"What are you planning to do?" Alice asked Rosalie breaking the silence that had descended on the five siblings since they were escorted out of the throne room. They were taken to the same room the Cullens had been initially held in. The mood of the room was completely different this time however. The anxiety was still there but the fear had been replaced with sadness.

"About what?" Rosalie asked.

"Are you going to live in the castle now?" Alice didn't want to lose Rosalie but figured that being the princess' mate she would have to live in the castle.

"I don't know. Bella and I didn't talk about it. We were waiting to see what punishments the queens were going to give everyone." Rosalie told them.

"Are you the one who got us to be let off?" Simone asked.

Rosalie shook her head. "They never even asked me what I wanted. It was Bella who convinced her mothers to spare you."

"Bella saved us?" Emmett didn't know why that surprised because he didn't think the queens would actually grant anything to anyone asking them for something.

"Before you guys came into the throne room Bella spoke to her mothers. I don't know what was said but it was quite obvious whatever it was it was the reason you were all let go." Rosalie would have to thank Bella for that. Her mate was turning out better than she had originally thought she would have been.

"That was really nice of her." Jasper was now feeling more hopeful that they would be treated well while they were in the castle. If the Volturi princess had enough power to save them from death then they had a good ally on their side.

Rosalie let out a dreamy sigh."She is very exceptional."

"Awe look at you. Already head of over heals in love." Alice gushed.

"I'm not in love yet." Rosalie denied.

"Sure you aren't. I don't need Jasper's gift to know you are lying." Simone teased.

"Whatever." Rosalie didn't want to talk about whether or not she was in love with her mate with anyone other than Bella. Before she could defend herself more there was a knock on the door.

"I'll get it."Emmett made his way to the door and opened it only to freeze when it revealed Bella on the other side. She wasn't dressed in her robes but in a pair of jeans, a short sleeve t-shirt and her hair was in a ponytail. It wasn't the lack of robe that made him freeze though. It was the amount of scarring visible on her exposed skin. She had what had to be dozens of vampire bite marks on both her arms and neck, scars that looked like her body was ripped apart and hastily put back together and part of an ear was missing.

"Emmett who is it?" Simone asked. She was concerned when Emmett didn't greet the newcomer and walked over to find out who it was. When she reached the door she realized what had surprised Emmett. Simone took a moment to compose herself and elbowed Emmet in the side and hissed. "It's not polite to stare."

"It's alright.I'm used to the looks." Bella assured her. She knew how jarring it was for new people to see her scarring.

"Sorry." Emmett mumbled.

"Please come in." Simone moved out of the way and pulled Emmett with her.

"Thanks." Bella immediately went to Rosalie and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Hello."

Even knowing that Bella's body was scarred Rosalie wasn't prepared to see the proof of all the damage that was done to her. Her eyes filled with tears that would never fall as she imagined all the pain her mate must of gone through. Overcome with emotion she pulled Bella into a tight hug.

"It's alright.I'm fine." Bella whispered trying to comfort her mate. Her mothers had acted the same way when they first saw some of her scars. It had taken almost an hour to calm Didyme down and months before the queen could look at Bella without sobbing.

"I'm sorry." Rosalie said taking a deep breath to get control of herself.

"It's alright. I should have warned you better." Bella should have shown Rosalie at least her arms when they were spending time together. It would have prepared Rosalie for the damage.

"Thank you." Rosalie was touched that Bella was trying to make her feel better even though her mate was the one who suffered.

Bella turned her attention to the Rosalie's siblings."It's all good. Now how about official introductions.I'm Isabella but only my mothers call me that so you can call me Bella."

"Nice to meet you Bella.I'm Simone."Simone said.

Even thought Emmett was getting used to the scars he still was having a hard time keeping his eyes off of them. He wondered how Bella got them and what other ones she had. An elbow in his side brought his attention back to the room. "I'm Emmett."

"I'm Alice." Alice motioned to Jasper. "This is my mate Jasper."

"Hello." Jasper tried to make himself relax but it was hard. Bella's scars were worse than his own and to him they screamed that she was very dangerous. He was going to be keeping a very close eye on Alice anytime she was around the princess.

"So this is my family. Thank you for saving them." Rosalie said.

"I didn't save then by myself. I simply pointed out to my mothers how upset and unlikely you would be to warm up to them if they killed your coven." Bella explained.

"Still thank you." Rosalie wasn't sure how she felt about the queens saving her family to make sure she liked them but Rosalie would take what she could get. Her family was safe. Well the ones she liked except for Esme.

"So what's going to happen now?" Simone asked.

"Well that's part of the reason I'm here. My mothers wish to offer each couple a private room. They wanted me to tell you that if you would like they could be permeant so that you could come and go from the castle anytime you want." Bella smiled at the stunned expressions.

Alice was the first one to get her bearings."We are being offered our own rooms to stay in the castle whenever we want?"

"Yes, my mothers know that you are very close to Rosalie and figured it would make Rosalie happy to be able to have her family around if her and I decided to live in the castle." Bella explained.

"Thank you Bella." Rosalie wasn't sure where she wanted to live but if they did choose the castle it was nice to know that her siblings could stay as well.

"My mothers also said that they would offer any help you may need to redecorate my wing of the castle to your own preferences." Bella said.

"You have an entire wing?" Rosalie asked.

Bella nodded. "When I moved in my mothers had the castle remodeled so I could have my privacy but close to their own rooms."

"Can I see them?" Rosalie was intrigued by the idea of having her own space in the castle but she didn't want to over take Bella's rooms.

"Of course. A couple of them are empty though and to be livable would need a lot of work." Bella warned.

"What do you guys think?" Rosalie asked her siblings.

"I think it would be a good idea to accept the rooms the queens offered even if we don't decide to live here full time." Jasper wasn't going to turn down a chance to form an alliance with the Volturi rulers. He knew if they didn't accept the rooms it would insult the queens and it wouldn't be smart to do that.

"I'm in." Emmett was excited by the idea of living in the castle. Maybe he could even convince Simone to let him train with the guard. Hell his mate would probably want to train with him.

"I am as well." Simone said.

"Do we get to decorate our rooms?" Alice asked.

"Of course. Myself and my mothers want nothing more than for you to be comfortable here." Bella told them.

"Are we going to be able to move freely around the castle?" Jasper wanted to know what restrictions they would have.

"The only places you aren't allowed to go are the queens' private wing, the throne room, the basement and any of the other occupants' private living area." Bella was actually giving them more access than most others would get but wanted Rosalie's family to be comfortable.

"That's a lot of freedom." Emmett mumbled.

Bella smiled."We want you to be happy here. We have many amenities and if there is something we don't have that you would like feel free to tell myself or Rosalie and we will bring it up to the queens. "

"Thank you Bella." Simone was surprised that the royals were going so far out of their way to please them even if Rosalie was Bella's mate. It made Simone wonder Bella's history and her relationship with her mothers. The queens were known to be ruthless but they had been nothing but kind to all of them except for Carlisle, Esme and Edward. Even Jessica they set up with a nice life when they could have just killed her. Simone would have to get some time to speak with Rosalie on her own without Bella. Her sister would be the best person to get answers from.

"It's no problem. I don't know what rooms my mothers have planned for you but I could give you a tour of the castle if you want. That way you don't have to stay in this room any longer." Bella offered.

"A tour would be nice." Alice was excited to see what the castle had to offer. Hopefully her's and Jasper's room had a big closet because she wanted to stay for a while and didn't want to have to limit her wardrobe.

"Great I'll show you guys around and then I can take you to my wing. That way Rosalie can see what kind of mess she will be dealing with and maybe you all could help her sort out what to do with it." Bella said.

"Is it really that bad?" Rosalie asked. The wink she received in reply wasn't that idea that her family could stay was exciting because she didn't want to be away from them. The fact that Bella was so close to her mothers was concerning but they had been kind so far and had even done a lot to make sure Rosalie would be comfortable. It was quite obvious they wanted Bella and her to live in the castle but Rosalie wasn't sure if she wanted that. It was nice Bella wasn't pushing her to make a decision and even nicer that she was letting Rosalie have free reign of her didn't know what to expect when Bella said that some of the rooms were completely empty and the comment about it being a mess made her a little panicky but she figured it would work out fine. If things got to bad maybe she could convince Bella to live somewhere else.
