Just a few things to say before starting. This will be a self-insert story with canon divergence. The main character will be a vigilante for reasons obvious once you read his quirk. With that out of the way enjoy the preview.
Smoke and dust dance throughout a wrecked city. Bodies are littered throughout this war-torn environment. Yet despite their still dead-like appearance, they are merely unconscious.
A strange thing to note about some of the unconscious people was that they were wearing clothing that didn't fit them at all. Either they were too large, small, or had too many openings for a person of their body type.
Amidst this chaos are two figures locked in battle clashing with tremendous tenacity.
The first is a large hulking man in a robotic armor. This man is the leader of the Meta Liberation Army, Rikiya Yotsubashi also known as Re-Destro.
His opponent is a gray-haired teenage boy wearing a hooded jacket with a white bone mask. Despite the impressive nature of his adversary, the boy was able to hold his own.
Both combatants have been fairly damaged by their conflict. Each of them were panting heavily exhausted from their prolonged battle.
"D-damn i-IT! YOU BRAT! YOU RUINED EVERYTHING!" Re-Destro shouts, his voice filled with fury. The man had been pushed to his limit by this one child who had single-handedly destroyed his main base of operations.
With his quirk fueling his strength Re-Destro slams his fist into the ground causing it to collapse. Rubble is sent flying and parts of the ground shoot up nearly stabbing the boy.
The masked teen is which to react jumping high into the air and dodging by bouncing off of the incoming rubble. He quickly landed on a nearby roof top looking down at his foe from its ledge.
Keeping his eyes on the dangerous armored man the tired teen quips. "Heh, what's wrong with me using my quirk?"
Visibly irritated by the question Re-Destro's head snaps towards the teen. The teen is grinning behind his mask for getting underneath the villain's skin once again. Continuing to egg on Re-Destro the masked teen comments crudely to the armored man.
"I thought letting people freely do whatever they want with their powers is what your whole group's all about right."
The teen's taunts do the trick and soon Re-Destro catapults himself upward attempting to smash the teen through the building.
"AAAAARGH!" Roars Re-Destro, utterly enraged by the audacious masked teen.
However right before the hulking man could reach him the masked teen flexes his fingers revealing metallic strings emerging from the fingertips. Swiftly the strings retract pulling the masked teen away from the incoming danger. As he is swinging away the teen watches as Re-Destro helplessly crashes into the building.
As the building collapses into itself the masked teen catches his breath. Still prepared to fight the teen calls out mockingly.
"Oops my bad, was all about. Because, unlike the last time with your gramps, this so-called liberation group ain't bouncing back this time around."
Inside the suit of armor, the already bulging veins on Re-Destro's head grow larger. Quaking silently in anger at the continuous humiliations he endured Re-Destro's armor begins to creak.
Despite the masked teen barrage of insults Re-Destro did not emerge from under the rubble. Despite signs of victory, the masked teen was not foolish, he knew that this battle was far from over.
He would be proven right as the ground began to shake. Bursting from underground Re-Destro pops up directly in front of the masked teen. Charging forward Re-Destro shouts with utter hatred lacing his every word.
"YOU IGNORANT CHILD DO YOU FULLY GRASP THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTIONS."
With that Re-Destro swung his armored fist aiming directly for the masked teen. With no time to dodge the boy can only raise his arms to block the incoming attack. Re-Destro's fist hits its mark and sends the teen flying.
As he is flung into the air once more releases the metallic string from his fingers. With a single swipe of his hand, the teen swings over to the nearest build. Landing safely the teen calls back the strings.
The masked teen begins to chuckle as he tries to find his balance, still reeling from Re-Destro's devastating punch. With his fist raised the boy begins move to forward ready to engage the villain once again.
In an instant, the raised arm grows three times in size. Not soon after it begins to shift again, only this time the arm transforms into a drill.
Diving off the ledge with incredible force the masked teen blindsides the villain with a mighty punch. As the teen struck Re-Destro sending the man tumbling into the ground he mockingly replied.
"Not a clue, why don't you go ahead and enlighten me!"

Quirk: Omega Elimination
Omega Elimination is an emitter-type quirk that grants Dominic the ability to destroy quirks by producing an unique and endless energy that courses throughout his entire body. As soon as Dominic makes physical contact with someone the energy spreads like fire throughout their body until their quirk is destroyed.
However, should Dominic reabsorb this energy before it fades the quirk embers will be assimilated into Omega Elimination. Thanks to the unique process of destroying quirks and absorbing the fragments Omega Elimination possesses no vestiges of the original quirk owners.
The energy produced by Omega Elimination is completely unreplicatable due to it carrying the will of Dominic which only destroys the quirks of those he intends. While Dominic possesses full control over his quirk it will react to danger life-threatening danger, such as when quirks like Overhaul or All For One try to touch Dominic Omega Elimination will instinctively react destroying their quirk before it can activate.
Still, like any other quirk Omega Elimination has limits such as not being able to destroy combined quirks like One For All or Warp Gate due to their complexity, instead only causing them to temporarily short circuit.
When it is used on people with multiple quirks like All For One Omega Elimination can only destroy one at a time. Also worth noting is that all assimilated quirks take time to manifest fully and the more quirks Dominic assimilates the longer the wait.
