Well last chapter was a bad ending of sorts, lets go to the other route of the Wait for Transfer choice.

Makoto Naegi: Fleeing the Complex Chapter 3

Route: International Rescue Operative

Nicole appearing back in the room shuddering "Grrrr, that Lex" She was angry but calmed down and looked at the other option "Hopefully this has a better ending" She selects it and enters it.

"I'm going to call the Republic to help" Makoto said with a smile.

"The Republic? W-Will they help us? The Frieza force told me they would disable bots like me if were to defect to their side." Brass said worried.

"No, don't worry they will take care of you" Nicole said and hugs Brass making her blush.

"A-Alright..." Brass said nodding.

"I don't have a direct line to anyone in command, but I have a number to a good friend" Makoto said and dials the number.

We see Kirishima in his Republic airship smiles happily, he then gets a contact on his comlink and answers

"Hello, you have Kirishima here" Kirishima said with a smile.

"Hey, Kirishima it's Makoto" Makoto said on the phone.

"Makoto, hey good to hear from you, what's up?" Kirishima said and would respond to what Makoto told him.

"So, me and Nicole were kidnapped by these soldiers who took us to a strange location. We met and allied with a robot named Brass who wants to escape with us. We managed to get out the cell, but we need help" Makoto said to him.

"Oh wow, we heard about your abduction, so it is good to hear from you" Kirishima said with a nod

"So can you help us with a pickup?" Makoto asked him.

"Sure, in fact I am flying right now in fact" Kirishima said smiling as we see the Republic Airship flying in a similar snowstorm the Stormcage's region "So where are you exactly?"

"A complex known as the Stormcage." Makoto said to him

"The Stormcage…. yeah, I recall Jace told me about it, Frieza's own personal prison." Kirishima said with a nod.

"So can you help?" Brass asked.

"Oh, she sounds cute, that must be Brass" Kirishima said with a smile "I am currently on a mission right now but, I am sure I can make a quick detour and help you out, just hang tight."

"Well, I guess we help" Nicole said with a nod.

"Yeah, I trust Kirishima will come and help us" Makoto said with a nod.

An hour later the three were sitting in the room bored, it surprised them that their escape hasn't been discovered yet then the phone rings

Nicole answered, "Kirishima you here?"

"Yeah, I am getting pretty close" Kirishima said with a nod.

The group nod and exit the room to find themselves in the complex's cafeteria full of Frieza force soldiers.

Kirishima said "Just get outside and I will pick you guys up...somehow."

Makoto nods "Let's go."

The three move carefully to the emergency exit. Nearby Dodoria was nearby but he looks right and sees Makoto and Brass "Hey!" The group stops and the guards all are brought to attention and see them "A prisoner escaping! And Brass? Oh, I should have known a bot like you didn't have the joints to be loyal to Frieza"

"We need something Nicole" Makoto said to her.

"I have three options" Nicole said and shows them Makoto can use his Earth bending abilities that were unlocked, use a Bubble shield or he can use flash speed abilities.

"Choose quick" Brass said and Makoto thinks.

Bubble Shield

Makoto is handed a device he sets it up and activates it and a shield surrounds them in time as Dodoria fires some ki blast which shield absorbs.

"Alright, lets go" Brass said smiles.

"Yeah" Makoto goes to step out only to stop when Dodoria fires another ki blast "Oh...should have thought this one out."

The Frieza Force soldiers look at the bubble confused. One soldier known as Cranberry looks at his watch and asked, "How long do these things last?" They all shrug unsure.

"Guess it's a stalemate" Fasha said with a shrug.

"Perfect! Now you won't get hurt" Nicole said giving a simple face and resets.

Earth bend

Makoto stands there as Dodoria and Fasha surrounding him. "Alright, let's see how you handle this!" he said to them.

"Do it Makoto?" Nicole said as Brass looks confused.

Makoto stamps and lifts a small boulder of the floor and hurls it at Fasha knocking her away.

"You little!" Dodoria said and fires some ki blasts

"Woah!" Makoto said and lifts up some floor as a shield blocking the shots "Phew..."

"Look out Makoto!" Brass called out. Makoto dodged to avoid a small rock to hit him and looks to see Long Feng smirking while Nabana readies a blaster.

"A fellow Earth Bender huh? Well let's see how your skills are" Long Feng said smirking and throws three small rocks at him.

Makoto punches two of them but gets hit by the third and knocked down and in a scene like GTA it goes black and white and slowmo the word Wasted appearing.

Nicole sighs and said, "You were doing so well."

"Cupcake" The Cupcake said and Nicole resets

Flash

"Where do you think you're going?" Dodoria said with a smirk.

Makoto looks and sees the door wasn't far and smiles "Bye" He picks up Brass and then just vanishes.

"What…?" Dodoria surprised and felt he could here Burter scream somehow knowing someone just moved faster than him.

We come to outside on a fire escape where the group reappears and Brass rubs her head "That was…. intense"

"Yeah, it was hard for us too" Nicole said with a nod

The phone rings and Makoto answered, and Kirishima said "Hey, so I see the Stormcage."

"Good, we managed to get outside, we're on a fire escape" Nicole said to him.

"Oh cool you're outside, awesome" Kirishima said and looks and spots them "Oh, I see you on the fire escape and oh, there seems to be a guard in the way."

Makoto look up the steps and indeed there was a guard known as Tagoma standing watch but luckily his back was too them "What do we do?" Brass asked.

"Don't worry, I will take care of it" Kirishima said smiling "It will be just like old times."

"You mean a few weeks ago?" Nicole said confused.

"Of course!" Kirishima and sent his suggestions he could snipe Tagoma to take him out, send out a remote-control airship to deal with him or Kirishima's super special plan.

"Mmmmmm" Makoto said and thinks.

Snipe

"Okay snipe him Kirishima" Makoto said in the phone.

"You sure you can do that and pilot the helicopter too?" Brass asked him.

"Sure, don't worry" Kirishima said getting the sniper rifle

Kirishima rolls down the airship window aims the sniper rifle and then fires before pulling it back in "Got him!"

"Errr...you sort of did" Brass said unsure.

We then see that Tagoma had ducked worried, and the shot actually hit Makoto killing him. Kirishima seeing this said "Wait…. oooooo."

Nicole looks at the options menu "Friendly Fire: ON" She shakes her head and resets.

Kirishima (Charles)

"Alright Kirishima, what's this plan you got?" Brass asked curious.

"Don't worry, I've got the perfect plan" Kirishima said smiling.

"Why do I have a bad feeling" Makoto said worried.

Suddenly the sound of an airship is heard, and the group look to see a silhouette of the airship on the complex's walls. Tagoma meanwhile also hearing it sees the Airship and goes "Oh geez!" This made the main group look and gasp as well

Meanwhile on the phone Kirishima is singing "This is the greatest Plaaaaaaaaaan!"

Nicole ducks as the airship crashes and sighs and said "Not again! You should know better!" She then resets.

Mini Airship (Mini Helicopter)

"Use the Mini Airship" Makoto said with a nod.

"Alright, let us do it" Kirishima said pressing a button to launch said device.

The little aiship is launched and flies to Tagoma "Huh, what the...?" he said looking at it confused. The airship launched a teather to grab him and yanks him over the edge making him fall to his doom scream.

"There you go" Kirishima said smiling.

"You think that guy will remember he can fly?" Nicole asked only to hear a splat.

"No...no he won't" Brass said shaking her head and the group made their way up the stairs.

"Hey guys, I see a helipad up on the roof, seems like an ideal place for a pickup" Kirishima said and sees on the roof two guards known as Appule and Raspberry were guarding it "But once I get close through no doubt they'll raise the alarm"

Indeed, Appule sees the airship and sounds the alarm before grabbing a rocket launcher. Raspberry readies a wrist mounted canon.

"Oh, yeah they see me, get ready here I come" Kirishima said coming in.

Makoto watching, he only had time to make one choice he could either Tackle Appule, Tackle Raspeberry, Run to the Airship or leap down.

Run to the Airship

"Hurry!" Makoto said as he and Brass run to the helipad.

The airship comes down and the two attempt to climb on but Raspberry fires at them killing both. Kirishima tries to fly away but Appule target locks and fires destroying it.

"And you thought tonight would be boring" Appule said with a smile.

"Yeah, we should call it in that the situation is dealt with" Raspberry said with a nod.

Nicole sighs and said "Well, that went as poorly as it could've."

Leap Down

"Okay...here goes" Makoto said and grabs Brass' hand.

"Huh?" Brass said confused.

Makoto then jumps off the edge Brass screaming shock.

Kirishima seeing this asked "Did...did you just jump off the edge? Was that the plan?" Kirshima thinks and said "Wow, we really should have coordinated that better. I mean I wasn't at all Pre..."

He was cut off when his airship was hit by Appule's missile and explodes killing him.

"Cupcake" The Cupcake said.

Nicole nods and said "Report Kirishima, bad teammate" she then rewinds.

Tackle Raspberry (Tackle Kerdrew)

Makoto charges in and runs to Raspberry "Take this!"

"Huh?" Raspberry only to be shoved hard knocking him down and out.

"Errr...Makoto..." Brass said but it was too late a missile is launched and destroys the airship.

Appule smirking looks at them and said "Wow...you guys really are idiots" he laughs at them.

Nicole facepalms and said "There goes your ride" she rewinds.

Tackle Appule (Tackle Alex)

Makoto runs out and kicks Appule in the head knocking him down and Brass grabs the rocket launcher and throws it far from the alien.

"Raspberry! Get him!" Appule yells out.

"Huh?" Raspberry turns round and sees them "Oh no you don't you son of a..." He was then crushed by the airship landing on top of him.

Kirishima then opens the door and said smiling "Hey, someone order a pickup?"

"Yeah, right here" Makoto said and does the 'I'm watching you' motion at Appule as he goes to the airship.

Once everyone was on Kirishima takes off and flies the airship away from the complex "Phew...close one" he said

"You did really well" Brass said sitting in the co-pilot seat. "I now need to think what to do."

"Well...I could use a co-pilot" Kirishima said, and Brass smiles accepts.

"Thanks Kirishima, I owe you one" Makoto said smiling.

"Well...it isn't me, I had to clear this with Malcom" Kirishima said, and a hologram came on.

"Indeed" Jace Malcom said appearing "It is me you owe Makoto."

"Captain Malcom, so what do you need?" Nicole asked.

"It's General now, and we will discuss it more when you are here but let's say it time to finish what we started" Jace said with a nod.

"Right, I will do what I can" Makoto said nodding understanding what he meant; it was to finish the Legion of Doom.

Here we go Makoto got out thanks to the Republic aid, but now he needs to help them with a special mission
