Chapter 2
Here's the second chapter of The New Ruler. Sorry for the long wait had to get through my writer's block and had work along with streams so bare with me, I have more story ideas so look for that.
After a short ride the limo pulled up to The Lustful Lounge and stopped at the front area to drop Octavia off. A bouncer at the door took one look at Octavia and stepped to the side noticing the Goetia crest sitting on her dress. Octavia walked through with Loona in tow and they walked in and were immediately seated to a table in the front./p
"What would you like to order?" A waiter asked
"Anything white and sweet" Octavia replied
"I'll take some blood shots and a bottle of Satan's Wrath" Loona replied, she was always a drinker of heavy drinks but decided on something simple since she was still on guard duty.
"Right away and the show will start soon so we hope you enjoy I'm assuming you are here to 'get your rocks off' so to say" the waiter replied.
"Not really, just needed some downtime" Octavia replied.
"Okay well I will be back with your drinks" the waiter replied leaving.
"Well if it isn't the ruler of the Goetia, how is your father?" A wisp of smoke asked shifting into a demon
"He's doing well, him and his partner are doing pretty good on their vacation in the human realm Luxuria" Octavia replied.
"Aw you know to call me Lux, my dad isn't around right now" Lux replied.
"Here are your drinks, an Iced Lucifer for the queen and and three blood shots and one bottle of Satan's Wrath for the hound" the waiter replied dropping the drinks off.
"i assumed you were here to see me but I guess your here to have a little fun, well I hope you enjoy the show tonight. It is going to be quite entertaining" Lux replied disappearing.
"To our dads and their happiness" Octavia replied lifting her glass.
"They need it after dealing with all the shit that happened in their lives" Loona replied lifting up one of her shots.
"So what did you do to those guys in the alley, if any of them lived I hope you hurt them badly enough that they learn not to mess with someone" Octavia replied.
"Well I ripped some of them apart, one of them might still be alive because they did blindside me for a bit" Loona replied.
"Well watching your friends get ripped apart would terrify anyone except someone from the Wrath ring" Octavia replied
"Millie and Moxxie are doing pretty well taking care of the company with Blitz gone, I wonder if he'll go back to it when he comes back' Loona replied.
"My father isn't too big on the whole killing thing so he may tell Blitz to stop for him" Octavia replied.
"Blitz would probably do it too, they seem to be crazy about each other, I mean if Fizz and the sin of lust can be together why can't they" Loona replied.
"The same goes for Bee and Vortex right?" Octavia asked. She's only met Bee and Vortex when Loona took her to a party in the Gluttony ring
"Yeah but Bee doesn't let politics get in the way of anything, hard to argue with a sin" Loona replied.
"Speaking from experience?" Octavia asked
"I may have gotten into it with her when we first met, I liked Tex and well I didn't know they were together. Plus her whole indulgence life didn't sit well with me" Loona replied
"Not a fan of indulging your desires?" Octavia asked.
"Never was a real hit for me" Loona replied
"Unfortunate, I kind of like embracing my desires" Octavia replied.
"With me in mind I hope" Loona replied.
"I'm not exposing anything" Octavia replied
"Shame, I wouldn't judge. I know I'm a basket case and I am a little messed up" Loona replied
"But I love you all the same, Satan knows I'm not a completely normal demon growing up in the household that I did. I should be a little more fucked up" Octavia replied.
"Trying growing up in a hellhound pound, it's worse. At least Stolas loved you even if your mother didn't" Loona replied, "I had no one until Blitz showed up and then I met you" she added drinking one of the shots.
"We can be basket cases together, it's why we get along so well" Octavia replied
"Crazy how that works in hell, being a basket case should be normal" Loona replied with a laugh.
After a good few hours of drinks and a good show Octavia was pretty much wasted while Loona managed to keep her liquor and an appropriate level. After saying goodbye to Lux Loona helped Octavia into the limo and they drove back to the Pride Ring where Octavia was escorted to the room and prepared by the maids for bed. Loona left and went to do a check with all of her fellow guards and make sure the alarms were up for the night. She assigned herself to surveillance duty for a bit before passing the shift onto someone else and heading to bed where Octavia was already sleeping. As soon as she got her sleep clothes and got into bed she immediately felt Octavia scoot closer and cuddle up to her.
That's it for Chapter 2, Hopefully I can get more chapters and stories done with more times on my hands so stay looking forward to that. I will also either update my other stories or continue their chapters as well. See you guys next chapter
