"YELLING"

Wayne Tower, London, England

Selina walked into the Wayne Suite room of London Wayne Tower with her thankfully still-sleeping nephew in her arms. Alfred walked in briskly behind her, carrying what few infant supplies they had picked up for Harry since he was already a year and three months old. After carefully placing Harry on the bed in the bedroom where she would be sleeping, Selina set a protective fort of pillows around him so that if he turned or shifted in his sleep, he wouldn't accidentally fall off the bed and hit the floor; a little trick she had learned with her little Helena. Making sure that Harry was safe and secure, Selina carefully removed her shoes and tiptoed out into the large living room that made up the apartment suite that was used exclusively by the Wayne family, and gently closed the door to the point that it was still open by only a crack so that when Harry woke up, she would hear him and quickly be by his side.

Selina released a small sigh of relief as she fell onto the couch, exhausted from dealing with the Dursleys. Alfred, only wearing a button-up shirt, the driving trousers, and boots of his chauffer uniform, walked up to her from the direction of the kitchen, a small glass of vodka sitting on a tray, as he knew it was her habit of taking a glass after dealing with a stressful situation, and in Selina's personal opinion, dealing with Petunia Dursley and her significantly overweight husband COUNTED as a stressful situation. Selina took the glass off the tray and nodded to the butler thankfully before downing the drink in one swallow. Selina returned the glass to Alfred's tray and leaned back into the couch's cushion.

As Selina rested on the couch, Alfred returned the tray with the now-empty glass to the kitchen before coming back out. Knowing how Selina preferred to be alone after drinking a glass of vodka when dealing with a stressful situation, Alfred picked up the suitcase with the court order and removed the paper. Holding the court order, Alfred returned from his room in his usual butler uniform a minute later. With the court order in writing, Alfred walked toward the elevator doors with a plan in mind.

"I'll be heading down to the computer room to fax the court order to child services and judge's offices," He said to her, pressing the button for the floor that the computer room was on. "I shouldn't be gone long, Miss Selina."

"Very well, Alfred, thank you," Selina replied, nodding in acknowledgment. "I'll stay here if Harry wakes up, so I can hold him if he needs someone to calm him down."

Alfred nodded his head in acknowledgment and entered the elevator. After that, Selina was, for the most part, on her own, leaning further back into the cushion, releasing a deep breath as she rubbed her temples. Ever since she first met Petunia, Selina would get a headache that gave her a hard time, but with some luck, this would be the last time she would ever have to deal with the Dursleys. Although, after seeing Petunia bring Harry out of the cupboard underneath the stairs, seeing the faint bruise on Harry's face, and hearing Alfred explain how frightened Harry was of Vernon, Selina was confident that in the brief time that Harry was with them, the Dursleys had abused him. If there was one thing that Selina despised most in the world, it was people who willingly abused innocent children who couldn't defend themselves, especially since she was abused when she was a child.

Depending on how much time she would have left in England, she would use any legal method to make the Dursleys regret what they did to Harry. Based on her observations, it was apparent that Vernon and Petunia valued their reputation and image among their neighbors on Privet Drive. Perhaps Selina could have Alfred go back to Privet Drive and speak to a few of the Dursley's neighborhood about how they had taken Harry in after Lily's death, only to treat him like he was nothing; it was less than what Selina believed they deserved, but at least it would be something. As she was thinking about what she would do to get some justice against the Dursleys, the hairs on the back of her neck began to stand up, allowing her to stand quickly and turned to strike at whoever was behind her, which turned out to be an older man with the longest beard she had ever seen in her life.

The beard, along with the matching hair, was silver in color and was long enough to be tucked into the belt. The man wore half-moon glasses that rested on a nose that was broken in two different places, with the most expressive electric blue eyes that seemed to be twinkling in a grandfatherly manner. It was, however, the man's wardrobe that caught her attention the most; light blue robes that she knew had to be indicative of a wizard; she had spent enough time with Lily and James to understand how British magic users dressed.

"Now, now, Ma'am," The man said, his hands raised in peace, not bothering to go for the wand strapped to his belt. "I'm not here to attack you. I only wish to talk."

Selina eyed the man carefully before finally relaxing. At that moment, Alfred walked in from the elevator, pausing when he saw the man in the wizard robes. Whether or not he seemed shocked or surprised that there was someone else in the room when there wasn't before he left, the experienced butler didn't show it. Of course, Selina figured that had to have come from having spent so many years serving Bruce when he began his career as Batman.

"I wasn't aware that we were expecting guests," He merely said, his unique sarcastic quip breaking the tension. "If I had known, I could've had something prepared in advance."

"It's alright, Alfred," Selina said, relaxing further. "Our guest here means no harm. Please bring me a glass of wine and something for our guest?"

"Whiskey, if it's not too much trouble," The old man said quickly, a smile gracing his far. "I've always wanted to know what the Muggle version of firewhiskey was like."

Alfred showed no reaction to the word "Muggle" but merely walked to the kitchen. As he did so, Selina politely gestured towards the couches, offering the man a seat, which he took with a grateful nod. Soon Alfred returned with the requested drinks and gave those who asked for the glasses.

"Now that we have our drinks," Selina started as she sipped her wine. "Let's get to business, like who you are, for starters, and why you're here."

"Certainly, though I must say, Muggle whiskey is interesting," The man said as he looked at the drink after sipping it. "The taste is similar to fire whiskey but doesn't cause you to burp flames out of your mouth.

" Now, in answer to your question," He continued, ignoring the bewildered looks on Selina and Alfred's faces. "My name is Albus Dumbledore, and I am the headmaster of a school called..."

"Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry," Selina said, earning an impressed look from Dumbledore. "My sister told me about the school and how she met the man she would end up in love with and married there."

Dumbledore was both impressed and curious, as the woman before her could easily say the name of his school. He was curious about who her sister that attended Hogwarts was, but considering what he had learned that day, he was beginning to have a good idea.

"Indeed, I'm impressed; not many Muggles are aware of the existence of Hogwarts," Dumbledore said, raising his glass in a toasting manner. "I am, however, curious about who your sister is, Ms. ..."

"Wayne, Selina Wayne," Selina answered, introducing her name simultaneously. "Though my maiden name was Kyle-Evans, and my sister was, sadly, the late Lily Potter nee Evans."

Dumbledore was in the middle of another sip of whiskey when Selina gave her answer and choked on it for a minute, causing him to cough it up. Alfred quickly rushed to gently pat Dumbledore's back while Selina grabbed the older man's shoulders to help keep him steady. Dumbledore eventually regained his breath and graciously waved his helpers off with a grateful nod. After recovering from his coughing fit, Dumbledore looked at Selina with a confused but hopeful expression.

"You and Lily were sisters?" He asked, bewildered and pleased to have a better alternative to Petunia Dursley. "How?"

Selina took a deep breath as she would have to give Dumbledore the full story of her birth.

"My mother was, to put it simply, a seductress," She began, looking Dumbledore straight in his eyes, knowing she had his full attention. "She mainly had a fondness for seducing married and engaged men, and my birth father, Harrison Evans, was just one of her victims. It happened just before he officially married Petunia and Lily's mother, Helen Smith. The men he chose as his groomsmen decided to take him to Gotham City, of all places, for a Bachelor's Party.

"At some point, my father and his friends entered one of several bars in Gotham, where my mother happened to be," Selina continued, accepting a glass of water from Alfred. "And when she saw my father's bachelor's party, she quickly set her sights on seducing Harrison and got him drunk enough to lure him to a nearby hotel room, where she had him have sex with her."

Dumbledore listened to the story he was being told. He carefully examined the facial expressions of the young woman in front of him. It was apparent to him that Selina was not fond of talking about her mother based on the tone of her voice. However, whenever she mentioned Harrison Evans, he could detect a tone of fondness in her voice.

'Perhaps she had a better relationship with her birth father,' Dumbledore thought. 'It would certainly explain how she had a considerably close relationship with Lily in order to learn about Hogwarts.'

"When Harrison woke up the next morning and realized what happened, he was horrified and immediately regretted it as he quickly got out of there," Selina resumed, unaware of Dumbledore's thoughts. "but he continued to marry Helen, never thought twice about my mother, and never spoke about that one night with anyone ever again. At least, that was until I showed up on the Evans family's doorstep when Lily happened to be fifteen years old.

"You see, Mister Dumbledore, what my birth father was unaware of, was that my mother ended up conceiving and pregnant with me," She continued, taking another sip of the refilled wine that Alfred brought her. "After she gave birth to me, I grew up believing that the man she married was my father until one day, he got drunk enough to let slip that I wasn't his daughter. After that, I learned that my mother slept with my father, Harrison, and an at-the-time up-and-rising crime boss named Carmine Falcone."

Albus watched intently as Selina paused in her story and sipped more wine. He was eager to hear the rest of the story, willing to be patient to listen to it. Finally, Selina set the glass of wine down on the small table next to them before she looked back into his eyes.

"All my mother knew about Harrison Evans was that he was going to get married and was from Britain," Selina began again, taking a steadying breath before she continued. "but that was it, so I believed at first that Falcone was my father, until one day when Falcone was captured by the Batman and Catwoman, my then fiance at the time, Bruce Wayne, was able to pull some strings to get some of Falcone's DNA so that I could test it against mine. It came back as negative, so I knew that he and I were not father and daughter, which left me with a man from Britain whom my mother barely knew and nothing else.

"When I learned that my mother was on her death bed, I went to see her," She kept on going, coming to the end of the story. "I was hoping to get some more information from her about my father, and I guess some feeling of regret finally compelled her to tell me the rest of the story. She gave me the name of the bar where Harrison Evans had his bachelor party and what year it happened, so after I watched her take her last breath, I went to the bar, hoping to find the rest of his name. At the time, I only knew my father's first name and that he was from Britain, but I had no last name, nor did I have a general idea of where he was; fortunately though, by some stroke of luck, they still had the records from the year that my father's party happened in, so I was able to find his last name, and I was able to find out where he lived. After that, I traveled to England, tracked down the Evans family address, and that's how I met Lily, as well as my birth father and the rest of Lily's family. After introducing myself to Harrison Evans, he apologized for leaving me with my mother, saying that even though he regretted what he did with my mother, he would never leave me with her if he knew about me. To my surprise, Helen Evans agreed with him and accepted me into their family, which made it easy for me to invite them to my wedding with Bruce. However, even though Harrison, Helen, and Lily accepted me fully, Petunia didn't, and so we never had a very close relationship as I did with Lily. Anyway, Harrison walked me to the alter with Bruce, and Lily got to be my Maid of Honor, and after that, she and I became quite close. Close enough that she told me about her abilities as a witch, and I shared a few secrets of mine and Bruce's."

Dumbledore chuckled as Selina finished her story. His reaction puzzled Selina; she looked at him with a confused look, prompting Dumbledore to wave his hand apologetically.

"Apologies, Mrs. Wayne; I don't wish to seem insulting when I laughed. It's just that..." Dumbledore began as he got himself under control. "I assume one of the secrets that you entrusted Lily, and later James when he married your sister, was that you, and by extension, your husband, are, in fact, Catwoman and Batman?"

Thanks to his years of training, Alfred showed no reaction to Dumbledore's deduction except a raised eyebrow. Selina only smirked in a way that Dumbledore could only describe as success and approval. Dumbledore couldn't help but mentally chuckle to himself as he realized that, more than likely, Lily had told Selina about how Dumbledore could read a person's mind, even the passive thoughts they let out of their mental shields, of which Selina had solid ones. From the first moment he met her, Dumbledore could tell that Selina had some form of Occlumency training or at least training in what the Muggle version of Occlumency was. Then, when Selina was explaining her story and came around to the part where she spoke of how she and Lily shared their secrets, Albus was able to pick up on some thoughts of her dressed in a black suit with a mask that was designed like a cat, and a man that Albus assumed to be her husband dressed as a bat. At first, he thought perhaps her mental shields weren't as strong as she thought they were, but now, after seeing her smirk, he couldn't help but realize that she had intentionally allowed him to read her thoughts.

"Looks like Lily was right," Selina said, her smirk still present as she leaned back into her seat. "You are proficient in reading my thoughts; otherwise, I wouldn't have trusted you to know mine and my husband's biggest secret."

Dumbledore couldn't help but feel impressed and honored by Selina's willingness to trust him, especially when people in her unique situation would probably go to great lengths to keep their secret identities hidden. Knowing that she, possibly her husband, was willing to trust him with their secret identities was an honor for Dumbledore.

"You and your husband have my word that I will protect your secrets till the end of my days," Dumbledore humbly said, bowing his head in respect. "Now, as tedious as it may sound, I'm afraid I must ask something that has been on my mind since I learned of you taking Harry from Petunia."

Selina did nothing but nod her head, indicating for Dumbledore to proceed and ask his question. Dumbledore shifted his body slightly until he was confident that he could look Selina directly in her eyes.

"I would like to know how you managed to get Petunia to give up custody of Harry so easily." He said, eager to hear what Selina would say.

Initially, Selina said nothing but only looked at Alfred, who nodded in return. Dumbledore observed the butler as the middle-aged man walked out of the room and shortly afterward returned, two scraps of papers in his hand. Dumbledore watched curiously as Alfred handed the documents to Selina, who then took one of them and showed it to Dumbledore. Dumbledore took the paper and looked at it, shocked to see that it was a will, and not just any will, but the Will of James and Lily Potter.

Final Will and Testament of James and Lily Potter

We, James Charlus Potter and Lily Marie Potter nee Evans, being of sound mind and body, declare this to be our final Will and Testament, rendering all other wills null and void.

If this Will is being read, the unfortunate has happened, and we are dead.

To the beneficiaries, we give the following:

To Bruce Thomas Wayne and Selina Maria Wayne nee Kyle-Evans, we grant access to the Potter Mansion outside Gotham, New Jersey. We also leave 50,000 in American money, for Helena Lily Wayne, in a trust fund under the supervision of her parents until she is of legal age in America. We also leave to Helena Lily Wayne all of Lily's journals that chronicle her adventures alongside Selina.

To Sirius Orion Black and Marlene Black nee McKinnon, we grant access to Potter Manor and your own home to tend to, as you have requested nothing else. Padfoot, I hope you learn to mature as I did so you can settle down with Marlene and take care of yourself and Harry. Also, we give 500,000 Galleons, regardless of any arguments he might provide.

To Remus John Lupin, we leave you a cottage nestled on a significant portion of Potter land, where you can roam freely during your transformations and not have to worry about encountering anyone else, as well as a vault in your name, that is connected to the Potter Family Vault, which will replenish with 500,000 Galleons that will help you get by in life. Also, Remus, find someone who will be there for you and will love you unconditionally, regardless of your furry little problem. Lily Potter also leaves a journal of a modified version of the wolf's bane potion that will render the werewolf transformation into an absolute voluntary state, which can be found in her vault.

To Peter Pettigrew, our friend and secret keeper, in thanks for your service to our family by keeping our location confidential and safe, we give you 500,000 Galleons. However, if you betrayed us and turned us over to Voldemort, then not only shall you be cast out of our lives and made an enemy of the Potter Family, but you shall also be stricken by a curse made by the Potter Family, reserved only for those, who have violated the trust and loyalty of the Potters, and this gift is null and void.

To Cyrus Aldrich Greengrass and Elizabeth Grace Greengrass nee Warren, we leave our family vacation home in Paris, as it is known that Elizabeth loves the sights of Paris. James Potter also leaves a copy of several Potter Family Magical Plants to add to the greenhouses of the Greengrass Family business. Furthermore, James and Lily Potter leave Daphne Greengrass, James, and Lily Potter's goddaughter, 50,000 Galleons placed in a trust fund under her father and mother's supervision until she is seventeen.

To Frank and Alice Longbottom, we grant access to our family greenhouses and add to their potions and magical herbology business. We also give 50,000 Galleons to be placed in a trust fund for their son Neville Longbottom, Lily Potter's godson, under the supervision of Frank and Alice until he is seventeen. (Should anything happen to Frank and Alice, then management of the trust fund shall go to Neville's grandmother).

To Adam and Helen Davis, we grant access to the historical books, journals, and records of the Potter Family, with the entire decision on what can be made public and what can be kept confidential. We also give 50,000 Galleons to be placed in a trust fund for their daughter Tracey Davis, under the supervision of Adam and Helen Davis, until she is seventeen.

To Belladonna Zabini, we give access to the potion books of Lily Potter and the Potter Family to decide what can be used for the public and your... unique profession. We also give 50,000 Galleons, to be placed in a trust fund for her son Blaise Zabini, under her supervision until he is seventeen.

To Albus Percival Wulfric Bryan Dumbledore, we leave 600,000 Galleons for the Order of the Phoenix and another 600,000 Galleons to aid in the rebuilding and recovery of Magical Britain. I, James Charlus Potter, also leave to Albus Dumbledore some journals left by my ancestors of the Peverell family regarding three particular items that inspired a specific story that is your favorite, as well as their recorded history within the Peverell family. I also ask that you return a particular item you borrowed to my son once he has turned eleven years old, as is the tradition of the Potter family, which I will be eternally grateful for.

To Minerva McGonagall, we leave the transfiguration journals of James Potter and the Potter Family for use in teaching future generations of students. We also leave 700,000 Galleons for Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, as well as an additional 10,000 Galleons for the purchase of new brooms for the four individual Quidditch teams of the Hogwarts Houses and the flying class for future students (can't have new students continuing to learn how to fly on those rickety old brooms... OWW LILY! Why do you always smack me when I'm telling the truth? And for the record, this is James speaking).

We leave a slightly larger bequest to the Weasley Family, as they potentially need it more than the others. We leave them 1,000,000 Galleons for the well-being of their family, and it is to be made clear that this offer is not to be seen as charity but as an offer of friendship and as thanks for the help that the Weasleys have given to us, as well as a sign of good faith. We also leave an additional 500,000 Galleons for each of their children, making their beneficiary offer 4,500,000 Galleons. The individual 500,000 Galleons for their children are to be put in a trust fund under the supervision of Arthur and Molly Weasley until each of their children graduates from Hogwarts.

To Jean-Paul Delacour and Apolline Delacour nee Lafayette, we leave the French Potter Chateau in the hopes that the bonds of friendship between our families will continue. We also leave 500,000 Galleons for their daughter, Fleur, which are to be placed in trust vaults for each girl, under the supervision of their parents, until she is seventeen.

To the Order of the Phoenix, we leave 600,000 Galleons as funds for operations and to aid in rebuilding the Magical World.

Lastly, to our son Harry James Potter, we leave two individual letters that are kept in our Family Vault, as well as Potter Manor, access to the family vaults, and the remainder of the family fortune, jewels, and other family valuables. We also want to leave a message within this Will for him that we love him unconditionally, no matter what, and that we'll always be with him in his heart.

Sirius Orion Black; Godfather chosen by James Charlus Potter.

Elizabeth Grace Greengrass; Secondary Godmother chosen by Lily Marie Potter.

Remus John Lupin; Furry Little Problem, and Ministry prejudice be damned!

Under no circumstances is guardianship of Harry James Potter to be given to Vernon and Petunia Dursley! Anyone who refuses to honor this specific request will be found in violation of our wishes for our son, labeled an enemy of the Potter Family, and is to be considered the same by friends and allies of the Potter Family.

Signed: James and Lily Potter.

Dumbledore looked over the Will with awe as it provided him with the information he could not access before when he learned that the Ministry sealed the Will. He had hoped that the Will could tell him if Lily had any other family besides Petunia so that he could safely send Harry to them. Unfortunately, because the Ministry sealed the Will, Dumbledore was forced to have no choice but to put Harry with Petunia, something that Dumbledore knew that Lily would not have wanted. But now, here was the information he needed to put Harry where Lily and James would've liked and answers to other questions that he had.

One such question was why Sirius Black would betray his best friend and kill another, but after reading the Will, Dumbledore began to wonder if Sirius was innocent. According to the Will, Sirius was never the Secret Keeper at all, but rather Peter Pettigrew, which made Dumbledore wonder if there was more than what met the eye regarding Sirius' confrontation with Pettigrew. Furthermore, why didn't the Ministry of Magic consult with the Potter's Will to see if it could provide information regarding Sirius? After all, until now, even though the Will revealed otherwise, Dumbledore believed Sirius Black truly had been the Potter's Secret Keeper and therefore betrayed them; at least, until now.

"Pardon me, Selina, but may I have a copy of James and Lily's Will?" He asked, shaking out of his thoughts. "I need it to help clear up some legal matters that may be resolved with the Potter Will."

Although she was curious as to why Dumbledore worded his question the way he did, Selina nonetheless looked at Alfred and nodded her head. Alfred, in return, nodded back and proceeded to make a copy of the Will, that is, if Dumbledore didn't hold his up, stopping the butler. Selina and Alfred watched as Dumbledore pulled out his wand, which to the best that either individual could tell, was made with what looked like elder wood. It had, what Selina and Alfred could tell, a small bone inlay inscribed with runes and outcroppings of nodules running down its length, giving both of them the impression of clusters of elderberries.

Selina and Alfred watched as Dumbledore used his wand to cast a spell that copied James and Lily's Will, which appeared to the left of the original Will. Even though Selina and Alfred knew that magic existed, thanks to individuals such as Jason Blood, who could transform into Etrigan the demon, Dr. Fate, Zatara Zatanna, John Constantine, Shazam, etc., they were intrigued by how differently Dumbledore used his magic via an actual wand. Of course, Selina and Alfred, Selina especially, had seen this type of magic performed on many occasions, via James and particularly Lily's usage of their wands.

"There, that should do it," Dumbledore said, smiling as he rolled up the copy of the Will and tucked it into his robes. "Now, just out of curiosity, Selina, how long will you be staying in England?"

"Long enough for the courts to process the change in custody of Harry from Petunia to me," Selina answered, regaining her composure. "After that, once I get a few other things settled, Alfred and I will be returning to Gotham in America with Harry."

Dumbledore nodded his head, pleased with the answer. If he was fast enough, he could get Sirius free from Azkaban, and perhaps Selina would be willing to consent to Sirius visiting Harry in America. Plus, now that Dumbledore thought about it, Harry would have an extra layer of protection from Voldemort's remaining followers who were seeking to find him. As far as anyone knew, Harry was hidden away in the Muggle world with a relative from his mother's side of his family; thus, the Death Eaters would be under the impression that he was somewhere in England and would never think to look for him in America. Plus, because she still shared Lily's blood, Selina could keep Lily's love protection active, not to mention that she and her husband would more than likely teach Harry all kinds of defensive skills that could help him in the future.

"Very well then, hopefully, I'll be done with the legal matters myself," Dumbledore stated as he rose from his seat, eliciting a similar reaction from Selina as she stood up with him. "If it is alright with you, I'd like to return to speak with you about certain topics regarding Harry before you leave for America."

Selina smiled at the older man, having a good idea about what Dumbledore wanted to speak to her about. She did not doubt that Dumbledore wanted to talk about Harry attending school at Hogwarts, and while she had no issue with it, knowing that Lily would've wanted her son to attend Hogwarts, Selina didn't want Harry to go alone. Fortunately, Selina and Bruce had someone in their family who could go to Hogwarts with Harry; but she would keep that information to herself for now until Dumbledore returned.

"Of course, Albus," She answered, walking the Wizard over to the door. "Alfred and I are staying here in England for about a week and a half, so if you can get your legal matters sorted out before then, feel free to visit. Just make sure to let us know when you're coming in advance, please."

Dumbledore chuckled good mannerly as he nodded in agreement before walking through the door. Nodding at Alfred, Selina walked back to her room to check on Harry, smiling as she saw Harry still sleeping. Feeling tired herself, Selina laid down next to her infant nephew and shut her eyes. Later, when Alfred came to inform Selina it was time to eat, he couldn't help but quietly chuckle at the sight of aunt and nephew soundly asleep, and proceeded to pull the blanket over them and gently tucked them in expertly without waking either one of them up, and walked out of the room.
