"This is the only thing I could find..Sasuke."
A young boy could be seen, holding a regular can of mixed vegetables and walking to his best friend.
This young boy was around the age of 4 and his hair was blondish-white spiky and short. His eyes were cerulean blue and he had whiskers on his face. His clothes were very worn and tattered. He had a single protruding ivory white horn on the left side of his forehead. This young boy's name was Naruto.
"We can share it half and half Naruto."
Another boy could be seen around the same age. His hair was raven with whitish tint and he also had whiskers on his face. His clothes were in the same state and he had a single protruding ivory white horn on the right side of his forehead. This young boy's name was Sasuke.
"Okay Sasuke, let me just open it real quick." Naruto said and went to find something to open the can with.
Sasuke nodded and looked at the warm and comforting campfire in front of them. He couldn't believe their clans would just throw them away like trash and belittle them as if they were nothing.
They begged and cried to stay, but they would've been killed without hesitation if they did.
Only a certain few from each of their clans and people actually wanted them to stay, but their words, although appreciated by them, were useless.
Ever since that day, no more tears were shed and they forgone their last names. Now they were just 'Sasuke' and 'Naruto.'
They only had each other and they were glad because it helped greatly with the horrible feelings inside them.
Sasuke's thoughts paused as he heard Naruto.
"It's opened Sasuke! Here you have the rest. I already had my share." He said and gave the can to Sasuke.
"Thanks Naruto." Sasuke said with gratitude as he took a bite.
"Well would you look at what we have here?? It's the two Nine Tailed brats!" A thief appeared with his group.
It was a group of 10 and they all had different Ninja weapons.
"If we take them to the Master, we would surely earn a lot of money." Another thief said.
Naruto stood guarded and Sasuke placed his can down and followed.
"Oh look, they think they stand a chance against us haha!" The third thief laughed.
"Let's just get this over with." The first thief said and then the group charged at Naruto and Sasuke.
Everyone then paused as a flash of white entered their vision.
The two Jinchuriki were no longer seen and the thiefs..were erased from existence.
-Cutscene-
Sasuke and Naruto opened their eyes to see a new environment around them. It was a type of building that looked similar to the Clan Head's mansion, but more spacious and luxurious.
"Welcome Naruto.Sasuke."
They heard a deep and strong man's voice say simply. They looked at him and could see a marble white man with long white hair. He was tall and had a strong build. He had five black tomoe across his chest and wore a men's black kimono. His most notable features were his two horns and eye colors.
Sasuke and Naruto once again stood on guard.
"Who are you?!" Naruto yelled at him.
"And how do you know us?!" Sasuke followed.
The man raised a hand to calm them down.
"Relax. I didn't bring you two here to hurt you. My name is Shibai Otsutsuki. The reason I know you both is because you both are my reincarnates." Shibai responded calmly.
Both of their eyes widened with surprise.
"..Reincarnates??" Sasuke asked curiously and Naruto was curious too.
Shibai nodded. "Yes. I brought you both here for training and to prepare you for the world." He said. His eyes then narrowed. "What your clans did to you both..reincarnates of mine..disgusts me so." He said.
Sasuke and Naruto could feel powerful and strong Chakra, but not directed towards them.
They both glanced at each other.
It's not like they had anything to lose, but they wanted to know one thing.
"Can we trust you?" Naruto asked with a serious expression. The two have already been through Hell and one more experience might just break them.
Shibai walked up to them both and placed fatherly hands on their shoulders. "With your lives." He responded.
They could hear the honesty and sincerity in his tone. He was telling the truth.
"Now let's begin. Prepare your bodies, soul, and mind because this training will be nonstop." Shibai said as his face turned serious and stoic.
Naruto and Sasuke nodded. New looks of determination and conviction could be seen on their faces. They promised to get stronger, so they won't have to feel weak or useless ever again.
-9 years later-
"Hurry up Loser. We're already late enough." Sasuke said with annoyance.
"Shut up bastard! You've made us late plenty of times before." Naruto responded.
Sasuke smirked and kept walking, Naruto alongside.
The two looked completely different than they did before. They wore similar, but different attire. (Sasuke have on the same clothes as Indra Otsutsuki and Naruto, Ashura Otsutsuki).
They grew taller and stronger. Their hair is longer and even both of their single horn is longer.
"Finally there is it." Sasuke said as he looked at the location the Chunin Exams would take place.
"Damn it's been a long time since we've been..here." Naruto said as he looked around.
Sasuke took a breath in and out. "I..agree. Doesn't look like this place has changed one bit." He said.
"I can sense a couple of them in the building." Naruto said as he narrowed his eyes.
"Yeah..I sensed them too when we walked up here. The best thing we can do is to stay calm and not cause any trouble okay?" Sasuke looked at Naruto.
Naruto took a deep breath in and out. "Fine. Let's go Sasuke." Naruto said as he walked in the entrance.
Sasuke nodded and followed after them.
