As the title of this post says, this is NOT an actual chapter, for which I apologize. I should be posting tomorrow or Wednesday however, so rest assured you will not wait long for the finale of the 'Heroes, Bots and Beasts' episode. And no, this is NOT an announcement of discontinuation or hiatus.
This is, however, something I feel I truly do need your thoughts on.
At this point, most of the story and its spin-off(s) has been decided, although I am always eager to here and implement your ideas if possible. In fact, Many-faced Mage has already submitted one such idea and chapter.
The only problem that remains in building the story…is the ORDER of the endings.
There are so far, two options for how the story's ending could go (mild possible spoilers):
Following the canonical (albeit now expanded timeline) and dealing with Andrias and the Core first, THEN saving the Boiling Isles. I feel that this is a somewhat underwhelming order; as Belos, while a far more personal antagonist to Luz and Olivier, is admittedly less scary than an inter-dimensional invasion and then a world destroyer
Saving the Boiling Isles first: When dealing with Dr. Franker, Olivier and Anne notice one of the realities she's peeked at IS the Boiling Isles and with the now on Earth Hexsquad, decide to go to Bonesbourough first before going to Amphibia.
Regardless of which option is done, Luz and the Hexsquad WILL be involved in the Frogvasion and saving Amphibia bits, along with having some adventures of earth: at school, in Gravesfield and LA, possibly even Gravity Falls, New York and 'New Mewini.'
Molly Joe will be involved in the Amphibia bits as well.
So, if you'd be so kind, please let me know which of the two options you feel would be best. If you have another idea for how to plot out the ending of this story, feel free to share!
