Once back at the bed and breakfast Tony knocks on the door as an elderly couple open the door and see him.
"Mr. Tony Thompson." The woman says.
"What are you two doing back here?" The man asks as Tony smiles.
"You're the bed and the bratwurst right?" Tony asks in a German accent.
"We are the bed." The woman says a she looks down.
"And the breakfast!" The man says.
"So cheer up. I brought you some guests." Tony says as he gestures to Rudolph who floats upside down while smiling beside Tony causing the couple to jump back.
"Hello." Rudolph says as he lands on his feet.
"The little.." The woman says worriedly.
"Vampire." The man says worriedly.
"And family." Rudolph says as vampires begin to land and go inside causing the couple to faint.
*Timeskip Several Months*
"Oh it never gets old flying out on nights like this." Alexis says as she is holding Anna's hand flying around with her late at night in the sky.
"It truly doesn't." Anna says as she smiles at Alexis.
"You've been staring at me all night. You okay Anna?" Alexis asks curiously.
"In a sense yes. But I have something I'd like to discuss with you. Something I've been pondering for a little while now." Anna says nervously.
"So that's why you wanted to go flying to tonight." Alexis says as Anna nods.
"Yes. So I could speak with you more privately. I thought it would make us both more comfortable." Anna says.
"Fair enough. So what's on your mind?" Alexis asks as and Anna land.
"Alexis you and I have known each other for a while. You've become my best and closest friend. You were my first friend ever. You mean the world to me." Anna says.
"I kind of already figured that. I mean you're always hanging out with me." Alexis says as she smiles softly.
"That's not why I hang around you so much. Especially not as much as I have been doing it." Anna says.
"What do you mean?" Alexis asks curiously.
"Alexis I have feelings for you. I don't want to just be friends anymore. I want to be more than that." Anna says.
"You want to be more than friends with me?" Alexis asks as Anna nods shyly.
"Yes. I know you're still scared of vampires and I don't blame you if you said no but trust me when I say I would never hurt you. You're the one creature I could never hurt no matter what because of how I feel." Anna says.
"Do your parents know about this? Or your brothers?" Alexis asks as she looks down.
"My mother is the one who told me to tell you how I felt and to be honest no matter what. My father does not know yet and neither does Gregory. But Rudolph, Tony and my mother do know and they're supportive of my feelings." Anna says as she smiles at Alexis.
"Oh..." Alexis says nervously.
"You don't feel the same do you?" Anna asks disappointedly.
"It's not that. I do feel the same. But we wouldn't be accepted Anna. You're a vampire and I'm a wolf shifter. It won't work. And we're both girls so we could never have kids either." Alexis says as she looks at Anna.
"I don't care. You're the one I want to be with. My heart is yours and it has been for a while. Ive watched you go from this girl so fearful of vampires you wouldn't even let me touch you anymore than necessary to this girl now who'd happily come with me anywhere and would fight beside me in an instant. The fact that you trust me with your life now says a lot. I love you and I don't care what other people think. We can live together on our own if that would allow us to be together. But you have to trust me for us to give any of it a chance. Do you trust me and want to try to be with me?" Anna asks as she holds Alexis's hands while smiling.
"Yes but-" Alexis then gets cut off as Anna kisses her and pulls away leaving them both blushing.
"Then don't worry about anything else. Whatever happens well face it together as always." Anna says reassuringly.
"Alright Anna. I trust you." Alexis says as she smiles and nods.
"That's my girl. My beautiful girl. Come. Let's finish enjoying our flight then we can talk further about how we want to handle everything else. Right now I just want to enjoy this beautiful night and the company of my lovely girlfriend." Anna says as she grabs Alexis by the hand.
"Sounds great to me." Alexis says as she and Anna fly off.
