Teddy sits in the diner, watching the news on tv. They are talking about the bombing at the movie theatre saying there were no fatalities. This somewhat confuses Teddy, his sources said children had been killed. Perhaps the authorities just didn't release their names until their parents were notified, Teddy could understand that. A young man, a client actually came up to Teddy, asking to buy his "product." Teddy then quickly sold this teen his drugs. It seemed unlikely that anyone in this place would care, but he didn't survive in this business by taking stupid chances.

At CTU Eric Carter briefs George Mason on what Miguel has told him. Jamey Farrell pulls up a picture of Teddy.

Eric: This man is Theodore Webster, Miguel says he's the one who brought him and Jones together. Teddy served in Afghanistan, but served time in military prison for killing Taliban soldiers who tried to surrender. Since his discharge Teddy has been suspected of dealing illegal drugs, but the local police haven't been able to prove anything.
Mason: Any idea where he is now?
Eric: Miguel says he likes to operate outside a particular diner. We can go pick him up right now.
Mason: Do it.

Kyle Singer meets with Vaachaspati in the latter's home.

Kyle: Thank you for meeting with me.
Vaachaspati: I was sorry to hear about the attack on your embassy.
Kyle: Thank you. We have intel that Hekmetyar is meeting with some of his colleagues. You have a good working relationship with some of them.
Vaachaspati: You want me to spy on them?
Kyle: If we were to provide you with a listening device, could you plant it in the room?
Vaachaspati: Perhaps, but I am hesitant to get involved.
Kyle: We could give you sanctuary after. You could have a good life in America.
Vaachaspati: I need to give this some thought.
Kyle: This is time sensitive, I can only give you ten minutes.

In the White House the president's son Horace talks with his sister Rebecca.

Horace: I need to go speak with Karen.
Rebecca: Yeah, you need to be a man this time.
Horace: It was her choice to have an abortion.
Rebecca: Like you didn't pressure her. She's the one who has to live with it, and she's the one who will be judged.
Horace: You're right, I need to be there for her, however she needs.

Jack Bauer continues his flight towards Cuba. Mason has found him a place to land when he gets there. Jack is not certain what he will do when he finds Nina. On the one hand, she might be able to give them intel, maybe even save lives. On the other hand, this woman murdered Jack's wife. Jack is uncertain what he will do when he finds her, assuming that he even survives this mission.
