AN:DISCLAIMER I got inspiration to write this from Darkpetal16's stories, particularly shadowed sun and apex predator. I got Miwako's name form her and wanted to say this is a fanfic of a fanfic. I want Darkpetal16 to know that is she does not like my story is being based off of her own then by all means DM me and I will absolutely take it down and rewrite it again. I want to give credit where credit is due and her stories are amazing, I highly encourage everyone to read them.

Also this is a rewrite of the original so some parts may be the same, but I stretched it out a lot more. I felt that the pace was way too quick in the old version

WARNING: there is smut in this fanfic.

"Ugh….. Kurama what the fuck happened? Naruto where are you?", Miwako tried to think past her migraine and noticed how loud everything was. The noises around her were strange and the smells were awful. It doesn't smell like Konoha. Opening her eyes, there were buildings that reached the sky, moving metal boxes extruding foul smells and peculiar-looking people.

"Where are we kid?", Standing up, Miwako glanced around her surroundings and noticed she was in some sort of alleyway. " I'm trying to figure that out myself".

Bracing her legs she started sprinting up the side of the building. After making it to the top she felt her body go unsteady. It looked nothing like Konoha. "What the fuck?" She looked down at the street and saw a spray bottle and a vacuum.

"What the FUCK?!"

"My sentiments exactly." Miwako felt her vision starting to blur at the edges and she stumbled back from the edge of the roof. Where is here?

She shook herself out of her stupor and tried to find answers to her predicament. She crouched down and moved back to the edge of the roof to stay hidden but have a good vantage point. Focusing her senses she noticed that the language was the same. In the distance, Miwako spotted a library and figured her best bet was to go there.

Miwako made sure to stay hidden until she had more information about where she was and who was around her. She still had some doubts that any of this was real and that she wasn't in another realistic genjutsu like the one Obito made.

Hours of reading later she sat back in the chair with hands over her eyes.

"Well…we are a long way from home."

Miwako entered the mindspace shared with Kurama. "No kidding Kurama, do you remember anything before waking up in the alley?"

Kurama came closer and drew Miwako to his body. "We died during the war".

Images started to flash through her mind. The shinobi alliance, fighting with Papa, Neji's death. Then came the memories of Madara absorbing the Juubi, the rabbit goddess, and finally her death. A sad smile made its way onto Miwako's face. I wonder if they're alright.

"Don't worry so much brat. From what you read this world is weak. Let's show our dominance and take it over" Kurama gave a chilling smile and cackled thinking about the world bowing before their feet.

"Absolutely not," She deadpanned.

"WHY THE HELL NOT?!"

A long-suffering sigh left her throat. "Why not just travel for a while to get to know the world more. This universe has so many opportunities so let's just relax and not fight for once"

Kurama relented and they traveled the world, or at least Japan for two years stealing food when they needed it. She freaked out when she first saw her appearance in a window she was passing by. When she died she was 16 years old, but now she seemed to have reverted back to her 8 year old body. Since she just appeared out of nowhere Miwako had no identification and was too young to get a job so they also just slept anywhere.

The freedom was almost a godsend. Never in her life could she just enjoy a walk in the park. To just soak up the sun on the shores of a beach. It was the most relaxing time period of her life. While she enjoyed her leisure time, the curiosity in her couldn't be quenched. As she learned more about the world around her, she started investigating the Public Hero Commission. From her life experiences there was absolutely no way a governing body didn't have skeletons in the closet.

It was difficult at first for her to figure out how to get around all the security measures. The new high tech cameras and monitoring systems were so different compared to the hidden villages they almost caught her a few times. The files that she managed to grab confirmed her suspicions. Miwako tried to find out more, but it was an arduous task. She sighed underneath the large tree, shielding her from the unyielding sun. As she thought about different ways to gain more information, she built her chakra back up to where it was before.

Turning back time on her body also unfortunately turned back time on her control and stamina. Chakra control was definitely easier learning the second time, but growing her reserves was just as difficult. She made a lot of progress in the two years she's been in this new world. She found a quiet little clearing deep in the forest outside the city. It was private and hard to get to even by experienced hikers so she used it to train daily.

Miwako sat up suddenly, feeling the ground beneath her shake. She focused on her hearing and heard 2 people fighting nearby. She had never encountered anyone close to the clearing the entire 2 years she used it.

"Brat go towards the fight this could get interesting" Kurama, while he enjoyed the peace, craves some sort of excitement.

They were a few miles away so it took a little to get to the destroyed area. Finding a good hiding spot, she took in the sight in front of her. It's All Might!. Her eyes widened when she saw the villain severely injure him and finally decided to step in. Who the hell is strong enough to hurt that guy!

This was the symbol of peace for god's sake. Like hell, she was gonna sit back and watch him die. Miwako threw her three-pointed Kunai and got in between the two. She made sure her hair and face were hidden in the hood of her jacket before grabbing All Might and her weapon, not wanting to leave even a trace of her presence. They flashed to a mark she put on the rooftop closest to a hospital.

"Who are you, young lady?" All Might was unsteady and tried to figure out how he got onto a rooftop with a child. "It doesn't matter who I am sir, the hospital is just over there please go seek medical attention." Blood started to come out of his mouth as he tried to speak but Miwako disappeared to a different building. Far enough away so he wouldn't see her but close enough for her to keep an eye on him to make sure he was able to seek proper medical attention.

All Might was shocked by how fast the blonde haired child moved. He wanted to find her but he knew she was right. He needed a doctor fast so he made his way to the hospital. He spent several weeks on different machines trying to keep him alive and all he could do was think about the child that saved him. Who was she? Where did she come from? Why was she there? These questions circulated around his head. All Might told his fellow pro heroes and current sidekick Nighteye about her, hoping that one of them could find her while he's stuck in a bed.

The weeks passed and there was no trace of her, as if she was a ghost. He didn't give up though. Once he got out All Might made it his mission to find the girl and thank her for saving his life. He was disheartened to learn that his time as a hero was coming to an end due to his injuries so while he tried to find the girl he also looked for a successor.

Finally, after 6 months of searching, he finds her stealing produce from a grocery store while in his skeleton form. He dropped his grocery basket and ran after her hoping to stop her in time. He was shocked when he saw her on top of a building in such a short time. All Might powered back up to be able to catch her quicker. "YOUNG LADY, WAIT!"

Miwako turned around quickly and saw All Might hot on her trail. She stopped so he could catch up to her. "Hello All Might are you doing better now?" Miwako squinted her eyes slightly and gave him a scrutinizing look. She wanted to make sure the symbol of peace was uninjured.

All Might was stunned. He didn't get a good look at the child before since he was almost blinded with pain, but he didn't think she was so young. "I am alright now, young one. Can you please tell me your name so I can thank you properly for saving my life?"

"Miwako Uzumaki at your service sir" Miwako bowed in respect to the symbol of peace.

"Thank you for saving my life, young Uzumaki. If I may ask, what is your quirk and why were you there that day?"

She straightened back out to look him in the eye "No need to thank me sir I wasn't just going to do nothing and let you die. I was just sitting under a tree relaxing that day and felt the ground shake so I went to check it out." Miwako took out a kunai and gave it to him.

"I use these to teleport instantly. The markings on the handle are a conduit of sorts for me to travel to and the kunai is what I use to throw them for me to travel. I can't go anywhere that doesn't have my mark. Also, you can just call me Miwako but you don't have to if it makes you uncomfortable."

All Might inspected the markings. It didn't make any sense to him so he gave it back. "Where did you get the kunai from?" She sheepishly scratched the back of her neck blushing "I might have snuck into a store and stole them." Her voice trailed off toward the end, admitting a crime to the symbol of peace seems almost sacrilegious.

He furrowed his brows, not happy at the news "Where are your parents? I will escort you home. Do they know you've been stealing?" Miwako winced as she looked down and kicked her feet on the ground.

"I don't have any parents or a home. I've been sleeping anywhere I end up at night." All Might looked at the small child and felt pity course through his veins. Here was a little girl that saved his life and she has been living on the streets for who knows how long, stealing to survive. He couldn't leave her to fend for herself. "Come on I'll show you where I live and we can talk more there"

Miwako looked up, shocked at his offer. She didn't want to burden him "It's ok All Might I can handle myself. Don't worry about me too much." He shook his head "Now what kind of hero would I be if I let you be by yourself and starve. Please let me repay you at least with a meal."

Miwako still felt skeptical about his kind offer. "Just go with him brat. He's a hero so it's not like he's going to kill you" She sighed as Kurama made the decision for her. She nodded and walked towards All Might. He picked her up and they flew through the air.

A laugh made its way past Mwiako's lips as the wind whipped her face. All Might gave a hearty chuckle as well as he saw the joy on her face. She lifted her hands in the air to try and savor the feeling.

They made it to a small and simple-looking home. It looked like it was too small for such a large man to be living in. She wasn't expecting the number 1 hero to live in a home like this, Miwako was expecting more of a mansion. Entering the house, she saw how simple it looked, but still held a warm quality to it.

All Might brought her to the kitchen and set her down. He started to go through his cupboards and heated up some water. "I hope you are alright with ramen. I don't have much to eat since I dropped my groceries when I went after you"

Miwako's mouth started watering and stars glimmered in her eyes at the prospect of ramen "Are you kidding me, I love ramen." She sat down by the dining table with round shining eyes thinking about ramen. All Might laughed at the look on her face and quickly served the food once it was done. "So how long have you been on the streets by yourself?" He took note of the clothes she was wearing. It was threadbare, and dirty as if she had nothing else to change into. A sad thought made its way into his mind. Just how long did she have to be by herself for her clothes to look that worn?

Miwako put down her chopsticks and used her sleeve to wipe her mouth. " A few years. My parents died when we were young." The use of the word 'we' didn't escape his notice.

A sad smile pulled at her lips, her eyes dropping to the bowl as she played with her food. "I had a twin, he's dead too" Miwako started to tear up at the thought of Naruto. She missed him more than anything. All Might stopped eating and stared at her with concern. "You have no other family?" His tone was full of sorrow.

Miwako shook her head "No, everyone in my family is gone. I don't even have any identification since my family is from far far away from here." She started pushing her ramen around as she started thinking about her lost family and friends. Miwako snapped out of it when a large hand landed on her head.

He could feel her longing for her family, seeing the sadness all over her face. As a hero, it was his job to make those like her feel at ease and to uplift their spirits in times of despair. All Might gave her a small smile "They aren't totally gone. They live on in your memories and heart."

Miwako rubbed at her watery eyes and gave him back a small smile "Thanks All Might". He retracts his hands and silence fills the dining room as they finish their meal. He got up and collected the dishes to wash and leave to dry.

"Young Miwako, what are your dreams for the future?" She thought for a moment. "I don't really know. I'm not in the system and I haven't been able to go to school or make friends since I bounce around to different places a lot."

"I would like to test out your quirk if you are comfortable with it" All Might wanted to see if she would give any thought to being a hero.
