit hole in the fence and chased after one of those pesky fiends until he became lost. Poor thing had been missing for almost two days. But thanks to you two, he's back home where he belongs." She gently hugged the little creature before handing him to her daughter, "Abby, why don't you take Tito into the kitchen and get him something to eat. I imagine he's hungry after his ordeal."

"Okay, Mommy," she then headed into the next room with Tito snuggled against her shoulder.

"Again, thank you both for finding him," the woman stated with a tearful smile.

"Aw, 'twasn't no big deal, mam," Jazz replied.
