After all the confusion,Lily took Sharkboy and Lavagirl to her house. They all sat the kitchen table. Lily and Marissa stood beside them. They both watched the whole conversation unfold.Sharkboy and Lavagirl explained to Max that Planet Drool was trouble and he needed to come with them. Max was shocked.
"Planet Drool is in trouble?", asked Max.
Sharkboy and Lavagirl both responded with a nod at him. Lavagirl then reached out her hand to Max.
"Come with us.",she said to him.
Max looked back at Lily and Marissa before turning to Sharkboy and Lavagirl.
"I can't. I have a family.", he said to the both of them.
Everyone was silent in the kitchen. For a while, they didn't know on what to say to each other. Until Lily, all of a sudden, stepped forward. She looked at Sharkboy and Lavagirl .
"I'll come.",she said.
Max and Marissa gasped in shock.
