Chapter 1-B – Siblings, Friends and a Concert
Location: Earth Primus, United States of America (USA)
Date: Early July 2023 (Thursday)
Time: 8:30 PM (US Time)
We open to somewhere in the USA where it was currently evening and we go to a two-story house somewhere in the suburbs.
Inside the house, we go to a room where a family of 4 composed mostly of males stood (sitting for one of the male's case) in front of a computer.
The first male who sat on the computer chair was a teenage boy about 16 years old with short neat dark brown hair, fair skin, slim build and gray eyes. This was Truman Anderson, he was currently wearing a t-shirt, a pair of jogging pants, slippers and a pair of brown square framed glasses.
The second male standing next to Truman's left was a teenage boy the same age as him with short messy dirty blonde hair, fair skin, slim build and dark brown eyes. This was Elliot Anderson, Truman's younger fraternal twin brother, he was currently wearing a t-shirt under a yellow and black hoodie with white chords, a pair of shorts and slippers.
The third and shortest male standing next to Truman's right was a young boy around 13 years old with short dirty blonde hair, fair skin, slim build and gray eyes with a pair of circular framed glasses over them. This was Daniel "Danny" Anderson, the youngest among the brothers, he was currently wearing blue pajama shorts and pants with robot pictures on them and a pair of slippers.
And the fourth and last male who was the tallest and stood behind Truman was a young man in his late 40s with short dark brown hair, fair skin, slim build, stubble beard and dark brown eyes. This was Dominic "Dom" Anderson, the Anderson Brothers' father, he was currently wearing a t-shirt, some shorts and some slippers.
Right now, the family of four were on a video chat with some relatives from abroad, those relatives were none other than Soren and his family at Japan and currently it was around 9 in the morning at their end.
"So, how have all of you been doing over there?" asked Dom towards his nieces and nephews.
"We're doing fine uncle Dom!" chirped Macie "Asahi and everyone's been taking good care of us!" she cheered.
Dom chuckled "Well, I'm glad to hear that" he said smiling at Macie "And has Megan been taking good care of you as well?" he asked.
"Yeah! Aunt Megan's doing well in taking care of us too!" chirped Macie.
"That's good, I was worried she'd start drinking booze again" joked Dom making everyone on both sides laugh.
"Hey! I don't drink booze anymore! I've completely stopped after that last hangover when a friend of mine invited me on a hangout!" called out an annoyed Megan off-screen.
"That's what you said the last few times we caught you come home late at night all drunk and tipsy!" said Kit trying to suppress a laugh but failed.
"Okay, okay! You got me! But I just can't help it sometimes, whenever I get hangout invites from my friends I'd just straight up say yes and I rarely get a chance to hang out with my friends after work because I have to take care of you guys, especially Macie!" said Megan "But don't get the wrong idea, I love all of you and it's not like I get hangout invites from my friends all the time and as for the booze, there are times when I really miss drinking it" she said.
"Okay, okay Megan, we get it, just try not to drink too much alright, otherwise people will get the wrong idea about you." said Soren.
"You better listen to them Megan, try not to drink too much." said Dom.
"Yeah, and if you do end up drinking too much, you can always have Cadman, Soren, Max, Kit and Macie watching your back just like how you got their back" said Elliot nonchalantly with a cheerful tone.
"Ugh…! thanks for the vote of confidence Elliot…!" called out Megan sarcastically with a groan making everyone laugh again.
"So anyway, what are you all up to now?" asked Truman.
"Right now, we're preparing to head out and go to Ginza and see what we can buy and later we're gonna check out some of the restaurants there" Kit explained.
"And tomorrow, our cousins and aunt Uzuki will take us to Asakusa to check out the Sensoji temple and the day after that, all of us will be going on a trip to Akihabara!" exclaimed Macie in excitement at the last part.
Danny gasped at that "Akihabara?! As in the central hub where all things, otaku are found?!" he asked with stars in his eyes.
"Eeyep! The very same!" chirped Macie.
"Can you buy me a gift from there Macie? Please?" asked Danny.
"Sure Danny!" replied Macie will a smile.
Soren chuckled "We'll get all of you souvenirs for when we return from our trip" he said "Some for each and every one of you guys" he added and the rest of his siblings nodded or sounded out their own agreements.
"Thanks Soren! Thanks everyone! You guys are the best!" cheered Elliot with a thumbs up.
"We really appreciate it." said Truman.
"And that goes for me and Danny as well" said Dom with Danny humming in agreement.
"So anyway, it's currently Friday here, so do you have any plans in particular over there?" asked Soren.
"Yes, in fact we do" nodded Dom in confirmation.
"It's that concert, right? Cadman told us about that." said Max.
"It's not just any concert Max, it's called the 'Super Jam Fest!' an international DJ, band and dance festival! We get to watch music bands, DJs and dance units perform from not just America but from all around the world as well! Plus, one of my friends was chosen to show off some of her DJ skills while collaborating with a couple of other DJs at the opening exhibition!" said Elliot.
"I see…" nodded Max.
"Well then, tell her that we wish her luck!" said Kit.
"No problem Kit!" said Elliot with a two-finger salute.
"Where's the venue located anyway?" asked Cadman.
"At Gorge Amphitheatre located in George city in the Grant County of Washington." said Truman.
"Huh… y'know I'm starting to notice only now that the city's name is George which is located in Washington and both are part of the 1st US president's name." said Kit.
"Yeah, what are the odds?" mused Truman with a shrug.
"Alright then, don't want to keep you up for long!" said Soren clapping his hands.
"Also don't want to further delay our trip, so we'll call again another time." said Kit.
"Alright guys! Call us again!" said Elliot.
"Say hello to Asahi for me!" said Danny.
"And the same goes for everyone else!" said Truman.
"See you around kids, and goodnight." said Dom.
"Bye! Goodnight uncle Dom! And to you as well Truman, Elliot, Danny!" said Kit waving goodbye.
And after exchanging a few goodbyes with one another, the video chat ended.
"Alright you three time for bed, we got a day to prepare tomorrow for the big day ahead that'll follow" he said.
"Yes dad!" said Danny and Elliot.
"You got it old man!" said Truman with a two-finger salute before the Anderson Brothers and their father all went to their separate rooms (with the exception of Truman since they were in his room) and went to sleep.
A couple hours ago…
Somewhere else in the USA, we go to what looks like a beach where few people were currently relaxing or having fun, some were rearranging their belongings before leaving while some were just lying on the sand enjoying the sunset.
Somewhere walking along the boardwalk were three individuals.
The first individual was a young man about 20 years old with short messy black hair, fair skin, slim average build and bluish gray eyes, he was currently clad in a light gray t-shirt under an unzipped black bomber jacket with a gray collar, gray cuffs and two gray stripes lined down the sleeves, a pair of dark gray pants with a belt and a pair of gray and black Nike shoes with hints of vivid pink. This was Keita Saito.
The second one walking next to Keita was a young man 2 years older than Keita with short dark brown hair, fair skin, slim and average build and hazel green eyes. He was currently clad in a dark gray and black t-shirt under a red and black unzipped windbreaker jacket with hints of yellow, brown cargo pants with a belt, black socks and a pair of black, gray and yellow sports shoes. This was Keita's best friend Cyrus Meyers.
And the third individual walking next to Cyrus was a teenage girl about 18 years old with long flared out light brown hair with strands of it held on the back by a gray and dark green barrette clip, fair skin, slim build, medium bust and hazel green eyes. This was Sadie Meyers, Cyrus' younger sister, she was currently wearing a dark green turtleneck shirt under a dark gray and maroon unzipped jacket, a dark brown skirt with a belt, dark gray knee length socks, a pair of dark brown boots and worn around her neck was an emerald green crystal pendant.
What were these three doing at the beach if you might be wondering? Well, apparently, they were looking for someone.
Sadie let out an exasperated sigh as they looked around "Of all the places he had to be in, it had to be this place…" she said "Doesn't he realize that we'll be late for DJ and Misora's performance?" she said annoyed.
"Calm down Sadie, we'll find him at some point." said Cyrus.
"Are you sure we'll find him here?" Sadie questioned Keita.
"Yeah, trust me Sadie, this is after all one of the few kinds of places Nii-san would usually hangout" assured Keita with a nod before spotting a certain someone "Speaking of, there he is!" he pointed out.
Standing on the boardwalk ahead of the trio, leaning against the rails was a young man about 24 years old with short slicked back spiky jet-black hair styled similar to Zack Fair (SOLDIER 2nd Class) from Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII, fair skin, well developed build and bluish gray eyes. He's currently clad in a black t-shirt under a white and black unzipped hoodie with aqua blue accents and black chords, long dark gray pants with a belt, black socks and a pair of dark gray, blue and black rubber shoes with hints of yellow. This young man was Keita's older brother Kanezane "Zane" Saito, he was currently watching the sunset while enjoying the calm atmosphere. His his eyes were currently closed as he took a deep breath before exhaling as he listened to the calm serene waves of the seashore. All was peaceful…
"Hey Zane!"
Until now… Zane let out a sigh before turning to his right towards the approaching trio, Sadie being the one who called out to him.
"What are you doing here Zane? Watching the sunset or you just wanted to be somewhere quiet?" asked Sadie, her arms crossed with a knowing look towards her friend.
Zane grumbled before letting out a sigh "Yes… obviously" he said crossing his arms.
Sadie smiled while shaking her head in amusement "That's so like you Zane" she mused "I'm sure that you're aware that we're supposed to be on our way to The Groove right now to meet up with Sawyer and the others for DJ and Misora's evening performance, right?" she asked "And that we're currently a few miles away from where we're supposed to be right?" she added.
"Yes, I'm aware of that" said Zane calmly "I just wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet while it lasted" he said.
"Of course, you would" replied Sadie with a roll of her eyes in bemusement.
"Okay Sadie, that's enough teasing" said Cyrus putting a hand on his sister's shoulder "Let's just head over to The Groove, so that we won't miss DJ and Misora's performance alright?" he reasoned.
"*Giggle*, alright, alright, I'll stop with the teasing" said Sadie letting out a chuckle.
Zane let out a grunt "Alright then you three, let's go…" he said walking passed the trio.
"Jeez… I still don't get him sometimes" said Sadie scratching her head as she, Cyrus and Keita watched as Zane walked ahead before following him "Why does he have to be such a loner?" she remarked.
"You know how my Nii-san is Sadie, he's not into being around a large crowd, let alone in a loud, rowdy and crowded place such as nightclubs and he prefers to be somewhere open with not so much people, but mostly in a place where it's quiet and peaceful" quipped Keita.
"I know that Keita, it's just that… he needs to learn how to you know… Meet other people, socialize" said Sadie "Make new friends and all that" she told Keita "I mean yeah, he has us along with Sawyer and the others but it doesn't hurt to make new ones, you know what I mean right?" she added.
"Yeah, I know" nodded Keita in agreement "He just needs the right opportunity to do so" he said "And at his own pace if I might add" he remarked.
"Yeah, unless you want to come face to face with his infamous scowl accompanied by that one line of his" quipped Cyrus with a mischievous smile.
"Do. Not. Anger me!" quoted Sadie while making an impression of Zane with an angry face and slightly low voice before she started to snicker "Oh god! It's kinda like he's Ryoga Shindai AKA Durandal from Kamen Rider Saber!" she mused while putting a hand over her mouth suppressing her laughter "Oh, I bet it would be hilarious if he would end up becoming Durandal himself!" she laughed.
"In your dreams Sadie!" called out Zane from ahead revealing to be listening to their conversation.
This made Keita and Cyrus chuckle in amusement while Sadie chuckles nervously while rubbing the back of her head. Zane meanwhile couldn't help but make a small smile at his brother and his friends' antics as the quartet continued on to their destination.
Present Time: Evening (9:30 PM)
We now go to the nightclub known as The Groove where many people from ages 18 and above were partying, drinking, socializing and being merry as they danced to some upbeat funk music.
Amongst the crowd in the dance floor were Keita along with Cyrus and Sadie joining in on the dance floor.
Meanwhile in one of the few tables was Zane just chilling about while enduring some of the loud music. Sitting next to him was a young man about 19 years old with short messy ash brown hair, fair skin, slim and well-toned build and dark gray eyes and worn over them were a pair of black rectangular framed glasses. This was Sawyer Wells, a friend of Keita, Cyrus, Sadie and Zane. He was currently clad in a gray jacket under a white button up shirt, a pair of black pants with a belt, a pair of white socks and a pair of black shoes.
"Not much of a party person Zane?" asked Sawyer watching his friends in the dance floor.
"Aren't you the same?" questioned back Zane leaning against his chair while his arms and legs were crossed.
"Well technically I'm more of a party-socializer but I'm not much of a party-dancer though" pointed out Sawyer receiving a hum and a nonchalant shrugged from Zane.
"Hey Zane, stop being all stiff!" called out another voice getting the duo's attention.
On another table next to Zane and Sawyer's table sat three males.
The first male who was the one who called out to Zane was a young man about 19 years old with short raven black hair, fair skin, slim and average build and amber brown eyes. He was currently clad in an open black punk rock leather jacket with some zippers on them over a dark gray t-shirt with a black skull symbol on it, a pair of dark blue ripped jean pants with a belt, a pair of black combat boots with the end of the pants tucked into them, a pair of black fingerless motor gloves and a black stud choker around his neck. This was Luke Criswell, a friend of Sawyer, Cyrus, Keita and Zane and an aspiring punk rocker.
The second male was a young man about 18 years old with short dirty blonde hair, fair skin, slim and well-toned build and gray eyes. He was currently wearing a dark gray t-shirt under a light gray open zipper hoodie and an open black leather jacket with red stripes from the shoulders down to the sleeves, a pair of dark blue jean pants with a belt and a pair of dark blue and white sneakers. This was Aiden Chandler, one of Luke's friends.
The third male was a young man about 19 years old with short slicked back spikey black hair, fair skin, slim average build and black eyes. He was currently wearing a black t-shirt with a white picture of a bat on it under a black open leather jacket, a pair of dark gray jean pants with a belt, a pair of black socks and a pair of black leather boots. This is Owen Nelson, another of Luke's friends and Aiden's best friend.
"I mean smile, live a little~" Luke encouraged "And you know what they say: punk is life!" he said.
This received deadpanned expressions from Aiden, Owen and Zane while Sawyer let out an amused expression "You got that line from Win Hareruya, didn't you?" questioned Aiden referring to one of the characters of a certain tokusatsu show.
"Yep! Sure did!" admitted Luke with a smile "I like that guy after all, knows how to shake things up!" he said receiving a sweatdrop from Aiden and Owen while Sawyer chuckled in amusement and as for Zane, he merely said "Meh…" while shrugging his shoulders.
Up on the stage, the MC walked in and got the crowd's attention "What. Is. Up. EVERY-OOOOOOOOOONE~!" he called out through the microphone as the sound of the iconic DJ Airhorn was heard making everyone cheer "I welcome you… one and all… to The Groove~!" he announced making everyone whoop and cheer once again "Tonight, we'll be having two special guests playing their awesome tunes to make this party go wild!" the MC announced as the crowd cheered at the sound of that "And these guests happen to be popular on social medias such as TickTock, YouTube and other music social media you could think of!" he said making the crowd excited.
"Our first guest is a young DJ who knows how to wow the crowd with the power of her upbeat happy tunes, she's a cute adorable DJ sensation on the world of social media music, both here in America and in Japan and although she may be young, she's been given special entry to perform here for tonight!" announced the MC "Ladies and gentlemen… allow me to introduce to you… D~J~ POP~!" he announced pointing towards one side of the stage which lit up with a spotlight showing someone manning one of the DJ equipment.
That someone was a young teenage girl about 17 years old with short dark brown bob cut hair with a part of her hair held back in a small ponytail by a neon yellow scrunchie, fair skin, slim build, medium bust and amber brown eyes. This is Luke's younger sister Misora Criswell, otherwise known by her DJ handle: DJ Pop, an online DJ streamer and one of the internet's rising popular sensational DJs, she's also one of Sadie's friends. She was currently clad in a white long sleeve shirt with a picture of a pink and yellow outlined heart in the middle of it under an open hot pink and neon yellow zipper hoodie with neon yellow sleeves, a hot pink skirt with a black belt and metal heart shaped chain accessory wrapped around it, a pair of white knee length socks, a pair of pastel pink and white combat boots, a pair of white and pink headphones worn around her neck and a pair of pink framed and yellow tinted sunglasses on top of her head.
"Min'na~! KOON-BAA-WAAAAAA~!" greeted Misora in Japanese through the microphone cheerfully while waving towards the audience making them scream in excitement.
"Whoo-hoo~! Go Misora!" called out Sadie cheering for her friend.
Luke beamed at his sister while clapping his hands and everyone else clapped their hands or cheered as well.
"And our second guest is another well-known DJ loved by the crowds both off and online!" announced the MC "He doesn't talk much but he knows how to give his audience one hell of a good time!" he said exciting the crowd more "Ladies and gentlemen! Allow me to introduce to you… the one! The Only! DEEEEEEE-JAAAYYYYYYYYY GRAAAAAAHAAAAAM~!" he announced while pointing towards the other side of the stage where a spotlight lit up revealing another individual manning another set of DJ equipment.
This individual was a young man about 18 years old with short messy orange hair, slim and strong build, fair skin and cyan eyes. He was clad in a gray long sleeve shirt under a white t-shirt with a picture of headphones on it under an open cobalt blue and black accented hoodie with a vinyl symbol on the back and the symbol of an eighth note on the right pectoral, a pair of dark blue and silver striped fingerless gloves, a pair of black and gray accented cargo pants with a belt, white socks, a pair of silver and neon blue bottomed rubber shoes, a pair of dark blue and silver wireless headphones around his neck, a cobalt blue digital watch on his right wrist, a gray and blue gatsby hat on his head and a pair of blue tinted sunglasses over his eyes. This individual was Damon Joshua "DJ" Graham, another popular online DJ and he's as popular as Misora or even more so and he also happens to be a friend of Sadie's and as well as Cyrus and Keita.
DJ let out a grin as he pressed a few buttons on his laptop before the speakers let out in an auto tuned voice "What. Is. Up. E~VERY-BO-DY~~!" signaling DJ's greeting as he pressed a button on the DJ equipment three times sounding out the DJ Airhorn making the crowd go wild.
"Go DJ!" cheered Sadie, Keita and Cyrus.
"I love you DJ!" shouted someone from the audience.
"Alright people! Now that we've got introductions out of the way, let's GET. THIS. PARTY. STAR-TEEEEEED~!" shouted the MC as everyone cheered.
Sharing a glance with one another, DJ and Misora nodded and played the first track of their joint performance as the party started.

As the music began, everyone started to get into the groove as some started to bob or nod their heads, tapped their feet and hips, snapped their fingers or clapped their hands to the beat.

After that, everyone began to dance as the song began.

The lights then turned off with exception of the spotlight towards DJ as he took off his hat before flipping it 360 twice with both hands and then doing a few hat tricks and finally ending it by flipping his hat with one hand and putting it back on.
DJ pointed towards Misora's direction as the spotlight turned to her as she did a few arm-wave dance moves before pointing back to DJ as he started doing the robot all the while the audience cheered for the two DJs. After that, the song continued as the dance lights turned back on as everyone danced once again.

Everyone chanted "Start! Start the par-ty~!" while clapping to the beat. Luke, Aiden, Owen, Sawyer and Zane followed suit with the punk rocker chanting while the rest just silently clapped along. At the last chant, everyone in the dance floor went back to dancing with Sadie, Keita and Cyrus taking on the spotlight with Sadie doing some amazing dance moves.

Once the song ended, Keita, Cyrus and Sadie took on a group pose making the trio look all cool with Sadie in the middle and the boys on either side. The people on the dance floor cheered and clapped the trio but mostly towards Sadie for her awesome dance moves.
Misora and DJ sounded off the DJ Airhorn both as a sign of the follow up song and their way for applauding the trio.

As the next song started, Keita, Cyrus and Sadie walked over to Zane and Sawyer's table and sat down with them.
"Enjoyed yourselves on the dance floor you three?" asked Luke with a grin.
"Eeyep, we sure did Luke!" replied Sadie with a grin.
"And it was nuts" added Cyrus catching his breath.
"Already tired bro?" questioned Sadie raising an eyebrow at her older brother.
"Of course, I am Sadie!" replied Cyrus while letting out a "Phew!".
"How can you be so tired after just one dance session?" asked Sadie bemused "I mean you excel quite well in sports and martial arts Cyrus" she pointed out.
"Yeah, but no one has as much energy and stamina as you when it comes to keeping up with your dancing Sadie." said Keita.
"What can I say? I do love to dance as much as how much I love singing" said Sadie with a shrug.
"On the contrary, perhaps the one who'd keep up with your dancing could possibly be Misora" said Sawyer fixing his glasses as he turned his gazes towards the currently DJing younger Criswell.
"Now that you mention it, Misora does have a lot of energy whenever she's having a fun time DJing" said Owen also turning towards cheery DJ.
"Oh~?" said Luke intrigued also taking a glance at his sister "You think you and Misora can duke it out on a dance off Sadie?" he challenged.
"Hehe… as intriguing as it sounds Luke, perhaps another time" said Sadie "Still…" she said glancing at Misora "If Misora has this much energy, I bet she'll have one hell of a time this coming Saturday" she remarked.
"Oh, yeah! This coming Saturday's the Super Jam Fest right?" said Aiden in realization.
"That's right!" said Luke with an excited grin "And my sister's been chosen to show-off her awesome DJ skills on the opening exhibition of the program" he bragged.
"Wasn't DJ also chosen to perform at the opening exhibition?" reminded Keita.
"Yeah, him too." said Luke nonchalantly.
"Hmm… wasn't, there a third DJ chosen to perform at the opening exhibition as well?" asked Owen.
"Oh yeah! I heard that too" said Sadie "I heard that they chose another popular DJ, her name's DJ Vidia, she streams her DJ performances and she's also a popular social media influencer" she explained.
"Huh… looks like Misora's gonna have her work cut out for her since she's gonna be performing alongside two popular DJs" Cyrus remarked.
"Technically, the three of them were chosen to collaborate with one another to perform at the opening exhibition" pointed out Aiden.
"Yeah, but what matters most is that she enjoys herself, that's enough for her." said Luke and everyone agreed.
"Welp! I'm gonna go and have another round of dancing!" said Sadie standing up "Feel free to join in if you want!" she said waving to her friends and brother who returned the gesture before returning to the dance floor.
And so, the party continued on with many people continuing to dance, socialize and drink alcohol. Later on, during closing hours, the people left to return home and Keita, Luke and their friends regrouped with one another including Misora and DJ and after a couple last minute talks, the groups went their separate ways and went home to rest in preparation for the big day.
Two days later…
Time: 1 PM (US Time)
It was early afternoon where we go to Gorge Amphitheatre the venue for the Super Jam Fest located near Columbia River in Central Washington nine miles west of George city and it is here that everything was set up. The stage was set, food stalls prepared for customers to grab some food and a lot of open space on the grass for people to gather and enjoy the show.
We go to one of the venue's parking lot where a Harley Davidson motorbike drove in and parked next to the other bikes.
The two occupants riding the bike got off and removed their helmets revealing a male and female respectively.
The male who was the rider of the bike was a young man about 21 years old with short messy scarlet hair, fair skin, slim and well-toned build and brown eyes. He was clad in a black unzipped leather biker jacket over a white t-shirt, blue jean pants with a belt, a pair of black leather gloves and black tanker boots. This young man was Aaron Aster.
The female next to Aaron was Zoey Aster, Aaron's younger sister. She was a teenage girl about 17 years old with medium length caramel brown hair held in a half-up fishtail braid style, fair skin, slim build, ample bust and brown eyes. She's currently wearing a white unzipped leather jacket over a blue short-sleeve V-neck top over a white short-sleeve button up shirt, blue jean pants with a belt and a pair of white and black leather ankle motorbike boots. She also carried a white PVC tote bag on her left shoulder.
"Well… here we are Zoey… Gorge Amphitheatre" said Aaron looking around the place "This is where the super music party is held?" he asked.
"It's Super Jam Fest Aaron" corrected Zoey "And I have a feeling that we made it here first" she said taking out her smartphone.
"Huh… it seems so…" said Aaron looking around and doesn't seem to spot anyone he or his sister are familiar with.
Zoey scrolled her phone and dialed a number of one of her friends. She waited until the call was answered "Hey Zoey, what's up?" spoke a voice.
"Hey Cassie, my brother and I just made it to the parking lot of Gorge Amphitheatre, are you guys there yet?" asked Zoey through her smartphone.
"We're almost there" said Cassie "If you turn to your right, you'll see us arrive ri~ght abou~t… now!"
And at that moment Zoey heard a beeping sound making her turn to her right and she saw a metal gray Ford Lariat Deisel Pickup Truck arrive followed by a silver-colored Suzuki Ertiga Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) as both vehicles drove over to the parking lot.
One of the windows of the pickup truck opened and revealed one of Zoey's friends "Hey~! Zoey~!" called out the friend with a wave and smile.
"Vivi! Hey~!" called back Zoey waving in excitement upon seeing her friends' arrival.
Once the vehicles were parked and turned off, the occupants got down.
From the pickup truck were three individuals composed of a male and two females.
The male was a young man about the same age as Aaron but a couple inches taller with short wavy brown hair, fair skin, slim and well-developed build and hazel green eyes. He was wearing a white long sleeve shirt under a white and green plaid short-sleeve shirt which is buttoned up half-way, a pair of blue jean pants with a belt, a pair of white socks and a pair of white and dark green Nike running shoes. This was Milo McCarthy, one of Zoey's male friends.
The first female was one of Zoey's female friends who was on the phone with her, Cassandra "Cassie" Reyes, she was a teenage girl about the same age as Zoey with long wavy honey blonde hair, honey tan skin, slim build, medium bust and blue eyes. She's wearing a white t-shirt under a blue tank top and light gray hoodie zipped up half-way, a pair of blue jean pants with a belt and white slip-on shoes.
The second female was Cassie's sister Vivian "Vivi" Reyes, she's a teenage girl a year older than Cassie with long sandy blonde hair that flares out and with pink streaks, honey tan skin, slim build, medium bust and pink eyes. She's clad in a gray tank top under a white off shoulder long sleeve shirt, a pair of grayish blue denim pants with a belt with a white stylish buckle, dark blue and white sneaker shoes, a black fingerless glove on her right hand, a couple of bracelets on her left wrist and a pair of pink and violet headphones worn around her neck.
From the MPV, came four individuals. These individuals were none other than the Anderson brothers and their father Dom Anderson. They were now wearing a new set of clothes.
Truman was now wearing a white and black striped polo shirt under an open tan colored Bocale casual jacket, blue jean pants with a belt, white socks and a pair of black and white shoes.
Elliot was wearing his hoodie from a couple nights ago and in addition, he wore a light gray and black t-shirt with a breast pocket on the left pectoral under it, a pair of light green cargo pants with a belt, black socks and a pair of dark blue and white sneakers.
Danny was wearing a dark blue long sleeve shirt under a white and gray t-shirt and a tan multi pocket vest, a pair of dark green cargo shorts with a belt, white socks and a pair of white and black rubber shoes.
Dom was wearing a black t-shirt under a brown open zipper jacket, a pair of light blue jean pants with a belt and a pair of black shoes.
"Hey guys!" greeted Zoey waving at the group happy to see her friends as Vivi came over and gave her a bone crushing hug "Aw~, it's so great to see you Zoey! I really missed you!" cooed Vivi.
"Ehehe, I missed you guys too Vivi" said Zoey returning the hug before the two separated.
"Nice to see you two again" said Truman as he, Elliot and Danny walked over to the group.
"It's nice to see you again Truman and the same with you Elliot" said Zoey "And you too Danny" she added glancing at the youngest of the Anderson brothers.
"Happy to see you too Zoey!" greeted Danny with a smile.
"So, how have you and Aaron been doing in your current school as of now?" asked Milo with an Australian accent.
"We've been doing great so far" replied Zoey "The teachers are nice and everyone's mostly friendly there" she said.
"Mostly to her that is" said Aaron with a frown.
"Teachers giving you a difficult time mate?" mused Milo towards the older Aster sibling.
"Not exactly" said Aaron "The teachers are nice, it's just that they'd often give me extra homework that's all" he said "And my classmates don't talk to me much" he added.
"Well, if you paid attention in class Aaron, then the teachers wouldn't be giving you extra homework, plus if you could just socialize with everyone, then maybe you wouldn't be such a lone wolf all the time" lectured Zoey.
"I know that Zoey, I just need time to adjust." said Aaron "You know how hard it is whenever our foster parents would transfer us to another school all of a sudden because of their work" he said.
"Yeah, I know" said Zoey in understanding.
"You told us once that this wasn't your first time, transferring schools, right?" asked Elliot "How many times was it again? Four. Five?" he asked.
"As of right now, this was our sixth time to transfer schools, first two times during grade school, second two times in middle school, our fifth time at Highschool when we moved to your school and recently when Aaron started second year college" explained Zoey.
"Blimey, that sure is a lot of transfers" commented Milo.
"Well, you get used to it as time goes by" said Zoey with a shrug.
The group continued to make small talk before Dom got their attention "Alright kids, sorry to cut this conversation short but I believe it's time we check the place out and find our chosen spots where we can watch the show" he said while carrying some stuff.
"Oh yeah! You got a point there Mr. Anderson!" agreed Vivi "As one of the chosen DJs, it's quite appropriate that I check out the venue for my performance and all of you would need a good spot to watch the whole thing!" said Vivi confidently much to her sister's amusement.
"Alright then, lead the way if you will… your grace." said Milo teasingly, doing a dramatic gesture to Vivi to lead the way while carrying some stuff.
Vivi shook her head and chuckled in amusement "Why thank you~ sir McCarthy" she said returning the gesture playfully before looking towards the venue "Al-right then! DJ Vidia coming to blow you away! Let's go!" declared Vivi pumping up her fist while referring herself by her DJ handle before heading towards the venue with everyone else following suit after taking out some stuff they'll need for the concert.
Meanwhile in another part of the parking lot, we see a blue colored 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Pickup Truck followed by a vivid orange 2022 Chevrolet Camaro drive through and parked on two empty spaces which were luckily next to each other.
After shutting down their engines, the occupants of the vehicles came down.
Coming down from the pickup truck were Zane and Keita Saito, Cyrus and Sadie Meyers, Sawyer Wells and DJ Graham and from the Camaro were Luke and Misora Criswell the latter wearing her usual attire minus her hoodie and sunglasses, Aiden Chandler and Owen Nelson.
The group let put a few stretches before taking in the view of the venue.
"Whoa~! Sugoi! Sugoi! Sugoi~! So, this is where the concert's held! It's so big!" said Misora aweing at the site.
"Heh… you could say that again Misora, I could rock the whole world in that stage!" declared Luke doing air guitar while he had a guitar case slung around his right shoulder.
DJ let out an amazed whistle before uttering out "Cool…" with a small smile.
"You said it DJ" said Sadie also taking in the scenery "I couldn't agree more" she said with a grin.
"Alright guys…" said Keita looking at a pamphlet containing a map of the venue "It says here that we should go to the venue where we can find our assigned spots" he said pointing towards a spot on the map as everyone took a look at them.
"Alright then! Let's get everyone to the venue so that we can find our assigned spots and watch the show!" declared Sadie.
"Yes, but since Misora and DJ will be the ones performing the opening exhibition, they'll have to go on backstage so that they can prepare themselves" explained Sawyer.
"You think they'll allow some backstage passes for friends and family?" asked Aiden.
"Well… guess we'll find out" said Luke with a shrug before the group proceeded to the venue.
Later, we go to the backstage area of the amphitheatre towards a travel trailer with a stuck-on poster saying "Guest Performers". There we see Cassie, Vivi and Zoey inside the trailer where it looked all luxurious, the latter two chatting around sitting on a sofa while the former was seated on another sofa next to the window currently typing on her laptop placed on the table with her headphones over her ears working on some last-minute adjustments to her soundtracks and tunes.
Earlier, their group split up to the theater grounds and backstage and apparently only the guest performers and their families were only allowed and they were only allowed to have at least one or two friends with them on backstage and it was then that Zoey chose to stay with Vivi and Cassie while everyone else proceeded to the booths to buys some food for when it's time to watch the performance.
As Vivi continued her adjustments on her soundtracks while her sister and Zoey continued to chatter, there was a knock on the door, getting their attention.
The door opened as one of the venue staff members peeked in "Excuse me Miss Reyes, but the other guest DJs are here and they'll be staying here with you until the start of the performance" the staff member told her.
"Oh, of course! Please let them in" said Vivi lowering her headphones with a smile.
The staff member nodded before ushering the other people inside.
"Shitsureishimas~! (Excuse us~!)" spoke a voice in Japanese as Misora along with her brother Luke, DJ and Sadie walked inside.
Upon seeing them, Vivi, Cassie and Zoey got excited upon seeing the two DJs that'll be performing at the exhibition alongside the former.
But despite her excitement, Vivi kept a professional composure and stood up from her seat and approached the group "Hi there! You must be DJs Pop and Graham, it's a pleasure to meet you" she greeted with a smile "I'm Vivian Reyes but I also go by my DJ handle DJ Vidia" she said while offering a handshake.
"Ah! It's a pleasure to meet you as well!" chirped Misora happily returning the handshake "I'm Misora Criswell also known as DJ Pop!" she introduced herself "Hope we can get along!" she said as Vivi smiled in return.
"Damon Joshua Graham, Nice to meet you" spoke DJ as he and Vivi shook hands.
"Wait, Damon Joshua? That's your real name?" asked Vivi.
"Eeyep!" nodded DJ.
"And you're called "DJ" Graham…" trailed off Vivi before a realization hit her "So that means DJ's your actual name! Oh, my goodness, that's… Ha ha! That's kinda cute in a way! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!" she said holding her waist laughing at the thought.
"Eeyep!" replied DJ nodding while unfazed with Vivi's reaction.
Cassie and Zoey meanwhile looked on at the former's sister with a sweatdrop.
Vivi took a few deep breaths calming down from her laughing fit "Sorry, I just couldn't help but laugh at the thought of other people's reaction when they find out that your name's actually the same as your profession" she said "I apologize if I offended you or anything" she said wiping a tear off her eye.
"N~ope!" said DJ shaking his head as a sign that he wasn't offended.
"Hmm… not much of a talker, are you?" questioned Vivi but still kept her smile.
"N~ope!" replied DJ shaking his head.
"You get used to it" spoke Sadie as she stepped in to introduce herself "Hit there, I'm Sadie Meyers, it's a pleasure to meet you Vidia" she said as the two shook hands.
"Please, just call me Vivi, most of my friends call me that" said Vivi.
"Sure" said Sadie smiling glad to make a new friend.
"Huh… so you're DJ Vidia?" said Luke getting Vivi's attention "Hi there… the name's Luke Criswell" he introduced himself "Some colleagues of mine did tell me you were pretty but I have to say, now that I've got a good look at yah…" trailed off the young punk rocker holding his chin with his right hand while observing the elder Reyes sister "I have to say, you sure are quite the looker" he commented teasingly.
Vivi smiled in amusement "My, my, aren't you quite the charmer" she mused "But… flattery will get you nowhere" she said as she lifted up a finger towards Luke "Cause it's gonna take more than a couple of compliments if you ever wanna ask any favors from me" she said teasingly putting her finger on Luke's chin making Luke back away with a whistle.
"Whoa… smooth one, aren't ya…" he said raising his hands up in conceit while maintaining his smile making everyone in the room minus Vivi to sweat drop.
Sadie on the other hand let out an exasperated sigh massaging her temples "Really Luke?" she muttered.
"A-Ah Gomen!" said Misora getting in between the two "I apologize for my brother's behavior but he has this bad habit of flirting whenever he interacts with other girls and it would leave bad impressions sometimes!" said Misora bowing in apology.
Vivi just waved it off "It's okay, no harm done" she said "I mean a number of males flirted with me before and I already knew beforehand how to deal with them, so this is kinda normal for me" she said much to Misora's relief.
"Ahem! Vivi, have you forgotten something?" spoke Cassie.
"Oh yeah! Where are my manners" said Vivi sheepishly before gesturing to her sister and friend "This is my younger sister Cassie and our friend Zoey" she said introducing them.
"Hello, I'm Cassandra Reyes but please, call me Cassie, it's nice to meet you" waved Cassie in greeting.
"Hello, I'm Zoey Aster, a pleasure to meet all of you" greeted Zoey politely with a nod.
"Nice to meet you as well!" replied Sadie cheerfully as she shook hands with Cassie and Zoey and the same with everyone else.
After introducing each other, Cassie, Zoey and Sadie started to talk with one another while Vivi, DJ and Misora started to talk about what songs they'd be using for the exhibition with a bit of Luke's assistance, both groups becoming fast friends as the latter group prepared for the big event ahead.
Later at around sunset, we go to the Gorge Amphitheatre where a huge audience was gathering. The amphitheatre was a large stage in front of a huge grass hill and behind it was a huge river known as the Columbia River and added with the sunset, from a person's point of view you could just feel something about it that just seems both breath taking and mesmerizing.
It's here, we go to the general admission lawn area of the audience where among the gathered crowd, we see the Anderson brothers and their father Dom together with Elliot's friends Aaron Aster and Milo McCarthy all sitting on lawn chairs and sitting next to them just to their right, were none other than the Saito brothers along with their friends Cyrus, Sawyer, Aiden and Owen who were also sitting on lawn chairs of their own. Coincidentally, their assigned sitting spots were next to each other and both groups started to make some small talk and surprisingly, all the teens and young adults got along quite well and even surprised each other by revealing how their respective friends were gonna be performing together at the opening exhibition.
"Hey guys!" greeted a voice familiar to Keita's group as he along with the Anderson brothers' group turned to see none other than Sadie along with Luke together with Cassie and Zoey.
"Sadie, Luke!" greeted Keita "We were just talking with our new friends here" he said gesturing to latter group who waved at them.
"Ah! So, it seems that you've met Cassie and Zoey's friends" pointed out Sadie.
"And I see that all of you are getting along quite well" added Cassie with a smile.
"Quite well indeed" nodded Milo in agreement with Sawyer humming in agreement with a nod of his own.
Sadie, Luke, Cassie and Zoey joined their respective groups sitting on lawn chairs provided to them and began to continue to chat away until the lights of the amphitheatre stage turned on revealing Vivi, Misora and DJ getting on stage and plugging in their laptops on the DJ equipment provided to them on stage on individual spots assigned to them in preparation for the performance.
The whole crowd cheered upon seeing the three and to the crowd sitting on areas farther from the stage were given visual aid from a couple of stage screens located on either side of the amphitheatre allowing them to see the performers on screen.
"Look! It's Misora!" called out Sadie pointing towards the screen that showed Misora working on her station while wearing her complete DJ outfit.
"And there's Vivi!" said Elliot as the screen changed to Vivi who was now wearing a black hip hop style cap with a pink butterfly sigil on it on her head setting up her own station.
"And let's not forget about DJ" added Aaron as the screen changed to DJ doing the same as his fellow DJs.
Once the three DJs were done with their preparations, all three of them signaled the amphitheatre staff that they were about ready to start.
And with that, a screen that was behind the three activated as it showed the view of the gorge before changing into a black screen with a picture of a record with music notes and white words that said "SJF2023"
"Live! From the Gorge Amphitheatre, this is the Super Jam Fest 2023!" announced a voice as the whole crowd cheered before the MC walked in with microphone in hand.
"What's up! What a lively place! Welcome to the Super Jam Fest 2023!" welcomed the MC as everyone from the audience stood up from their seats and cheered.
"It's my pleasure to welcome… the opening exhibition of the evening" he said "An adorable DJ sensation, a young man of a few words who's as awesome as his music and an upbeat streaming influencer, all three collaborating for the first time, please welcome… DJs Pop, Graham and Vidia!" he introduced as the crowd cheered even louder.
"Yeah~! Go Misora! Go DJ!" cheered Sadie.
"Alright~! Go for it Vivi!" cheered Elliot.
And with that, the three young DJs turned to each other and with each nod, they said "1, 2, 3, Go!" and started to play their first chosen mashup.

Once the song finished, the crowd went wild cheering for the three DJs.
"We're not done yet! Here comes our next song!" announced Vivi as the crowd got even more excited before the song STRIKE BACK by Back-On played.
The whole crowd including the three DJs' friends cheered on as the program continued on.
Misora, DJ and Vivi's performance lasted after 5-6 songs by the time evening came and as for the remainder of the concert for the night, a number of bands performed as the whole crowd including the two groups of friends and siblings plus one parent enjoyed their time in Gorge Amphitheatre.
Once the concert was over for the night, a lot of people proceeded to exit the amphitheatre and travel passed the food stalls and towards either the camping grounds or the parking lots.
Among those headed towards the latter were the two groups.
"Whoo! That was quite the show we had, am I right guys?" said Milo.
"Indeed, the show was quite entertaining Milo" nodded Sawyer in agreement.
"Vivi was sure at the top of her game wasn't she Cassie?" said Zoey turning to Cassie.
"She sure was and I have to say that Misora was so full of energy during the whole performance" said Cassie turning to Sadie and Luke.
"That's my little sister for ya, always getting the crowd pumped up whenever she's having a good time" said Luke with a grin while resting his arms on the back of his neck.
"Don't forget about DJ, he was also at the top of his game at their performance" mentioned Sadie.
"DJ does come from a family of singers, song writers, music producers and even musicians, so his love for music runs in the family." said Cyrus.
"Whoa! For real?" asked Elliot.
"For real" confirmed Keita with a nod.
"Hmm?" hummed Cassie upon getting a text on her phone "Oh! It's Vivi" she told everyone getting their attention "She said that she'd like to go and eat out with everyone for dinner at this pizza place she saw while on our way here and she said that she also invited DJ and Misora to come and she's also inviting you guys as well" she said to DJ and Misora's friends.
"I also got word from Misora and DJ and they also informed me about Vivi's invitation" said Sadie looking at her phone before glancing at her brother and friends "What do you think guys? You wanna come along?" she asked.
"Sure, why not? I mean we got nothing else planned after this." said Keita with Cyrus agreeing.
"Same here, I don't have anything else in my itinerary as of right now." said Sawyer.
"If Misora's okay with it, then I'm game as well." said Luke.
"I guess it's safe to say that we're all in agreement" said Aiden with Owen nodding in agreement.
"Is that okay with you guys then?" Sadie asked turning to Cassie and her group.
"What do you guys think?" Cassie asked her friends.
"Sure, the more the merrier" nodded Milo.
"Ditto, I'm starving anyway." said Elliot.
"You're always thinking with your stomach, Aren't ya Elliot?" questioned Truman with a deadpan expression.
"What? I'm a growing boy" said Elliot making everyone laugh and chuckle in amusement.
"Alright then, while you go pick up Vivi and your friends, the boys and I will go ahead and wait for all of you at the entrance in our car." said Dom.
"No problem Mr. A" said Milo with a thumbs up.
"Okay then, I'll go ahead and inform Vivi that we'll pick them up" said Cassie sending a message to her sister.
"Alright then guys, let's go!" said Luke as the whole group continued on in the parking lot.
Later, after picking up Vivi, Misora and DJ, the two groups were now driving down the highway in a convoy with the Ford Pickup Truck driven by Milo at the front followed by the Suzuki MPV driven by Dom, the Harley motorbike ridden by Aaron and Zoey, the Chevrolet Pickup Truck driven by Zane and at the rear was the Chevrolet Camaro driven by Luke as the convoy drove off towards the place Vivi proposed with the young DJ influencer as their guide.
"Are you sure this pizza place is somewhere here Vivi?" questioned Milo looking around the highway.
"Of course, I'm sure Milo, trust me" assured Vivi while she was in a group video chat with Elliot, Zoey, Sadie and Misora, the latter of the former two being able to chat using a pair of special wireless headphones installed into her helmet and a mic connected to her phone muting out the sounds of her brother's bike.
"So, I guess this makes all of us friends now, right?" asked Elliot on his line.
"Of course, we're friends Elliot, what makes you think otherwise?" asked Sadie on her line with a raised eyebrow.
"Don't pay much attention to him Sadie, Elliot can be silly sometimes" quipped Zoey on her line.
"So, what kind of pizza will we be ordering when we get there?" asked Luke on Misora's line.
"Hmm, how about-" "Oh, I know! We could order a-" suggested Elliot interrupting Vivi's thoughts only to be interrupted by Truman.
"Uh-uh! No way in hell are we gonna settle for some of your wacky pizza toppings Elliot!" said his older twin.
"What?! But I haven't even told you what I was gonna suggest" retorted Elliot.
"Sorry to say Elliot but I'll have ta agree with Truman there" spoke Milo while keeping his eyes on the road.
"Why, is something wrong with Elliot's suggestions?" asked Cyrus on Sadie's line.
"Elliot has some… strange taste when it comes to pizza toppings sometimes" said Cassie "I mean he can come up with some good pizza topping suggestions but sometimes, some of those toppings can be quite… questionable" she said.
"How so?" asked Owen on Misora's line.
"Can you elaborate?" asked Sawyer on Sadie's line.
"Try putting marshmallows on pizza." said Zoey.
"Oh…" was the response of everyone on Misora and Sadie's line.
"Alright then, so we're all in agreement not to let Elliot choose pizza toppings from now on?" said Zane on Sadie's line receiving various replies of agreement from everyone including Elliot's brothers and father.
"Hey! No fair, all of you!" said Elliot with a frown making everyone laugh.
As the group continued to chat away in their group chat, Zoey managed to hear a sigh from Aaron getting her attention. She lowered the volume of her chat before gently tapping Aaron on the shoulder getting his attention "Hmmm?" hummed Aaron glancing at his sister who tilted her head to the side while giving him a look of sisterly care and concern silently asking if he was alright.
"Oh… it's nothing" he said speaking through his helmet's installed speakers allowing him to be heard while on the move "It's just that…" he trailed off while looking straight ahead "I've been having this strange feeling lately… like… like something big might happen…" he told her "And it makes me wonder if I should be worried about it… or not…?" he said.
Zoey stayed silent for a few moments before putting a hand on her brother's shoulder. Aaron glanced at her and saw that she was giving him a reassuring smile that everything's gonna be alright.
Aaron sighed before looking straight forward "You're right… I won't think about it much" he told her as Zoey nodded with a smile behind her helmet and leaned onto him and wrapped her arms around his waist giving him as much reassurance as possible.
Unknown to him, he wasn't the only one who hasn't been having this strange feeling as both Keita and Aiden were having these strange gut feelings as if something unexpected was about to happen and for some reason, they knew that it wasn't good but they stayed silent about it.
Meanwhile a few miles away opposite to the convoy, we see a semi-trailer truck hulling a long container style semi-trailer as it drove through the highway.
The driver of the truck had his eyes on the road and it seemed that his eyes were bloodshot indicating that he hadn't been sleeping for a while.
The driver let out a yawn as he tried to shake himself awake "Man… I'm starting to regret not taking a short fuse earlier before taking this delivery job…" he muttered as he blinked several times before drowsiness took over. He leaned onto the steering wheel and started snoring resulting in the truck to swerve around the road from one side to the next as some cars and bikes managed to move passed him from both sides while sounding their horns in annoyance and warning but to no avail.
Soon, the truck was nearing the convoy's location and by that time, the truck was now in the middle of the road with no way of passing.
"What the…?" uttered out Milo narrowing his eyes upon seeing something coming towards them and upon nearing, his eyes widened "Ugh, bloody hell!" he swore before honking the horn of his car as it let out a loud *BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPP!*.
Unfortunately, the truck wasn't moving and Milo continued to honk his car horn.
Upon hearing Milo's car horn, Vivi looked up from her video chat and saw what was happening making her eyes widen in alarm before turning back to her video chat "Guys! There's a huge truck heading our way and it doesn't seem to hear Milo's horn! Sound off your horns as well!" she told everyone.
"I see it!" said Dom as he along with every driver of the convoy including Aaron sounded off their horns making it loud enough for the truck driver to wake up.
"HUH?! WHAT THE?!" exclaimed the driver waking up abruptly only to see the convoy ahead of him "OH SHOOT!" he shouted as he did a hard turn to the right in order to get out of the way while also hitting the brakes.
Unfortunately, that resulted in the truck to swerve and overturn as it fell down sideways with the container semi-trailer completely blocking the road as it slid towards the convoy with no chance of avoiding it.
"Crikey!" exclaimed Milo in alarm as he turned the wheel and hit the brakes.
"Shoot! Hang on boys!" exclaimed Dom in alarm doing the same while Elliot, Truman and Danny held onto their seats.
"Zoey hang on!" exclaimed Aaron as he hit the brakes on his bike while swerving sidewards in order to slow down as his younger sister held on for dear life.
"Nantekotta! (Oh no!)/Whoa!" exclaimed Zane and Luke respectively both hitting the brakes of their vehicles while everyone else in their respective vehicles screamed.
All of them hoped that they'd avoid a collision but unfortunately it was inevitable as the overturned Semi-Truck was upon them…
*CRASH!*
And on that night, a tragic accident occurred on the road a few miles from the Gorge Amphitheatre. It was reported that a convoy of vehicles including a motorcycle ended up on a collision with a semi-trailer truck that was driven by a drowsy truck driver resulting in a devastating aftermath. While the truck driver was alright with a few injuries, all the passengers on the vehicles including the bike weren't lucky and didn't survive. And upon identifying some of the victims of the crash, it was then confirmed that on that tragic night… Popular music media sensations DJ Graham and DJ Vidia… along with rising music media sensation DJ Pop… have lost their lives.
Keita, Aiden and Aaron opened their eyes and all they saw was darkness, none of them could see or hear anything, all of them could feel themselves floating as if they were in zero gravity and none of them were sure whether if they were alone or not.
'What… what happened?' they asked themselves trying to recall what they last remembered and when it did, their eyes widen in realization of what's become of them.
'Oh… I died… didn't I?' they thought in sadness 'We all did…' they added. The three then started to have various thoughts of their fate.
'But why… why did it have to be Zoey and everyone…?' thought Aaron remembering holding onto her sister during their last moments after the crash 'It could've only been me and not her… any of them!' he thought 'Just why?!' he thought in self-loathing.
'Why'd this have to happen to all of us?' thought Aiden 'There were so many things we wanted to do' he thought in melancholy.
'All of us had bright futures ahead of us, why'd it had to be taken away in an instant?!' thought Keita in frustration 'I haven't even decided what I wanted to do for my future!' he thought gritting his teeth.
All three of them had so many more frustrating thoughts about what has become of them and one thought came to their mind.
Keita, Aiden and Aaron raised up their hands reaching out towards the darkness of the void.
'Please God…' thought Keita.
'…if you can hear my thoughts…' thought Aiden.
'…if you're listening to me right now…' thought Aaron.
'…please give me and my friends a second chance!' they thought simultaneously 'Give us a second chance to live our lives! Mine and everyone else who died in the crash! If not, at least give my brother and friends/sister and her friends/friends a second chance to live!' they thought 'I'm begging you!' they pleaded.
And as if their pleas were heard, a bright light shined upon each of them.
"Huh…?" uttered Keita in surprise shielding his eyes with his arms.
From the light came a figure of a certain god clad in dark gray and blue futuristic armor and a hooded long coat that made him look similar to a Hunter class Guardian from the game Destiny.
"Hey there… you called?" spoke the hooded god towards Keita with a smile behind his helmet.
"What the…?" uttered Aiden covering his eyes from the light.
Appearing from the light in his view was a figure of a certain god clad in light gray and orange futuristic full-body armor and an orange cloak.
"Yo… glad that I found you…" spoke the armored god towards Aiden with a grin behind his helmet.
"What's going on…?" uttered Aaron also shielding his eyes from the brightness.
Appearing before him was a figure of a certain goddess clad in a white, violet and lavender military-esque officer's uniform with a violet and lavender accented gothic steampunk style jacket coat.
"Hello~, It's such a relief that I found you" said the military uniformed goddess with a smile as she spoke with a kind and playful tone towards Aaron.
The three gods whose appearances were obscured by the brightness of the light slowly held out their hands towards their respective found individual and said "Take my hand if you and your friends and family want to have a second chance"
After pondering for a few moments and sensing no ill will or intent from them, without any hesitation, Keita, Aiden and Aaron slowly held out their hand and reached out towards their respective savior's hand and the moment their hands touched, a bright light shined around the void blinding them before everything around them turned black.
"Well… I have to say that this was quite the chapter here" spoke the voice of Chron "Hello readers, it's me again Chron, this chapter has introduced us to quite the number of people and we were even given quite the entertainment don't you all think?" he asked.
Chron then heard the sound of sniffling and it came from none other than Tassel "Tassel, what's wrong old chap?" he asked in concern.
"It's just… *Sniff!* They died! All of them died just like Soren-kun and his family! And not only that, the rest of Soren-kun's family died as well! And everyone was getting along so well! And they all died the same way Soren-kun and his family died as well! WHAAAAHAAAHAAAHAAAHAAAHAAAAAA!" cried Tassel.
"I know mate… I know…" said Chron feeling the same way, the sound of him patting Tassel on the back for comfort was heard "But don't lose hope, because three certain gods came along and found their souls, so I'm sure they'll do the same as what the other goddess will do with the souls of Soren and his family" he assured.
"*Sniff!*, I guess you're right…" said Tassel before the sound of him blowing his nose was heard.
"Now I know what you readers are wondering… what's gonna happen now?" said Chron as he paused for a moment.
"Well, I'm afraid that you'll have to find out on the later chapters and if you're wondering what'll happen on the next one, well you'll have to wait and see, so stay tuned!" he said.

I've finally finished the new chapter. It took longer than the last chapter due to a lot of distractions including story block and other things but I've finally finished it.
In here, we're introduced to a new set of characters which include the rest of Soren Anderson's cousins Truman, Elliot and Danny and as well as their father Dom, Elliot's friends and as well as another group that they've befriended on a concert their friends were performing at and they got along quite well. But tragedy struck as all of them died on an accident involving a drowsy truck driver while on their way to a place where they could've hungout for dinner. But before any of them could enter the afterlife, a certain trio of gods intervened and took them to a certain somewhere.
Now I know what you're gonna ask and I have to say that you'll have to find out on the next upcoming chapters.
On the next one, I'll be introducing you to the remainder of this story's main heroes, who they are is for you to find out.
So, just in case I don't finish the next chapter before the end of the year, let me just say Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
