It was pretty quiet and tense at the Loud House for the family and their guests as they were scared about what is to happen on this episode of the Loud House. "Almost didn't want to watch the last episode with the family again... The reactions were kind of the same here..." Bobby told the others with Lori and Ronnie Anne nodding.
"What better happens here is that Lincoln grows a spine, stands up to Courtney and goes to the final with Gwen!" Lynn Jr swore with Lucy and Ronnie Anne nodding with the older adults just silent at this.
They just started watching as it started airing.
Sammy was a little more down as she appeared at the lot. "Last time on Total Drama Action; my first episode as host and I treated the finalists to a fast food pizza breakfast before they rocked out on the rock star movie challenge! Courtney did well winning most of the smaller challenges which included them facing their adoring standees fans but in the final portion; Lincoln showed himself the best at trashing the hotel room and won invincibility! However Courtney used his and Gwen's relationship as leverage to convince Brady to help them vote off Zoey to the Walk of Shame and Gwen figured this out. Poor Lincoln has been met with a statement from his girlfriend ot face how one sided his partnership with Zoey is or they could be done... Didn't want this drama... Anyway... Lincoln, Gwen. Courtney and Brady. 2 are going to the Walk of Shame and 2 are going to the finals to compete for the million dollar cash prize! Who will it be in this double elimination round? Found out on... Total... Drama... Action!"
They just listened in silence.
The opening is shown.
No one was in a state to sing along.
The next morning in the girls trailer; the two remaining girl finalists got up and just glared at eachother as they went to get dressed.
"How awkward that must have been like..." Albert said and they could just imagine.
"Courtney could get annoying before but now... It's bad enough that she got really competitive and decided to drag Lincoln and Dawn into helping her as part of an alliance but ever since Dawn got eliminated... Bossing Lincoln around and turning him into her own personal lackey without him even realising... I am afraid that I won't see the boy that I fell for anymore..." Gwen sighed in the confessional as she shook her head.
Most were torn between feeling sorry for Gwen and feeling angry at Courtney.

"Gwen has been making a mountain out of a molehill ever since I made the alliance with Lincoln and Dawn pretty much. I think it's time that I get her out; especially as it's double elimination and depending on what it is... I should be able to make sure that me and Lincoln goes to the final." Courtney stated arms folded in the confessional.
"I will only accept that if Lincoln beats your behind to claim that million bucks!" Lynn Jr snapped out loud.
"Technically speaking in US currency..." Lisa said but she quickly noticed that no one was paying attention as most were nodding along with the younger Lynn.
Lincoln sighed as he got dressed in the boys' locker room; "I think that I have goosebumps knowing that this is a key episode... One or both of us could be making it to the final by surviving today... Did you have it when you made it to the final 4 last season Lincoln?" Brady asked from behind making Lincoln jump as he shook his head.
"Not in the frame of mind to be thinking about that or answering..." Bobby sighed.
"Sorry Brady... Got what happened last night on my mind... My teammate is pretty much feuding with my girlfriend who says that Courtney is making me her servant... I didn't want her to use Gwen to threaten you into voting our way and I feel guilty about that so sorry about that... What she said about if she doesn't recognise me as her boyfriend... Could we be considered on a break or something right now?" Lincoln replied with a sigh and his head down making Brady pause.
Faces filled in sympathy for Lincoln but some thought that he should accept the blame for not speaking up.
"Well... If the thing affecting your relationship with Gwen is she thinks your alliance with Courtney is too uneven and I kind of agree... Well just make your case to make the partnership more even to Courtney if the alliance is to continue." Brady suggested and Lincoln's eyes widened as he smiled.
"So is he going to try and stand up more?" Lana asked hopefully as some had hope in their hearts at this.
"He should do more than that..." Ronnie Anne said.
"Wow Brady... Thanks..." Lincoln told him as he ran out of the trailer.
"Brady is a stand up guy and I kind of glad the last guy with me in this contest could help me with that advice!" Lincoln smiled in the confessional.
"Both guy finalists having at least a girlfriend and could offer advice..." Luan said finding amusement in that and others did the same.
"I watched the first season and saw his romance with Dawn and Gwen bloom; I would hate for something to break them up before they could actually develop more out of the show." Brady smiled in the confessional.
They smiled at his words.
The contestants were eating their pizza breakfast when there was a whistle and in came Sammy wearing a tracksuit and a cap along with holding the whistle around her neck. "Four remains and after today only 2 and out of you 4; it's time to bet on the underdog as it's the sports movie challenge!" Sammy explained to groaning from Lincoln.
"Oh great... Might as well send him to the Walk of Shame as well..." groaned Lynn Jr and most of her sisters as well as they remembered the sports challenge.
"At least have some hope for your brother..." Rita said though she wasn't feeling optimistic herself.
"Great... Though if it's based on the movies where someone like me perseveres and becomes a Champion..." Lincoln said as Courtney scoffed and went up to him and patted him on the shoulder.
Some thought that if this would be structured like underdog sports movies then Lincoln could have a shot.
"I think that the dodgeball challenge last season shows that you should just take my lead on this Lincoln." Courtney told him and he ended up glaring for a second.
Glares at Courtney for that; "Now she's just patronising him..." snapped Lori shaking her head.
"Okay everyone; to start up with a warm up and that's a big run around the lot!" Sammy explained and then blew her whistle again causing them to run out of the tent.
"Courtney was patronising me there... Gwen definitely had a point in Courtney becoming too comfortable in leading this partnership... Well I am going to make sure that this partnership becomes more equal or else this duo becomes a... Set of singulars? Whatever!" Lincoln glared at the camera with his arms folded in the confessional.
"Glad to finally have this enter your head Link..." Luna grumbled along with others.
"What does an old fashioned classic sports movie needs for it's training? A montage set to an inspiration 80s song off course!" Sammy said in the confessional.
"Uh... Old junk..." scoffed Lola but got looks form the older adults.
"That was a great era for music!" Lynn Sr said indignantly.
A montage of the four running around the set and even around sets of past challenges is shown set to Dare by Stan Bush.
They managed to really get into the montage and the song though they didn't really know where the song came from as none were Transformers fans.
The four were now at the bottom of a large set of stairs with Sammy to greet them as she had a baseball and a bat. "This is simple enough for the first part of the challenge to determine the first finalist of this whole competition! Simply run up the stairs, back down and first to hit a ball thrown by me gets it! You probably won't fail at hitting the ball either because... I mean there is a reason why I am on the cheerleading squad and not an actual sports team... Various reasons actually related to trying something in vain that Amy won't copy but that's neither here nor there..." Sammy explained as they looked understanding but their eyes widened as they heard her talk about Amy.
"Well she is honest about her sports ability..." said Albert and they shook their heads at Amy being brought up again.
"Lincoln could actually do this..." Lynn Jr whispered to herself.
The whistle was blown and the four began running up the stairs and they took a moment for a breather before running down. Courtney had her eyes on Sammy with the baseball and then to where the bat is and Lincoln saw it too and they ended up running into eachother and knockign themselves and Brady down as Gwen got to the bat first.
Groans at this but Lucy and Ronnie Anne had hope in their hearts.
Sammy threw and Gwen easily hit it; "Gwen here hits it out of the park so to speak and let me give you the first Gilded Chris to signify your place in the ultimate finals tomorrow!" Sammy congratulated Gwen and then gave her the Gilded Chris who smiled while Sammy clapped.
They applauded hard at this; "Now all that's left is for Lincoln to join her!" cheered Ronnie Anne with others crossing their fingers.
Brady had gotten up and patted Gwen on the back and left as Gwen offered hands to help Lincoln and Courtney up but Courtney just glared at Gwen before walking away. "Thanks Gwen and congrats... You deserve it..." Lincoln said and then sighed. "I just want to say that... You were right... Courtney has gotten so into the game and I have just become her little minion and I didn't realise even as Dawn and I had her swear that she wouldn't become too much or go too far..." Lincoln told her apologetically as Gwen smiled.
"What it must have felt like for him to admit that..." Lori said with others sighing with relief.
"I hope that this means that they don't break up..." Leni said with nods.
"So what are you gonna do now?" Gwen asked as Lincoln smiled at her.
"Too late to try and get us both in the finals but I will get Courtney to see that this alliance ends if she doesn't treat me as an equal partner and friend!" Lincoln said confidently as she then went and kissed his cheek.
"Good luck and I really hope you join me in the finals." Gwen told him.
Smiles at this with some crossing their fingers again and the older adults wanting to wait and see for how this plays out.
Brady, Courtney and Lincoln were over looking a tar pit and in the middle was a platform with a boxing ring on it and on a pole was a Gilded Chris.
They were just speechless about this. "I must have missed the sports movie that had a tar pit..." Myrtle muttered out.
"With your boxing gloves; you will have to fight eachother and be the first to climb up and claim the Gilded Chris and thus the 2nd place in the finals!" Sammy explained as they just stared silently at the tar pit. "Yeah... There was supposed to be a prehistoric challenge but Max got eliminated during the slasher challenge and if you remember that was supposed to be a non-elimination challenge but he got drunk... Chris planned to move it later but then he got hurt and replaced by me and Mr Draven insisted to me that because of how expensive it was to set up; we had to fit in the pit somehow so... Sorry got overruled on that..." Sammy then explained apologetically.
"I don't even want to know what that challenge would have involved..." Rita said to herself with nods.
"Would have been nice to see Lincoln's reaction if it involved his girlfriends in loinclothes..." Ronnie Anne managed to laugh with others joining in but others were just embarrassed and frowned.
They were now in the ring with their boxing gloves and Sammy then rang the bell; "Okay Lincoln; we have to make sure that one of us gets it and so if you can keep Brady distracted then I can..." Courtney started to say to Lincoln.
"Take the Gilded Chris for yourself and gets the spoils of war?" Lincoln asked as Courtney was taken aback. "Gwen has gotten it through my skull about what she has been saying about me being your little yes-man, lackey or whatever you want to call it! Bossing me about and taking your chance to take the win for yourself... It was one thing when I followed your lead in voting off one of my friends back home and I was happy enough having decided to take your side against MK considering you were right about her all along and it turned out that she was stealing from us but then you used my relationship with Gwen as a threat against Brady and had me silenced!" Lincoln said and Courtney started glaring at him.
"GO LINCOLN!" most of the sisters and Ronnie Anne were cheering Lincoln on for this.
"If you remember; I was happy to hear your advice for the genres and otherwise; it was up to me to come up with the plans as the CIT!" Courtney retorted getting up in his face as he did the same while Brady just watched dumbfounded.
"While you took the W for yourself..." Lynn Jr muttered shaking her head.
"I am an excellent planner and if you listened to me today; then I could have come up with a plan as I am..." Lincoln snapped as Courtney laughed mockingly.
"Oh yes... The Man with the Plan... I remember you telling me all about your plans back home when we were at the resort and how they have a history of blowing up in your face!" Courtney put back as they started shouting at eachother and then shoving into eachother while Brady decided to just start reaching for the Gilded Chris and stopped to notice what was happening.
Glares from the Loud family for this and the sisters were still cheering on Lincoln in this shoving fight but the guests and the adults were a bit concerned.
Lincoln ended up accidentally being shoved over the roles and screamed as he tried to hold onto the ropes but the gloves made it hard.
"LINCOLN!" they shouted out in terrified shock.
"Chris being unavailable was supposed to mean that I shouldn't have had to worry about my son being in peril on this show again..." Rita cried holding onto her husband while her father did the same for his wife. Just about everyone was finding someone to hold onto.
"LINCOLN!" Courtney shouted concerned as he slipped and was barely holding onto the bottom rope with one hand. Courtney looked at Brady reaching for the Gilded Chris and then made her decision. She then removed her glvoes and reached to grab his hand saying "Hang on Lincoln; I got you..."
"Wow she is prioritising saving Lincoln over a spot in the finals..." Ronnie Anne managed to say as they took this in.
"Well she does have her standards... Unlike that Lindsay girl..." Rita said as they remembered about what happened when Zoey found out about Lindsay's true colors.
Courtney and Lincoln then yelled as Lincoln accidentally pulled her through the ropes causing them both to scream and Brady decided to take the Gilded Chris.
They were now screaming terrified.
That night Gwen was at the awards ceremony stage but then noticed Sammy walking with Brady holding the Gilded Chris. Gwen shook her head and went up to them and said "so it's us in the finals then... Well done... Where are Lincoln and..."
There was Lincoln and Courtney groaning looking hurt as they had their bags and Courtney was also holding onto Brittany. "At least we both survived and are still alive Lincoln..." Courtney told Lincoln who scoffed.
They took sighs of relief at this; "Yep... Still alive..." Albert said as he and Myrtle both checked their heartbeats.
"But it still meant that Lincoln lost... Eliminated after making it to the final 4 again..." Lynn Jr muttered as she got looks of disbelief.
"You are focusing on that after we all saw Lincoln fall from that drop to a tar pit?" Lori screamed exasperated as Lynn Jr grumbled.
"Speak for yourself Courtney... I was wearing my newest shirt and jeans when we fell and they got ruined beyond hope by the tar... When my parents find out... I am going to be better off having died in this show..." Lincoln groaned as Gwen then ran up to him to embrace him.
"We are just happy that you are safe and sound... Relatively speaking..." Rita said quietly with Lynn Sr nodding.
"Speak for yourself as I am glad that you survived but what happened?" Gwen decided to ask but Brady spoke up.
"We were going for the final spot in a boxing ring above tar and the two kindof blew up at eachother over their uneven partnership... Lincoln ended up hanging on and Courtney decided to try and pull him back up... Prioritised trying to save him over a chance to get to the finals!" Brady explained as Gwen was shocked, concerned and then surprised as she looked at Courtney.
"Surprised as well Gwen..." Luan said.
"...It was basic decency and I would be a bad friend to just let him drop... I am sorry to the both of you as I have gotten a bit too carried away this season especially; too focused on how I lost last season... Plus I am sorry for considering you a target Gwen and how I used your boyfriend and Lincoln... Sorry for treating you as my sidekick..." Courtney sighed as Gwen just smiled at her along with Lincoln.
"Wow... She realised that she got too carried away and apologised... Never expected that..." Luna said as they were wide eyed but it turned to smiles.
"You know what... Let's see about starting anew and being friends here!" Gwen decided to say and Lincoln smiled as well.
"I have my history of times when I was a bad friend and took things too far only to learn my lesson so I can accept your apology Courtney!" Lincoln told Courtney as she smiled.
"So quick to let bygones be bygones after all she did..." Ronnie Anne muttered shocked along with some including Lynn Jr.
"Remind me again; who is the friend of Lincoln who was a relentless bully to him?" Sam brought up and this shut Ronnie Anne up and she just sighed in response.
"Thanks you both and Lincoln... If we are on the same team again next season then I promise to be a better teammate and a better friend..." Courtney swore and then out from the Lame-O-Sine came Don smiling to the surprise of them all but Sammy.
"I would rather not they be..." Lola spoke but their eyes widened at seeing Don show up.
"Actually Courtney; you might have an earlier chance at that as while the next season of Total Drama will be a while now... The next season of the Ridonculous Race will be starting early next year and we hope to have Total Drama stars compete and to Lincoln and Courtney... If you both want it; there is a spot for the two of you to be a team once again. After all you have been on the same team since the show and I was especially impressed with how you won the Ridonculous Race themed challenge last season as well!" Don offered as they were surprised and took it in.
They were shocked; "So it will be Lincoln and Courtney competing with us Lola..." Rita told Lola as they all took this in.
"Don't forget us!" Luna said smiling with Sam but then they saw the looks at Ronnie Anne and Bobby along with Lori.
"Go ahead..." Lori said as the others were confused.
"We wanted to wait until later to let you know but our family got contacted by the studio as well to open up a spot in the season for a team of 2 from us. Our Mum and Tio Carlos are going to accept the spot and have made arrangements to get time off from their jobs next year to compete." Bobby explained as they took this in.
"Mum always wanted to travel the world." Ronnie Anne finished as they took this in.
"Well we won't go easy on them!" Sam said high fiving Luna.
"Me neither... That million dollars is mine and I am making sure that Mum picks up the pace!" Lola thought to herself.
"Go ahead; you too..." Gwen said patting them on the backs causing them to jump at the sore bits.
"I hope that my family will be alright with it but... I am in Don!" Lincoln then said smiling and nodding.
Some were mixed but most were relatively happy about this.
"Me too... The million dollar prize for your show will go to us... With us working as partners and friends off course..." Courtney said with a smile and then faced Gwen. "I really hope you win Gwen; Lincoln and I will be rooting for you!" Courtney told her and Gwen smiled gratefully.
"So they are still together!" Leni cheered along with others.
Lincoln and Courtney then went to the Lame-O-Sine and out came Dawn who put her arms around Lincoln's neck to kiss him on the lips. Lincoln was frozen by this causing Courtney to smirk as she shook her head and Dawn giggled as they then went in.
Big smiles and some giggles at this.
Sammy then pulled Brady and Gwen close to her as she then faced the camera. "Brady and Gwen remains... One of them is the million dollar winner... Tune in next time to find out who on... Total... Drama... Action!" Sammy then said smiling to the camera.
"Well that turned out well; hopefully Lincoln and Courtney will know how to be a more equal team next year!" Lynn Jr said as Rita took his hand.
"Don't worry; I am sure they will be and I will be there to see for myself!" Rita told him.
"So we are still continuing to watch even with Lincoln eliminated... Again?" Lynn Jr asked and they ended up nodding.
"Especially to watch Gwen win it all!" Ronnie Anne cheered with her arms up.
"I believe that the next episode is the season final for the Aftermath show so a little wait to see the final but still it could mean seeing Lincoln there!" Lori pointed out and they were interested in that.
Yeah if you remember I said I had the list for the Ridonculous Race set but recently I decided to have the Adversity Twins replaced by Maria and Carlos as I had recently saw the Casagrandes episode where the family tries to win a trip for Maria as it turned out that she had wanted to travel the world before having children.
