Spencer deals with the aftermath of the doctor's recommendation for his role in Trina's recovery. He does, however, come up with a plan that he thinks will help with that. Unfortunately, Esme comes across what he has put together and decides on a plan of her own.

Spencer and Joss find out upsetting news about Trina's condition, while Trina waits for someone to arrive.
