Luvia POV.

"which do you want?" I ask as he looks so fascinated at the chip aisle

"hmm I guess this one." He picks out a bag that says Tanoshi on it

It makes me smile a bit and i mumble "reminds me of Shadoba."

"hn, it actually reminds me of a certain dragoncraft user. But it looks tanoshi, I'll give it the benefit of a doubt" he smiles brightly

"Souka." There. I feel pissed again. But why? Something's wrong with me.

"Lets get drinks" i say and i grab a cup to get this green lemonade cucumber drink that i wanted to try.

"Do you want to try this?" I ask Maura and offer him the cup as we get to the machine. "Just push the cup against that there" i point to the middle lever

"look! Look! Yonazuki Lucia! When I do this, the ice comes out! It comes!!!" He exclaims happily.

'kodomo mitai, kawaii.' I think to myself

"Id rather have some juice in that cup too you know. Not just ice" i say.

He smiles sheepishly and hands my cup back. Then off he goes to the fridges.

I put in some of the lemonade in my cup and set off to find Maura

I find Maura picking out a soda

'how unusual he seldom drink sodas.' I think to myself

"Why did you choose that?" I couldnt help but ask.

"it looks like you. Dont you think?" He says smiling brightly

"b-baka. Picking a drink cause of that" i felt embarassed. Why?

"Well why did you pick that then?" He asks pointing to my cup.

"it reminds me of your hair" i say smirking. Hoping to make him embarrassed as well.

"aah~ you'll quench your thrist while thinking about me?" He asks sweetly

"Why settle tasting something that looks like me when you can just taste me instead?" He asks. Leaning his face close to mine with a pretend sweet smile.

It catches me offguard that i choke on my own spit. Which makes the watermelon head satisfied with his teasing.

I pick out my own food. Opting for a nikuman and we go grab an assortment of fireworks too then we pay.

"Lets sit and eat these here before we head back" Maura suggests and i agree so we take a seat.

I start to blow on my food and i guess i was taking long cause after a bit Maura asks.

"What are you doing? Why dont you just eat it?"

"I have cat's tongue..." I answer simply. Extra sensitive especially with hot food.

"Poor you. Dont worry we can fix it" he winks at me

I stare at him for a bit before i say, "I lost my appetite."

"Come on now i was joking" he rolls his eyes and keeps eating.

I chuckle and keep blowing on my food a bit longer before i finally take a bite.

He scoot over to my side of the table and pulls his phone out then takes a photo.

"Are we staying longer since Kai was able to make it?" He asks me.

I think for a bit and shrug. "Well its golden week so none of us have any classes for the time being." I answer.

"Then why don't we stay for a couple more days? Ive been having a lot of fun" he beams at me. A natural and genuine smile.

"Well i guess it wont hurt to stay 2 or 3 more days" i say and clear my throat before i go back to eating my food.

Maura also does the same and soon we finish up. "Oh i dont have anything to swim in" maura speaks up.

"Ah right. Well we can go to the store so you can get something" i suggest and he nods.

I stay with the bike as he goes in and soon he comes back and we then head back to the villa.

As we get there i find the others packing up things for the riverside fun and kazuki also packs some sandwiches for everyone.

"We got the fireworks" i say and maura shows all the stuff we got. Maura went a little too crazy with the fireworks though. I guess he did say hes never done this before so i guess its understandable.

"We're just about done here too so you two grab what you wanna bring to the riverbed so we can all head out" Hiro grins brightly. Hes practically shaking with excitement. "Such a kid" i chuckle and go up to make sure i have spare clothes in a bag for me and shiori just in case

We all head out to the riverbed. I set up a little tent for people to change in and i change first. I opt for a plain orange swimming trunks and just wear an opened button shirt over and i set up everything else as the others take turns to get changed.

Maura POV.

I get changed in the tent. Hopefully i dont look weird. Its kinda revealing. Kind of a black sleeveless cropped top that had crossed bands at the back and some thin black swim trunks that go down to right above my knees.

I think i look fine. And once done i step out.

"Ooh fancy swimwear you got there Maura! Looks really nice!" Hiro says as he was next in line to get changed.

I thank him for the compliment and i go to put away the clothes i changed from.

I feel eyes on me and so i look about and see Lucia staring. I smirk and give him a little wave and he just looks away making me pout.

'nothing to say about the swimsuit huh?' I just think but shrug it off.

I sit on a beach towel i laid under a parasol and start to put sunscreen on my arms and stomach and legs. I need help with my back though.

In perfect timing, Hiro comes over to put his own clothes away. "Ne Ryugasaki Hiro. Do you mind helping me?" I ask him and he happily agrees.

I lay on my stomach on the towel and he starts to massage the lotion on to my back.

"Ohh youre quite skilled at that" i cant help but hum in compliment.

Lucia POV.

"Youre quite skilled at that" i hear a familiar voice say in a pleasured tone.

I look over and see Hiro massaging Maura in a really nice swimsuit on a beach towel.

My mood turns sour suddenly. Something about Maura spending time with Hiro just pisses me off. I dont quite understand.

I huff and just set my own camping chair under a laid parasol so i can relax. Making sure i check that Shiori is ok before i do though. I see her spending time with Mimori so i nod and sigh in relief.

Im glad shes having fun.

I take a seat and just relax in the shade.

Maura POV.

"Thank you Ryugasaki Hiro" i say as he hands me my sunscreen back.

Hiro grins "no problem! Ill go and help kazuki with the barbeque now" he takes his leave.

As i get up and stretch I see Lucia under his own parasol just sitting.

I still havent heard what he thinks of my swimsuit so i approach him.

I get an idea and carefully i lower myself on to his lap. Sitting across it as i wrap my arms around his neck.

His eyes widen in surprised but he quickly catches himself and puts a stoic face on again.

"Can you swim?" I ask him sweetly

"Yes i can" he answers plainly

"Are you a strong swimmer?" I try again

"Id say i am. Why?" He answers

"Was just wondering if you wanna go take a dip with me" his hair is so soft and i didnt even notice that i was playing with it

"Im fine right here thanks" he answers making me pout.

"Hmp. Fine then" i get up from his lap. Not even a compliment from him. Stupid Lucia.

"I'll just go help Hiro with the barbeque then" i say and start to walk away.

Lucia suddenly stands and takes the button shirt off. Then he grabs my wrist "lets go. we're gonna swim" he says and tugs me along. Making me smile. 'i win'

We go for a dip. I ask him if he can swim cause i cant. Thankfully the water isn't too deep. The current is kinda strong though. At least for me. Doesnt seem to bother Lucia much.

Kai POV.

Lately Yonazuki Lucia and Maura Abelard are kinda close. I wanna know more about whats between them.

As i find Lucia and was going to approach him, Maura suddenly comes and sits on Lucia's lap.

My eyes widen as Maura wraps his arms around Lucia's neck and Lucia lets him.

I stay hidden and watch as Maura plays with Lucia's hair a bit.

"What kind of relationship do they have?" I ask myself

I even saw them holding each other in bed this morning. Are they in that kind of relationship?

Maura suddenly pouts and gets up from Lucia's lap and starts to walk away when Lucia suddenly gets up and takes his shirt off and tugs maura away.

"Oh i wonder whats happening. What are they talking about?" I decided to try and follow them but Amamiya Mimori calls me over. Stopping me from following the two. Tsk.
