Huntresses of Fairy Tail
"Seriously Raion, what happened. Why were all the animatronics like that on the cameras?" Yang questioned, as she and Blake followed Raion back into their house.
"I don't know okay, maybe some Geist got into them, and moved them around. The Geist in Fiore tend to be more playful then harmful then those in the Four Kingdoms, and love to pull pranks." Raion said.
"What's going on?" Ruby yawned, while Weiss handed her a cup of coffee.
"Some of the animatronics formed a circle around Raion on their own." Yang said. "Raion says it's Geist, but that doesn't make sense. Grimm kill people, not pull pranks on them."
"Normally you'd be right." Weiss said. "But Raion's actually the one in the right here. The Geist in Fiore do tend to be more playful then harmful. Grimm Researches speculate it's because Zeref created the Geist that way, by mistake, or when he was still a kid and he was wanting friends to play with."
"Huh, so I guess it must have been Geist trying to scare us." Yang said.
"Alright so, you two ready for our shift at the Pizzeria tonight?" Raion asked, looking to Weiss and Ruby.
"You're coming with us?" Ruby asked. "Didn't you get enough excitement from going with Yang and Blake?"
"I'm your GI, which means I have to accompany all members of your team, on jobs you take until the Master says otherwise." Raion stated. "While we're at Fazbears, Yang and Blake will be here at home, doing mandatory maintenance on their weapons."
"Sounds good to me." Blake said, before she yawned. "I'm going to sleep." She sighed, heading for her room.
"Not me, there's a theory I've always wanted to try out, and now's the perfect time to do it." Yang smiled. "Raion, give me some flames."
"Not gonna happen." Raion said, tossing her a Burn Dust crystal.
"What, why not?" Yang asked.
"Because Dragonslayers can't eat Godslayer elements. Or did you forget that bit of information I already told you?" Raion asked, going for a cup of coffee himself.
"Aw." Yang groaned.
"An' if you're wanting to test out the theory that a Slayer technically doesn't need sleep, by consuming your element to keep themselves energized, then I'd recommend you go to bed." Raion said. "I already tested that theory, and consuming our element only replenishes our Magic and Aura, but does bupkis for our stamina."
"Did you seriously just say bupkis?" Weiss asked.
"Point is, your Magic and Aura will be replenished, and your reserves may end up growing a bit if you go through with this, but you also run the risk of overloading your body with magic energy, and destroying yourself, as it won't do anything for your stamina." Raion said. "So go to bed, am I understood?"
"Alright." Yang groaned. "You're starting to sound like dad."
"I'm your GI, I'm responsible for anything that might happen to you." Raion said, as Yang left for her room, and Raion poured his coffee in a travel mug cup.
"An' where are you going?" Weiss asked.
"I gotta report in with Master Makarov." Raion said. "You two try and get some sleep before tonight."
"Yes sir." Ruby said with a smile and a salute.
~Guildhall Construction Sight~
"So, the restless spirits of children, are trapped within the animatronics of Fazbears Pizzeria?" Makarov asked. "You're sure it wasn't Geist, like you told your team?"
"I'm certain." Raion said. "I could sense, the agonized souls, within the animatronics. They came to me in my dream last night, and they were scared, asking me to help them. They asked me if I was gonna get rid of the, bad man who hurt them. It's possible, they're talking about, him."
"The man in the yellow Lepus suit." Makarov said, with a sigh of loathing. "How are you doing my boy? Are you handling being back at that sight okay?"
"I'm handling it fine." Raion said. "No flashes of the past, from that event."
"That's good." Makarov nodded.
"However." Raion sighed. "I feel like, Seras, might be there haunting Fazbears, as well."
His words drew Makarov's attention to him, a look of anger mixed with dread etched onto the Guild Masters face.
"Are you certain?" Makarov asked.
"I am." Raion said, pulling a folded up parchment of paper from his pocket. "Because I found this hanging from the art wall still."
Makarov grabbed the paper, and opened it, revealing it was the childs drawing Raion had pulled down during his night watch at Fazbears the previous night.
"A childs drawing?" Makarov asked.
"The draw Seras made, before the yellow Lepus took us away from the others." Raion said.
"I can make out the bodies of Taiyang, and a pregnant Summer. There's Yang, you, Seras… and the yellow Lepus." Makarov said. "You think this is connected?"
"I know it is." Raion said. "Because the names those children gave me in my dream, were the names of the same children, who'd vanished without a trace, from the pizzeria over thirty years ago. So I can't overlook this, I will set their troubled souls to rest."
~2nd Night~
"Oh wow, I can't believe we're actually stepping foot in Fazbears Pizzeria." Ruby said cheerfully. "Where are all the animatronics?"
"The main four are on the stage, but the rest are in the back store room somewhere." Raion said. "Just try not to break anything Ruby."
"You got it." Ruby smiled.
"So, why didn't we bring any food with us?" Weiss asked.
"Because we are allowed to make food in the kitchen, so long as we clean up after ourselves." Raion said. "The fridge is magic, automatically restocks itself with fresh ingredients whenever the old ones go bad, or a new items is added to the list on the door. If you're not in the mood for pizza I can cook us up something else."
"I want cheese burgers." Ruby said.
"I'd be fine with a fruit salad." Weiss said.
"Okay, cheese burgers and fruit salad it is then." Raion said, heading for the kitchen.
"C'mon Weiss, let's go put on the uniforms Yang gave us." Ruby smiled.
"Wait, hold on Yang did what?" Raion questioned, turning around to look at them, but found they were already gone. "Just great." He sighed.
Heading for the kitchen, Raion erased the list of ingredients on the fridge door, and wrote down the ingredients he'd need. Once they were all written down, Raion pulled out every single ingredient for burgers and fruit salad, along with some soda, and some alcohol, mainly Cherry Vodka. Grabbing the ground beef, and a mixing bowl, Raion placed the ground beef in the bowl, with two eggs, a cup of oatmeal, onions, minced garlic cloves, and a tablespoon of Cherry Vodka.
"Hey Raion, what are you doing with the alcohol?" Ruby asked, as she and Yang came into the kitchen.
"I'm making some spiked burger patties." Raion said mixing the patty batter together. "They won't intoxicate us while we're working. It'll just add a little more zing to the cooking and the flavor."
"You're a talented chef, you know that?" Weiss asked.
"Trust me, I wasn't always this good." Raion said, looking up, onto to freeze when he saw Weiss and Ruby dressed in the exact same uniforms as Blake and Yang, but with both of them having their shirts tucked in. "Where did you get those?"
"Yang gave them to us. Why aren't you wearing yours, not gonna wear it until after you finish cooking?" Weiss asked.
"They're not needed." Raion said. "Yang's just doing this, to try and tease me, while getting a rise out of me."
"She told us they were mandatory." Weiss stated blushing.
"They're not, all we gotta do is wear a vest that says security on it." Raion stated.
"Oh well, I actually like wearing this uniform." Ruby smiled.
"Why don't you two make the rounds, while I finish up with the cooking?" Raion suggested.
"I'm gonna go change out of this first." Weiss said.
"No way, you're wearing that during this job." Ruby said, pulling Weiss away. "That is an order from your Team Captain."
"You can't be serious Ruby." Weiss groaned. "You're pulling rank on me for this?"
"Just deal with it Weiss." Raion sighed. "She's dead set about using that as your uniforms for the job. If you wanna be mad at anyone, be mad at Yang when you see her in the morning."
"I will." Weiss said, as she vanished from sight.
Raion continued on with cooking, even went as to making his own barbecue and cheese sauces, as the burgers were cooking in the oven. Cleaning was a simple task with his water magic, and telekinetic Ki manipulation. With nothing else to do while he waited for the burgers to cook, Raion pulled out the picture, that Seras drew the day she vanished.
"I know that man in the Lepus suit took you somewhere, but where did you go?" Raion questioned, putting the picture down on the counter top as the burgers cooled down. "An' is your soul in one of the animatronics?"
Raion sighed as he took the burgers our of the oven, and let them cool a bit, before moving them to the plates on the trays, with sides of fruit salad, a pack of Oreos on the side, and several bottles of soda and tea with it. Making his way to the door, Raion stopped when the Tyger animatronic from last night, appeared to be standing in front of him.
"Hello there." Raion said. "You're Tiana Tyger, right?"
The animatronic nodded its head, before it came walking into the kitchen, and around the island counter, heading straight for where the picture was placed.
"Oh that, that's just something a friend of mine left behind before she went missing some years ago." Raion said. "She was a Demi, and she was my best friend."
Tiana turned back to look at Raion, before using her robotic hand to gesture to her own eye, running her finger down it, and then pointing at him.
"My eye?" Raion asked. "It happened during a time of my life, that I don't really wanna talk about."
"Hey Raion, what's the hold up on the grub?" Ruby's voice came over the Scroll.
"I'll be there in a second Ruby." Raion said, before turning back to Tiana. "I've got to go, but I'll come back when I'm making my rounds."
With that said, Raion quickly grabbed the picture on the counter, before grabbing the tray, and leaving the kitchen, heading for the security office. As he was leaving, Tiana looked to the counter where the cooking utensils were located, and spotted the rack of cooking knives, and reached out, for the biggest one there.
~Later~
"Oh those were so good." Ruby smiled.
"An' you made them in a way that would perfectly sate a slayers endless appetite." Weiss said, sounding satisfied. "I'm impressed."
"It's nothing special you two." Raion said, looking over the security footage. "You've had my cooking before."
"But none of it prepared with alcohol like those burgers." Ruby smiled.
"Even if the alcohol was actually there still, we'd be unaffected by it, because of our inhuman metabolisms." Weiss added.
"Uh girls… we've got a problem." Raion said, stopping on a camera frame.
"What's the matter?" Ruby asked, coming to look at the screen.
"Sapphy was just there a second ago, but when I changed cameras for a second, and switched back, they were gone." Raion said.
"Looks like Sapphy's the only one missing out of the trio on the main stage." Weiss said.
"I'll go check it out. You two stay here, and lock the doors if needed." Raion said.
Leaving the security room, Raion made his way through the corridors, and to the main entertainment area, where the curtain was open, showing only Freddy and Nessa.
"Not good." Raion sighed, before the sound of screeching metal caught his attention, and he turned back to the source, seeing Tiana still in the kitchen. "What the?"
Running into the kitchen, Raion found Tiana was writing something with the largest kitchen knife in the kitchen.
"What are you doing Tiana? I'm gonna get in trouble for…" Raion paused, as he came around to try and stop her, but spotted what she was writing. In horror themed writing, one word, a name, was written out in the metal of the table. "Seras?"
Raion's gaze remained onto the name, before he slowly turned to look at Tiana, finding the animatronic looking at him, and putting the knife down.
"Seras?" He asked.
Tiana reached out with her hand, and without Raion trying to stop her, pointed to the picture in his pocket. Raion followed what she was trying to say, and removed the childrens drawing, laying it out on the counter top surface as he opened it up. When the picture was opened, Raion watched as Tiana moved her hand, and pointed it to the drawing of Seras, then pointed at herself with her other hand. Raions eyes widened even further, as Tiana, had revealed herself as Seras. Looking at the now named Seras, Raions eyes began to tear up, before she stepped up, and wrapped her arms around him, in a comforting hug.
"It is you." Raion said, before the Animatronic suddenly became very heavy, as it powered down. "Seras?" He asked, sounding worried. "Seras?"
"Raion, come in, are you there?" Ruby questioned.
"I'm here Ruby, what's up?" Raion asked.
"We found Sapphy on Cam5. She's in maintenance." Ruby said. "Does the stage have automatic systems that take the animatronics to maintenance when they need repairs?"
"Uh… yeah, I believe Henry mentioned something like that." Raion said.
"Henry?"
"Our employer." Raion stated. "If Sapphy's in maintenance though, we should have gotten an alert about it on the control panel."
"True. Maybe the bulb in the panel is just dead." Ruby suggested.
"Maybe." Raion sighed. "I'll make my way back, over and out."
Ending the call, Raion hoisted the Tiana animatronic over his shoulder, and took her to one of the more empty back rooms in storage. Setting Tiana down there, Raion looked at the animatronic as it remained eerily motionless.
"I'll come back for you Seras." He said, putting a hand on Tiana's shoulder. "I'll find the man in the yellow Lepus suit, and I'll make him pay."
Getting to his feet, Raion left the storage room, with his emotions being a swirling mess, running through his system. He didn't know what was happening, or how this was possible, but he did know he was gonna have to do research about all this.
After putty Sapphy back on the stage, and using his flames to generate enough heat to smooth out the markings Seras did when writing her name down, Raion began making his way back to the security room, but paused when he spotted the large metal box behind the prize counter, designed to look like a birthday present.
Looking around, Raion made sure no one was watching, before he went behind the counter, and disabled the camera. He waited for a minute, before he got a call from Ruby.
"Hey Raion, the camera behind the prize counter went dead." Ruby stated.
"I'll check it out. Just hang tight Ruby." Raion said, ending the call. The redheaded Godslayer turned back to the present box, and sat down in front of it. "Charlotte Henry?" He asked.
There was no response from the box, only silence.
"I know it's you possessing the Puppet. I'm not here to hurt you." Raion said.
He got a reaction from the box, as whatever was inside it, moved, before a dark slender animatronic, with a cute and cuddly Geist face, and two purple streaks going from the eyes, to the never faltering smile, came out of the box, and loomed over Raion.
"I know, you're hurting. I can sense it." Raion said, as the Puppet loomed over Raion with intent to kill, but the young man wasn't even phased by it. "Take a closer look at my face, try to remember where you've seen me before. I was a victim of the monster in the Lepus suit as well."
The Puppet seemed to pause at this, before pulling back and crouching down in the box, being eye level with him.
"You're probably wondering how I knew it was you in there." Raion said. "Well believe it or not, I did my fair bit of research on Fazbears, before I took this job with Team RWBY. The Puppet, was supposed to be your protector, wasn't he? So the authorities found it peculiar, when the Puppet was found outside in the alleyway, while your body was nowhere to be seen. All that remained, was the control band that alerted the Puppet whenever you were in danger. Your body's inside the Puppet, isn't it?"
The Puppet looked at Raion, before it crouched down lower, hiding its never ending smile.
"You don't have to answer me. I just wanted you to be aware that I have a personal score to settle, the same score that all the restless souls here have, with the monster in the yellow Lepus." Raion said. "So please, I hope that you and the others, will find it in yourselves, to finally rest in peace, and not let the past tether you to this place anymore."
Raion just looked at the Puppet, before he closed his eyes in concentration. When he opened them once again, he found he was sitting on the stage of the pizzeria, across from a child with light tan skin, dark wavy chestnut hair, wearing a green short sleeved sweater over a white long sleeved shirt, and a single stud earring in each ear, with baggy jean shorts, white soled sneakers, and a bandage on her knee.
"You must be Charlotte." Raion said.
"Do you really mean it? Will you really take him out?" Charlotte asked.
"I do." Raion said, before moving the left hole of his top, revealing an old scar, barely beginning to fade. "Because he's the reason why, I lost my best friend so many years ago." He stated, an edge in his voice. "But more then that, I just want the restless souls here, to find peace. Can you do that for me, can you let them pass on now, knowing that I'll end him?"
"No, we cannot." Charlotte said. "Not until after we see the man in the Yellow Lepus suit, perish for what he did to us, and draw his final breath."
Raion just looked at Charlotte, the determination in her eyes, telling him that she was serious.
"Okay, if that's what it takes for you all to pass on. Then so be it." Raion said. "But can you tell me a few things first?"
"What do you wanna know?" Charlotte asked.
"How are the children, how are you, all bound to the animatronics?" Raion asked.
"When I was alive, I had a knack for the Dark Magic of Necromancy." Charlotte said. "When I died, I instantly gained a new spell I'd never even heard of before, and used it to bond my soul with the Puppet, once it came to my body."
"You'd used your own body, as a catalyst between worlds, and possessed the Puppet as soon as it made contact with you." Raion said, putting the pieces together. "Where are all the bodies of the other children?"
"That's a secret." Charlotte said. "But I'm sure you'll be able to figure it out though."
"If I do figure out where the bodies are hidden, would you allow me to remove them from their hiding places, and give the remains of the children, proper burials, if not their next of kin?" Raion asked.
"That is acceptable." Charlotte stated.
"Final question, and this is a request." Raion said. "Should this not be met, then I will be forced to perform an exorcism of the souls possessing the animatronics, by any means necessary."
"What is it?"
"Can you please, keep the others from doing anything harmful to the members of Team RWBY?" Raion asked. "Two of them, have a similar connection to the girl possessing Tiana Tyger, that I do. An' one of them's here right now."
"I don't see any reason to not cooperate with this request." Charlotte said. "Though me and the others will still give you and your teammates nothing but a good scare to keep your blood pumping."
"That's fair enough." Raion said. "I'll be back again tomorrow, and the following two nights."
~3rd Night~
"Raion, what's taking so long with the food?" Yang questioned over the Scroll.
"You're the one, who wanted something other then pizza Yang." Raion retorted. "It's not my fault, you couldn't decide on what until we got here."
"Chillie cheese fries shouldn't take this long to make though." Yang said.
"Yang, I just started." Raion stated. "Keep bugging me, and I'm gonna deliberately take longer to cook the food."
"Fine, but be quick about it." Yang huffed, before hanging up the call.
"Sometimes that girl gets on my nerves." Raion huffed, returning his focus on his cooking.
As Raion continued to cook, he couldn't help but feel like there was something wrong. He'd made the deal with Charlotte about finding the man responsible for all the murders of the children. An' the best place he had to start at, were the archives in his Fortress of Solitude. Projecting a larger screen on his Scroll, Raion looked over several of the case files that had been collected, and relevant to the missing children. An' there was one name that stuck out to him, amongst all the others.
"Cortana." Raion said, having settled on that being the AI's name, as he'd downloaded it to his Scroll. "Run a search for anything involving William Afton."
"Any particular reason?" Cortana asked.
"I'm not all too sure." Raion said. "He was the co-owner of Fazbears Pizzeria when it first opened its doors some decades ago alongside Henry Emily, and he was one of only two people, with access to any and all security footage and records, and a means for erasing the footage. Plus, something's not sitting right with me on how he was left out of posting the job at the Guild. What's more, the job was sent to Fairy Tail, and only Fairy Tail, meaning Henry Emily, wanted someone from the Guild specifically, to take this job."
"What should I search for about him?" Cortana inquired.
"Anything!" Raion stated. "Medical history, background information, anything that can give us any sort of indication on his mental state, and his personality."
"Searching in progress. I will have to hack some confidential databases to get the information you seek." Cortana said.
"So long as you don't leave a paper trail behind that could lead to me, I don't care what you gotta do." Raion said.
~The Following Morning~
"Nothing. There's nothing that Cortana could find, while searching for anything regarding William Afton. As far as the world's concerned he's a model citizen with a perfect track record in life." Raion groaned, hitting his head against the bar counter at the Guildhall construction sight.
"You're putting a lot of effort into finding the killer huh?" Mira asked, sounding a bit concerned. "Have you been getting enough sleep?"
"I'm fine Mira." Raion said, turning his head to look away from her with a blush, as he could clearly remember the dream he had about her, Yang, and Blake. 'If I go back to sleep, I might have that dream again. Worse, all of Team RWBY might be in it, with Mirajane. What'll I do if Lisanna is there as well?'
"Hey, don't push yourself so hard." Mira said. "You're strong yes, but even the strongest, need someone to rely on every now and then. You don't have to be Superman, you know."
"That's kinda ironic." Raion said. "Since my mom's cousin, Kal-El, goes by Superman on his world. It's pretty much in the job description, when bearing the House of El name and wielding the powers granted to us by the yellow sunlight."
"My point is, maybe you should try skipping a night, and getting some rest." Mira said.
"Maybe you're right." Raion sighed, before his Scroll went off, revealing he got a message.
G: Hey, up for bowling tomorrow?
R: Aren't you jobless right now?
G: Yeah, but I can at least afford some bowling.
R: It's on me tomorrow. But we gotta do it before 6PM, I got a night shift to do.
G: See you then.
"Raion, are you listening to me?" Mira asked.
"I heard you Mira." Raion said. "I just got distracted by a friend texting me."
"Then what did I say?" Mira asked.
"That I should be strong enough to know when I need a break, and when I can do things on my own, and when I actually need help." Raion said.
"At least you wee listening." Mira sighed. "Just promise me you'll talk to someone about this. We all know that your past with Fazbears, isn't a pleasant one."
"I will Mira. You don't need to worry."
~4th Night~
"GAH." Ruby cried out, as Sapphy and Roxanne jumped out from the dark and scared her inside the security room.
"What is going on?" Weiss questioned, as she and Ruby were hugging each other in fear.
"You two, are so easy to scare." Raion smiled, coming into the security room, with dinner on a tray.
"Raion, did you put these Geist up to this?" Weiss asked, sounding annoyed.
"No, and they're not actually Geist." Raion said, as Sapphy and Roxanne left for their places on stage. "They're the restless souls of the children who went missing here at Fazbears all those years ago. They've taken possession of the animatronics."
"What?" Ruby gasped. "How?"
"That's something I'm not at liberty to tell you." Raion stated, putting the food down. "Just know, you've got nothing to fear. They're not gonna hurt you, they're just gonna scare you from time to time. They are children after all."
"You owe us an explanation for all this." Weiss said.
"An' you'll get one, when I finish my end of the deal I made, with the one who put these souls in the animatronics." Raion said. "Until then, I'm forbidden from telling anyone on Team RWBY what's going on."
"You're joking, right?" Weiss gasped.
"Nope. Have fun." Raion said, heading out of the room.
"Where are you going?" Ruby asked.
"I've got something I need to settle." Raion stated.
Leaving the security room, Raion began making his way through the halls, and stopped at the storage room, where he left Tiana Tyger the first shift Ruby and Weiss came onto. Closing the door behind him, Raion stepped up to the animatronic, before he sat down in front of it. Crossing his legs, Raion closed his eyes, and focused on projecting his mind. It took a few minutes of concentration, and relaxation, before Raion felt something was different. Upon opening his eyes again, Raion found himself, sitting in a grassy field against a tree, with a young Demi girl, with black and white striped tiger ears on her head, and a tail behind her, sitting across from as she looked at him with a smile. She had long jet black hair, gradating into scarlet red at the bangs and tips, starting a bit of a ways above them. She was dressed in a black dress, with a white hoodie with red sleeves, and a large roaring Tyger on the center of the chest. Her feline ears were pierced in an avant-garde style with two identical pairs of silver cuff hoop earrings on the lower parts of each ear, and an additional two silver cuff studs worn vertically on her right ear, above the cuffs, and two silver cuffs on each each of her earlobes on her human ears.
"Seras." Raion gasped.
"Hey dumb-dumb." Seras smiled. "It's good to see you again. I hardly recognized you."
"You'll never quit with that nickname, even in death." Raion sighed with a chuckle, his voice cracking with sadness. "By the Gods, I miss you so much Seras."
"I miss you too, Raion." Seras said. "How's Yang doing?"
"As well as can be." Raion sighed. "I've searched, so long for you Seras, and now I, I just don't know what to do, but I want you to know that I'm so, so…"
"You don't have to say it big guy." Seras said. "You have nothing to apologize for."
"But… I was there with you." Raion said. "If I hadn't been wearing my bracelet, then maybe I could have helped, and I wouldn't have abandoned you, and…"
"Hey, it's okay." Seras smiled, crawling towards him, before sitting on her knees. "I guess, you don't really remember how it happened. Let me show you."
Raion wanted to question what Seras meant, before she tapped his forehead with her index and pointer fingers.
Suddenly, Raion found himself as a child again, terror filling his heart as he watched the yellow Lepus marching towards him, with a knife. He looked down at himself, and saw he already had one blade stabbed into his shoulder. Looking back up, Raion saw the yellow Lepus with his arm ready to stab him, but the weapon never made contact with him, as Seras jumped in front of him, blood trailing down her throat, as her body lurched forward with the second stabbing. Raion's eyes widened, before he felt a pair of hands press on his chest, and push him back, down a chute where everything went black.
The instant the darkness hit, Raion's eyes were flooded with light again, as Seras was sitting on her knees in front of him, a smile on her face.
"You see? You didn't abandon me, because I saved you." Seras smiled. "Once you remove my body from the steel prison it's locked away in, try my earrings. The ones on my animal ears, I think they'd suit you."
"I will." Raion said. "I think I know where your body is, so it'll be sooner then you think."
"Great." Seras smiled, before looking away a bit.
"Something on your mind Seras?" Raion asked.
"Well Raion, we're technically the same age still, even if my soul is what aged, so I just wanted to say… I lo…" Seras seemed to cut out, as the scenery turned dark, with the grass decaying, and the landscape going from lush and lively, to dead an barren.
"The fuck's going on?" Raion questioned.
"Ah-ah-ah." An eerie voice echoed out.
Raion looked around, as he hopped to his feet, before he looked straight up towards the sky, and saw the silhouette of a Lepus face appearing through the clouds, with a sickening aura surrounding it.
"I hope you had fun. But now it's time you all went away for good. An' I'll start with the pest who's been a thorn in my side, since this whole mess started." The Lepus stated, his eerie voice echoing around the mental scape.
Back in reality, Raion's eyes shot open, as the magic forced him out of the mindscape containing Seras's soul. The instant he was back in the real world, Raion had to move back, and force himself to bend forward in a tight space, avoiding the swing of mechanical claws, before he pulled back, and hit his feet against the chest of the animatronic attacking him. Getting to his actual feet, Raion saw it was one of the Animatronics from storage that had attacked him, and saw its eyes were glowing purple.
"Charlotte's not the one behind this." Raion hissed, grabbing his arm and showing the claw marks that were gauged into his flesh, with his blood dripping to the ground. "Damn, the metal must be laced with some sort of magic to cause me this kind of harm. This job, just got a whole lot more dangerous."
