Movie 1 Two Heroes- Chapter 1
A/N:
I have decided to do the movies as well in my Canon. Currently rewatching the movie as I type this. Chapter 32 is on hold until this is done. I will try and get the movie done within 1 month and 2-3 chapters so it doesn't over stay its welcome! Enjoy! Also canon is going to be broken. Just FYI
"Good morning sir. If you want to make your plane on time, you need to wake up now" Tempest says trying to wake me up as I groan. "I know, Tempest, I know" I say and sigh rolling onto my back. "Kyo, its time to get up" I say shaking a sleeping Kyoka next to me. "Five more minutes Sparky..." She nearly snores out and her jacks snake around my arm trying to pull me back in.
-The night before-
"You told them what?!" I say as Jirou is at my apartment with her suitcase. "I told my parents that I was staying the night at Yaomomos so we can fly off to I-Island together" She says dragging in her suitcase with a dumb smile on her face. "Welp there goes my plan to patrol tonight" I say chuckling letting her in while scratching my head. "We do not tell Mina of this" Kyoka warns her jacks pointed at me as I laugh.
-Back to the morning-
"You may have to fly with me if you stay in bed" I smile kissing her temple as I get up slipping her jacks and stretching, my bones popping as Kyo huffs. "That wouldn't be bad..." she says blinking awake and sitting up. She is wearing my shirt from the night before and a pair of shorts. "Yea, but then Mina would for sure know you spent the night with me." I tease softly as I walk over to the bathroom.
"Yea, yea, Tempest?" "Yes Ms. Jirou?" Kyo gets up and walks over to her bathroom down the hall. "Can you message Yaomomo for me and tell her I will get a ride to the airport and that if my parents ask I was with her last night." "Of course ma'am" Tempest says and Jirou hears a ping as the message is delivered. Kyo gets started to get ready.
"Still can't believe you are being invited as a guest of honor!" Kyoka yells across my apartment as I brush my teeth. "You take down an infamous serial killer and win the sports festival and its bound to happen." I shout back with a laugh and start my shower. 'Yea... I still can't believe it.' She thinks back to that night and the fear she felt. 'So much good has happened since then.' She smiles and showers herself.
After our showers and getting dressed, I am wearing black jeans with a white undershirt and a blue flannel. "Woah this is a different look." Jirou says whistling and looking me up and down. "I know, I have some friends there" I explain, "I stayed there for a month, and this was my normal clothing choice during my stay." I say with a laugh as we sit down to eat. "Do they know about this?" She says motioning to herself as I nod and laugh.
"Yea, she was actually very happy for me." I agree as Jirou raises an eyebrow, "Her?" I nod and wave her off softly. "Inventor, when you are Starks protégé you meet a lot of them." I say as we eat and get ready to go. "Tempest is our ride here?" I ask as Tempest nods. "Mr. Stark has sent a ride for you and Ms. Jirou" I nod and we head down. "Can't forget this" I chuckle scooping up my Dad's hat and putting it on Kyokas head.
-A quick flight to I-Island later-
"Glad you two could wait for me." I say checking into the island with Izuku and All Might. "Of course young Sen, me and you need to talk to my friend shortly anyways." All Might smiles as we get through the check points. "By the way why are you not in your Hero Costume?" Midoriya asks me as I shrug.
"I have it, but I want to be incognito today, I am kind of infamous around here." I laugh softly as Midoriya blinks and tilts his head, "also Midoriya I would move away." I say taking a step back from All Might as we walk into the promenade. "Huh, why?" Just then All Might gets crowded and poor Izuku gets thrown into the mix as I laugh.
"Sen is that you?" One of the workers walking by recognizes my laughter. "That it be" I say waving. "Woah! Glad you are back, please tell me you are just visiting? You and Melissa caused so much trouble when you were here for a month." They say sweating as I chuckle and nod. "Yea I am here because I took down Stain and won the UA sports festival for the first years."
"Woah that was you! I heard about it but wasn't fully sure!" He sounds excited as we talk a bit more before escaping the crowd and finding a quiet place away as I am talking to All Might as Midoriya shakes his head trying to reorientate himself. "I swear the fact it took me so long to realize you and Yagi are the same person, makes me feel ashamed as one of the smartest minds on this Island."
All Might laughs, "I was surprised as well, but you did still pick up on some stuff." I nod and motion to Midoriya. "He wasn't the best at being subtle, but still you guys are some miracle workers." I laugh as Midoriya huffs, "Hey before you, I was an extreme nervous wreck." He says smiling as we all hear a pogo stick coming over. "I didn't tell her I was over here." I say blinking as we all see a blonde-haired young woman bouncing over to us.
"Uncle Might! Sen?... SEN!" She sounds more excited for me as she jumps off the pogo right at me as I catch her. "Heya girlie its been a while!" I say and hug her a bit before putting her down as she smiles at me. "Should we tell Young Jirou about this?" All Might laughs teasing me as I blush as Melissa smiles getting a mischievous idea.
"Oh so her name is Jirou?" Melissa smiles and teases me as I roll my eyes. "Melissa knows abo-" Melissa gets a devious smirk and cuts me off, "How dare you Sen, you two timing heartless hero" She says huffing and turning away from me huffing as I blink and sweat. "HUH?!" I look lost as All Might and Midoriya both blink confused before Melissa can be heard giggling.
"Sorry had to make the joke, since everyone here always thought it would be me and you." Melissa twirls and goes to hug All Might. "Hi Uncle Might!" She sounds happy, "You have grown but the devious streak is still there as always." We both hear a giggle from the girl as Midoriya inches closer to me and whispers.
"So both you and All Might know her?" I nod, "Yea she is the daughter of David Shield, Tony introduced me to them, since they were friends and all" I explain. "That's why for a month when I was younger Tony sent me here to learn more about the electronics I can work with using my quirk." I explain as Melissa and All Might talk for a bit reminiscing. "Once I came here we hit it off, and to top it off we were the troublemakers of the island."
I chuckle as Midoriya sweats, "It sounds like Hatsume..." He shudders as I shake my head, "Midoriya, me and Melissa made Hatsumes explosions look like playthings, I was banned from here until Tony gave one of his suits as a price to make sure I could come back." I say as Melissa hears this and walks over.
"Yea, me and Sen got into so much trouble. I don't think we have ever met! Names Melissa Shield." She says putting her hand out to shake with Midoriya as he takes it. "Apologies, I am Izuku Midoriya, I am one of All Mights students and I could even says Sens student as well." He nudges me with his shoulder. " Oh really? Teaching again huh Sen?" She asks a little worried as I nod. "Yea, Izuku here is someone who will pass both me and All Might one day." I say as this causes Izuku to turn into a blushing mess as Melissa chuckles. "Glad to hear it!"
"Now shall we go to see David, I am guessing he is going to be happy to see you as well Sen?" All Might asks I nod. "I hope so, he did take care of me for that month and did help Tony design my Suit Zaida." I say with a smile as we start to walk to the labs. "He will be happy until he hears you have a girlfriend not named Melissa." Melissa says with a giggle as I roll my eyes, as Izuku blinks.
"So wait, your Dad wanted you both to date?" Izuku asks as me and Melissa nod as she explains. "Yea, when he saw how Sen didn't treat me like a monster or a freak for being quirkless, as well as how happy he makes me and well." She shrugs as I laugh. "No one is a monster for how they are born or what they can't control." I say and bump her gently.
Izuku nods and smiles, "Sen you really are a hero." He looks proud to be my friend as All Might agrees. "So that was you Sen? The one who blew up the whole section of Melissas lab on her 15th birthday?" All Might asks David did rant to him about a boy that was friends with Melissa and causing trouble but David never named me so All might never connected it together.
"Yea, wanted to surprise her with some tech I developed on my own... I did not go well obviously." I look down as Izuku and Melissa laughs as All Might smiles. "Well, then yes David is going to be very upset at you for not dating his daughter, I remember him talking all about it a lot when I was more in contact with him."
I look terrified as Melissa whistles along, we enter the labs and take an elevator up. "So sir, I hear you have a few guests coming in." Sam is talking with David in their office, "Yes I figured Sen would come by to visit." It seems he knew I was coming to the Island. "The little trouble maker is back again." Sam shakes his head but has a caring smile.
"Seems so, do you think it will finally happen?" David asks as Sam shrugs, there has been a betting pool as to when me and Melissa would date. "Who knows, there are undoubtely other women in his life sir, Kate for starters." Sam reminds David as David growls. "He better not, if he knows better!"
"Ah I think I hear them now." Sam says as they both hear foot steps approaching the door. "Lets go greet the-" "I AM HERE OVERJOYED FOR OUR REUNION!" All Might yells slamming open the door and running over David. "Uh... why are you on the floor old friend?" All Might sounds confused as Melissa, Izuku, and I are all on the floor laughing. "Guess the big trouble maker is also here."
Sam chuckles as well but behind the chuckle there is a hint of worry. "It would seem so, what are you doing here Toshi?" David asks as we get up and walk in. "Yo David how have you been?" I wave as Melissa smiles. "Papa he is here." David goes around All Might and gives me a hug. "Good to see you again Sen, you have grown since I last saw you."
I chuckle and return the hug, "Yea, growing 17 year old boy after all." I say as Melissa and David both blink and yell at each other. "WE FORGOT HIS BIRTHDAY!" They both sound horrified with themselves as Izuku blinks. "Wait, your birthday already passed?!" He asks as I nod. "Yea it was the day everyone came over to study for the Final exams."
I say with a chuckle as Izuku turns his head down. "We didn't even know... I am so sorry!" He gets on his knees and begs for forgiveness as I laugh shaking my head. "Exams were more important, and trust me Kyoka was kicking herself as well." I chuckle heavily and then freeze the whole room going cold.
"Whos this Kyoka?" David asks his eyes hidden behind his glasses and a glare as I gulp and Melissa stands in between us. "Oh you know Papa just Sens... girlfriend... not named me." There was a mental image of a fire in my head that Melissa just poured gas on. Melissa sticks her tongue out at me as I stand behind All Might, David looks like he is going to murder me. "You know Mr. Shield, trying to kill someone in front of the Number 1 hero may not be the smartest."
I try and reason as All Might looks at David, then back to me and steps to the side. "Apologies young Denryu, but David is a good friend of mine and I think I see something interesting out the window. Come along Young Midoriya." All Might is holding in laughter as is Izuku. "Sure thing" Melissa just stands to the side whistling again.
"Come here Sen, I just wanna have a little talk." David says walking up to me as I yell for help, at the same time, Kyoka shivers while changing in her hotel room. "Ugh, why do I feel like someone has it out for me even here!" She yells as Uraraka jokes, "well we are where Sen lived for a month right?" Kyoka nods as Uraraka continues, "Maybe its your love rival!" Kyoka blinks and rolls her eyes. "Yea right, Sen only knew like 2 girls that he really talked to from what he told me." Jirou says as she blows off Uraraka as Momo eyes sparkle. "Maybe you will have to fight her off!" As now Momo has gotten this idea from a manga she has read.
"You know, Uraraka makes a point, Sen may have only talked to a few girls like that, but he is a looker." Mina reminds Kyoka as she sighs, "My lightning bolt is a good boy." Kyoka says not thinking, as she freezes. 'Oh shit, I said that out loud' as all the girls and even somehow Toru all beam at her.
"Aww your lightning bolt huh?" "That is so cute!" "Does he have a nickname for you?" Kyoka sweats, 'this is going to be a long day, I hope you are doing better than me Sen.' Back with me, Melissa has now untied me from a chair and her Dad has as a steaming hand mark on his face. "Okay Papa that's enough, as much fun it is to tease Sen do not take it too far." She huffs as I hide behind her.
"Meli he is scary when it comes to you..." I say calling Melissa her nickname I gave to her. "Trust me I know, also be careful who hears you call me that, while I love it others wont." She winks at me with a small blush as All Might chuckles.
"I agree young Sen, while cute young Jirou will have your eye with her quirk if she hears that." As is sweat and agree. "Right, well back on topic." David coughs into his hand, "Its good to see you old friend." he turns to All Might and smiles. "As well as meet you young man, Izuku Midoriya correct?" David asks turning to shake his hand as Izuku is star struck.
"The David Shield knows me?!" His eyes are sparkling as David laughs. "Indeed, seeing someone push Sen during the sports festival was such a sight that I had to look into you, you have a bright future." As me and All Might turn to each other as then All Might looks to David giving him a telling look.
"David you have no idea." He says as this tells him that they need to talk. "Ah, Sam I just remembered, I was planning to let you take the rest of the day. I WAS going to spend it with who I thought was going to be my son-in-law and my daughter, but with All Might here I guess I can change that plan." David still sounds annoyed with me.
"Ah well thank you sir, that is kind of you. As well Sen, good luck!" Sam says laughing and patting my shoulder as he leaves. "As well Young Melissa can you show Young Midoriya around? Me and Sen want to catch up with your Dad after all." Melissa nods happily, "Of course Uncle Might!" She says giving All Might and her Dad a hug, before tilting her head and giving me a kiss on the cheek.
"Bye!" She says dragging Izuku out of the room as once again David looks like he going to murder me. "Sooooo, Sen want to explain to me why it is again you decided to not choose my daughter." "Melissaaaaaa, why must you throw me into the fire!" I whine as Izuku blinks at Melissa a bit confused why she would do that.
-A Few Days before I-Island-
"So you are going as well All Might?" I ask as All Might has crashed a training session between me and Izuku. Izuku is currently trying to stay charged in 30% of OFA but is having a hard time. "I was, and I wanted to know if young Midoriya wanted to come." All Might says flashing a second ticket." Izukus eyes light up as he runs over... tackling both me and All Might due to him not turning off his quirk.
"Ow... damnit Izuku" I scold him as All Might laughs and sits down in his small might form. "Young Sen it is good to not have to hide this from you." I nod as I stretch, Izuku is trying to reattach the door he broke. "I agree, well guess I will see you at the expo then." I say off handed as All Might nods.
"That makes sense since you won first place in the sports festival." He says as I shake my head, "Actually I am going as a guest of honor for my part in taking down Stain." I say scratching the scar on my cheek. "Ah so you passed the reward to young Bakugo?" I nod and chuckle, "He wasn't the happiest about getting my winnings but I convinced him."
Me and All Might are going back and forth for a minute as Izuku comes over, "So I can come?!" Izuku smiles at All Might as he nods. "Of course, but let us ask your mother first." All Might motions for Izuku to call his mom as I agree. "Let her know you are going with All Might and I will also be there."
As Izuku's mom has taken to me, since I helped her son stop breaking himself as well as being a genuine friend to him. "Will do!" He says calling his mom as I sit across from All Might. "All Might sir I have something I would like to discuss with you." I say seriously as right now Impulse has come out.
"What is it Young Sen?" All Might recognizes that tone as he looks to me his eyes ready for anything. "I am friends with Melissa Shield, as well as her dad David Shield." I say as All Mights eyes widen as he nods. "I did not know that, but may I ask why are you telling me this?" I nod as continue with my questions.
"Have you told David about One For All and Izuku?" I ask as All Might looks at me and shakes his head. "Why would I? I do not want to drag him into my business, this business especially with All for One in the shadows." He says as I sigh and look down. "All Might you are an amazing hero, one of the best, but your out of fight smarts need some work."
I say disappointed in him as he gets a little annoyed, "Now young man what I tell my friends and loved ones is my business." I look at All Might my eyes narrow, "David is already a target I can promise you that, and by not telling him the truth you are making it easier for him to be deceived and hurt." Izuku walks back over and is immediately put off by me and All Might.
"My mom said ye... is everything okay?" As right now its not Sen and Toshinori having a conversation it is Impulse and All Might. "What do you mean?" All Might asks for clarification as Izuku sits down next to me and waits to chime in. "Think about it, if All For One is as evil as you say his is. David is already in his sights, think about it."
I say and open a holographic screen, "David Shield is one of your best friends, this is public knowledge, he is also someone who I know wants to make sure you are okay. You are the Symbol of Peace after all." All Might nods as Izuku sees where I am going with this. "All Might, Sen is making sense, what would be the easiest way to get to you?"
As All Mights eyes widen and he starts to see my point, "I... I never thought about it like that." He looks disappointed in himself. "He is already in danger just being my friend, I have to protect him." I agree and smile, "The best way to do that is to prepare David with the knowledge of One for All and Izuku and why you are slowly becoming not who you once were."
Izuku agrees as he looks to All Might, "Sen is right, Mr. Shield is smart, one of the smartest men alive. He needs to know so he can prepare himself." Izuku says then looks to me, "As Sen says knowledge is power." I smile and high five him, "That it is, now lets arm David with that power." All Might agrees and stands up "Lets!"
-Back in the Present-
"So, that young man is your successor?" David asks as he looks to All Might nods, we have just finished explaining everything to him about Izuku, me and AFO and OFA, I speak up. "Izuku is the future, while All Might is great, take it from me. One person is not enough. Izuku is someone who can rally everyone around him to be better." I say as David looks lost, he looks upset, angry even. "Fuck, I am sorry Toshi. I'm so sorry!" David says as he starts to ask for forgiveness.
Both me and All Might look confused, "What do you mean David?" "Yea, there is nothing to be sorry for, If anything All Might should apologize for keeping you in the dark all this time." I say as All Might agrees. "Yes I should have told you so you can properly defend yourself and Melissa." David shakes his head.
"No that is not what I mean!" David looks up at us with tears in his eyes as me and All Might look at each other, something is wrong.
-With Midoriya and Melissa-
"So you and Sen are great friends?" Izuku asks as Melissa visibly brightens. "Mhm, he was one of my first friends who didn't care about me being quirkless as well as just trying to be close to the famous David Shield." She says softly as she is currently showing Izuku around the expo. "Wow, I knew Sen has really done a lot for his age, but this is still amazing." He says as she agrees.
"That he is, now how do you know Uncle Might? Sen I get being his classmate but still." Izuku chuckles and says a bit more naturally than he would have originally. "We have similar quirks, except mine use to blow up whatever limb I would use." Izuku says quickly turning on his quirk to show her.
"See I am a power up type, and originally I couldn't even do this." He says as Melissa can see Izukus muscle mass slightly increase, "I see so he was trying to teach you how to do it safely?" She asks as Izuku powers down and nods. "Yea, but that's where Sen comes in."
As Melissa chuckles, "Let me guess Uncle Might wasn't the best teacher and you still would break yourself almost every time?" She giggles and he agrees, "Yea, got it in one. Sen was the one who helped me get as far as I have, but right now I have hit a wall of sorts. 30% is my current max, and I cant even do it consistently. 20% is my consistent max right now." He says as Melissa nods.
"I am sorry to hear that, here I may have an idea to help you but let me think about it a bit. For now lets enjoy the expo!" She says trying to hype him up as they go around looking at everything. While this is happening Kyoka, Uraraka and Momo are walking around too. "I wonder were Sen and Midoriya are?" Momo wonders out loud.
The cover story was that I invited Izuku to come with me since Kyo got her invitation from Momo. "I don't know, I haven't seen them yet." Kyo cheeks are puffing out, she is annoyed that she can't find me. "Wait is that Deku?" Uraraka says walking up to a duo of green and blonde hair.
Kyoka can hear them talking as they approach them, "Hmm I wonder what's taking Sen and Uncle Might?" Kyoka hears this and nods, "Yea seems to be Midoriya and someone else, They know Sen." She says blinking when she hears, "I hope they finish up soon, I missed Sen and when I found out he was coming I was a bit happy." This gets Kyoka to freeze.
"Jirou? You okay?" Momo asks as Kyoka looks to Uraraka, "You jinxed me... it was a love rival!" She yells out and huffs as Uraraka laughs and breaths a sigh of relief thinking, 'at least is wasn't one for me'. "Huh, love rival?" Melissa turns around with Izuku as he blinks. "Oh hey guys didn't hear you walking up"
Izuku walks up with Melissa, "Sorry about not finding you guys sooner, Sen and All Might had some business with David Shield, they both know him so they stuck around to find him." Izuku shrugs a bit as Melissa smiles. "You guys must be Sens and Dekus classmates, I am Melissa Shield." She walks over and greets every girl. "Melissa this is Momo Yaoyozaru, Ochaco Uraraka, and also the woman of the hour Kyoka Jirou." Izuku introduces each of them.
"Oh so youre the famous Jirou I have heard about!" Melissa says with a smile and claps her hands together as Kyoka nods as the other two girls are confused until, "Yea, I'm Sens girlfriend. I am guessing you are one of his friends?" Melissa nods and giggles softly. "For sure, I'd say his best friend here on the island."
Kyoka gets a small annoyed mark as Momo laughs and Uraraka shakes her head with a smile, "So... you got any stories?" Kyoka asks trying to be nice but looks Melissa up and down then looks back at herself and thinks, 'is her body what he likes?' Melissa sees this and blinks. "Uh, yea how about we stop at a café so I can treat you all and hopefully Sen will arrive shortly?"
She sweats as she also is looking Jirou up and down and thinks, 'So he is more into tomboys?' Izuku is lost as both Momo and Uraraka can tell they are sizing each other up. "Yes lets go!" Momo takes charge and puts Uraraka and Izuku between Melissa and Jirou. "So Melissa. How old are you?" Uraraka asks trying to change the subject.
"I am 17!" She smiles as she leads the group to the café. "Oh nice!" Uraraka says as Izuku just chimes in. "Yea, shes the same age as Sen." As Kyoka nods and thinks 'Oh great and shes older... I'm still only 15,' However while thinking this Momo and Uraraka blinks. "Wait I thought Sen was 16?" "Yes, did we miss his birthday?" Momo sounds concerned as Kyoka nods.
"Yea, remember the day we were all over at this place to study for the finals?" She asks as both girls nod, "it was that day." Both girls feel down, "We didn't even know." "I feel so bad I didn't even bring him the tea he likes!" Momo whines as Melissa shakes her head. "Dont feel down, I forgot as well."
She tries to lighten their mood, as Izuku smiles, "Lets do something for him during this trip!" He says trying to bring the mood back up as they all get to the café. "So Melissa how did you meet Sen?" Kyoka asks as everyone orders some drinks. " Tony and my Dad are actually friends so I met Sen through him." She explains as Momo chimes in.
"I am guessing it was at a hero event?" She asks as Melissa confirms it, "Yep, Sen came in as an up and comer after arresting his parents murderer." She explains as Kyoka fiddles with her necklace. "His parents were murdered?" Momo asks as Uraraka nods. "Yea we found out after the sports festival." Izuku goes into a brief story about that explaining what happened.
"Oh wow..." all the girls wince and go down a bit. "He didn't tell me everything, other than that his hat was his dads." Kyoka says as she wishes she brought it with her. "Yea, its good to hear he still has it, I am actually surprised he didn't have it with him." Melissa says thinking about it as Kyoka perks up. "Well I currently have it, its with my luggage." As Melissas eyes widen, "Thats amazing he lets you keep it."
Melissa blinks and remembers something, "When I first met him, he refused to take it off if he wasn't in his hero costume, and he snapped at me when I tried to take it." She says as Kyoka feels some butterflies at that since she took it so easily. "He must care for it." Momo says nodding as Kyoka takes a breath.
"So do you have any stories on him?" She asks taking a sip of her tea. "Oh do it, my favorite was for my 15th birthday." Melissa says as she starts spilling the beans on how I was trying to impress her and show I can build something that I can control with my quirk. "So wait, wait" everyone is dying with laughter as Kyoka is the most dead tears rolling down her face.
"He did not do that!" She says breathlessly as I suddenly appear. "He didn't do what?" I ask walking up now in my Hero costume but my current one rather than Suit Zaida. "Oh you know, just tried to create an army of miniature cleaning robots to help keep my room clean." Melissa giggles and sticks her tongue out at me.
"You did not tell them!" I whine and go poke her in the face, "Hey don't blame me" She giggles loudly and points at Kyoka. "Blame your girlfriend she asked." I turn to Kyoka as she playfully glares at me. "I wanted to know something embarrassing about you." She smirks and chuckles as I sit down next to Kyoka and kiss her cheek.
"Yea yea, glad you guys can get along." I say and roll my eyes as Izuku blinks. "Wait why are you in your hero costume now?" He asks as I sigh, "Something has come up, and I want to let you all know. Meli this involves you too." I say as Kyoka huffs and Momo and Uraraka blush at my nickname as Melissa blushes softly as well.
"Meli huh?" Kyoka huffs and pokes my cheek with her jack as I blink. "Uh yea... I've known her for a few years so... you are still my Little Music Note." I say trying to change the subject as Kyoka freezes and Uraraka fan girls. "Shes your Little Music Note and you're her Lightning Bolt!" She squeals as Momo blushes and fans her face.
'I hate that, that is so cute' even Melissa has to agree that was cute as Izuku chuckles. "You have been so open about affection since we found out Sen." I chuckle and blush then remember what I learned. "So guys, I want to let you know about what's going on. First lets find everyone that's here, there is more 1-A students here, and I want to let them know so we can handle it as a class."
I say as this gets everyone's attention as Melissa worries a bit, "Is everything okay?" She asks as I nod, "It should be but it's better to be safe than sorry." I say as a waiter brings me over my favorite drink. "Huh but I did- Denki?" I say blinking as Kaminari and Mineta show up.
"Here and at your service!" He gives me a thumbs up as Uraraka blinks, "you're here too Mineta?" "Thats right, we took the part time job here so we can get access to the early part of the expo!" He says with a wink as Izuku chuckles. "Glad you guys have some drive." As Iida himself comes dashing in. "Well hello everyone!" He says bowing as I introduce Melissa and we hear an explosion in the distance.
"That must be Bakugo" I say as we pay our tab and make our way over to an arena in the distance. "We have our new front runner! Katsuki Bakugo is in the lead for the day with an astonishing 11 seconds to clear the course!" The announcer says as Kirishima walks up to take his turn and sees us. "Oh, hey guys!"
He waves at us as we all wave back, "God damn it bolts! I knew you would be here but why do you have to bug me!" Bakugo says blasting down from the top of the course as Kirishima takes his turn. "Well, I need to talk to you all, including sturdy boy." I say as Kirishima's time gets announced.
"26 Seconds a strong showing he's within the top 10!" As everyone blinks, "How did he even get up the mountain face that fast?" Melissa asks as we all are as surprised as she is as Kirishima runs back with his hair on fire. "Used a robot explosion to propel me up!" He says using his head as the announcer sees all of us and zeros in on me.
"Oh who is this, we have a super star in the audience! Course record holder Sen Denryu is here!" She says as I blush and scratch the back of my head as Bakugo growls at me. "You hold the record?!" Melissa nods and points to the score board. "Yea he has cleared this course in 10 seconds before." As my time shows on the board when I get announced.
"Sen are you here to beat your record?" She asks as I shake my head, "not this time, but I know someone who can" I say pushing Izuku forward as he blinks. "Huh me?" as Bakugo growls, "How is the nerd going to do it?!" As Izuku agrees with him, Uraraka gives him a vote of confidence. "We won't know until you try right?"
"Yea, take down the lightning bolt and hot head Midoriya!" Kyoka says as Iida agrees. "You have the best shot" Izuku eyes tear up, but he nods going to the start position. 'If I am going to do this, I am going all out!" Izuku says and powers up to 20%. The wind pressure from him powering up literally pushes all of us back as Kyoka and Melissa hide behind me. I power myself up to keep from being pushed back.
"Alrighty! Go!" The announcer shouts after getting back into her position, as Izuku fades from sight, for almost everyone. Iida, Bakugo and myself all can follow him as he zips around demolishing robots. "THAT IS AMAZING WE HAVE A NEW RECORD HOLDER WITH A TIME OF 9.99 SECONDS!" Everyone cheers as I power down and smirk, 'He is going to be a monster, I can't wait until I can go all out."
Izuku walks over to us as he cheers for himself as Uraraka tackles him with a hug as Momo and Kyoka tease her. "You did it Deku!" Momo snaps a picture as Kyoka does as well and even says, "Aaaaand sent!" Somewhere on the Island Mina is squealing in joy. "Huh?!" Uraraka and Izuku say as while we are distracted Todoroki comes out and takes his turn.
"Do you mind if I go?" He asks the announcer as she nods. "We have time for two more competitors! Sen you can go after if you'd like!" She says as I crack my neck, "you know why not. Let them have it Todoroki!" I cheer as he gets ready Melissa comes from behind me. "You are right, I can see you limiting yourself." She says studying Izukus arm as Izuku nods.
"Later on, before the party, come by my workshop, I have an idea." She smiles as Izuku agrees, right then and there we all hear. "WOAH, we have a tie of the previous record 10 second flat for Shoto Todoroki!" Todoroki has just frozen the entire arena, "I want a second turn!" Bakugo yells out as the announcer shakes her head.
"Apologies, with the stadium being frozen we cannot take any more competitors for the day! Come again tomorrow, which includes you Sen!" She winks as me as Kyoka glares death at her as the announcer runs off scared. "Calm down Kyo" I say as Kyoka huffs, and everyone laughs except Bakugo. We all take our leave and begin to walk to Melissas lab as when we get into her lab I coral the big group as Melissa shows Izuku her idea.
"Okay guys, what I am about to say is serious." I look to all of them, my hero persona leaking out demanding their attention. Melissa and Izuku come over with Izuku wearing a red gauntlet, "Sen what's wrong, you are never this serious?" Melissa asks as I nod.
"There is a planned heist for tonight's party." I say slowly making sure everyone hears me as Melissa gasps and everyone is on edge. "What how do you know?! We need to alert security!" Melissa says running for the phone as Kyoka's jack stops her. "Let him finish." She says sternly as I nod.
"We know, because David Shield himself has told us. He planned it." Everyone's eyes widen as Melissa blinks and shouts. "My papa would never!" "Melissa sit your ass down and listen!" I say sparking my quirk for a second to make a lightning strike sound. Everyone freezes as they can tell I mean business. "David Shield was planning the heist to get back some tech that he and Sam, his assistant, believe to be wrongfully taken."
I say as everyone nods Melissa holding back tears as Kyoka tries to comfort her, "So why not just call it off?" Momo asks as Iida agrees. "Yes, if he was the ringleader, he should be able to cut it off" everyone agrees as Bakugo sees the bigger picture. "Something has happened to make that idiot think they are not the right people who were hired?" He says as I nod.
"Bakugo is right, David has lost contact with the people he hired, there is reason to believe that a real villain and not an actor infiltrated with them and that the fake heist will turn real." I say as everyone winces as Kirishima shakes his head. "So what, we shut everything down?" He asks as Uraraka agrees with that. "That makes the most sense." "No, we cannot do that, if the heist is turning real, then if we put the villains on edge by shutting down all the event, who knows what they may do."
I say as Momo nods, "The villains themselves may just resort to mass violence, which we could not predict. If we let the follow "their" plan, we can catch them when they do not expect it." I clap, "Bingo Momo, so we will all act normally throughout the night. All Might is here after all, so if worse comes to worst he will step in."
I say trying to reassure them as Bakugo growls, "Okay so why tell us this, want us to stay out of it?" Bakugo says threating me as Todoroki agrees with him for once, "We can't just sit idly by Sen" he says ready to go as I look to them and calm them. "No, I trust you all to make the right choices, I have been your classmate for the better part of a year now." I say looking at all my classmates and Melissa.
"As of this moment, I am tasked with protecting you all and being in charge of you all." Everyone is about to get up and yell that they do not need to be protected as Melissa then shouts. "Let him speak! Sen wouldn't just say that..." She is holding back tears but nods at me to continue as I chuckle.
"She said it best, I won't just have you all stand back idle. I do want us to stick as a group, so, if need be, I can do the fighting. However, if something happens and we get separated I want you all to be able to fight back." I say as everyone looks to each other as Kyoka smirks knowing where I am going with this. "From this moment up until the villains are captured, I Impulse hereby grant everyone in this room authorized quirk usage."
I smirk looking at my classmate's cheer as Izuku stands up with Todoroki and Iida. "We will not let you down Sen." Izuku says knowing Hosu was the whole reason I am doing a mass authorization." "Indeed, since we have the green light, we will make sure to do right and not tarnish your hero name Impulse." Iida promises as Todoroki smirks.
"Impulse, we have your back." As Todoroki says that, everyone cheers as I look at Kyoka with a smile as she smiles back at me. "Now I may have granted you authority, but don't fight unless you have to, but I know you all will have my back. We will stick together, everyone will meet in the hotel lobby before getting to the party, is that clear?" I ask shouting using my quirk to create the sound of thunder.
"SIR YES SIR!" Everyone yells as Melissa is included in the shout. "Melissa stay with me, David wants you to be safe and he knows I will do anything for you, plus you know the island even better than me so we will need you incase shit goes down." She nods as she thinks, 'papa what have you done.' I put down my visor with a smirk, "Now let's get ready for a party!" Everyone cheers and heads to their hotel rooms, ready for anything but hoping tonight goes off without needing to fight.
