I do not own Naruto

The first few chapters had been adopted from the original Arthur, I wanted to keep their part original and I hadn't wanted to change it whatsoever.

Now lets see how well this chapter will come out with me feeling crappy from being out in the sun for a while.

So far I am failing as I couldn't spell Jiraiya's name right. I had to look it up five times until I had gotten it right. Dear Lord, help me.

Chapter 18

Secrets, Bloodlines, and Contracts

Ibiki, shadowed by Jiraiya, comes storming into T&I. A scrawl on his face has a slight smirk mixed into it. His cold coal eyes glaring holes into anyone who dares get in his way. As he is a man on a mission.

"How many of the Uzamaki and Namikaze scrolls do you have?" Questions Jiraiya as he tries to fall into step with the large scared man.

Looking out of the corner of his right eye Ibiki glances down slightly at Jiraiya. "Kushina had a bad feeling that her son would be treated like shit. So she had entrusted me with copies of all the scrolls belonging to herself and her husband." He told him.

Jiraiya glances at Ibiki with shock written across his face. "But, when?" He questions the man walking next to him.

"A week before Naruto's birth. She had a nightmare. A provision of her death the night her son would have been born. With that fear deep in her heart. She had come and found me. Told me to take care of her baby and to keep these scrolls safe. I also knew Kushina had this thing about herself. To know about things before they pass." Ibiki told Jiraiya.

Jiraiya dumbly nodded his head to what Ibiki had just told him. "I do believe you." He tells the other man.

Makeshift Classroom

Naruto sits at his chair at the head of the large conference table. He had a new sealing book sitting before him with a pen in hand and a notebook as well as a tag and ink well and brush.

Shikamaru looks up from his own book about seals. An art he wasn't sure if he would really want to understand. Also knows it would be useful in their future as Shinobi. "Hey Naruto." He calls to the boy who was breaking down a seal from the final book on seals that Ibiki was able to find him within the village.

"Hmmm?" Naruto hums as an answer to the raven hair boy.

"Who created this written in stink explosive seal for this book?" Shikamaru questions as he eyes the blonde who has a slight blush dusting his cheeks.

Looking up he shyly grins at Shikamaru. "Well Flamingo added it after I had created it." Naruto answers him honestly.

Arching a brow looking at the blonde he looks down at the written seal and back at Naruto. "Is that the seal you had used on our former headmaster?" He questions as a spark of surprise is seen flashing in Shikamaru's eyes.

"Man that is awesome Naruto." Kiba jumps into the conversation between his two friends.

Naruto just grins looking over at Kiba. "Yeah, thanks." He said, still slightly blushing at the rowdy boy's outburst.

Naruto's eyes drift back to Shikamaru who is studying him with his dark brown eyes. Watching the boy's every moment studying it and breaking it down without a word. "Yes, I did use it against the bastard. I had been cleared of it. For the Hokage, Ibiki, and Dragon told that bastard I had no part in what had happened in his office that night." He tells them all before they could say anything else.

"That is understandable." Ino tells him as she tilts her head to the right looking at her fellow blonde as she had put down her own brush as she had been working on a storage scroll.

"Yeah." Naruto said as he slightly blushed at her.

"Alright, kids it is time for lunch." Said Flamingo from the doorway as he looked around at the kids sitting around the large table with their work laying across it.

Yup Ibiki isn't happy, Jiraiya is in shock, Sarutobi is in the dog house, Flamingo always walks in at the time.
