As Santana pulled out of her old driveway with the kids she started to feel all emotional again. She really does what to work out everything with Quinn but Quinn is not really giving her a chance to explain herself and the only reason how she gets the kids on the weekend is because her meager Holly Holliday. Most of the time Quinn doesn't even reply to her texts.

"Daddy?" Beth was calling to get her attention as she was driving and she quickly glanced up through the review mirror.

"Yes pumpkin?"

"Call we get new shoes please?" She asked as showed her missing bottom tooth that fell out last weekend when they were at Quinn's parents house.

"Yeah of course pumpkin." Santana said at the light turned green and they headed to the mall.

That's one thing she hates about being famous is the paparazzi. They are always falling her and her family everywhere and she hates it's. As she finally pulled into the parking lot she opened the door to help Jordan out of his cat seat and placed him on her hips and grabbed Beth's hand while she grabs Carson hand and headed towards the front entrance of the mall. Casey her bodyguard wasn't too far away as she always followed them in another car to give them their privacy.

"Santana? Santana?" The paparazzis were calling her name as she kept walking to kids foot locker so they can get a pair of new shoes." Santana where's your wife at?" One of them asked and she stops to look at them. They all know what happened a little over six months ago with Nicole Martin the blonde who she slept with. The same Nicole Martin from the music video she did with G-Eazy "Some kind of drug" as she was the girl she was with in the hotel room and elevator.(note not a real video).

"That's none of your business" Santana simply replied as Jordan tightening his grip around her neck as they finally made it to their destination as Casey finally made it up to the front of the store and started pushing them back.

Santana had put Jordan down so he could pick out some shoes with his brother and sister as she just sat down on the beach till a small person hit her up side her head.

"What the fu..." she caught herself and remember where she was and turned around to see her sister in law Lauren laughing at her. Nothing in the world could change her mind about her relationship with baby Fabray as she called her since she been with her oldest sister.

"San" She said hugging her as she doesn't see her as much as she used to and even is she's the only straight one out of the three she still has a little crush on the Latina.

Hey baby Fabray, what are you doing here?" The older woman asked as she pulls out of the hug before Jordan came back over running to her as he sees his aunt Lauren.

"Nothing I was waiting on my boyfriend to come and he didn't and I was just walking by and I saw the paps and Casey outside." She replied as she picked up Jordan and giving him kisses. This just remind Santana how she found out about Quinn being pregnant with the twins before prom as they were hanging out with Lauren and her friends at family fun center. Santana never thought of nothing when Quinn asked her how she feels about kids till she told her after hanging out with Lauren and her friends and the night of the prom she told her she was pregnant.

Flashback: the morning after

As Santana just lay there with Quinn in her arms after they both decided to lose their virginity Santana was happy like she finally found home. She heard about the guys in school talking all about sex all the time and half of the guys wanted to pop Quinn's cherry but she wasn't gonna go brag about it and prom was coming up soon so at least they won't have to worry about sex at the dance and getting a room for the night.

"Quinnie? Why is this door locked." Her mother Judy Fabray asked as she tries to opening the door. Her parents said Santana could stay over but as long as the door stay unlocked.

As Santana quickly put on her jeans and sports bra and hide in the closest while Quinn put on San's boxers and her favorite Nike hoodie and opening the door to let her mother in her room "hey mom, what's up?" Quinn asked nervously as she was running her fingers through her messy hair preying her mother not going through her closest for clothes again.

"Nothing me and your father got back here late last night and saw San Jeep behind your car and I don't remember you asking or telling us she was staying the night." Judy said in her sternly voice as she sat on Quinn's half unmaded bed.

"No! She's not here, she um, um went out with Brittany last night so this boy named Sam will leave her alone and they took Brittany's mustang." Quinn said coming up with a lie that quick which she hopes her mother believes her and instead of saying hey mom me and Santana finally had sex last night. Judy and Russell knows about Santana unique friend since Maribel is a nurse and told them about her daughter condition. They were okay since the Berry girl had the same condition since their daughters were friends with the girl they didn't mind.

"Oh okay, are going to church with us today?" She asked as she was leaving the room and turns around to get her answer when her eyes caught the emerald green color condom wrapper on the floor before Quinn could answer Judy beat her to it" at least you were safe and tell Santana she can come out from the closest now." Judy said laughing as she and pointed to the wrapper that was the floor and left the room. At least they talk to them about safe sex went they both turned 15.

"Shit!" Quinn cursed out as Santana finally came out of the closest laughing till Quinn hit her"that's not funny babe, what if that was my dad then you won't be laughing then?" She says with a pout on her face and San pulled her into hug and kissed her lips.

"I'm sorry baby, please forgive me?" She asked between kisses till Quinn finally gave in and wrapped her arms around her neck.

"I love you did you know that?" She asked San and she shakes her head" and I don't regret last night at all. I'm glad a was your first." She said pushing Santana down on her bed and picked up the used condom wrapper and tossed it into the trash.

As they both took a shower and got dressed for church and went downstairs for breakfast. Santana walk down wearing a grey and white dress shirt black jeans and black and grey Nike air force 1 while Quinn was wearing a white and grey dress with white flats.

After church Santana headed to work while Quinn caught a ride with Charlie back home and she couldn't wait to tell her what happened last night.

"Yeah, she even wrote me a song! Can you believe it?" Quinn squeals out as her and Charlie were jumping up and down "but that's not the best part we did it!"

"What? Oh my gosh you're not a virgin anymore?" Charlie asks and Quinn just shakes her head no she can't believe it that her sister finally had sex "How was it? Did it hurt? Did she eat you out? He took a sip of his drink and looked at her just before he opened his mouth she blurted out what's been on her mind since yesterday when she found out" Dad, I'm pregnant. I'm so sorry we only did it once and I'm pregnant." Quinn said sobbing as her wraps his eldest daughter in his arms.

"Shh, shh it's okay we gonna be here for you." Russell says holding her tight in his arms. He knew that she was pregnant when he got a phone call to his office about a bill that on his statement he didn't recognize.

Normally parents would have freaked out about their teenage daughter being pregnant, but he loves his kids and will do anything to protect them.

"It's okay, we gonna help you get through this." He said her sobs had died down and he pulled her out of his arms to look at her" does she knows?" He asked as he looked at her and she shakes her no." You're gonna have to tell her sooner than later sweetie. Okay?" She's nods her head yes as he placed a kiss to her forehead before leaving and going to bed.

The next day Quinn decided to stay home and try to come up with a way to tell Santana that she's pregnant, but that backed fired when they went dress shopping well Quinn went dress shopping and Santana got a tux.

Quinn had picked out a red dress with the straps hanging off to the side of her shoulder and black heels while Santana got a black tux with a red tie with some black air max 90.

"Thank you for coming down here." Quinn said as they were walking to her car to put her dress in the back. At first Santana didn't want to go shopping but then Quinn said she will buy her lunch if she comes down here to the store.

Santana didn't ask why Quinn didn't go to school and was trying to spend some time with her which they do everyday but something feels off a little and Santana doesn't know what it is.

Santana didn't know what to do, after all Quinn is her first girlfriend and she didn't know were she was breaking up with her or what she just know she couldn't let the best thing that happened to her leave.

They really didn't see much of each other over the weekend and Santana wanted to give her some space if she needed and work on her song. Monday wasn't no different as Quinn rode to school with Charlie and Brittany instead of with her. Quinn felt sorry for what she was doing to her and only giving her three words sentences back.

Wednesday afternoon after school Santana drove over to her house to find out what was going on till she saw a red pick up truck in the driveway. As she rings the doorbell baby Fabray answer and jumped into her arms.

"Yay I'm gonna go call them." She hugging Santana and then takes off up the stairs two at a time.

When Santana walked in the kitchen she didn't expect to see Noah Puckerman sitting in there with a smiling Quinn.

"Hey Quinn can I talk to you for a second?" She asks as she walked over to the counter where they were sitting.

"Yeah," she said getting down from the stool and then turned to look at Noah "hey you can start the next problem and I'll be back." She said with a small smile and followed Santana upstairs to her room.

As Santana walked in first and Quinn closed the door behind her and sat down on her bed right next to her.

"Hey baby, what's up?" Quinn said after a few minutes when Santana haven't say anything.

Santana asked standing up from Quinn's bed and turned around to look at her"I mean ever since you, you know when you went down on me you're being acting weird and if that was a problem then you shouldn't have done it." I just been having so much stuff on my plate and you been working on your song for Holly and prom is in a few days and we're both up for prom king and queen. I love you Santana Maria Lopez." Quinn said as she leans in to kiss her. She never seen Santana been emotional since they started dating and now she's two months pregnant with her baby not with just one baby but twins. She's just lucky she not really showing yet.

"I love you too." Santana said still hugging her after she pulled out of the kiss.

When Quinn pulled back she kissed her again was thinking maybe she can tell her about the pregnancy Friday night her parents been really supporters of her and now she has to tell Santana and her parents.

"San how bout we go on a date Friday night?" She asked as they were walking down the stairs holding each other hands.

"I can't, I have a date already." Santana with a smile on her face.

"What?!"

"I told Lauren I'll take her and two of her friends out on a play date." She says turning around to face her.

Quinn just scoffed before wrapping her arms around her girlfriend necks before kissing her.

"You do know she's has a small crush on you?" Quinn said as Santana raised an eyebrow up with a really look.

"You can go but you have to ask her." Santana said giving her one more quick kiss before leaving.

"Oh I'am going and I'm not sitting in the backseat this this." The blonde said as she opened the door for Santana who started laughing as she walked over to her Jeep.

After they played two rounds of laser tag and Lauren's friend Veronica kicked Santana's little friend they went on to play video games while Quinn helped her ice down her crotch. Quinn loved watching Santana playing with her sister and friends and could tell she's gonna be a good parent. After they ate pizza and played golf Santana dropped them back off at the Fabray resident she decided to spend some alone time with her girlfriend.

As they were laying down on a blanket and looking up at the stars Quinn had her head on Santana chest listening to her heart beat and was thinking about her playing with the kids.

"San?" She calls and Santana responds with at hmm as she countries to look at the stars" I was thinking have you ever wondered about having kids? Later on in life?" She asked as she sat up and waited for her to answer her question.

"I mean yeah but maybe when I'm 20 something and my career is going good and if my wife wants kids then yeah. I could see myself with you as my wife and maybe three or four kids." Santana said sitting up with a smile on her face "or at least you want to marry to a guy." She said nervously

"No,no I could see us definitely married with three or four kids."the blonde say as she gently pushed Santana on her back to making her lay back down to cuddle with her.

After Santana got ready at home and both of her parents took her over to Quinn's house to get photos. Her, Quinn, Charlie, Rachel, Sam, and Brittany got into the hummer limousine.

As they pulled off Maribel notice something off about Quinn's dress as they all walked into the kitchen she couldn't hold it in any longer.

"How many months she is?" Mrs. Lopez ask as Mr. Fabray dropped a bottle of wine as Mr. Lopez looks at Mrs. Fabray.

"She's two with twins."Mrs. Fabray said and Mrs. Lopez shakes her head in disappointment. She can't believe Santana got a girl pregnant and didn't tell them about it" Santana doesn't know yet she's going tell her tonight" Judy said speaking up before anyone can talk.

"You prom king and queen are Santana Lopez and Quinn Fabray." Principal Figgins said as Rachel crowned them both as everyone else cleaned the dance floor.

"You I love you right?" Quinn asked as the music starts and Santana simply just nodded her head as she places her hands around Quinn's hips.

After Quinn ran into Noah at the grocery store and he asked to catch up with her over coffee and she decided she will give dating another try. After she unpacked the groceries and started doing laundry she took out her phone and called Santana As she waited for her to pick up.

"Hey San, you think you can call the nanny or ask your parents to watch the kids? I need to talk to you about something in person."

"Yeah, actually Lauren is over here. I ran into her at the mall." The Latina said to her wife over the phone

"Oh okay you can put her on the phone?" Quinn asked her and Santana walked out of the kitchen to give her phone to the blonde who was watching a movie with the kids.

As Santana just watched Lauren shakes her head and then hang up her phone" Quinn said you have to give me three hundred this time" She said giving her her phone back.

"What are you serious? Last time you watched them it was two!"

"Well it's three take it or leave it?" The blonde said raising her signature eyebrow raise as Santana took out her wallet and gave her the money.

Santana quickly gave her kids a kiss and told them she be back as quickly as possible before grabbing her hoodie and beanie and jumping into her new Kia Optima. She was thinking why Quinn wanted to speak to her in person instead over the phone.

After Quinn spend the day with Britt and Charlie she decided she was gonna give dating another try just to make Santana jealous. She's been alone for six months now and after running into Noah while they were out she just wanted to try to go out on a date with him after all he is kinda cute still. Just as she was pulled out of her thoughts Santana walked in. She told her she still can use the key as long as she lets her know when she's coming over.

"Hey Quinn" Santana said pulling her out of her thoughts as she walked into the living room where the blonde was sitting folding up clothes.

"Hey San" She said without looking at her as she was finishing doing what she was doing.

"So what did you wanted to talk about?" Santana asked nervously as she started rubbing the back of her neck as Quinn moved some of the clothes out of the way so she could sit.

"Actually I really don't know how to say it." The blonde said taking a deep as Santana grabbed her hands.

Santana followed her upstairs into the master bedroom where she used to sleep and opened the door. She grabbed Quinn from the back and turned her around and pinned her against the mattress with her hands above her head.

"Tell me you don't love me and I'll leave you alone." Santana said looking into eyes as she had tears in them.

Just as Santana was about to get up Quinn pulled her down by her hoodie and start kissing her. It's been awhile for Quinn and she wanted her wife in that moment. As clothes started flying everywhere around the room Quinn couldn't wait to feel her in the place that she needs her the most.
