Chapter 8

BPOV

I grabbed Sean's hand knowing that he was very confused but still wanted to support me. I really hope he doesn't hate me after this because he completes me in ways that Edward never did. When we got to the clock tower, I knocked as hard as I could knowing that we look like idiots to everyone around us besides the vampires inside this place. I squeezed Seans hand as I heard the door start to open, it opened just enough to let us in and I saw who was in the entry way.

"Hello, I'd like to talk with the masters" I said to them. The little blonde girl glared at me and said,

"Why should we take you to them? How do you know about us human?" she demanded from me. I sighed knowing this is where it was going to go,

"I'd like to explain everything to everyone, Sean has no idea about vampires, this is also something he's just finding out about." I said. She gave me a once over and then turned around to start walking where I'm assuming the brothers would be. Before I knew it we were in front of huge golden doors and I glanced over at Sean and I see him looking around wide eyed, when he caught me staring at him he gave me a small smile. I smiled back but knowing that this is going to ruin his life and have a shock of his life in general I'm holding onto that smile as long as I can.

"Ah, Jane your back with our unexpected guests. What brings you to us today?" The vampire who had raven straight black hair spoke. I was briefly transported back to Carlisle's office when Edward explained who the Volturi kings were. The one that spoke is Aro,

"We are here because I am being hunted but also because I know your secret and Sean will by the end of my tale." I said sounding confident even though on the inside I was dreading what is to come.

"Then explain" Cauis said impatiently. With that I went into my entire story, how I met the Cullens, James's attack, etc. By the end of I was looking at Sean when I confessed how deeply I feel for him and I see him looking at me with awe and tons of love. He grabbed my hand,

"you went through so much just to come out on top of it all" he said to me.

"My this is a predictament, and you wish to become a vampire still?" I knew that was a trick question coming from Aro.

"I want to live and I know I'd rather be a vampire instead of dying." I said to him. With that before I knew it I felt him biting me and then I heard Sean scream out in pain.

3 Days Later

After the pain faded into my heart, I tried so hard no to scream out but then I started to hear voices around me.

"She's been so silent and so has he, I've never seen something like this" Aro said.

"They should be waking up soon" I heard Marcus say from somewhere near me. Once the pain faded completely from my heart, I opened my eyes and I could see everything more clearly including the little particles of dust flying around. I got up and looked around, I noticed that the brothers where guarded by Jane and a few others I don't know but then I looked around looking for Sean. I see him laying on a flat surface like I saw and I ran to him and held his hand, just letting him know I saw still here for him. I noticed when his eyes opened up and they were a gorgeous red color. He immediately kissed me and I moaned in his mouth but we heard a throat clear and I growled in annoyance.

"My dear, if you guys can come to take a breath and hunt." I looked over to see who was speaking and it was Aro.

"You really have a death wish inturrupting newborns especially a very newly mated pair at that." Marcus said before I could say something. Aro donned an innocent facade, I rolled my eyes and looked back at Sean and noticed he was holding his throat.

"Let's go hunt" I said to him and we immediately ran out of the castle and into the woods. I wanted to be on a mix diet so for now hunting animals will work.

"Sean, I'm going to hunt animals but I'm thinking on doing a mix of animal and human blood. The difference is human is supposed to keep us stronger and more sated whereas animal blood can weaken us and dull our senses. I don't want to always kill humans but when I do it'll be the worst sort." I said to him.

"I'll do that as well" I smiled at him and we both closed our eyes and I sensed a bear nearby and ran for it. I knew he was following me so he is either going to watch me or there's something nearby. I quickly drained the bear and when I looked up Sean had pitch black eyes, I slowly walked up to him and had him close his eyes.

"Listen to your surroundings, what do you hear?" with that he was off and I followed him but at a much slower pace in case he doesn't realize it's me. Watching him drain the deer was the hottest thing ever. Once he was done, he looked up at me and walked towards me. Before I knew it he was kissing me and I growled into the kiss and pulled him even closer to me, I am feeling desire that I haven't felt ever and only Sean can bring this side of me out.
