Hey and welcome to my first fanfic based on The Bad Guys (film) enjoy!
"Ha HA!" Piranha yelled as he leaped from the water into a boat with a bag of cash as the rest of the Bad Guys were on it Wolf then sped off. "Webs?"
"Choppers are grounded and Shark is in the water so there's no way they'll want to get near us even the Chief," Tarantula responded while typing into a computer her size as Snake chuckled.
"That's why you're the best!" Snake said as Wolf took a heavy right turn heading into a nearly empty canal before stopping the boat at an underpass as they all got off and sent to their secret hideout.
"Alright, gang let's see what's the take." Wolf then dumped the bag's contents onto the table as several wet dollar bills fell out of it.
"Piranha? When you took the money you did put it into plastic bags right?" Wolf asked.
"Que? Sure I did amigo." He said before letting out a fart as the rest of the Bad Guys held their noses as Wolf gave him a hard glare.
"Ok, ok calm down, at least the paint isn't wet," Piranha assured them.
"What p..." Wolf got his answer as the dye packs on the money exploded covering them in paint as he got the worst of it with his clear white suit now covered in paint and soon Shark and Snake started fighting with Piranha while Tarantula marked a chalkboard the read WIN and LOSE and put a tally mark on the losing side which was a first as Wolf left the hideout as he tried to wash the paint of his suit but it only got messier.
"Maybe next time a jewelry store will be easier." He said to himself before kicking a rock in frustration as a whimper came from nearby as he walked toward the sound to find a small makeshift shelter made of cardboard and newspapers he took the paper and read it.
"Bad Guys make off with... HALF A MILLION!" Wolf then huffed before tearing the paper into shreds before feeling a tug on his clothes as he looked and saw a young girl wearing a red jacket with blonde hair as she handed him a small sheep plush.
"Uhm..." Wolf simply looked at the small toy before handing it back. "Keep it, kid, I'm not into collecting toys." He said as he was then jumped as the girl then... hugged him.
"Huh?" Wolf was confused most people would scream or turn in the other direction whenever they saw him heck he even made babies cry just by smiling at them but this girl didn't even scream or run away and kept her pressing her head into his head.
"What are you..." He then felt the coldness of the girl's skin as she rubbed her head on his fur.
"Wow, your cold, rough day?" The girl nodded as Wolf simply wanted to drop her off at a fire or police station but knew that the police usually had twice as many officers on patrol during the night the girl then fell asleep on his head.
"Great, just great," Wolf mumbled to himself as he carried the girl on his shoulders as he came back to the hideout finding tarantula putting icepacks on Shark and Snake's heads while Pirahna was on the couch watching TV. "Gang, may I have your attention please?" Everyone turned around as Wolf placed the sleeping girl on a pile of stolen money. "I'd like to introduce..."
"A KID!?" The rest said in shock as Snake slithered towards her. "Not a guinea pig but she'll do." He said as he opened his mouth as Wolf grabbed him. "No, she's not a snack, she's Uhm..."
"Desert?"
"Breakfast?"
"An add-on to my web collection?"
"NO!" Wolf yelled at them before coughing a bit. "She's...' He looked around before seeing a pile of stolen gems and quickly coming up with a name.
"She's Ruby and she will be staying for the night, no questions asked."
"You just don't name a kid and say they're staying the night." Snake told him as he saw the girl as he slithered to her and was face to face with the child ready to scare her and yelled. "Boo." Ruby then quickly let out a scream and wail before grabbing Snake and tossing him aside before hiding behind Wolf.
"Hey, she likes you, Amigo." Pirahna noticed as Ruby then said "Daddy." Wolf then had a face of embarrassment while the rest of the bad guys started laughing.
"Looks like you got a new kid, congrats!" Snake joked as he shredded out of his skin.
"Ok guys, I think that's enough," Wolf stated before grabbing Ruby. "Look kid I'm not your mom, now I'm going to drop you off tomorrow even if it means I end up in jail." He then started to carry her to the couch and put a blanket on her. "Ok guys lights out."
Soon they were all asleep as Wolf slept on a bed made out of stolen cash when his ears heard a noise he woke up and saw Ruby near the fridge he stood up and walked toward her as she was staring at the photos they took during each successful crime. "You like them? Each one is from of our best heists, like this one SHark dressed as a mall Santa as we took robbed each store inside the small while everyone was distracted, and this one was when webs joined our crew."
Ruby then pointed at herself. "Hold one there kid your way too young for this kind of stuff maybe when you're older it'll be you on the fridge someday," Wolf said as Ruby then hugged his tail which then began to wag a bit as he then stopped before placing Ruby back on the couch and laid on the floor next to her.
"I love you, daddy..." "Yeah, and daddy loves you right back..." Wolf mumbled in his sleep as the next day the crew woke up as they saw something horrifying. Ruby with markers drawing on a pile of cash while a push pop was in her mouth.
"NO!" Snake slithered up to her and quickly swallowed the marker as Pirahna was checking each stack to make sure it wasn't ruined and shake opening the freezer as he screamed. "WE'RE OUT OF PUSH POPS!"
"This is all your fault!" Snake yelled at Wolf. "If you haven't brought the brat here none of this would've happened!" "Hey, the kid had no place to go!"
"Now she will, in my stomach!" Snake then charged at her when Ms. Tarantula stopped them. "Hey, I think she likes us?" The rest were confused until tarantula then made them look at the drawing which was them all holding hands and smiling.
"Is it just me or does it feel weird that a little kid isn't even afraid of us?" Shark asked as the rest except Wolf were thinking the same thing as he then picked up Ruby.
"Guys, let's welcome the newest member to The Bad Guys!" He said as the rest of the gang looked at him in confusion. "Well not yet, but when she's old enough, and that's enough time to teach her the ropes, what do you all say?"
The gang then thought for a bit until they all agreed with their leader's decision. "Well then, everyone please welcome Ruby... last name unknown!" He stated as he placed her in his arms. "Kid you're going to make me proud."
