A world with quirks means its people will wind up rather quirky. Whether heroes, villains, or somewhere in-between, every BnHA character deserves to have their story told. These are but tiny 100-word snippets of their lives, told one a day, every day, in 2023. Newest chapter: By playing a small part in Humarise's plans, the large villain Sidero hopes to keep on doing his thing.

304. Dark Shadow

A.N. — A sentient quirk deserves its own date, as I feel it's its own person. The temptation here was to do a write about what is happening when it's not there, but that sort of defeats the purpose of the write being about the character. Doing this drabble also made me feel bad about not spotlighting the other sentient quirk (Pino), despite it being from one of the movies.

304. Dark Shadow

Dark Shadow shied away from light, but actively sought attention. Their relationship with Fumikage was never in doubt; they'd existed in each other's personal bubbles for so long that an absence of closeness would be disconcerting. But being seen as an entity themselves from other parties was rare. Dark Shadow spent so much time inside their host, being unobtrusive, but that also spared them the hurt from being marginalized or ignored outright. The pair, together, battled the darkness, but Dark Shadow swore the demons were theirs alone, and Fumikage was the angel saving their soul with his presence every day.
