Anne and Dereck were just normal kids enjoying their average lives, until one day, they were forced by their friends to steal a musical box, and a pair of strange watches fell down from the sky as they were then transported into another world. Now watch as the kids live among the Frogs, go on adventures, and learn secrets from their Omnitrixes! Full summary in the first chapter.

5. Amphibia 13-Season 1: Episode 5

Hey, guys, welcome to the new chapter of 'Amphibia 13!'. I will be happy to say that I have decided to let my friend Angry9guy write this chapter after he suggested doing it for me. Anyway, I will let my friend talk a bit. Take it away, dude.

Hi, I'm Angry9guy! You guys are most likely wondering who I am, right? Well, I'm a friend and a writer like Vgn Golley, and I really love the Amphibia 13 story so far, so I decided to help write a chapter for Vgn...also, if you don't like my zany writing, then deal with it.

He, he, what a great guy, right? Well, anyway, that's about it for the author's note, so let's start with the chapter...anyway, we hope that you guys will enjoy the chapter, and I don't own anything, except for my OCs.

NOW LET'S GET ON WITH THE STORY!

{Amphibia 13!- Season 1, Episode 5: Alien Pop Luck!}

"Presenting...Marcy Wu AKA Lucky Girl!" A young teenage girl exclaimed excitedly while standing on the ledge of King Adrias Castle in Newtopia as she posed heroically. The teenage girl is a 5'2-feet-tall, 16-year-old Chinese-American Anodite Female with dark brown oval eyes, short shiny black hair, a small cute nose, B-Cup Breasts, olive skin, a short slim built, a perky firm ass, and her outfit consists of a light green mask that covered the top half of her face, a dark green long-sleeved skintight jumpsuit with a light green collar, a long dark green cape, dark green gloves, a dark green belt, and dark green boots. Her name is Marcy Wu, Anne and Dereck's close best friend and Newtopia's new superhero.

"And presenting her sidekick...Asashi Wu!" A teenager shouted while leaping onto the ledge beside the costumed girl as she smirked at him. The teenage boy is a 5'8-feet-tall, 17-year-old, Chinese-American Human Male with light brown oval eyes, shoulder-length curly black hair with small bangs that covers his nose slightly, a big nose, dark olive skin, a tall slender build, and his outfit consists of a dark blue hoodie that covers the top half of his face, brown metal spiked shoulder pads with a big dark blue cape that reaches down to his feet, a brown metal chest plate with a light blue shirt underneath, fingerless dark blue gloves, a brown satchel wrapped around his body, a dark blue utility belt, light blue jeans, and black/white shoes as he could be seen carrying a bow and arrow with a large quiver that was attached to his back. His name is Asashi Wu, Marcy's older brother, and Anne and Dereck's close best friend.

"Thanks for helping out on my awesome entrance, bro. Now, it's time to fly!" An excited Lucky Girl explained while crouching down as she then leaped out of the ledge of the castle...and screamed in fear as she started falling down through the air, only for her brother to swoop in after her and caught a grunting Marcy as Asashi was quick to pull out his weapon and fired an arrow that was connected to a long sturdy rope flew through the air before striking against a wall as Asashi was able to slow down the descent of their fall and was quick to swing them over to a nearby roof of a house as the Wu Siblings landed on top of it.

"Marcy, you do remember that you haven't learn how to fly yet, right?" A deadpan Asashi asked Marcy, who smiles sheepishly as her older brother simply sighs heavily and facepalmed.

~[Amphibia 13!- Season 1: Theme Song]~

A bruised, bleeding, and defeated, Anne Boonchuy and Dereck Wyatt crouched down on the floor of the destroyed park as the injured teenagers panted heavily and glared up at the large robotic space alien-like drone looming over them as they looked down at their Omnitrixes and cursed in unison as they realized that they were time out and unable to transform. Glancing over at the rest of their friends for support, Anne and Dereck were discouraged/dismayed to see an unconscious Sasha Waybright lying on the floor with pieces of brown rocks and fire littering around her as her mineral-armored cousin Johnathon Waybright was desperately trying to wake her up, but failed as a trembling and scared Marcy Wu laid on the floor while holding onto the Calamity Box in her arms as her older brother Asashi Wu tried to help her up to the floor so that they can run away with their friends, but Marcy refused to budge as she clutched onto the Musical Box tightly.

Turning back to the huge robot, Anne, Dereck, and the rest of the teens were horrified/shocked to see it lifting its giant hand to aim it towards them as it begins charging up to deliver a mega-sized laser blast that will fry the teens to dust. Sharing a quick look at each other, the teenage friends nodded to each other grimly as they accepted their imminent fates, and Anne grabbed onto Dereck's hand as he gave it a comforting squeeze, and the Omnitrix Wielders both shared one final hug as Johnathon grabbed onto his unconscious cousin and brought her into a tearful hug as Asashi gave one to his sister as well and Marcy hugged him back tightly as she dropped her Calamity Box just as the large drone shot a huge laser at them as the musical box crashed landed onto the ground and it opened up as the group was treated to a bright, colorful flash of light that blinded them momentarily and transported them to the world of Amphibia, alongside the huge drone and its master residing up above in space as he, his ship, and his army were all teleported onto another world.

Groaning in pain, Anne and Dereck woke up as they lifted their heads and blinked a couple of times...before their eyes widened in shock as they realized that they were lying face-first on a puddle and quickly stood up as the teens looked around, and the duo gasped in wonder/awe/fear as Anne and Dereck had quickly deduced that they weren't back on their world anymore since they were residing on a large forest/swamp with hundreds of humanoid talking frogs leaping in front of them. Trembling in fear, Anne and Dereck held hands as they turn around to run away and ventured deep into the woods as they struggled to make sense of what was going on, where their friends are, and why the weird musical box that Anne stole earlier transported them into this weird world, but skids to a stop as they realized that the huge drone from earlier was warped into Amphibia with them as it loomed over them menacingly.

Once its sensors locked onto their Omnitrixes, the large drone hums loudly as it raises its hand high into the air and aims it at the kids as it started charging his laser cannon, and the still injured Omnitrix Wielders shivered in fear at the sight of it as they were planning to turn around and leave, but once they hear the citizens of Wartwood Swamp running in fright from the giant monster threatening to destroy their home, Anne and Dereck put on fierce, determined looks on their faces as they turned to each other and nodded as they held out their hands and activated their Omnitrixes just as the giant robot opened fire on them as the duo slammed their hands onto their watches and dual flashes of green light covered the area as we pull back to see all of Amphibia, which was a large island that resembled a humongous lilypad as the sounds of fighting, explosions, and frog croaking could be heard in the background.

Now we find ourselves

Into the wild unknown

A week later, we cue to Wartwood Swamp as we see various bug-like creatures and several Frogs enjoying their peaceful day in their fair town as we zoom over to the Plantar House, where we see Anne and Dereck stepping out of the house after ducking under the Plantar's Family House small door and closing the door behind them as the sixteen-year-olds stood up straight and placed their hands on their hips heroically with confident, smirks on their faces as Anne and Dereck then glance down at their Omnitrixes and turned to each other with a couple of excited smirks as they quickly turned on their watches and began scrolling down their alien playlist to see which alien they would like to turn into as they subconsciously lean closer to each other.

While our teenage heroes were busy messing around with their Omnitrixes, a pair of rather large dragonflies flew past their heads as they flew up towards the roof of the house and zoomed by a window, where an eager and excited Sprig Plantar emerged from it to stare at the flying dragonflies with his telescope in awe/wonder, only to then yelp in surprise as Sprig trips on the windowsill and screams in fear as he begins falling down to his death and zooms by another window, which was actually the window that leads into Hop Pop Plantar's room as the old frog was startled by his grandson's scream and turned away from his research from the Calamity Box and the pair of Omnitrixes that the duo wore as he discretely hid them under his table.

But there's so much here to discover

One leap after another

A screaming Sprig continued falling down for his life as the small pink-skinned frog crashed landed onto a wooden bucket filled with water and, after recovering from the rough landing, a stunned Sprig sits up from the bucket as he looks around and sighs in relief with a goofy smile on his face, not fazed by his near-death in the slightest before yelping in surprise as he was punched into the air by his little baby sister Polly Plantar and the small tadpole hovered in the air with a vicious look on her face as she then fell down on her bucket and pops out with a cheerful look on her face as she flashed the readers a cute, innocent smile.

Back with the teens, we see them still trying to find the right alien to use for the day, only to come up short as Anne and Dereck couldn't decide which to use yet as they groaned in annoyance and turned over to complain to each other...before realizing how close their faces were as they blushed in embarrassment and shyly pulled away as Dereck looked away and whistled nervously as a blushing Anne awkwardly pulled off the leaves from her hair. Seeing that his friend needed his help, Dereck reached over to gently remove the leaves and twigs from her hair as Anne smiled at him gratefully and returned the favor by removing the leaves and bugs from his outfit as the kids shared a laugh. After calming down, the kids slowly turned to stare into each other eyes as they blushed lightly but smiled as they started leaning closer to each other to share a kiss...only to be interrupted by Sprig as he crash-landed face-first into Anne's hair and was then launched over to Dereck as they crashed landed onto the floor.

Blinking in surprise at what just happened, Anne looks down as she saw a groaning Dereck and Sprig lying on the floor as the human boy rubbed his head, and both he and Anne glances down to glare at their froggy friend for a couple of obvious reasons as Sprig gave his friends a sheepish, awkward shrug as the Omnitrix Wielders continued glaring him for a couple of seconds before the trio shared a laugh as Anne help Dereck up to his feet and Sprig leaped up to stand onto their shoulders as he eagerly pointed ahead. Knowing that their friend clearly wants to go on another adventure, Anne gave her friend an apologetic shrug as Dereck simply closed his eyes and waved it off dismissively as she smiles in relief just as Sprig jumps off to run off into adventure as the teens followed after him while activating their Omnitrixes as two huge flashes of green light occurred and covered the area around them.

A laughing Anne, Dereck, and Sprig could be seen bouncing across a large, mushroom-infested field as the Omnitrix Wielders were currently in their alien forms Grey Matter and Crashhopper as each of them were jumping across multiple huge mushrooms, and, with each step they took, caused the mushrooms to light up with blue luminescent light. A smiling Sprig leap across the mushroom field like the frog that he is as Grey Matter followed after him while using her intelligence and agility to find the correct and easier way to leap across the giant mushrooms due to her small size as a smirking Crashhopper jumped near them and was easily making bigger leaps high into the air thanks to his strange alien biology as the group whopped in shared excitement/happiness.

Life doesn't get much crazier

A panicking Sprig runs across the grassy fields of a nearby forest as an equally panicking Four Arms followed after him while carrying a large dinosaur-shaped egg in her four huge hands as a giant chicken/demon-like creature was chasing after them, clearly angry at them for stealing the egg that he stole from another creature earlier to use for lunch as the giant monster caught up to the duo and was about to breathe fire on them, only to be stopped by a glaring Jetray as he flew in and shot multiple neuroshock blasts at him, causing him to be sent flying a few feet away as Jetray shot a thumbs up at the duo below and his friends did the same as they proceed to continue running away while Jetray stayed behind to distract the huge chicken/demon-like monster.

The Plantar Family, including Anne and Dereck, were having a peaceful day of fishing on a swamp while sitting on a giant lily pad as they sighed contently...before yelping in surprise as the lilypad suddenly started rising high into the air, and the cautious group of humans and frogs looks down as they realized that they were not sitting on top of a lilypad, but instead were using a swamp creature's head as a seat and the huge monster clearly wasn't happy about that as he roared at them loudly. Anne, Dereck, Sprig, Hop Pop, and Polly screamed in fear as the swamp monster tried to shake them off by swimming across the lake at high speeds, but the group won't let go as the Omnitrix Wielders shared a look and nodded as they quickly activated their watches and Anne transformed into Ripjaws while Dereck transformed into Articguanna as both heroes began slashing/blasting the large monster to submission.

When you're a somewhat normal boy and girl

Living in another alien world

Sprig, Hop Pop, and a bored Polly studied the walls of the ancient temple that they were randomly adventuring in as, unknown to them, a giant boulder was heading straight towards them, and they were about to be flattened like pancakes, only for Cannonbolt and Spidermonkey to appear on the scene as Anne grabbed onto Sprig and Polly and rolled them up inside her ball form as she zooms off while Spidermonkey swung in on his webbing as he grabs on to a startled Hop Pop and swung him away to safety as the huge boulder rolled right past them.

The sounds of growling and the stench of death littered the area as a bunch of frog-like zombies appeared and corned our young heroes as Heatblast, Swampfire, and Sprig all stood back-to-back as the alien heroes glared at their adversaries determinedly while Sprig was clearly scared for his life as the menacing zombies loomed over to attack and later eat their brains.

Jump on in it

An injured, tired, and battered Anne, Dereck, Sprig, Hop Pop, and Polly all shared a victorious high-five as they finished defeating a horde of large evil lizard/dinosaur-like creatures as they smiled and cheered at their successful adventure, only for their excitement to die down as another one of those evil creatures popped out of the bushes and screeches at them as he waddled awkwardly over to attack them. The frog family took a couple of steps back nervously, but Anne and Dereck weren't afraid of this however as they grinned at the evil monster cockily and reaches down to activate their Omnitrixes...only for them to receive two powered-down beeps as the teens slowly looked down and realize that their Omnitrixes powered down to recharge. Blinking at this, the gang all shared an emotionless look before screaming in absolute fear as the group turned around to run away with the lizard/dinosaur-like monster chasing after them as Anne, Dereck, and Plantar Family desperately pleaded at the Omnitrixes to recharge faster.

An old ripped printed image appears to be stuck in the branch of a lone tree as heavy rain rang out with the wind blowing on the photo harshly as loud lightning rang out, and we peered into the photo to see Anne, Dereck, Sasha, Johnathon, Marcy, and Asashi all sharing a group hug with their smiling faces shining brightly as another flash of lightning occurred, and we see that the image was distorted a bit as it shows a glaring Anne and Dereck reaching out to grab onto their Omnitrixes as they were standing in front of an angry mutated Sasha with her equally angry cousin standing beside as he had his arms morphed into large dual swords. The group growled at each other furiously as a flash of lightning rang out, and we see Marcy and Asashi cooly standing in the background with their backs turned to them as they wore different clothing and held the Calamity Box in their hands as another flash of lightning occurred, and two pair of red alien-like/newt-like eyes could be seen placed at the top of the photo as they were glaring down at the group of kids angrily.

A roaring Wildmutt and a smirking Crystalline could be seen standing in front of a pond located at Wartwood Swamp as they posed heroically before their Omnitrixes symbols started flashing red as they both transformed into their human forms with dual flashes of red light. Once it dies down, we see a yelping Anne waving around wildly as she tripped on a rock and began falling down as she screamed before being caught by Dereck as the young teenage boy smiled down at her cheekily and helped her up to her feet as he held her in his arms and Anne blushed a bit by this as she giggles and Dereck smirked as the kids begin leaning in to share their first kiss, only to deadpanned as the Plantar Family showed up and a happy and oblivious Sprig leaped onto his friends' arms. Anne and Dereck gave their froggy friend a subtle annoyed look before shrugging as the rest of their Wartwood friends appeared and stood beside them as they turn over to flash at the readers a friendly smile with Anne and Dereck posing heroically as they raised their hands high into the air, and the camera zoomed in onto their glowing Omnitrix Symbols as the title card of the story appeared on the screen.

"And this bad boy is my cutie Domino," Anne says to Sprig and Polly warmly while showing them a video on her phone of her fat black/white cat Domino licking herself as we see the kids, including Dereck, hanging out with each other near the Plantar Home as Anne decided to pass the time by showing the aliens some of her home videos, i.e., funny videos of her cat. "She's got fire," Anne says while cooing at the video of her cute kitty as she kissed the screen.

"Yeah, she does." Dereck says with his eyes closed as he crossed his arms, but then his eyes flew open as he heard some yelling nearby and turned his head as the young teenager saw the same Frog from Chapter 1 that was kidnapped by a giant dragonfly still being flown around by said dragonfly as he screamed, 'Somebody help me!'. "Uh, guys? Shouldn't we do something about him?"

"Aw, she's so tiny! I feel so huge!" Polly exclaimed as Anne laughed at her outburst, and Dereck raised an eyebrow confusedly at everyone blatantly ignoring the male Frog that was in clear danger before getting distracted by Sprig snatching Anne's phone from out of her hands as he glared down at it determinedly.

"Don't worry, Anne! I will set your cute little kitty free!" Sprig exclaimed while taking out a hammer from his Hammerspace as he dropped the phone onto the ground and tried to smash it open to 'free' Anne's cat, only for the Omnitrix Wielder to snatch her phone back at the last second as she glared down at her pink-skinned friend.

"Damn it, Sprig! For the last time, souls aren't trapped in here!" An exasperated Anne screamed as Dereck laughed at his friends' antics, but then a strange, disgusting green aroma fills the air as Anne and Dereck gagged and held their noses as Anne's Cat Domino on her phone meowed loudly at the horrid smell and runs off as the phone mysteriously turns itself off.

"Ew! What's that smell?! Did something crawl under the house and die?!" An incredulous Anne asked while sticking out her tongue in disgust.

"Or did Anne decided to take a shit in the house as an alien again?" An annoyed Dereck asked while glaring at his friend as Anne blushes in embarrassment and glared back at him.

"Hey, I told you, it was for science! I wanted to see if aliens can pee and crap like Humans do!" Anne says defensively as Dereck gave her a half-lid, deadpanned look.

"But did you have to do it as Stinkfly?! It took weeks for the horrid smell to air out of the house!" Dereck yelled as Anne blushed harder and crossed her arms with a huff as Sprig ignored his Human Friends' argument and sniffed the admittedly familiar green aroma as his face grew pale in realization.

"Uh, guys? I think I know what that smell is, and, trust me, it's way worse than Anne taking a dump as Stinkfly...Hop Pop is cooking!" Sprig screamed dramatically while looking horrified as lightning flashed behind him.

"Uh, so? Doesn't Hop Pop cook every day?" A confused Anne asked, thankful for the change in the conversation as Sprig shakes his head knowingly and sighs heavily.

"No, Anne, this is different. Hop Pop is cooking. Look, you will understand when you see it. Follow me." Sprig says while walking back to his house as Anne and Dereck shared a look, and shrugged as they followed after Sprig with Anne quickly bending down and picking up Polly as the group made their way to the front porch of the house and Sprig slowly puts his hand on the door handle as he then looked back at the Human shapeshifting heroes and his little sister with a grim look on his face. "Brace yourself."

"Brace for wha-Aaaaaaaah!" Anne and Dereck asked before screaming in unison as Sprig opened the door, and a huge gust of green disgusting air collided against them and sends them all flying away backwards a few feet as Sprig and Polly crashed landed near each other while Dereck fell on top of Anne and nearly kissed her as his lips were a few centimeters away from her lips.

"Ah, you and your dumb romantic stuff," Polly says with an annoyed look on her face after her brother got up from the ground and placed her back in her bucket, which was still oddly filled with water as Anne and Dereck would've been embarrassed about almost sharing their first kiss with each other...if the disgusting aroma wasn't littering around in the air as it killed the mood.

"Ugh, okay, what was that?" A blushing Dereck says while getting up from Anne as he was quick to help her back to her feet.

"Come in, and you will see." Sprig says ominously as the Omnitrix Wielders shivered a bit but nodded as the group walked into the Planters' House and looked around as the kids then spotted a humming Hop Pop standing in the kitchen, cutting some dead and alive insects as the Old Frog then dumps them into a small cauldron that seemed to be filled with some strange toxic green sludge as a few bugs that miraculously survived the cutting tried to crawl out to safety, only for Hop Pop to nonchalantly kill them by swatting them with his spoon.

"So, what's the plan this year, Hop Pop?" Sprig asked while walking over to his Grandfather, who took a sip of the toxic sludge from the cauldron as he hums in satisfaction. "Poison the competition?" Sprig asked sarcastically, only to yelp in pain as a smiling Hop Pop flicked him with the wooden spoon.

"The plan is to win, Sprig!" Hop Pop said matter-of-factly as Sprig frowned and rubbed his head as the Omnitrix Wielders and Polly walked over to the duo with Anne and Dereck raising a confused eyebrow.

"Win? Win, what? May I ask."

"Oh, I will be delighted to explain the plot of the chapter, Dereck. You see, my Human Guests, tonight, Wartwood is going to be celebrating the Annual Village Potluck." Hop Pop answered as the Omnitrix Wielders tilted their heads curiously but didn't say anything as Hop Pop continued talking. "Every year, we Frogs gather for a great contest. The family who brings the best-tasting dish is showered with love and copper coins." Hop Pop says while using his spoon to point up at the few pictures of the various families of Frogs holding or showing multiple delicious dishes they have made. "The family with the worst-tasting dish spends the night in...THE SHAME CAGE!" Hop Pop yelled dramatically while pointing outside of the window as the kids saw a buff Frog wearing executioner clothing pulling up a wooden cage with a sign that reads, 'Shame', up a tree.

"Eh, I've slept in a cage for three months," Dereck says while crossing his arms nonchalantly as the Frog Family turned to him confusedly.

"Okay, but why?" Polly asked with a disturbed look on her face.

"Oh, Asashi and Blaze bet Dereck that he can't sleep in a cage for three months. Long story short, he won." Anne explained with Dereck grinning proudly as the Frog Family nodded in agreement.

"Oh, okay. Anyway, guess which family ends up in the Shame Cage every single year.", Sprig says while pouting as the whole Plantar Family sighed in disappointment and sadness as the Omnitrix Wielders couldn't help but to frown at this sympathetically as Anne felt her hero complex kick and a thoughtful look appeared on her face as she then nodded seriously and glances down at her Omnitrix as Anne activated it and scrolls down through her alien playlist before finding the alien that she wanted to use as Anne raised her arm and then slammed the core down as a flash of green light covered her whole body.

A flash of green luminescent light travels across the young girl's form as a smiling Anne lifts up her hands and watches in awe as they grow in size and her skin started turning from light brown to grey as Anne then glared up at the air confidently and blinked as her eyes turned green and grew bulgy as they gained a more oval-like shape. Whirling around, the young teenager grunted slightly as the Omnitrix symbol popped out of her back, and Anne grabbed onto her head as she stretched it around, and it grew in size as her hair remained the same, albeit it grew a little longer as it now reaches past her shoulders.

With her transformation sequence nearly complete, the young female hero then turns around and huffed as her gills popped out, and a grinning Anne proceeds to stomp the floor with her left foot as it transformed into a three-toed large gray foot, and Anne did the same thing with her other feet as she then did one more twirl and begins shrinking down in size as Anne was reduced down to the size of a toy and, after finishing transforming into her alien form, Anne proceeds to crouch down into a superhero pose as another flash of green light occurred.

"Grey Matter!" Anne shouted, gaining the others' attention as Dereck and the Plantars were confused as to why Anne changed as they watched Grey Matter crouching down and grunted as she leaped up onto the table and, after a few seconds of trying, was eventually able to successfully climb up to the table as the Galvan teenage girl gave the group a serious look. "Alright, Plantars, listen up! If you think that Dereck and I are going to let our favorite frog family lose and spend a night in a cage, then you have another thing coming! Now, Dereck and I know that we're not really part of the family, but I thought, why don't we use our alien powers to help you guys cook the best dish in the entire history of Amphibia!"

"Hell, yeah, but remember, Anne, we can't use our powers to sabotage the other contestants. We all must win fair and square." Dereck says sternly.

"Okay." Grey Matter says with a deadpan expression and a pout as the Plantars cheered.

"Thanks, guys. We'd sure appreciate you guys helping us out." A happy Sprig stated cheerfully as the Omnitrix Wielders smiled and nodded as Grey Matter then gestured at Dereck to hold out his hand, and he did as Anne grunted and leaped onto it as the Galvan Girl then gestured at him to walk over to the cauldron.

"So, what you making over there, Hop Pop-Xô phra yesū khris̄t̒! Klìn thī̀ ǹā klạw! (Oh, Jesus Christ! That smells horrible!)," Grey Matter asked curiously before screaming loudly in her native language as she caught a sniff of what Hop Pop is cooking and immediately gagged in disgust as her face went green.

"Well, I don't know what you said, but thanks for the compliment. This is a traditional recipe from my family's cookbook. We have been using this baby since I was a pollywog." Hop Pop explains while showing the duo the Plantar Cookbook with the title reading, 'Ye Olde Ways', as Dereck grabbed the book and opened a page as a humming Grey Matter quickly reads through it with Dereck looking over her tiny shoulders to read it as well but was having trouble keeping up with Anne as she was using her super-intelligence to read the whole content of the book in a few seconds.

"Mmm-hmmm. Mmm-hmmm. Mmm-hmmm." Grey Matter hummed thoughtfully before she finally finished reading as she turned to the Planters. "Well, in my scientific and sophisticated opinion, I would say...that the old ways are bullshit, and you should burn this book with fire, preferably from my Pyronite form." Grey Matter says with a cheery smile on her face as the Planters gasped in shock at her rather harsh, mean words as Dereck gasped as well before glaring down at her transformed friend and proceeds to shove a surprised Grey Matter into the book and closing it on her.

"Anne, what the heck?! That was totally uncalled for!" Dereck yelled while placing the cookbook onto the table as he opened it, and a groaning Grey Matter crawled out of the book as she rubbed her head and glared up at her friend as Anne then pointed at the Planters' Cookbook.

"It's true, Dereck! Half of these recipes alone would kill an average human being, let alone a Frog! Did you realize that one of the ingredients in the recipe that Hop Pop is making requires dung...you know, from a dung beetle! How gross is that!?" Grey Matter screamed while waving her hands around to emphasize her point as the kids, including Dereck, gagged a bit.

"Yeah, I have to agree with Grey Matter. That IS gross." Sprig said with Polly nodded in agreement as Dereck pursed his lips before looking down at the cookbook as he skips through the pages and was eventually able to find a dish that looks...edible as he pointed at it.

"Okay, I will admit that the dish Hop Pop making is gross, but this dish seems to check out, and it even looks delicious," Dereck says as the group glanced at the recipe of the dish, and Grey Matter narrowed her eyes as she crossed her arms.

"Well, okay, you may have a point that this dish doesn't look...horrid, but still, I believe that we should use a new recipe for the Annual Village Potluck that DOESN'T come from the Planters' Cookbook."

"B-But we Plantars have always cooked recipes from our family's cookbook. I mean, what would my great-gam-gam say?"

"She would say to move on, dude." Grey Matter stated bluntly and slightly rudely as Hop Pop pouted, and an irritated Dereck proceeds to flick Anne at the back of her head.

"Ow!" Grey Matter yelped in pain while rubbing her bruised giant gray-skinned head as she glared up at her friend briefly before calming down as Anne reaches into her Hammerspace and pulls out her phone as she started scrolling through her photo gallery. "Anyway, if we're gonna win this thing, we need something new, something revolutionary, something no one in the swamp has ever seen before! Something like...pizza!" Grey Matter screamed while showing the Plantars a picture of a delicious-looking steaming pizza that she took when she and Dereck went on their date...I mean, when she and Dereck decided to hang out at the new pizza place that opened up as Sprig and Polly stared at the picture in pure awe.

"Huh, a pizza? That...actually sounds like a good idea." Dereck says admittedly as Anne grinned smugly and nodded.

"Wow!/I don't know what that is, but I love it!" Sprig and Polly exclaimed with the baby tadpole drolling a bit as Grey Matter stopped showing them the photo and put down her phone as Anne then went into her Notepad App and began looking for a certain note that she made a while ago.

"Pizza is the ULTIMATE dish, guys. You haven't lived until you ate some with your friends at a party, the mall, sleepover, or class. Anyway, the reason that I've brought this up it's because I was doing a little secret project of mine where I've been using Grey Matter's superior brain to come up with ways on creating Earth Food using the natural ingredients given here in Amphibia ever since you guys took me and Dereck in. And, surprise surprise, guess which dish I worked hard on creating first?" Grey Matter asked cheekily while showing the group a list of ingredients that she made to create Pizza in Amphibia as it even shows the locations on where to find said ingredients after Anne decided to explore around town a few days ago.

"Yeah! Pizza! Pizza! Pizza!" Sprig and Polly cheered with Dereck sharing the same enthusiasm, due to his love for pizza, but then he frowned as the Omnitrix Wielder saw Hop Pop looking down at the ground sadly, and Dereck felt his hero complex kick in as he hummed thoughtfully and an idea popped into his head as the Omnitrix Wielder grinned.

"Hey, Anne, look, while I love pizza, why don't we come to a compromise. How about half of our group will go and help you create the perfect Pizza Dish while the other half will go and help Hop Pop create the dish that I've suggested a few minutes ago. That way, everyone can do dishes that we wanted to do." Dereck proposed as Grey Matter frowned and opened her mouth to speak up...only to then blink as she thought carefully about what he said.

"Hmmm, well, I will admit that does sound like an ingenious idea...for a Human. Alright, let's do it. Who wants to help me create my Pizza Dish?"

"Ooh! I do! I do! I do!" Sprig yelled while raising his hand enthusiastically as he ran over to Anne's side and allows Grey Matter to jump onto his head as she rested there.

"Nice, and I will go over and help Hop Pop make the dish that I suggested earlier." A smiling Dereck says, happy and surprised that Anne was able to agree to his compromise due to knowing how stubborn she can be as the Omnitrix Wielder walked over to Hop Pop's side. "Alright, Polly, which side will you join?" Dereck asked the little Tadpole as she places her stump-like hand to her face and hummed softly.

"Don't know, really. Pizza sounds amazing, but I'm interested in what you two are going to do...oh! I have a genius idea! How about I will help both of you out by checking on your progress every once in a while and, once you two are done making your dishes, I will taste both of them to see which is better, and we will use the winning dish for the pot luck!" Polly says, feeling pretty proud of her idea, as the rest of the group seemed to like her idea pretty well.

"Hey, yeah, that sounds like a cool idea! Alright, let's see which of our dishes will be better!" Grey Matter exclaimed while pumping her fist in excitement as Sprig beamed.

"Yeah, and oh! Maybe we should put pineapple on our Pizza Dish! Seems like a natural fit-" Sprig says before being interrupted by a flash of green light as he felt a fist made out of crystals grab the front of his shirt and lifted him up into the air as Sprig was then slammed against the wall, causing him to squeak in surprise as Sprig saw a really angry Crystalline glaring at him while morphing his other hand into a large sharp diamond sword as he pointed it at the shocked little Frog Boy threateningly.

"Don't...you...ever...suggest...putting...pineapple...on my pizza...ever again!" Crystalline yelled furiously with Grey Matter looking appealed by what Sprig suggested, as well, as Anne glared down at her froggy friend.

"Argh, you aren't even going to eat the darn pizza! Why would you care?!" A nervous, incredulous Sprig asked as Anne scoffed.

"Oh, please, Dereck loves eating pizza just like me. Do you really think I will exclude my best bud from eating my Pizza Dish even if we're angry at each other? Please." Grey Matter says with a scoff as Crystalline gave her a thankful look before glaring down at Sprig as he lets go of him and places him back on the ground. "Anyway, let's go and get our ingredients!" Grey Matter says with a more cheerful tone as Sprig still felt a little bit terrified from what happened earlier but nodded as he grabbed Anne and ran out of the house.

"Come on, Hop Pop. Take your cookbook with you. We're going to go hunt for those ingredients for your Suffley of Inadequacy...wow, they really need to rename that dish." Crystalline says to himself blankly as Hop Pop nodded slowly, a little bit intimidated by what the Petrosapien did to his Grandson as he and Dereck decided to stick around for a bit and wait until Dereck times out since he couldn't fit through the door...and also because he got stuck in the kitchen due to his large size.

~{Anne and Sprig}~

"Alright, our first stop! Flour & Daughters Bakery to get some dough for our pizza!" Anne, who had timed out a while back, stated cheerfully as we see she and Sprig making their way into Flour & Daughters Bakery as they were quick to talk with the owner of the Bakery, who was a 3'5-feet-tall, gruff, 42-year-old anthropomorphic Frog Male with purple eyes, deep eyebrows, short dark purple curly hair, a light purple tongue, cyan-colored skin with a light blue underbelly, four short limbs with four-fingered hands, a short stout built, two-toed large feet, and his outfit consisted of a baker's hat, a short-sleeved brown shirt with a white apron over it as it was stained, and dark brown shorts. His name is Stumpy Flour, Maddie, Rosemary, Lavender & Ginger Flour's father, and the owner of Flour & Daughters Bakery.

"If you want the dough, the boy must marry my daughter," Stumpy stated firmly after the duo had asked him if he could give them some dough as the fatherly Frog pointed over at his daughter, who was standing by the corner with her back turned to them as she slowly turned to the duo and smiled at our heroes creepily as a disturbed Anne and Sprig were surprised to see that she was holding onto a voodoo doll of Sprig.

Stumpy's daughter is a 3-feet-tall, creep-looking, 9-year-old anthropomorphic Frog Female with big yellow eyes that have black slit pupils like that of a snake, long light pink hair with dark pink spots that was tied up into a small knot and makes it resemble a mushroom cap as she also has a big bang that covers one of her eyes, crooked yellow teeth, a long red tongue, cyan-colored skin with a light blue underbelly, four short limbs with four-fingered hands, a short slim built, two-toed large feet, and her only pieces of clothing consists of a black sack dress with a brown rope for a belt. Her name is Maddie Flour, Stumpy's one of Stumpy's many daughters, and Rosemary, Lavender & Ginger's older sister.

"Hiiiii, Spriiiiiiig..." Maddie says while giving Sprig a rather loving, sinister smile as the pink Poisonous Frog gulped at the sight of her stabbing the voodoo doll version of him with a little wooden steak.

"Ain't she adorable?" Stumpy asked with a warm, loving smile on his face as Anne cringed and hugged herself nervously.

"Yeah, she's as adorable as Wildmutt...anyway, you have a deal."

"What?!" A shocked Sprig asked as Anne was quick to bend down and placed her hands around his shoulders

"Don't worry, Sprig, he's probably not serious about the marriage thing. Just play along long enough for us to get the dough." Anne whispered as Sprig bit his lip nervously but nodded as Anne turned to continue talking with Stumpy as Sprig sighs heavily before screaming as a smiling Maddie suddenly teleported-I mean, appeared behind him...yeah.

"I've seen your death in my mind," Maddie stated casually, as if speaking about the weather, as Sprig's face pale in horror, and chuckles nervously as he rubs the back of his neck.

"O-Oh, uh, neat, but I-I was kinda hoping it'd be a surprise."

"It will be," Maddie stated with an ominous look on her face as Sprig's eyes widened in fear by what she said, and was quick to run over to Anne as he hugged her around her waist and shook in fear.

"Hey, I overheard what you guys were talking about, and I want to be the Maid of Honor!" Polly exclaimed excitedly, oblivious to what her older brother was feeling as she hopped into the Bakery on her bucket. "Anyway, how's it going with getting the first ingredient?"

"Pretty good, Polly. We just got the dough for our pizza," Anne explained to Polly while rubbing a terrified Sprig's head as she then turned to Stumpy and held out her hand. "Anyway, congratulations on your new son. Now cough up the dough, bud."

"Yay!" Stumpy exclaimed, happy that his daughter has a future husband, as he proceeds to hand over the dough to Anne.

"Pleasure doing business with ya," Anne says with a grin as she placed the dough inside her backpack.

"Nice. Anyway, I'm going to check on Dereck and Hop Pop. BRB." Polly says while turning around as she begins hopping out of the bakery.

"W-Well, looks like we gotta go. See ya." Sprig says to Maddie with an awkward chuckle as Anne proceeds to walk out of the building with Sprig still attached to her waist as the Omnitrix Wielder struggled to move.

"See you soon, hubby..." Maddie says while waving away her future husband with her little weird voodoo doll of Sprig as the real Sprig felt a shiver travel down his spine.

~{Dereck and Hop Pop}~

"Alright, so where are we going to find our first ingredient?" Dereck asked Hop Pop as, after the Omnitrix Wielder had timed out earlier, we see the duo making their way to the Planter Garden.

"Well, according to the Planter Cookbook, our first ingredient is this." Hop Pop says while pointing down at a giant red beet planted on the ground as Dereck smiled at the sight of it.

"Oh, a beet, huh? Seems pretty normal so far. Well, let me bend down, and grab it-," Dereck says before getting cut off by Hop Pop lowering down to the ground and grabbing the beet as he ripped it out of the ground and Dereck was surprised to see some type of giant white worm wrapped around it, suckling the large vegetable as Hop Pop pulls out a pocket knife and proceeds to stab the big insect, killing it as the Old Frog then leaped up to Dereck's backpack and places the worm inside.

"There, we got our first ingredient." Hop Pop stated cheerfully as Dereck continued staring at the reddish-orange-skinned Frog in stunned shock by what he did as his face went green and gagged.

"Ugh, I really hope this dish will turn out good," Dereck says while sticking out his tongue in disgust as Polly suddenly hopped onto the scene.

"Hey, guys, how's your progress coming along..." Polly says before trailing off as she saw her smiling Grandfather standing in front of a green-faced Dereck, who had a dead giant worm resting inside of his backpack as the Tadpole winced. "Err, you know what? I'm going back to check on Anne and Sprig." A nervous Polly says as she turned around and bounces off.

~{Anne and Sprig}~

"Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!" Anne and Sprig screamed as we see the duo running around in Croaker's Dairy with Anne currently transformed into a dinosaur-like speedy alien as the kids were being chased by what seemed to be a huge creature that is a mix between a cow and a worm. Anne Boonchuy was currently transformed as a 5'8-feet-tall, semi-armored, Kineceleran Female as she resembles a velociraptor-like alien with small green eyes, black lips, three grey fins planted on her black, B-Cup Breasts, two long clawed fingers on each of her hands, her elbows/legs are sharply pointed, dark blue skin, an upright slim yet slightly muscular built, a perky ass with a long dark blue tail that has four black stripes, large black orbs on her feet, and her outfit consists of a black cone-like helmet with a sliding light blue protective visor as there was also some leaves and sticks attached to the helmet, a worn out and ripped light gray turtle neck sweater with a purple stripe on the center as the stripe has a 'Saint James High School' crest embroidered on it, light gray pants, and has the Omnitrix symbol placed on her stomach. Her name is XLR8, Anne's incredibly fast alien.

"Thanks again for helping me out, Sprig and his monster friend! I know Brutus can be a handful!" An old female Frog yelled with a kind smile as a panicking XLR8 and Sprig continued running around her farm at incredibly fast speeds. The old lady is a 3'5-feet-tall, 80-year-old anthropomorphic Frog female with yellow eyes and wavy pupils as she has a cataract in her left eye, padding of white curly hair, a light green tongue, four short limbs with four-fingered hands, dull wrinkled purple skin with a light purple underside, a stout short built, two-toed large feet, and her outfit consists of a white scarf, a ragged brown patch of clothing, mauve sandals, and a brown cane. Her name is Sadie Croaker, owner of Croaker's Dairy.

"Anne, you're my friend and everything, and I feel bad saying this, but are you stupid?! Why didn't you transform into Four Arms or Wildmutt or something!" An exasperated scared Sprig screamed while riding on XLR8's back as, while he was excited to meet a new alien and loves how fast she can go, Sprig wanted to have some muscle on his side instead of speed.

"Its not like I planned to transformed into this alien in the first place, Sprig! I wanted to transform into Four Arms, but this stupid watch morphed me into XLR8 instead!" XLR8 yelled in annoyance and confusion as this was the first time that Anne didn't transform into an alien that she didn't want but didn't have time to complain about it or wait until she timed out to transform into Four Arms as the Caterpillar spotted them and instantly started chasing after them.

"Well, I guess I can't blame you for this, but still, how are we going to defeat the Cowworm? And what are we even here for again?" Sprig asked while holding onto Anne's skinny frame tightly as XLR8 turned to face him and slid up her visor to show her irritated face to her froggy friend.

"We're in a dairy, Sprig! What do you think we're looking for?!" An annoyed XLR8 yells as Sprig smiles at this sheepishly and shrugged with an embarrassed blush on his face as Anne then signs and turns her head back around as she was quick to dash away when the Caterpillar tried to bite at her. "Anyway, to get the cheese that we wanted, we have to correal that beast back in its cage, but how are we going to do that? I'm not strong enough to carry her!" XLR8 yelled as Sprig begins to think, and an idea popped into his head as he grinned and looks down at his friend.

"Hey, Anne, how fast can XLR8 go?"

"Don't know her upper limit, but I know she's way faster than sound, why you ask?" XLR8 asked curiously as Sprig leans down to whisper his plan into her nonexistent ears, and Anne grinned widely, loving his plan as she nodded. "Got it, let's do this, Sprig!" XLR8 exclaimed while closing up her visor as Sprig nodded determinedly and held on for dear life as Anne instantly took off at high speeds and raced towards the Caterpillar as XLR8 begins running around the giant creature in a circle and started generating large winds around it that lifted up the surprised Caterpillar into the air as it roared in surprise/fear.

"And now it's my turn!" Sprig screamed as Anne nodded and reaches up to grab her friend as she proceeds to rush out of the small tornado that the Kineceleran made, and, after waiting for the tornado to eventually dissolve, XLR8 then reared back her arm and tossed Sprig forwards as the little Frog boy flew through the air and raised his feet as he delivered a mighty double kick at the Caterpillar's chest. Thanks to the momentum of Anne's run, XLR8 was able to throw Sprig hard enough that was she able to temporarily augment the force of the little Frog boy's kick and was able to help the pink-skinned frog kick the giant creature over into his little cage as XLR8 was quick to speed over to close up the cage before swiftly running back to catch a falling Sprig as they both shared a high-five and a laugh.

"Thanks for the help, kids. Now, here you go, deary." Mrs. Croaker says while walking over to the duo as she handed Anne a huge hunk of cheese. "A hunk of cheese made fresh from the milk of that Cater-,"

"Please don't tell me where it comes from," XLR8 stated firmly with a haunted look on her face that the Old Frog was unable to see due to her visor as Anne then placed the hunk of cheese into her backpack before telling Sprig to hold on tightly as the transformed teen zooms them out of the Dairy Farm.

"Hey, guys, how's progress-Whoa!" Polly asked curiously before yelping in surprise as XLR8 and Sprig zooms past her at high speeds, nearly causing her to fall off of her bucket from the winds generated by Anne's speed as the Tadpole huffs. "Okay, now, I'm really starting to regret being the judge of this stupid competition," Polly says with a frown as she was annoyed at having to hop back and forth from different locations.

~{Dereck and Hop Pop}~

"Now, the next ingredient is getting some honey from bees." Hop Pop says with a smile as we see that the duo was hanging around in a small meadow with the Old Frog standing under a large beehive and was currently sucking the honey out from it and putting it in a container as Dereck was distracting the horde of angry bees by zipping around them in his speedy alien form.

Dereck has transformed into a 6-feet-tall, Citrakayah male as he resembles a feline-like alien with pupilless green eyes, a triangle-shaped nose, green spikes sprouting out of his shoulders/face/back, green spike-like blades on his arms/legs, four-fingered hands, a humanoid body, no toed feet, a light gray mask-like fin's around his eyes, a light gray suit-like color scheme with his hands/legs/chest being colored green, a green thunderbolt-like design down on his chest, a light green triangle design on his back, and has the Omnitrix symbol located on his chest. His name is Fasttrack, Dereck's fastest alien in his arsenal...besides Jetray, of course.

"Yeah, easier said than done! You're not the one who has to distract a horde of giant bees!" Fasttrack screamed in annoyance as he zoomed around the meadow and was dodging all of the giant bees' attacks with his amazing speed as Dereck also used his shoulder spikes to cut through the huge bees whenever they were able to get close to him.

"True, but it is way more interesting to see," Polly says while appearing beside Hop Pop as she pulled out a bucket of popcorn and begins eating it as she was watching Fasttrack cutting through the group of giant bees with an amazed look on her face.

~{Anne and Sprig}~

"RAAGGHHH!" Four Arms screamed while rearing back her four large muscular arms as she then threw down a brutal quadruple fist slam down onto two giant Aphids, instantly killing them as a panting, bruised Sprig runs up to her and leaped up as he used Four Arm's huge back as a springboard to leap up into the air just as three Aphids surrounded him as Sprig quickly pulled out his slingshot and fired multiple projectiles into the air as many of them connected against the big insects and small explosions occurred as they were exploded into million of little guts and blood. Landing on the ground, Sprig whirled around and gasped as he saw a whole group of Aphids flying towards them, and Four Arms saw this as she narrowed her four green eyes and stepped forwards. "FOUR ARMS...SMASH!" Four Arms screamed as she reared back her large arms and slammed her fists together as the Tetramand Female created a large green shockwave that rang out and collided against the horde of Aphids as they were all slowly vaporized into nothingness while letting loud, agonizing shrieks of pain.

"Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah." Four Arms and Sprig panted heavily as the little Frog boy all but face-planted into the floor and groaned while Anne merely kneeled down on the floor to catch her breath just as her Omnitrix symbol begins beeping red as we see Anne transforming back into her human form with a flash of red light.

"Man...that was...tough..." Anne says tiredly as Sprig nods with a groan.

"Yeah, who knew that the process of creating the ultimate dish could be so painful?" Sprig asked while gesturing at the number of bruises and injuries that were littered across both his and Anne's bodies as the Omnitrix Wielder winced at this, feeling guilty for forcing her friend to do a lot of work just to make pizza even if he volunteered as Anne was about to say something but was cut off by Sprig as he suddenly perked up with a beaming smile on his face. "But that's the price of progress, I guess. Besides, I'm sure that once we create this pizza dish, it would all be worth it. Even if we have to fight a whole horde of giant Aphids to get some basil."

"Y-Yeah, I guess," Anne commented weakly before sitting down on the floor as she placed her head on her knees. "Anyway, I was thinking we should take a break until my Omnitrix recharges before we head out to find the last ingredient...a tomato! According to the townsfolk, they should be up ahead."

"Good to know...hmmm, You know what? I've never actually tasted a tomato before. No one in town really sells them."

"Really? Huh, I wonder why."

"Oh, I think I know why," Polly says while jumping on the scene as she made her way over to her brother and friend. "I overheard Hop Pop talking about it with a couple of other old Frogs. The reason why Wartwood doesn't sell tomatoes is because they're in the 'Dangerous Vegetables' section. Anybody who tried to get some ended up dead."

"Okay, seriously, why is everything in Wartwood so dangerous?! Giant bugs, living magical trees, and now dangerous vegetables?! How did you all manage to survive this far without Dereck and I around to protect you all?" Anne asked incredulously with her arms crossed as the Plantar Siblings shrugged before Polly turned around as she began hopping over to her Grandfather and friend's location.

~{Dereck and Hop Pop}~

Dereck, in the form of Articguana, could be seen fighting against a group of large mosquitos as he skated across the area with the help of an ice slide that he created as three giant mosquitos followed after him and opened up their mouths as they fired three streams of hot flames at the transformed teen. Taking evasive action, Articguana swerve around the elemental attacks by zigzagging around in his ice slide as he then whirled around and opened his mouth as he fired a big beam of ice at the tree mosquitos, freezing them in mid-air as they fell down onto the ground and shattered apart like glass upon the impact of the ground as more and more big mosquitos showed up to attack Dereck. Huffing a bit, Articguana slides down his ice slide as he leaped up to avoid a mosquito lunge and breathes down a mountain of snow that helped cushion his fall as Dereck rolled down onto the ground and stood on four legs just as five mosquitos appeared as they flew above him in a circle and all of them fired huge streams of hot flames down at him, dousing him with fire as Articguana was able to protect himself by taking a deep breath and firing a huge cryo beam around him as Dereck created a huge dome of ice that protected him from the giant insects' blazing attack.

"I swear to God if Anne and I didn't have our Omnitrixes, we would be dead on the first day that we arrived in Amphibia," Articguana says to himself with an annoyed look on his face, irritated that there were literally hundreds of beasts and plants that wanted to kill him, Anne, or other Frogs as Articguana then took a couple of deep breathes to calm himself down before growing serious as he looked up his ice dome and saw that it was starting to meltdown due to the giant Mosquitos' fiery attacks as Dereck grinned slyly.

"Hey, Mosquitos! Why don't you all just chill out...ugh, I've been hanging around Anne and Asashi too much." Articguana says to himself with a sweatdrop before lifting up his head as he opened up his mouth and firing a huge beam of ice that broke through his ice dome as it collided against the giant Mosquitos and swiftly froze them in ice blocks as Articguana proceeds to whirl around while still firing his cryo beam as he covered the whole area in snow and ice, freezing all of the huge Mosquitos around him as they were all frozen in big ice blocks and fell down onto the floor as they shattered into a billion of pieces. "Alright, Hop Pop, is that enough Mosquito Blood for our dish?" Articguana asked Hop Pop, who popped out of his hiding spot just as Dereck's Omnitrix Symbol begins beeping red as we see the transformed teen morphing back into his human form with a flash of red light.

"Yep, it is. Thanks for your help, Dereck." A shivering, snow-covered Hop Pop says while walking out of his hiding spot as he walked forwards and began absorbing the leftover fountains of blood from the Mosquitoes as Hop Pop proceeds to squeeze the sponge into a large container and sealed it shut as the Old Frog turned to smile up at Dereck cheerfully. "Now that we have procured blood from dozens of Mosqutios, there's only one ingredient left to get. The meat of a Gobsmackder." Hop Pop says with a serious look on his face as ominous music played.

"Gobsmackder? What's that?" A confused Dereck asked as Hop Pop looks up to give the Omnitrix Wielder a grim look.

"A ferocious, dangerous creature, young man, but rumors say that when he's slain and cooked, his meat will taste glorious for any who dares taste it. Normally, I would never try to hunt it down due to...you know...I want to stay alive long enough to see my Grandkids grow up but, with you here, I'm sure hunting him down will be a piece of cake." Hop Pop says while patting Dereck's back as the teenage boy smiles and nods just as Polly appeared as she opened up her mouth to speak.

"Before you say anything, we only have one ingredient left and it's to get the meat of a Gobsmackder, but we're taking a short break before my Omnitrix times in to get it." Dereck interrupted as Polly promptly closed her mouth and pouted as she huffs and turns around to hop away.

~{Anne and Sprig}~

"Holy..." Sprig started.

"...tomato." Anne finished as both she and Sprig were surprised to see a twenty-foot-tall plant monster with three giant red/green venus flytraps for heads as there was a group of huge/small tomatoes placed underneath them.

"Hey, I'm early for once," Polly says with a beam while bouncing over to the stunned duo as she smiled up at them gleefully. "So, guys, were you able to get the tomatoes or what?" Polly asked curiously before her face paled at the sight of the giant three-headed tomato monster as her jaws dropped in shock. "Holy crap! That thing is huge!"

"Polly! Language!" Sprig scolded after snapping out of his shock as Anne did the same and grinned as she reaches down to activate her Omnitrix and briefly scrolls down through her alien playlist as she was able to find the alien that she wanted to use and chuckled as Anne looked up to smirk at the huge plant monster.

"Alright, enough, Tomato Monster, I won't allow you to get in my way of creating Sprig and I's pizza dish, so how about we end this by fighting man to man or should I say, plant to plant!" Anne shouted while raising her hand as she then slammed her fist down on the core and a flash of green light covered her whole body as a yelping Sprig and Polly were forced to close their eyes so as to not be blinded by the transformation.

[Anne 13's Transformation Sequence]

Closing her eyes and raising her hands into the air, a flash of green luminescent light travels across the young girl's form as Anne's body was suddenly covered with thick dark green leaves/twigs as she was stuck inside a large dark green bush, and the young girl struggled a bit to break free before grunting in effort as she managed to pop her now green long-fingered arm out of the large bush and did the same with her other arm as Anne's lower half started wiggling around wildly against its bushy trap before her huge vine-like legs popped out of it.

With her transformation sequence nearly complete, Anne stood up straight as she threw her head back and gasped softly as dark green leaves emerged from her chest and wrapped around it as she then bends forwards, and four large dark green seeds popped out of her back as suddenly a couple of large Venus fly-trap shaped flaps popped out of her shoulders and ensnared her head whole as green plant-like slime oozed out of it. Anne grunted in surprise/pain as she moans a bit before clutching her head as she thrashed around wildly and then used her new acquired superhuman strength to rip the Venus flytrap-shaped flaps in two as her now green one-eyed head popped out, and Anne screeches loudly as she reared back her large arms and struck a heroic pose as another flash of green light occurred.

[Anne 13's Transformation Sequence Over]

"Wildvine!" Wildvine shouted as she briefly struck a heroic pose before narrowing her singular green eye at the growling Tomato Monster in fierce determination as Anne rushes forward to attack the giant plant creature.

Roaring loudly, one of the venus flytrap heads tried to strike down at the female Florauna and opens up its mouth to try and eat her, only for a smirking Wildvine to leap up to avoid its lunge and lift up her hands as she stretched out her four tendril-like green fingers and tied them around Venus Flytrap Head 1, closing its mouth shut as the other venus flytrap heads moved in to attack her. Reacting quickly, Wildvine reaches behind her to grab onto two of her large dark green seeds and tossed them towards one of the venus flytrap heads as they collided against it and caused a big explosion to occur as Venus Flytrap Head 2 whimpered in pain and shrinks back as Wildvine then raised her hand and produced giant sharp thorns all over her arm as Anne then grunted and swung around her arm as she shot several huge thorns at Venus Flytrap Head 3 and was able to impale its head multiple times as it roared in absolute pain.

"Aren't you going to help out, Sprig?" Polly asked her older brother, who had not moved from his spot to help assist his shape-shifting friend, whatsoever, as Sprig shakes his head with a smile.

"I'm helping by holding the ingredients for the Ultimate Dish!" Sprig shouts while pumping his fist up in determination with starry eyes as Polly looked annoyed.

Grunting, a smirking Wildvine leaped off from Venus Flytrap Head 1's...well...head as she whirled around it before unwrapping her fingers from the venus flytrap's head as Wildvine flung herself into the air and retracted her fingers back into her hand as Anne then spread out all of her limbs and grew multiple sharp thorns across her whole body as the plant-like alien started whirling around rapidly and was able to cut off Venus Flytrap Head 2 and 3 from their body as they fell down from the sky. Growling loudly, Venus Flytrap Head 1 turned around to roar at Wildvine furiously for killing its siblings as it swooped in and was able to eat a surprised Anne whole as Venus Flytrap Head 1 smirked at his kill and burped as the Plantar Siblings watched on in deep shock.

Screaming, Wildvine fell down through the Tomato Monster's intestines as she eventually reached its stomach acid and nearly fell down, but Anne was able to catch herself by spreading out hands and digging her sharped clawed green fingers into the walls around her as Wildvine sighed in relief and looked around as she hummed to herself thoughtfully before an idea popped into her head as Anne smirked. Meanwhile, outside, we see a scared Sprig and Polly backing away from a hungry-looking, sinister Tomato Monster as its Venus Flytrap Head hovered above the terrified Frog and Tadpole as it grinned maliciously and was about to try and eat them...but stopped as the Tomato Monster felt something gurgling inside of its stomach and groaned in pain as it began shaking violently and roared loudly in deep pain and anguish as a huge explosion rang out and blew up the Tomato Monster as pieces of its body rain down from the sky.

"Whoa, brutal! Ha, ha, take that, Tomato Monster! Know your place, plant!" Polly screamed with a taunting tone as Sprig glanced around worriedly for his friend before beaming as he saw Wildvine's scattered body parts forming around the Omnitrix Symbol placed on the floor and swiftly regenerating her body back to full health as Anne looked up to give Polly a flat, deadpan look. "Not you, Wildvine. You're the awesomest plant out there!" Polly says with a sheepish smile as Wildvine rolled her eye amusedly but smiled as she walked over to the Plantar Siblings.

"That was amazing, Anne! How were you able to defeat the Tomato Monster?" Sprig asked in awe as Wildvine merely cracked a cocky grin and chuckled.

"Oh, it was nothing much. When I reached the Tomato Monster's stomach acid, I decided to throw all of my explosive seeds into the stomach acid and caused it to blow up from the inside." Wildvine says as Sprig grinned while Polly nodded in approval as Anne then turned around to scan the area before her and beamed as the transformed teen saw that there were several large tomatoes that were able to survive the huge explosion. "Oh, good, the tomatoes are safe! Come on, Sprig, come and help me pick out a few tomatoes for our dish."

"Got your back, Wildvine." Sprig says while saluting his friend as he then bounced off to help Anne collect some tomatoes.

"Welp, now that you guys are done with finding your last ingredient, I'm going to hop over and see if Dereck and Hop Pop are done," Polly says while grabbing her bucket tightly as she begins hopping out of the area.

~{Dereck and Hop Pop}~

"Alright, we arrived at one of the Gobsmackder's caves." Hop Pop says to Dereck as we could see the group making their way through a large thick forest with Polly, who had arrived a few minutes earlier to watch over their progress on their dish, resting on top of her Grandfather's head as the gang arrived at what seems to be a large cave. "Now, Dereck, remember, while you're allowed to kill the Gobsmackder, you can't destroy his body. We need its meat for our meal." Hop Pop warns as Dereck rolled his eyes and scoffs.

"Yeah, yeah, I know, Hop Pop. I'm not Anne. I will make sure to hold back my strength." Dereck says while activating his Omnitrix as he scrolls down through his alien playlist and was able to find the alien that he wanted to use as he grinned. "Now, It's Hero Time!" Dereck shouted while raising his hand as he then slammed his fist down onto the core of his watch and a flash of green light covered his whole body as a yelping Hop Pop and Polly was forced to close their eyes so as to not be blinded by the transformation.

[Dereck 13's Transformation Sequence]

A flash of green luminescent light washed over the young teen's body as Dereck Wyatt crouches down and raises one of his hands as a light blue furry three-fingered monkey-like hand popped out of his left side, and the black-haired proceeded to lift up his other hand as another light blue furry three-fingered monkey-like hand popped out of his right side and Dereck then glanced up at the readers with a cocky smirk as a long dark blue tail with two light blue stripes near the tip popped out of his butt as it wiggled around before pointing itself at the back of Dereck's head as his tail began spraying his webbing all over his head.

Grunting lightly, a blinded Dereck reaches up to grab the webbing and swiftly ripped it apart, revealing that his head has morphed to resemble a head of a monkey as Dereck had three pairs of emerald green eyes with small spider-like black pupils, shoulder-length low hanging primal white/blue hair, two small holes that act as his nose, and two white small fangs.

With his transformation nearly complete, Dereck lets out a loud monkey-like screech as he then raised his human hands, and light blue fur began traveling down on them as they were swiftly morphed to resemble light blue furry three-fingered monkey-like hands and a grinning Dereck then crouches down before leaping up as he threw a kick into the air, and his human right leg morphed as they were now three-toed small furry monkey-like feet as Dereck lands back on the ground and promptly jumped back up as he threw another kick and his human left leg morphed into a three-toed small furry monkey-like feet. Landing back on the ground, Dereck proceeds to do an impressive backflip and finishes transforming into his alien form as Spidermonkey lands back on the ground and lets out another loud primal screech as he punches his chest with his four fists before striking a heroic pose as another flash of green light occurred.

[Dereck 13's Transformation Sequence Over]

"Crystal-Wait, what?!" Spidermonkey screamed before cutting himself off as he glances down at his body and realizes that he wasn't Crystalline as Dereck groaned in frustration.

"Uh, that's not Crystalline," Polly said, stating the obvious, as an annoyed Spidermonkey turned to her.

"Yeah, yeah, I know. I don't know why but this stupid watch turned me into Spidermonkey instead of Crystalline." Dereck says with an angry growl as Hop Pop raised his hands to calm him down.

"Now, now, there's no need to get irritated. All we have to do is wait until you time out and-,"

ROAR!

"Oh, crapbaskets." Spidermonkey, Hop Pop, and Polly cursed in unison as they turned their heads, and their eyes widened in shock as they saw a large creature making its way through its cave after it was woken up by Dereck's flashy transformation and screamed as the unknown monster stepped out of the cave, revealing to be the Gobsmackder as it resembles a 20-feet-tall Hybrid Monster of a Rhino and a Sabertooth Tiger as it growled at the trio threateningly before roaring loudly as it raised himself up to two feet.

"Run!" Spidermonkey screamed while grabbing Hop Pop and Polly as he raised his tail and fired a webline that swung him to safety just as Gobsmackder slammed its paws onto the floor as a loud shockwave rang out across the area. "Stay here," Spidermonkey ordered to the Old Frog and Tadpole while swinging them over to a nearby tree branch as Hop Pop and Polly nodded and watched as the Arachnichimp swung himself back at the Gobsmackder and landed on its face as Spidermonkey raised his fist and threw a swift punch at the monster's eye.

Roaring in pain, Gobsmackder glared up at Spidermonkey with its good eye as it then started shaking his head around in an attempt to get rid of the pesky little spider/monkey hybrid alien but failed as Dereck used his sticky powers to stick onto the large creature like glue and an idea popped into his head as Spidermonkey raises his tail and fired webbing into the Gobsmackder's other eye. Now truly blinded, the Gobsmackder grunted and whimpered as it started looking around for his prey but the only thing it could see was pitch black darkness as it growled furiously and started running across the area while slamming himself against multiple trees in an attempt to throw off the transformed teen as the Gobsmackder was able to hurl himself into the tree that Hop Pop and Polly were hiding in and cause them to fell off as they screamed but, luckily, they were saved by Spidermonkey as he raised his tail and fired a web hammock in between two trees as his friends landed on it safely.

Deciding that he needed to kill this gigantic beast as fast as he can before his loved ones get hurt, Spidermonkey was quick to come up with a plan to kill the Gobsmackder by kicking his head with his furry feet, gaining its attention as Dereck then stood up in a crouch and leaped up into the air as he lets out a loud monkey-like screech to alert the Gobsmackder of his location. Glancing up blindly, the Gobsmackder glared angrily and opened up its mouth to roar loudly as Spidermonkey grins slyly and lowers his tail as he began spraying gallons worth of webbing down at Gobsmackder's throat, causing it to gag as it lowers its head and struggled to spit out the webbing but failed due to the webbing being stuck on its throat tightly as the Gobsmackder continued gasping for air before growing still as its eyes rolled to the back of its head and fell down on the floor as the giant hybrid monster died due to suffocation.

"Nice one, Spidermonkey!" Polly complimented as Hop Pop grabbed his Granddaughter and placed her down on the ground as the Old Frog nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, great job, Dereck! You were able to kill the beast without damaging it too much." A happy Hop Pop says while walking over to the Gobsmackder as he pulled out a knife and begins cutting it as Spidermonkey and Polly gagged.

"Ugh, gross! I'm going to go over there and wait until you're done so that you can take me back home."

"And I will follow after her," Spidermonkey says while bending down to pick up Polly from the ground as the duo walked away with a humming Hop Pop still cutting up the Gobsmackder's meet to store it in his backpack for later.

"Hey, guys, are both dishes done?" Polly asked with a smile as we fast forward in time and cue back to the Plantar House as we see that both Anne and Dereck's groups had spent the next couple of hours cooking their dishes for the Annual Village Potluck, which was going to begin in an hour as Polly was going to judge her friends' dishes and see which one is better to use for the pot luck.

"Yep, we're done!" Anne and Sprig exclaimed excitedly while holding onto a plate filled with pepperoni cheese steaming pizza as they placed it on the table.

"Bon appetit, Polly." Dereck and Hop Pop shouted smugly while holding onto a rather delicious-looking souffle dish named Souffle of Inadequacy as they placed it on the table.

"Alright, Polly, go ahead and judge which dish is better...which is mine, by the way," A cheeky Anne says to Dereck, who simply flicked her in the nose as she yelped in pain, and Sprig and Hop Pop rolled their eyes at the Omnitrix Wielders' antics.

"Yeah, yeah, I know. Hold your horses." Polly says while reaching out to grab a slice of Anne and Sprig's pepperoni pizza as she took a bite out of it...and immediately went starry-eyed as Polly moans in delight.

"Oh, this pizza thing is the most delicious thing that I've ever eaten in my whole life!" Polly screamed joyfully while quickly eating the rest of her slice of pizza as Anne and Sprig cheered.

"Yes, whoo!" The duo cheered as they shared a high five before the messy-haired girl was forced to bend down and grab her and Sprig's pizza dish as Polly looked like she was going to eat the rest of their dish.

"Alright, Polly, can you now and try our dish?" An anxious Dereck says with Hop Pop looking nervous as well as Polly pouted at Anne taking away her pizza dish before composing herself as Polly turned to the duo and nodded.

"Sure," Polly says casually while reaching out to cut out a slice from the Souffle of Inadequacy as she took a bite out of it...and hums in delight as she beamed happily.

"Mmm mm mmm! Wow, guys, I can't believe it! A recipe from Hop Pop's Family Cookbook that doesn't taste like poop, amazing!"

"Thanks...I guess." Hop Pop says with a sweatdrop, not knowing whether to take what Polly said as a compliment or an insult.

"So, who won?" Anne and Dereck both asked in union curiosity with Hop Pop taking away his souffle from Polly as the young Tadpole begins to think.

"Hmmm...well, truth to be told, I can't decide which dish is better, both of them taste equally delicious."

"What? Let me taste that." Anne, Dereck, Sprig, and Hop Pop all said in unison as they reached over to take a bite out of their competitors' respective dishes...and their eyes widened in shock as they felt like they had a piece of heaven in their mouths.

"Oh, wow, Polly's right, this is delicious!" Anne yelled while eating the souffle as she moans.

"Ahhh, good old pizza. How much I miss yee." Dereck says while tearing up as he ate his slice of pizza.

"Holy cow! I don't feel sick or grossed out at all! This dish actually tastes good!" A disbelieving Sprig exclaimed as he continued eating his portion of the souffle.

"Whoa! It feels like my tastebuds are on fire, but in a good way!" Hop Pop screamed in awe and amazement as he gobbled up his slice of pizza.

"Welp, since we all agree that both dishes are great, I have an idea. Why don't we submit both Anne and Dereck's dishes into the Pot Luck? That way, we can have double chances of winning." Polly proposed as everyone thought about her idea and grinned as everyone nodded.

"Sure, that can work."

"Sounds great."

"Hot dog!"

"Excellent!" The group mumbled in agreement as a regretful Anne looked down somberly while rubbing her arm as she then turned to her best friend.

"Hey, Dereck, I just want to say that I'm sorry for acting like a stubborn bitch earlier. When I read over the Plantar Family's Cookbook, I thought all of the dishes in there will be terrible, but I may or may not have skipped over the ones that look edible simply because I wanted to use my dish idea instead of Hop Pop's. I'm sorry about that. To the both of you." Anne says to both Dereck and Hop Pop as they nodded while waving their hands around.

"It's alright, Anne, apology accepted."

"Yeah, we know that you and Dereck simply wanted to help out. Even if both dishes turned out terrible, I would've still been proud for your efforts in assisting our family." Hop Pop says as Anne blushes and smiles with Dereck smiling as well as they nodded.

"Well, now that everything is sorted out, who wants to win the Annual Pot Luck!" An excited Sprig exclaimed as everyone raised their hands and cheered loudly as the Plantar Family ran/jumped out of their house while the Omnitrix Wielders followed after them once they made sure to grab their respective dishes before leaving. An hour later, we could see Anne, Dereck, and the Plantar Family attending the Annual Village Pot Luck as they had placed their dishes on the table alongside the other Frogs' dishes and eagerly waited for the pot luck to begin as fanfare begins to play, and Wartwood's beloved Mayor Toadstool appeared to judge this year's competition.

"Hello, everyone, I'm here. Sorry that I was late. I was busy dealing with Mayor stuff like these silly little rumors about a giant worm-like creature with a red spiked collar wandering across the area, but I think that's just nonsense. Anyway, let the Annual Village Potluck begin!" Mayor Toadstool says with everyone cheering happily as the Annual Pot Luck begins to start. "Now, let's get to tastin' those dishes...Mmm...that is 'scrumptious'...Oh! Ooh! What have we here? Oh, that is delicious! Yeah! Excellent effort!" Mayor Toadstool says while tasing everyone's dishes as he reached the Omnitrix Wielders and the Plantar Family, who all smiled at him hopefully as he narrowed his eyes and scoffed at them. "And the winner of the pot luck is Mrs Croaker!"

"What?!"

"Come on!"

"You didn't even taste our dishes!"

"Dick move, bro!"

"At least try our dish before you judge us, you jerk!" Our main protagonists all protested as an annoyed Mayor Toadstoll rolled his eyes and groaned tiredly as he turned to Anne and the others.

"Fine, fine, whatever. I will taste your stupid dishes...what are they, by the way?" Toadstool asked curiously as the gang smirked at him cockily.

"Don't ask questions. Just take a bite." A grinning Anne says while placing her head and elbows on the table as cheeky Dereck handed the dishes over to Mayor Toadstool, who hums suspiciously as he took a slice of pizza and a piece of the souffle as he eats them together...suddenly the background was filled with flowers and colors as Toadstool looked like he was in heaven and squealed like a giddy school girl as he beamed.

"That...was...the most amazing dishes that I've ever eaten in my life! I can't believe I'm saying this, but you Plantars win by a landslide!" Major Toadstool exclaimed, much to the other competitors' irritation as our heroes cheered and hugged each other as Mayor Toadstool handed them their first-place ribbon.

"Yes! We did it!" Dereck cheered while hugging Anne and twirling her around as she giggled happily, and Hop Pop was quick to brag about his win to the other sour Frogs as Sprig and Polly laughed and mocked the family that got last place in the competition and are faced with spending the night in the Shame Cage as they started throwing random objects at them...hey if everyone did the same to them, then they deserve to get some payback, am I right, dear readers...anyway, back at Newtopia, we see a Frog with horns and orange eyes running through an alleyway while wearing green armor and gray pants as he stops, and panted heavily as he leans against a wall.

"First, they come here and now him?! It's all starting to happen again! I just need them to help me!" The Armored Frog says while punching a wall in frustration as he then proceeds to run away again.
