The birth of new citizens.

As an "All Female" species at this point, plus 1 male as their prince, Naruto in some of his first acts as the acting prince had decided that if their population was to see any kind of growth as a nation, they needed some way to expand. They never actually "lost" any citizens due to how any Shy Gal who died, would then become a Boo Gal or a Shy Boo depending on her levels of shyness. The Dead Village gained a new member whenever somebody in the other villages died, and the Shy Gal's body would be resurrected to become a Dry Gal.

Still, they needed to actually get more living citizens.

Standing before Naruto currently were 10 Shy Gals, all wearing Pink Hoods with handprints on the left eye of their mask. They were standing in his throne room in front of him, saluting him as he walked in front of all of them to see their progress.

"I have successfully become pregnant."
"I have not managed to become pregnant."
"I'm pregnant."
"Pregnant."
"Not pregnant."
"I had... with 30 men, and became pregnant."
"I went to New Donk city, and whored myself out... I'm not pregnant."
"I discovered I am either unlucky, or unfertile."
"I'm SUPER pregnant, with twins."
"I am unsure if I am pregnant or not."

"So... 1 Unknown, 3 Failures, and 6 Successes... but 7 new babies in total. I think this was a good operation." Naruto was okay with the results of this mission. He looked at General Gal Leader, who saluted next to him. She was the one who was in charge of training the Baby Force, those who had their entire job as being to go out and get pregnant with men outside of the kingdom. Then, after 2 months they would come back if they succeeded or failed.

"My Lord! What should be done with the failures?"

"No punishment, it's not fair to punish them if they tried hard. Don't worry, you gals are the best of the best... I believe you're get it next time." Naruto saluted the girls who had failed to get pregnant this time around.

This was how they maintained their species now.

Long gone were the days of kidnapping babies from storks and women, now they sent their women out to find suitable men, and get pregnant with children. Those who took on the duties of Pink Shy Gals were given their pink hoods, and were then marked with a handprint once they successfully got pregnant the first time. All 10 of the women in front of him were part of an elite force, who had each managed to give birth 2 times each.

"Very well, all you maggots heard your prince. Those of you who got pregnant, you will be given an extended leave of absense, and 3 months of vacation time after that." General Gal Leader looked at the 6 confirmed pregnant women, who all saluted and nodded their heads with pride. These were the elites, but she would never call a Shy Gal who hadn't gotten a kiss mark as anything but a maggot.

"Yes!"

"Now, those of you who failed to get pregnant, take some time off. Then, you'll return to the field of battle. You, unknown status, get checked at the military compound." General Gal Leader watched as Naruto went back to his throne, where his Assistant Shy Gal was standing next to him, and Shy Gal Mage was standing on his other side. "Next batch, step forward!"

"YES!"

10 more Pink Shy Gals stepped forward, but in this group only 2 of them had handprints on their masks. Showing that only 2 of them had given birth before.

-Hours Later-

"Okay, so the total is... 32 successful pregnancies, 16 failures, and 2 unknowns. These are are good numbers."

"They really are, aren't they... when the babies are born, I'll assign them to the right villages to care for them." Naruto clapped his hands together in happiness. Since a single Shy Gal was a little too dumb to take care of a child on her own... there were a lot of accidents that had happened before that led to this conclusion... Naruto had implimented a rule that an entire village was needed to raise the babies into fine Shy Gals.

So, when a baby Shy Gal was born, she was tested to see which area she would be best suited to living in... of course nobody was sent to Dead Village due to it not being a place for living babies to go to. The baby would be sent to an area where the entire village would become her mother instead of a single woman, and all women in the village got to experience a more tame version of motherhood. No single woman had to bare the entire burden of raising a child under their system, which allowed for a much less stressful situation overall.

Taking children away from their mothers?

Nope, because all women in the village were mothers, and all children in the village were the children of all the women. When a woman gave birth, it wasn't just to "her" child, it was to everyone's child. Also, since all children wore masks and hoods to cover their bodies, it wasn't like anyone could tell which child was their genetic child anyway.

"Nature Village experienced 2 deaths, so we should sent more to them this time... if the babies have the right stuff to live there. I'll ask Spear Gal Leader how many babies they can take in when we party there next week." Naruto was really looking forward to the party at Nature Village. It was always a fun time to go to the more tribal party at that village. The next dance party was going to be held at Dead Village, since they were getting a visit from the ruler of the Koopa Kingdom at that village for a meeting.

The Koopa Kingdom was on very friendly terms with the Shy Kingdom.

Many Shy Gals remembered working for a young Bowser, though those memories were fuzzy for them.

"Bowser is currently waiting at Dead Village for the party to start, and he sends his warmest regards." Ghoul Gal Leader spoke up, floating behind Naruto's throne to deliver the news. Among the Leaders, she was the shyest and most soft spoken of all of them, even when it was around him. "He brought an entire Koopa Horde to party..."

"Sounds fun, those Koopas know how to dance." Naruto crossed his arms and nodded.

-Much Later-

Inky darkness.

The only lights were the floating blue flames in the air that illuminated the dance floor below, where a very large reptillian male turtle with a dragon-like body was dancing next to Naruto. He moved like a professional ballet dancer, which didn't match the music in the slightest.

"So, little guy, I was thinking of asking if I could borrow... 30 Shy Gals from Military Village, and you know... maybe if you had one of those pink Shy Gals, I would like to... you know." Bowser spoke with pink on his cheeks, tip-toeing around Naruto as the prince danced. He wasn't blushing because of the dancing.

He could order any Koopa girl to sleep with him as their king, but the fact was that Pink Shy Gals were just the best in the bed he had ever experienced.

"Last time borrow pink, she needed magic healing to recover." Naruto wasn't so keen on loaning out one of his pink gals to Bowser again anytime soon. Bowser had left the gal so loose that she wouldn't be able to do her duty anymore if it hadn't been for the mages who lived in the villages. Bowser picked up on Naruto's tone and used the tips of his claws to scratch Naruto's back.

Naruto liked it.

"Come on... she's okay, isn't she... It's only temporary, until Peach marries me. What do you want in return... 30 soldiers isn't too much to ask for, and a pink... I'm just borrowing 31 of your citizens." Bowser had great plans, and he needed to borrow some military power if he really wanted to make those plans come to life. "You see, I'm actually planning to steal the Mushroom Kingdom's 120 stars, and I just need your Shy Gals to find good places to hide them for me." Bowser couldn't trust his forces to hide the stars by themselves.

As dumb as Shy Gals were, Koopa girls were a bit dumber than that.

"... What for Shy Kingdom?" Naruto asked Bowser in return.

"What will I do for the Shy Kingdom you ask... well... I listened to some of the gals in Dead Village, and they mentioned that it would be nice if some they had some more haunted houses to live in." Bowser offered to have his citizens come and build some haunted houses for the dead gals to "live" in.

Naruto thought about that.

'... That would be nice... Ghoul Gal Leader said the haunted houses in the Koopa Kingdom are some of the best ones.'

"Also, also... when I marry Peach, you're invited to the wedding as my best man... and..." Bowser was sweetening up the deal as best as he could. He watched as Naruto did back flip, and landed so that he was sitting on the back of Bowser's shell. He glanced back at Naruto, who was leaning so close to his face that the color of Naruto's eyes could actually be seen through the eyes of his mask. "... also, also... ALSO... I'll throw in 3 tons of volcano soil." Bowser stated.

"Deal..." Naruto rubbed the top of Bowser's head from his position, before jumping down. "... 30 Military Gals, and a Pink Gal in trade for Houses for Dead Village, Volcano soil, and wedding invite." Naruto reached out and grabbed one of Bowser's claws.

Naruto was only 145cm tall.

Bowser was OVER 300 cm tall, to say there was a massive size difference between them was nothing to laugh at. Still, there was a sense of mutual respect in the air when Naruto shook Bowser's claw, and Bowser started to laugh.

He spewed flames up into the air.

"Hahaha! I knew I could count on you little guy."

"Bowser... good friend... don't hurl gals I lend you." Naruto told him. "If any gals die working for you... revive them and sent back." Naruto had that rule when working with Bowser. If any of his gals died while working for Bowser, it was his requirement to bring them back to life before sending them back home.

He didn't need Dead Village getting bigger every time he worked with Bowser after all.
