Its harder when you care.
Brooke carefully placed Sloan down in her cot then stared up at Lucas.
"What are you doing here.?" Brooke asked.
"My mom called me. The twins are here. Born safe and healthy. I just wanted to see them and you." Lucas replied.
"Ever since you asked for a DNA test. You've treated me like anything but you're wife and future mother of you're children."
"Why are you really here Lucas.?" Brooke asked.
"I wanted to know if you changed you're mind. I want us all to come home together as a family. But i need to know the truth." Lucas insisted.
Brooke. "You should trust me. How much i love you. And our relationship. You let the outside world. My parents. Take you away from us. That breaks my heart."
"I wanted you by my side during labor and delivery."
"You've made work at you're office you're main priority. And these babies are my world. All i've ever wanted." Brooke exclaimed.
Brooke turned and threw on the bed. A sheet of paper.
Lucas picked it up and read it slowly.
His heart leaping into his throat. He was the biological father.
