Backstory
Peggy was born to Avril of the Pig Farmers. She was put into an orphanage alongside her cousins for unknown reasons.

As a child, Peggy lived with her cousins and cared for each of them. When she and her cousins were 8, Viktor decides to foster Peggy and her cousins. A year later, he adopts them.

As a teen, Peggy and her cousins assisted her friends in rum runs.
