"Woah wait a minute." Rachel says walking up to the two of them as she was literally totally lost. "What kinda of sick joke is this?" She asked them. "Quinn is literally down the hallway I mean hello she just had a freaking baby last night for God sake!" She says very annoyed.

Brittany looks over at the Latina. "Wait you didn't tell her yet?" She asks as she looking back over to Rachel.

"Tell me what?!" Rachel asks as she starts to freak out as she looks over at Brittany who looking away from her.

Santana hasn't a word since Brittany said Quinn is missing. So many things were running through her head that she felt like she was gonna pass out again. The last thing she remembered was someone calling for help before everything went black.

"Shit we need a nurse!" Brittany yells panicking as she kneels down beside Santana who was bleeding from the back of her head.

Flashback

"I'm telling you both I don't think this is a good a idea." Brittany says after she heard the plan for the first time.

Mercedes looks over at Quinn who was still in pain and she couldn't believe what she was gonna say. "You guys I'm with Brittany on this one I mean what's gonna happen if they both found out you two have been playing them and that's not her baby? She's gonna be hurt and not to mention she thinks that's Emily child."

"But you wasn't the one who slept with Emily I did she just caught you in the act that night." Charlie says moving around towards her sister in the hospital room.

"I get that you two are twins and you two are very very close but Charlie have you ever slept with Santana before?" Mercedes asked seriously as she looks over at the twins before looking over at the tall blonde dancer who was sitting on the other side of her.

Charlie sighs as she takes a deep breath before looking next to her sister. "Honestly no but I'm not gonna sleep with her either she's my sister in law and Quinn's soulmate I know how to act and if something happens between I'm gonna stop her but more importantly I'm gonna tell you as soon as it happens." She says truthful she doesn't like Santana like that not that she knows of but Santana is a real celebrity star and who wouldn't want to sleep with her but she's not that type of girl who opens up her legs to anyone.

Quinn hasn't really thought that much about it but Santana wouldn't know the difference or Rachel but she really can't tell Santana the truth that she lost the baby due to the stress of was going on in their life, that will hurt her even more if not kill her. Santana been talking about having another baby for awhile way before the Nicole issue had started.

"I really don't want another baby right now and Rachel and I aren't really together just sleeping here and there and she hasn't said much about having another baby since the pregnant scare last year while focusing on her comeback." Charlie says looking up towards Mercedes.

"I'm a horrible person," she says sniffing while wiping her tears away. "Maybe that's why God took my baby away." She says as she starts to full on crying. "I was a bad mother and a terrible wife.

All the girls gathered around Quinn just showing her with love the best way they could.

End of flashback

Rachel been sitting in Charlie's room while holding the blonde's baby girl in her arms.

''I think she's gonna have your eyes." Charlie says sitting up in bed as she looks over at Rachel.

'Or Santana's.' Rachel was thinking to herself while bouncing the infant to sleep.

Charlie sits up and smiles at the two.

Rachel turns around and smiles at Charlie before looking down at the baby girl who was now asleep. "Sorry she just started whining and I didn't want to wake you." She says softly.

"It's okay Rachael, she's your baby too and I'm sorry I didn't tell you I was pregnant." She says nervously as she looks down at her hands.

Rachel placed the baby back down in her crib before walking over to Charlie who had tears in her eyes. "Oh Charlotte please don't cry." She says hugging her as she sat next to her on the bed. "I just wished you would have told me you were pregnant in the first place and maybe Quinn wouldn't be missing right now and her and Santana relationship wouldn't be completely shit and she wouldn't be next door in a coma." She says on and on till Charlie stops her.

"WHAT?!" She yells as she pushes Rachel off of her just as the baby started crying again.

"Would you keep your voice down." She says getting up to give the newborn her pacifier.

"Wh-what do y-you mean she's missing and who's in a coma?" She asks nervously as she started to panic and the monitored started beeping.

"Shit, nurse!" She yells out in the hallway.

A few weeks later

"Superstar Santana Lopez has been hospitalized a few hours after her ex wife Quinn Fabray Lopez gave birth to the couple daughter." Puck reads off his phone smirking like he won the lottery."

Quinn almost broke her neck as she heard the news. "Wh-what wrong with San?'' She asked as her breathing was becoming a problem for her. She doesn't know how long she been in this basement but she wants out. She had bruises all over her body and she was tired of it.

Puckerman walks over to her while still wearing that shit eating grin on his face. "I'm confused here," he say kneeling in front where he was touching her exposed thigh since he gave her a pair of changing clothes. "You let your wife get your twin sister pregnant and now the whole world thinks that's you?" He says as he moves his hand up a little bit more closer to her private. "Hmm I didn't know the Fabray twins were little sluts."

Quinn hasn't said a word and she couldn't dare to speak as she was only worried about her family more importantly Santana. If she opens her mouth she knows the only sound would come out.

Puckerman stood up and roughly grabs her face. "HEY I'M TALKING TO YOU YOU DUMB BITCH!" He yells in her face before slapping her again.

"Why are you keeping me here?'' She asks on the verge of crying.

Puckerman kneels down in front of her again and cups her face before crashing his lips into hers. "It's simple Lucy Quinn Fabray you are the love of my life and with Santana in the hospital this makes it even easier to kill her." He says smiling as he stood up. "First thing first I get you pregnant, secondly I kill your cheater of an ex wife then we get married and live happily ever after." He says as he circles the chair she was tied up to. "Just in a few days Santana Lopez will be history and you will be Mrs. Lucy Quinn Puckerman." He says before kissing her lips roughly.

"I'll never ever sleep with you again!" She yells as she spits into his face.

Puck wipes the side of his face before licking his hand before he started laughing like he was a mad man."You sure about that?" He says as he pulls out a camcorder and show her a video of him having sex with her and that made her even sick to her stomach even more like she was gonna vomit.

The first time they ever slept together she gotten into an argument with Santana but she never expected to take it that far. Noah gotten her drunk and the next morning she woke up naked beside him in his room down in the basement. It's like history it's repeating itself again but Charlie saw through his bullshit when it tried on her. Before she knew it her inside was turning and she was throwing up.

"How's she doing?" Travis asks as he walks into the Latina hospital room with some flowers and balloons with Brittany by his side holding his hand.

It's been a few weeks since Santana had a stroke then slipped into a coma due to the stress and the anxiety from the shocking news between the twins and the stress she has been dealing with lately, not to mention the fall that cracked her head open. She never thought in a million years Quinn would pull the twin switch on her let alone lie to her about cheating on her when it was Charlie along. She even wonder if Quinn was even pregnant in the first place.

"About the same.'' Maribel says from the side of her daughter's bed while holding her hand without looking up at the man.

Jesus and herself hasn't left the room since their daughter slipped into the coma expect for leaving to change clothes. They wanted to be the first ones to know if anything changes with their daughter, their only child.

"I don't mean to be rude here but why you keep bringing my daughter flowers everyday?" She questioned Travis without looking up at him.

"Because she's my friend and I care about her." He says while staring at the older lady.

"Listen I think is best for you to not come around here while she's in time of need for her family." She says after a few minutes had passed.

Travis looks over at Jesus who was staring at the ground. "Well it's funny you said that since your daughter is my half sister right dad?" He says staring at the older man before looking over at Maribel.

"Babe.." Brittany says grabbing his hand.

"No!" He yells out as Brittany flinched.

He had tears in his eyes running down his face. "He knows the truth and I wasn't the one who was looking." He says looking at Jesus. "Santana was the one who found me and we came friends and I was never using her!" He yells slightly.

"Jesus call security.'' She says standing up as she turns to look at her husband.

"No Maribel he's telling you the truth, Travis is my son." Jesus says looking over at his wife.

"Why? You know she's not awake yet and I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with staying with her yet." She says seriously as she puts the baby down in her crib.

"My parents are literally down the hall with my kids or should I say Quinn's kids Rachel so if you need help they will help you." She says with an attitude.

"Why I have to watch her so you can go see your baby daddy." She says rudely as she rolls her eyes at her.

"Whatever, I'm not doing this with you." Charlie says shaking her head before she started packing a bag for Isabella.

"What are you doing?" Rachel asked as she she sees the blonde moving around the room.

Charlie ignores her and continues to pack the baby bag.

"You literally acting like you can't hear me Charlotte?" Rachel asks as she waits for the blonde to answer her before grabbing the baby bag from her. "Talk to me Charlotte!" She simi raised her voice at the blonde.

"Get away from me Rachel or I swear I'll kick you in your balls and you will never have another kid again." She says balling up her fists as tears started to formal in her eyes. "I'm under a lot of fucking stress right now and I don't need your bullshit when I'm worried sick about my sister being missing for over three fucking week and her ex wife is in a coma with a newborn baby and I don't have time for your shit!" She yells as Isabella started crying. "Just like everything else I'll do it myself without you.'' She says grabbing the baby bag from her before picking up Bella and leaving as her tears started to roll down her face.

Nicole looks down as she was bouncing her daughter Alexis. She couldn't help but to let her tears fall as she hands over her daughter to Holly. "This is the only way I know my baby will be safe." She says sniffing as she looks at her one more last time as she kisses her forehead.

Holly nods her head as she holds the infant close to her chest as she takes the note the younger girl just gave to her.

"Nicole Martin you are under arrest..." the officer says as they were handcuffing her just as Alexis started crying.
