I know I surprised a few when I dropped the bombshell that Tsunade is one of Jiraiya's spies.

Chapter 11

Tsunade level Jiraiya with a small glare. "Well you are needed more with the brat than out here. If need be. I can take over your spy network and send you weekly updates and handle and leaks a lot more swiftly than you could ever." She told him as her eyes held something he hadn't seen since they had been Genin.

Jiraiya sat back in his chair putting his pen down and letting go of the scroll he was writing on. He let out a sigh that he been fighting with for the past few hours. "I know what you are saying is true. But do you think the brat would want me around?" He asked her as his bangs shadowed his face.

"I think he would be grateful to have anyone that is willing to care for him and spend any little bit of time with him around him." Said Tsunade. "I think that is why he has become a second little shadow to Ibiki and Commander Dragon as they protect the boy and spend time with him. Even though they are both terribly busy men." She told her old teammate as she looked away from him to the doorway of the shady bar, they are in.

"I know." Said Jiraiya as he glances, the same direction of the blonde to see a man with silver hair walk in. He is wearing glasses and his hair is pulled into a ponytail as he is flanked by two other men. They are wearing Konoha forehead protectors. But something about them seemed off. As they didn't have flank vest to mark them as Jonin or Chunin. Leaving them to be maybe Genin. 'They are too far from the village to be without their sensei.' The two Sannin thought as one.

Tsunade looks over at Jiraiya as he just nods his head at her. But before they could make a move a man with a Jonin vest come in behind his Genin team. "Let us get something to eat and quickly return to the village. We have been gone way to long." He told his students as they just nod their heads to the goofy looking man.

The two Sannin let out a sigh. "I should keep an eye out on that team. Something still doesn't seem right about them." Said Jiraiya as he picked up his pen and looked back up at Tsunade. "So you wouldn't be upset taking ever my networks for me for a little while?" He asked her.

She waved her hand off at him. "It wouldn't be any trouble. As I have set up my own for a while and they have gotten better information that the one you have now." She told him with a smirk on her face.

"Fine. Then I'll leave everything to you." Said Jiraiya as he passes the scroll, he was working on to Tsunade and stand up to leave. But stops putting money down on the table and leaves without saying another word to the blonde.

ANBU HQ

Naruto sat in his private room looking over the scrolls given to him on sealing. "Wow. I'm sad there isn't anyone at this level to teach me." He said to himself as he kept reading.

There is a knock on his door drawing him away from his homework and looking at scrolls he wasn't ready for just yet. "Yeah come in." Called out Naruto as he didn't want to get up from his table that they replaced his desk with.

In walked Neko with a soft smile from under her mask to see the boy for once doing his homework. "How are things going Naruto?" She asked him as she sat down on the chair next to him.

"Everything is going surprisingly good. I just hope Jiji can find someone to teach me these higher seals. For I can do some much more fun pranks with them." Said Naruto with a grin on his face.

Neko began to laugh. "Oh Naruto. Only you would think about using seals for pranking the village and villagers." She said with more laugher.

Naruto looked up at her with a grin on his face. "Well yeah. It would be fun to get some payback on some of those jerks that have been really mean to me. Even though I have already used the seals I know on them." He said chuckling.

Neko shook her head. "Well Dragon-sama said he has someone coming to help you master the higher seals." She told him as she could see the hope in his eyes.

Without warning he jumped up and wrapped his arms around her neck. "That is so fantastic. Tell him thank you." Naruto shouted with pure joy in his voice.

Chuckling could be heard from the doorway. They both turned around to see both Commander Dragon and Ibiki standing at the doorway with their arms cross. "I see your happy with the news." Said Dragon with a chuckle in his voice.

Naruto jumped out of Neko's arms and runs over to the two men and tackles them and hugs them both at once. "Thank you. I'm so glad you guys are taking care of me and believing in me." He said with tears rolling down his cheeks.

They both patted him on his back. "We will be here for you." Said Dragon and Ibiki as one.

"Well I believe Naruto-kun is going to be late for his lessons if he doesn't get moving and I'll have his breakfast there shortly." Said Neko standing up and walking towards the door looking at the two men standing there with the crying boy in their arms.

"Come on brat lets get you to the others." Said Ibiki with a smile on his face as Dragon turns and walks down the hallway.

Naruto nods his head following the two men as Neko vanishes down the hallway.

Konoha Shinobi Academy

Shikamaru, Choji, and Kiba sat together looking around the classroom. "Shouldn't Naruto be back from his suspension?" Question Choji looked over at Shikamaru.

"Troublesome. But yeah he should had been back about two days ago." Said Shikamaru.

"Then why isn't he back then?" Asked Kiba as he looks at his two friends as the girls listen on to what they are saying.

Ino looks up at the three boys. "I heard my daddy say that Naruto will be learning from a private teachers. For he isn't being treating fair here." She told them.

"How did you hear this?" Question Shikamaru as he looked at his childhood friend.

"I over heard him talking to your daddy and Choji's daddy last night." Said Ino grinning at them.

"I see." Said Shikamaru as he needed to ask his father what was going on after school.
