20. Another Message from the Author

Hello friends,

Just popping in to say that I was all ready and eager to post a new chapter tonight, and was copying it from one Word doc to another to organize, closed out the original Word doc after deleting said text, and then promptly forgot to paste it and proceeded to use my Cmd + C for something else. Macs are so smart and they don't save a history of the clipboard, nor does Word keep the autorecovery files once you close out of the document, so I'm now digging through recovery software to see if I can find it, trying not to bash my head into a wall.

I lost about 10,000 words and the odds aren't looking good that I can recover it. It took me 2 months to write this thing and I never once closed the document. One moment of forgetfulness and it all goes down the drain.

So.

Here's me saying that I'll see you all in about 2 months after I rewrite this thing, and hopefully it's better than my original!
