"Ok, (then she looked back to Shiro.) thank everyone for me." Said Angara.
"I will, I am also glad that you like it." Said Shiro.
Tobin soon got them going again. Angara waved to them, and when they were outside of the village; Angara smiled as she continued to look at the butterfly. She was so captivated by it that; she was surprised when Tobin said that they had arrived. Every one of the guards had tied up their beasts, and followed inside. Lady Mia was waiting with the entire palace staff, and the rest of the guards. Tobin guided Angara to where the Lady Mia was. When Angara reached her, she turned to get everyone's attention.
"Everyone, please look this way. I would like to introduce you to Angara, she is now the new Noble of the North." Said Mia.
All eyes were looking at Angara. There were some whispered comments being said, but then Angara spoke up.
"Hello, everyone. As you have been told I am Angara. All I ask from you is you bear with me while I learn my new role. I will soon start to change some things, so if there is anything you think should change, please come, and suggest them to me. I know that some of you have things to get done, so please continue." Said Angara.
The crowd soon dispersed, and then Lady Mia called to someone. The woman came up to them; to Angara, the woman looked rather annoyed.
"This is Tia. She is head of all staff here. I will leave you to talk to her alone." Said Mia.
Once Lady Mia was out of earshot, Angara turned back to Tia. She could see from Tia's eyes what the problem was.
"How much more staff would you need, so that the work can be evened out?" Angara asked.
The shocked look on her face, gave Angara all she needed to know. Angara said if she could be given a small tour, they could talk later about everything else. Tia showed her where her office was, the dining room, a few other areas, and where she could choose a room. Angara looked at a few of the bedrooms, and asked if there were any other rooms to choose from. Tia again was shocked by this; then she said that they could look in the East wing. She then asked Tia to lead the way.
When they got to the East Wing; Angara opened the first door on the right, and looked inside, but she didn't like that one either. Angara then went to the door directly across the hall. She opened the door, this time she walked into the room. Angara went over to the balcony, and looked out. Tia stood in the doorway watching her. Angara turned, and said that she wanted this room. Tia said that she'd inform the maids. Angara then walked over to the nightstand next to her new bed, and placed the butterfly on it.
The rest of the day consisted of learning where everything was. That is how she found the garden. Angara looked around, and saw that there was a lot of weeds. She knew that would kill the flowers, and plants. She told herself that she'd look after the garden, and started to pull the weeds.
When Angara went to get some lunch; Tia was talking with some maids in the foyer, when she seen Angara walk into the foyer from the hall. Tia seen that Angara's skirt was covered in muddy handprints.
"My lady, how did you get so dirty?" Tia asked.
"I was pulling some weeds from the garden." Said Angara.
"You don't have to do that; we'll take care of that." Said Tia.
Angara could see about how the conversation would go. Angara was starting to get mad. She then shouted for everyone to stop.
"I don't know how Lady Mia goes about her day, and I don't want to be treated in the same manner. I want to be able to do somethings on my own. I want something I can do when I am not busy with my work, and I choose to take care of the garden. I want to be able to do somethings, so I will ask when I need to know. Other than that, I will leave the rest for you to take care of." Said Angara.
"Please forgive me, my lady. I meant no disrespect." Said Tia.
"It's ok, and I am sorry for losing my temper. Is lunch ready?" Angara asked.
"Almost, there is a couple dishes we need to finish." Said Tia.
