A.N. — Considering tomorrow's character was responsible for this guy's biggest moment, I decided to place him here. And while I am not as knowledgeable about the contents of the Vigilantes manga as I feel I should be, I do know of this pivotal event.

299. Garvey

Garvey's quirk allowed him to store absorbed attacks for later use. The collateral damage caused while doing so was no concern of his.

With a Trigger-enhanced villain and rapidly-expanding danger zone, this conflict was no place for mere work study students. Again, Garvey didn't care; every fallen foe was another obstacle removed. The Erasure quirked one was proving problematic, though. When the dark-haired hero wounded his face, Garvey had had enough.

Getting force-fed his finishing move was not his plan. His swallowed quirks exploded inside him. Garvey would be bursting with anger, if he weren't unconscious.

A.N. 2 — I really wanted this to be about Oboro's demise, but Garvey was just pointed in a direction and rampaged mindlessly. He was a patsy about the true motive of the assault he launched.
