Backstory:
Penelope and her siblings were born 2 days after her mother's birthday. She was an exceptionally quiet, like her brother Justin. She never cried when she wanted something and tended to either draw pictures or use sign language. This impressed her parents.
As a child, Penelope had a mind for mathematics and literature. She also has a strong desire for tidiness and a fear of pests. Instead of fairy tales, Penelope asked for books about math and science. Thanks to this, Penelope was able to do advanced multiplication and division in her head without a calculator at the age of 7. By the time she was 10, Penny could read college level skills. This created a strong bond with her parents, mainly her father.
As a teen, Penelope was the smartest kid at Lackadaisy and Marigold. She assisted her best friend, Misty in Rumrun races.
