Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here, back with another story, this one about Sonic. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own Sonic; Sega and a few others do.

They had asked at the end of the day when things had been coming down to it. Eggman was not a quiet man, nor was he someone who CARED much for such thing.

"Yes, this will do nicely." Eggman stated as he cracked his fingers. "Your take care of that blasted AI, won't you? Good, I'd be quite happy if you did and burned her to ash at the end of the day." Eggman said with a smirk and continued typing in the code.

As much as he was invested in destroying Sonic? There would always be enemies for him to have to destroy. One of them was nothing more then an AI. He knew for a fact that things were also dangerous, but the princess's little friend?

"I can destroy all of the rebel AND that blasted Hedgehog…" Eggman stated, quite frustrated at this. "But I'll never conquer the world as long as she has her little toy… There's no destroying their defenses as long as she exists." Eggman muttered a moment later, quite curious about how this had been if he didn't have quite curious about things.

Eggman longed for the days he defeated Sonic. The second he defeated him? Eggman was quite perturbed to figure out a move, he had never counted on that and it was going to be something that he debated for quite a few months.

"Tinkering with your toys, sir?" Snively questioned from before the man as he turned to roll his eyes.

"Yes, Snively." Eggman sneered, quite frustrated as he continued to tinker away with things. "I have become so bored that I resort to tinkering with toys." Eggman hissed as he cracked a smirk at the man's stupidity.

He knew for a fact that Snively was quite concerned with his own power. He knew for fact that he had been moving his own forces into things. Snively was not a concern, not to someone like him when he thought about it.

Still? The idea of these mental games was rather amusing for him. It provided a sense of interest while he finished typing up on the computer.

"This robot must be designed to kill that bothersome pest." Eggman stated as he leaned back in his seat. "Good, now to deeply him… She's as good as dead." Eggman added, running his fingers on the computer next to him.

Snively said nothing, raising an eyebrow which wasn't moved at all. The man didn't have to, Eggman didn't really care when he came down to that. Snively was a minion, a distraction that the doctor didn't really consider as fun as his duels with Sonic.

Still? He was rather interested in the development of this new robot. He had made it with one single objective and had set the robot up to give sympathy when the Freedom fighters. All Eggman had to do was bait the trap and they'd be set.

"Good, time to set the stage…" Eggman stated while he tapped a few more keys and a panel opened under the droid.

It vanished into nothing under the floor. Eggman was quite happy with his own work. Why wouldn't he be? Someone was happy with his amount of work and the products of death and destruction his toys brought to the world, one could argue against it… But they'd be dead and no longer an issue at the day's end and that was something quite happy to be about at the end of the day.

Still? He couldn't wait to see the results of this. Eggman couldn't wait to see the AI's shattered core.

"Oh, this will be quite enjoyable…" Eggman said as he leaned back in his chair. "Wait and see, Snively. You're going to get to see the pinnacle of destruction. A masterpiece of my own design." Eggman said as Snively only rolled his eyes with quite the vitriol hidden within them.

Eggman either didn't care… Or he understood that Snively was going to be a threat at the moment, he'd defeat him. Snively had to know what would happen if he threatened him.

'Just wait and see what will happen. Sonic? You're be destroyed.' Eggman said with a smirk.

He leaned back into the chair with interest.

Phew. Another chapter done! I want to point out that next chapter will be delayed and a bit. Next chapter will be 900-2500 words or such and will set up the robot Eggman made meeting Sonic and Nicole. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
