(I noticed I uploaded an old draft. I updated it to one that I meant to upload)
Sol System, Earth, London, United Kingdom
In a skycar above the city of London. Shepard flew over the city she started to remember the last few hours of the Reaper war. As she day dreams she looks over to one of her's closest friends. Just like on Mars Shepard is in a civilian outfit but unlike Mars were her hair was down and free, this time it's in a pony tail going out the back of the base ball cap she is wearing, and Shepard likes the sunglasses with the HUD so she kept them. Sara says a simple change is all it takes to blend in. If her job goes south all she dose is change the way she looks and is able blend in.
"So what are we going to do Sar?" Asked Shepard as Sara looked over to her and with in a second a holo with pictures with areas of the building they will be entering appears.
"Quite simply Shep, I managed to pull a few favors, the front guard will just let us in. Then we will move to section 2-C, it is near our target no one will be near the location at the time we go in. So we will scale the wall to level 4. Then we wait till I get the signal by my contact." Sara went over the plan as the holo kept changing.
"We will have five minutes to get in, and close a window. Afterwards , we havefour, five minutes windows 4 to get past certain areas of the building with cameras after this we should be just outside the target. When we get the signal, we have 15 minutes to finish what you have to do. Then we get the hell out of there through the front door."
"You have been doing this way...to...long Sara." Shepard teased, Sara just smiled.
"You asked for the best Jane." Sara said with pride.
"Whatever makes you sleep at night Sar." Shepard teased again.
"You want me to help you or what Jane?" Sara teased.
"Fine...fine, spoil my fun will you." Stated Shepard as Alliance HQ came into view.
"All right Jane, what ever you do, don't talk. They have voice recognition at the guard check point and keep your cap and glasses on as well don't want any cameras on us just yet." Sara Orders.
"Got it Sar." Shepard acknowledged her. Sara brought the car into the check point. As they moved to a complete stop an the door opened to reveal an Alliance officer. Sara handed him both Shepard's and her credentials. After a few moments and a computer scanlater, the guard handed back their IDs and waved them through. With that Sara closed the door and made her way to the second part of the plan.
"So far, so good." Shepard stated as they made there way to area section 2-C. As they moved along the building Shepard saw countless Alliance personal. And she saw the uniforms she has come to hate with a patriotic. Shepard could fell her breakfast in her throat. As they kept moving they noticed less traffic then little to no traffic near section 2-C. Sara moved the car to a stop, she brings up a small data pad as she makes sure that this is the area.
"Ok we have five minutes before my contact is ready. So lets gets started Shepard." Stated Sara as Shepard's simply nods at her best friend. As they exit the car, Sara moves over to a duffle bag and grabs it and hands it to Shepard who places it on the ground and opens it. Within the duffle bag Shepard reaches for a claw hook with rope attached to it and the small shooter and then closes the bag and swings it on her back and looks to Sara.
Sara once again looks at her pad and after a few seconds looks back at Shepard and nods. With this Sara puts on a pair of gloves as Shepard aimed just pass the fourth floor window and shoots and hooks onto the wall. Sara grabs the rope and checks it. Sara starts to scale the wall after Sara's climbed far enough Shepard starts to scale the wall.
Shepard's HUD is showing they have three minutes left to reach the fourth floor. She could tell Sara's is halfway to the floor and she right behind her. Two minutes left Sara reaches the window and right next to it a small key pad. In a few moments the window opens. And Sara crawls in, with a minute left Shepard climbs into the room. Sara closed the window with a few seconds to spare.
Once Shepard and Sara entered the room, Sara looked at her pad and motioned Shepard to a near by door. Shepard moved to the side of the door, she noticed a couple of Alliance officers and personal moving along the hallway. Sara punched in the code for the door she waited a few seconds before she opened it, Sara's pad turned green and Shepard's HUD showed a count down of five minutes she opened the door and started to walk down the hallway with Shepard in tow, the Alliance personal gave no heed the "contract workers" as they moved down swiftly to the end of the hallway. As both women walked down the hallway Shepard could not noticed how the solders are so blind to her and the Shadow, how easily she is walking the hallways were one of the most wanted individuals is right under their noses. Shepard could not help but smile.
As they made it to the end of the hallway Sara check her pad once more, after a few moments she opened the door and let Shepard through as the timer on her HUD reset to five minutes, as Sara followed Shepard this time. The traffic is not as congested as the last hall. The trip to the other door was not as slow. Once they arrived Sara moved for her pad and then moved to open the door as once again Shepard's timer reset to five.
Shepard this time lets Sara take the lead as the hallway was almost deserted of Alliance personal except a few aids. As Shepard and Sara moved down the hallway the aids were oblivious to them as they made it down the hallway never once have they been stopped, odds are the Alliance may think Shepard would not be so bold or idiotic to enter the most secure building in Alliance space.
As they moved to the last door Shepard and Sara stopped as Sara check once more and opened it as the timer reset once more. This time there was no traffic as they entered the hallway. Both women see their target the Alliance data core. The walk to the core was unhindered. As they reached the door Sara looked at her pad she entered the code to the data core. In a swift moment Sara opened the data core as Shepard's timer changed to 15 minutes.
Sara and Shepard moved to each side of the door preparing to enter the door. Both reaching inside their jackets and pulling out a new Phoenix pistol looking like a human 21st century USP 45 pistol with a small suppresser using modern technology, unlike most weapons it dose not fold up, it is ready to go, just a flip of the safety and it's ready to fire, using magazined thermal clips, the single thermal clip will fire 15 rounds before being replaced by another clip in the magazine.
As Sara entered the code the door opened. Sara and Shepard moved into the room. Shepard noticed the Data Core was empty with that Sara waved off Shepard as she moved into the Data Core. Once in the door closes as Shepard placed the duffle bag and reached into her jacket and pulled out a small data pad and started to look around for the server she needs. Shepard's timer on her HUD is showing 11 minutes before she and Sara must leave.
As she moved along the room looking around until she found the server she needs, a broadcast server able to broadcast through out Alliance space ,civilian or military. Shepard brings out a one of the trays holding a pad port. As Sara moves along the servers Shepard hooks the pad to the server and starts her download. Sara moved to the duffle bag and grabbed a bundle of explosives and started to place them in the room.
"Alright." Exclaimed Shepard as the download was done.
"Alright work is done. What about you Sar?" asked Shepard as Sara finished placing the last charge.
"All done lets move." Sara ordered as the moved to the door of the Data core.
