Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here, back with another story. This one is about Overwatch. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own Overwatch; Blizzard and a few others do.

Ashe fancied herself part of a crime syndicate… She had made the Deadlock Gang hers. This place was meant to be hers and hers alone.

A gunshot rang out through the wall, punching through the wall next to her like it was made of paper.

It was them; it was always them. There was nobody with the gall to go after the Deadlock gang unless they knew what they were doing at this moment… And he? He had the resources to stage something like this.

"Get the boss out of here!" Ashe heard before someone fired near her.

Ashe sighed and picked up Viper from its spot. He would have had her surrounded by now. He was smart, but so was she. He'd want an ability at the moment. Ashe was going to ponder what had brought him here… To hunting her, they had been hunted for FAR too long to understand the scope.

"Where the…" Ashe heard before another gunshot rang out, then another, then another.

Whoever had come for her? They had brought a small army, and they were not interested in playing around while she was curious.

"We got you surrounded, you cowboy wannabes!" One of the enemies shouted. "We know your boss is inside, you think we're stupid? I'm not going inside to get shot, you come out here." Ashe heard as she walked outside.

There was the clack of rifles and other guns. They were well-armed, she looked at BOB and the others at the moment.

"Stand down, boys," Ashe ordered before looking around at the guns pointed at her. "What the hell is it you little devils wanted? I know your boss is here." Ashe stated before the cock of weapons was heard.

"Gun on the ground, cowgirl." One of them stated towards her as they started to think about what happened next. "Boss? We got them, their surrounded currently." One of the gangs stated towards her.

"You Deadlockers think you're SO powerful… But you're not." Someone said as they slowly walked through the ranks of the soldiers. "You stay at the top of the food chain long enough? Someone starts to think about taking that spot once there's an opening… And you know it." Someone added before crossing their arms.

"We have laws, dear. And you've shown not to care about any of them." Ashe responded, leaning Viper on her shoulder as she looked upon the gang who had ambushed her.

"Funny considering you don't let anyone out without blowing their brains out all over the ground." Ashe heard him respond, his tone a loud growl. "Me and the 8's? We're family. You make up rules to pretend like you're all one big happy gang… But you're not." The 8's leader stated and rested his gun on his shoulder a moment later.

"And how the hell would you know what we're like at the time?" Ashe questioned as the voice approached.

The bomber-like jacket with a deck of cards along its reddish contours, the ocean blue pants with snakes atop them., the ashy black hair… She knew who it was. The black tactical glasses only helped give it away.

"King, that you?" Ashe questioned which got a hum as she watched King begin to walk around a second later. "What the hell are you doing here? You're supposed to be dead." Ashe growled as King rolled his eyes.

"And you're supposed to be a fearsome crime boss, but all I see is a washed-up monster," King stated while looking around at the rest of his gang. "You threw out one of your best and what? Tried to shoot him because 'nobody leaves the gang alive!' What the hell is wrong with your logic? You don't kill a fellow member of the gang. That's how I found you, 'it's because your enemies were all too willing to throw you under the bus the first chance they get." King added with a roll of his eyes and shook his head towards her as he nodded towards the rest of the 8's.

King turned and walked away; his business was no longer done now. King allowed the 8's forward a moment later. There would be a pain to pay now. There was too much to do.

Phew. The first chapter is done! I believe this will be the end of new Overwatch stories currently. The next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will explain more of the past between King and Ashe. Until then? Lighting Wolf out!
