It's been a while sorry for the wait I had some stuff to take care of and now I can finally focus enough to continue this story.
Izuku, Goku, and Hogo looked up at the gate of the building. The U.A. logo was pasted in gold, glinting in the light. Izuku and Goku had big goofy grins on their faces while Hogo had a small smile, happy for his friends. As they walked through the gate, they let their eye roam around what they believed would soon be their new campus.
"Can you believe this Izuku? We've spent years training and studying to become heroes, and now... we're really going to become heroes!"
Izuku could feel his heartbeat pound throughout his body, anxiety mixed with excitement and anticipation. With a slightly shaking voice, he turned to Goku, clenching his fist. "Let's give it our all, and don't hold back Goku. You need to break that habit if you want to-"
Izuku was stopped by bumping into someone knocking them both onto the floor.
After taking a moment to register what happened, Izuku looked down to see himself on top of a blonde girl with blue eyes and glasses.
Izuku quickly stood up, his face red and slightly stammering "Ahh, sorry about that, I should have been paying attention." He apologized, as he held out a hand to help her up.
"No, No, it's fine, it was my fault," she said taking his hand.
"Hey Izuku, we need to hurry, the exam will start soon," Hogo said in Goku's arms.
"Shoot, ok, it was nice meeting you, good luck with the exams!" Izuku shouted as he and Goku ran off into the auditorium.
The girl looked on amused. "I kinda hope I can see him again, he seems interesting."
"So why didn't you warn me Hogo?" Izuku scrutinized.
Goku let go of Hogo as he levitated back on Izuku's shoulder. "It's not my fault you weren't paying attention." He said smirking at Izuku's expense.
Izuku huffed and continued walking, Goku snickering at the interaction. Once they found the auditorium they found and sat in their school seats, a little while later a certain explosive blonde found the row, they were sitting in. Katsuki, noticing the duo, started grinding his teeth and growling in feral rage. Strangely he decided not to explode, instead slamming down in his seat. Izuku and Goku sat down, Izuku holding Hogo in his lap.
"HELLO, LITTLE LISTENERS! WELCOME TO THE U.A. ENTRANCE EXAMS, CAN I GET A HEEEEEYYYYYAAAA!" Present Mic shouted.
Goku and Hogo wanting to tease Izuku yelled, "HEEEEEYYYAAAA!"
Everyone turned to see Goku and Hogo standing with a pissed Katsuki and embarrassed Izuku on either side of them.
"THAT'S WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY LET'S GIVE Y'ALL THE RULES OF THE EXAM!"
After a lengthy rundown of the exam, a small interruption, and the written portion Katsuki was sent to exam site A, Izuku to exam site B, and Goku to C.
Goku, in a show of good faith, wished Katsuki good luck on the exam.
"Fuck off palm tree, like I need luck to beat you and Deku!" Katsuki responded as he stomped off to his exam site.
"Man, how does he live with that stick up his ass?" Goku questioned to himself, Hogo and Izuku cracking smiles. "Well, whatever, I'll see you later Izuku!" Goku said as he ran off to his exam site.
Izuku waved back and turned to Hogo. "You ready for this?"
Hogo wore a cocky smirk. "What do you take me for? I am a badass dragon and your OP as hell! I'll be shocked if we don't get first place.
After a short bus ride, they found themselves at their test site with a bunch of other examinees. As he waited for it to start, he let his eyes roam over the crowd. He caught sight of the blonde hair girl he bumped into earlier, she wore a thoughtful expression, her eyes glowing a light blue.
"Maybe you should wish her good luck?" Hogo encouraged with a slight hint of teasing in his voice.
Izuku's eyebrow twitched as he stretched, slightly irritated and lightly yawning. "Nah, she looks like she's in the zone right now. Izuku replied. "Maybe afterward?" He thought with a slight blush on his cheeks now getting a better look at her.
At that moment he felt a firm grip on his shoulder. He looked back to see the dark blue-haired kid that interrupted present mic.
"Can I help you?" Izuku asked.
"Are you taking this seriously.?" He asked chopping his hands in the air robotically.
Confused Izuku replied. "Yeah...? What gave you that impression?"
"You look like you're goofing off since the presentation with your friend, joking around like your only here for kicks. It is insulting for everyone here that has worked extremely hard to attend this school just to see someone not taking this seriously like this."
Izuku stared deadpanned at the stiff-looking guy, he wondered what kind of reply he should give when the gates opened, and Present Mics' voice shouted through the speakers.
"AND START!"
After taking a second to process Izuku and Hogo rushed into action. Hogo flew off Izuku's shoulder growing to the size of a horse while Izuku took off his shirt sprouting dragon wings and growing finger talons and transforming into a dragon hybrid and taking off beside Hogo. Mesmerized by Izuku and Hogo the crowd of test takers watched until Present Mic broke them out of it.
"THERE ARE NO COUNTDOWNS IN REAL LIFE, GO, GO, GO!
The crowd of test takers all sprinted into the test sight. In only a few seconds the testing grounds in all test sites were chaos. In the main building of U.A., a group of pro heroes all had their eyes on the monitors watching the examinees.
"We have a very interesting crop of students this year." said a small animal sitting in a large chair overlooking a wall of monitors.
The monitors showed all the exam sites and the students destroying and deactivating robots. One monitor showed a kid take a punch from a three-pointer and punch it with a rocky textured arm. Another showed a girl splitting her body apart pressing the deactivation buttons with her floating fingers.
The female hero with raven hair pointed out three monitors in particular. "It looks like we have three heavy hitters this year," she said interest clear in her tone. Looking up they watched how the test takers handled themselves.
Katsuki Bakugo had a wicked grin on his face, he used his quirk to blow up robots left and right efficiently and violently showcasing how well he can control his quirk. Switching screens, they see Goku, he had just taken down a three-pointer. Using his martial arts skills, superhuman strength, and his limited control over his KI, he was easily taking down robots. Goku summoned a yellow cloud and flew off to find more robots. Finally, there was Izuku, he worked side by side with Hogo not only taking out robots but helping examinees in trouble.
The small animal smiled, excited about the climax. "Yes, they are doing quite well, let's see how they do against impossible odds!" He yelled pressing a button on his chair.
With Izuku.
Izuku had just saved a test taker that had been jumped by multiple three-pointers, Hogo in the sky scanning for more robots.
"Hey Hogo, what do you see up there?" Izuku yelled at him.
"Nothing that could help us, all the robots are either destroyed or being taken down by others. The exam must almost be over." Hogo remarked.
Just as he said, Izuku felt the ground shake violently and weaker buildings all over the test site collapsed. A massive robot rose from the rubble of a group of buildings and started rampaging.
"HOLY CRAP!" Izuku thought his eyes bugging out. "HOW CAN U.A. AFFORD THIS STUFF!?"
"Hogo, go evacuate the other test takers, this could cause major casualties if not handled right. I'll go around close to the robot and distract it, giving them time to escape."
Hogo nodded flying to a small group of examinees. Izuku started running to the zero-pointer activating his Quirk Hud to see if he could find other people. Hearing a cry of pain Izuku turned his head to see a brown-haired girl trapped under rubble and the zero-pointer charging at her. Izuku quickly ran to help the girl, analyzing the situation and her quirk.
"Hey, are you ok?!" Izuku asked hurriedly noting the zero-pointers approach.
The brown-haired girl, in pain and slightly green responded. "I'm trapped and I think I twisted my ankle."
Izuku nodded and lifted the rubble off the girl. As he finished freeing the girl he started sprinting away from the robot, only seconds from being crushed. He looked back at the robot and the destruction it left in its wake, thinking of a way to get the girl to safety and take down the robot. In a yellow blur, the girl Izuku had bumped into earlier appeared beside him.
"Hey, are you planning on taking down that thing? If you are let me carry her and you focus on that," she said pointing behind Izuku.
Izuku nodded passing the girl to the blonde and watched as her eyes glowed yellow and she sped off in yellow flash. Now able to focus Izuku turned around and used his full power. He started growing in size his features becoming dragon like as he changed into a full dragon coming up to half the robot's height. He rushed at the zero pointers flapping his wings to increase his speed and slammed into the zero-pointer pushing it back and having it lock onto him. Extending his hand behind him he extends his talons and swiped at the robot's treads breaking them and slowing its motion. The robot reeled back its arm and slammed Izuku into the ground badly bruising him, as Izuku got up he had an idea. He grabbed onto one of the steel panels on the lower body of the robot and ripped it off exposing its insides, he then took small bites of the steel quickly growing accustomed to its toughness. After a few seconds, Izuku's body gained a slight transparent steel-like appearance, using this he dug his talons into the area he had ripped the steel plate from and started tearing out its insides eventually shutting it down.
"AND THAT'S TIME" Present Mic shouted over the speakers.
Hearing this, Izuku Immediately de-transformed collapsing next to the remains of the zero pointers tired. Hogo after hearing the announcement flew over to Izuku and crashed on top of him falling asleep immediately. After a little while a little only lady using a syringe as a cane.
"Are you ok dearie?" She asked helping Izuku up.
"Yeah, I'm fine, just tired from the test."
After a quick look over, Recovery Girl gave Izuku some candy to restore some energy and sent him on his way out. While walking he tried spotting the girls, he met during the exams, instead, finding Goku and running up to him.
"Hey, Goku! How did you do with your exam?" Izuku asked excitedly.
Goku smirked, "I destroyed tons of robots, I lost count, but I did take down the zero-pointer. I used my wrathful form and punched it through the head." He replied proudly. "What about you?"
"I ate some of its steel and ripped out its insides after I saved someone trapped under rubble."
"Wow, nice Izuku, I'll be surprised if we don't make it in." Goku laughed as they walked out of the building.
"REMEMBER YOUNG LISTENERS U.A. WILL BE SENDING EVERYONE A LETTER IN THE MAIL BEFORE THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. IT IS THEN YOU WILL KNOW IF YOU WERE ACCEPTED, SEE YOU AT THE BEGINNING OF NEXT YEAR!"
Over the next few weeks Izuku and Goku trained, continued school, and waited patiently for their letters from U.A. Finally, one day, Izuku and Goku were in Izuku's room discussing what heroes might be teaching at U.A. when Inko burst through the door holding two letters with the U.A. insignia on them. Izuku and Goku took their respective letters from Inko.
All three sat together looking at the two letters on Izuku's desk.
"Do you want me to open mine first? Goku asked.
"No, No, Let's open them together, on three."
"One, Two, Three!" they counted before ripping open their respective letters. They each pulled out a disk and set them on the table in confusion expecting an actual letter.
Both disks lit up and at the same time, a projection shot out of the top's of the disks showing the face of their mentor, All Might.
"I AM HERE AS A PROJECTION!" Both All Might's yelled.
Izuku and Goku's jaws hung open not believing their eyes and questions spinning through their heads.
"You might be wondering why I am here right now, That is because I will be a teacher at U.A. this year! SUPRISE!"
Izuku looked elated to continue to be taught by All Might, Goku had a spark in his eye believing he could get a full fight from All Might this year
A hand appeared in the corner of the hologram. "Hurry up? I have to do how many of these?!" asked Izuku's All Might Hologram while Goku's paused as if to keep them in sync.
"Anyway, Izuku Midoriya/Son Goku it is time we went over your test results. Izuku, you passed your written test with flying colors. Goku you have passed your written exam with an average score.
Izuku and Goku slightly celebrated their written test success still anticipating the results of the practical.
"And now to your practical, Izuku you have received sixty two villain points, putting you in the top ten of the exam. Goku you have received seventy villain points putting you in the top ten of the exam."
Izuku and Goku yelled in joy hugging each other, in the top ten they were guaranteed entrance into the hero course.
"BUT WAIT!" Izuku and Goku froze.
"WHAT KIND OF HERO SCHOOL WOULD WE BE IF WE ONLY TAUGHT YOU HOW TO DEFEAT VILLAINS? SO, ALL HEROEC ACTIONS IN THE EXAMS HAVE BEEN CALCULATED AS HERO POINTS!.
Behind All Might a scoreboard appeared. Izuku and Goku quickly scanned the board for their names.
First place: Izuku Midoriya
Villain points: Sixty-two
Hero points: Fifty-six
Total: One hundred eighteen points
Second place: Son Goku
Villain points: Seventy
Hero points: Forty-five
Total: One hundred fifteen
"CONGRATULATIONS IZUKU/GOKU, WELCOME TO YOUR HERO ACADEMIA!"
Just to clear up any confusion
Izuku's quirks after All Might enhancement

Dragon balls: The dragon balls can grant a wish every six months instead of the previous year's recharge time. (Not on the quirk registry.)
(Wished)
Little Dragon: "summons" a small dragon to his location, dragon can grow from one foot to 10 feet, can adjust his size anywhere between his max and min, and has the powers of a dragon. (Description on the quirk registry. The rest are described as "side effects of the original quirk."
Dragon Transfer: The dragon "transfers" part of his power to Izuku transforming him into a human-dragon hybrid and having him grow dragon wings, talons, and scales over parts of his body. (Really it is just a half-dragon transformation quirk).
Regeneration: It has two components the first exchanges stamina to heal wounds if overused it can result in the user going into a coma-like state until they have enough energy to move after serious wounds are healed, the second component is overnight regeneration, of any wounds or ailments not chosen to be healed by regeneration will be healed overnight using excess energy gained by sleeping. (Best used after training or exhaustion)
Dragon Appetite: the user can eat elemental attacks to permanently gain the characteristics of what was eaten such as turning into a flame dragon after eating flames though it must be physical. The amount that is eaten corresponds to the density of the material the user is transformed into. (Aka, you can't eat darkness or light unless it is manipulated by and quirk and turned into a weapon that can do physical damage. All energy-based attacks will have an instant effect. Eating one pound of steel will allow Izuku to transform one pound of his body into steel.)
Quirk HUD: Gives the user the ability to see anything related to quirks and has information known about it as an info card in the corner of the user's vision. All information on a quirk is taken from the target's memories of their quirk. If the target knows nothing about their quirk no information will be shown. (Like the Ironman Hud in his helmet).
Goku's quirk
Flying Nimbus: by calling out the quirks name the cloud will travel two the user, only the user and those they deem worthy can also ride on it.
Goku's Background is complicated and it will be explained in later chapters.
Wow, it's been a while since I updated. Sorry to say but I only have this chapter finished. But for what I lack in the content I make up for in planning, because this story will have multiple powerful characters, I will need to even out the playing field, especially with All Might on it. I would like to stick to cannon because I'm still working on my original writing skills, but how I have written the story will force me to get my Imagination working.
