The airport was packed. Eliot stood in the pickup zone surrounded by families and drivers. Parker had wanted to come with him. But he managed to escape before she could get into the car. He had checked to make sure. He looked up at the arrivals board. Then down at his phone. He had a message from Hardison.

Ada smiled as she saw Eliot as she pushed the trolley that her bags on. She was wearing a pair of headphones for noise cancelling she had had a headache while on the plane. She had taken some sleeping medicine and had slept most of the flight.

"Eliot!" she called out to him and walked towards him.

"Your Highness," Eliot joked as he pulled her towards him and kissed her passionately. "How was the flight?" he asked as he took the trolley from her and started towards the car park.

"It was OK," Ada said. "I cannot believe I am doing this."

They got to Eliot's car and loaded Ada's things into the boot of the Dodge Challenger GT HEMI SRT 8. It was orange with two thick black stripes and perfectly fitted Eliot. Ada opened the passenger's side and stepped in while Eliot got into the driver's side. He drove off out of the car park to Boston.

"Nate and Sophie are just finishing up a job so we can meet up with them at Nate's," Eliot said as he unlocked his apartment's front door. "Parker and Hardison are going to meet us there."

Ada sighed and looked around the apartment. Eliot had set up a painting area that she knew was for her in the living room. "Sophie told me to make the apartment a space for us both. I know it's no palace," Eliot said his hands in his pockets. Ada looked at him and then ran at him. She jumped up, wrapped her legs around his middle, and kissed him.

"I love it," Ada said. "How much time do we have before we need to meet up with the team?"

"A couple of hours," He replied and pulled them into his (their) bedroom.

Later they were at Nate's and sat by the screens. Ada sat on one of the armchairs while Eliot sat on the arm of the chair.

"Eliot said that you wanted to talk to us," Nate said.

"Thank you again for helping me," Ada started to talk. "I was surprised that you wanted me to join the crew," Ada smiled at them.

"Of course, we saw the work that you did," Sophie said.

"But I have something that you may need to know," Eliot took her hand.

"You can do this," he whispered into her ear.

"I want to put this down. I may be a Princess by birth but I am not a damsel in distress I do not need to be projected," she stopped and laughed at a personal joke. "While I know I cannot stop him," she pointed at Eliot. Everyone laughed at Eliot. "I have a brain tumour."

"Oh my god," Sophie gasped. Hardison was quiet. Even Parker was shocked.

"How big?" Nate loudly whispered.

"About the size of a grape," Ada sadly smiled. "I wish the doctors had not told me that because I used to love grapes."

"I love grapes too," Parker, gushed out.

"Parker!" Sophie shushed her out of shock.

"Parker," Hardison wide-eyed Parker.

"Oh," Parker looked over at Ada realising that she may have made a mistake. "But you seem OK," Parker said.

"It's fine guys," Ada laughed. "I too like grapes Parker. I do not like raisins."

"I know they are just humiliated grapes," Parker said. "I can't say I am a big supporter of the raisin council."

"Cannibals," Ada joked. "We should watch Benny and Joon together. Johnny Depp is adorable in a movie," She looked at Eliot and spoke. "But I do love a man with long hair."

"Okay," Nate sighed as he interrupted the two girls. "Is it cancerous?" He tried not to think about his son's death. He in a quick flash of memory for the young boy, a perfect mix of his ex-wife and him. The one thing that had kept him together. The one thing that broke him.

"Non-cancerous," Ada replied simply.

"You said that you had dated a neurologist," Hardison remembered as he pointed at Eliot.

"On the Snow Job," Sophie turned to face Eliot who looked nervous. "Did you mean Ada instead?"

"I may have," Eliot gulped. "I may have dated her neurologist to get information also."

Sophie and Hardison laughed at him. Nate smiled at the younger man.

"Right," Nate clapped his hands together. "Thank you for telling us," Ada looked down at her hands sure that the team now did not want her to be a part of the team. "Parker, I want you to start training with Ada..."

Parker jumped up from the sofa, almost tripped over her feet and rushed over to Ada grabbed her arm and pulled her out of the chair. She excitedly rumbled about climbing and lock picking as she friendly dragged Ada towards the door.

"Parker!" Eliot followed them. "You are not pushing my girlfriend off any building," He growled as the two girls laughed at him.

Hardison, Sophie and Nate watched the three leave. From that day, Ada started her training to be a full member of the team. She would not be allowed out of the van for a while, but she was part of the team.
