Gina put all the ingredients on the counter as Ricky watched her with an adoring look on his face, Ashlyn saw this and just shook her head wondering when these two would get their shit together, "I'm gonna go watch a movie!" Ashlyn said as she walked away leaving the two alone, "ok so first eggs" she handed him an egg and he looked at her like she just handed him dynamite "Ricky it's just cracking an egg" he took a deep breath and cracked the egg perfectly "yes!!" He put his fists in the air in excitement making Gina giggle, they continued to bake with no problems until the flower, "ok I'll do the first cup and you do the second alright" he nodded his head and watched her do it then took the cup and tried to follow what she did but he didn't put the excess flower in the tub with the flower he went the wrong way and Gina didn't have enough time to tell him to stop before he was covered in flower, "oops" Gina was laughing so hard she was crying, "it's not that funny" she didn't stop laughing so he grabbed a handful of flower and threw it at her, "ahh oh my god Ricky" she grabbed some flower and threw it at him and at that point there was a full on flower war happening, at one point he got a hole of her waist and she squealed "put me down!" She said in between laughs "not till you surrender!" She was not gonna lose, she put her hands up and covered his face in flower and it distracted him enough so she could escape and she ran away to the counter but Ricky was behind her with the rest of the flower and dumped it on her, she screamed getting Ashlyn's attention and she came running in to see a giggling Ricky and Gina covered in flower, "what the hell!" She said, Gina and Ricky turned towards her with guilty looks then both shouted "he started it" "she started it" pointing at each other, Ashlyn just stood there then finally said "just clean it up both of you" then walked away with a small smile on her face. It took an hour to clean the entire kitchen, "can I shower here" Ricky asked "yeah but I get the shower first" she jumped up and ran towards the bathroom "cheater" he yelled as he ran after her. After she showered and got dressed she she was waiting for Ricky to get out of the shower when she realized his clothes would be all dirty so she went downstairs to Ashlyn "hey Ash do you have my extra clothes Ricky could borrow" Ashlyn turned from to movie she was watching "yeah check my third drawer there should be some of E.j.'s old pants they gave to me, there's no shirts sorry" then gina said "he had a sweatshirt that isn't dirty so he can just wear that" Ashlyn gave her things up then went back to her movie.
Ricky got out of the shower to find clothes on the sink with a note "I had my eyes closed" he laughed at that, he put the clothes on and walked over to Gina's room, she was sitting on the bed on her phone hair still wet in her pajamas and she looked stunning, "hey Gi thanks for the clothes" she sits up "of course, I'm not gonna send you put in the cold in your underwear" she joked and he laughed "I'll bring them back I promise" he sits down next to her their thighs touching "ready to go back to school tomorrow?"she asks a little breathless "no" he says and it's not in a joking tone he sounds sad "why?" He sighed "miss jenn told me her and my dad are not gonna date since it makes me uncomfortable and now I feel guilty" he said with the cutest frown on his face (according to Gina) "we'll just spend the entire day together I'll distract you" he smiled at her "I like that idea" "ok then!" They both got up and went to the door both not wanting to say goodbye "see you tomorrow Gi" "bye Ricky" once she shut the door she heard Ashlyn say "just friends my ass."
end of chapter 3. So this story is more of a prequel to a bigger story in my head so it won't be to long. I know this chapter was short but I needed to get one out. Enjoy!
