Aizawa vs Shigaraki
Aizawa figured that was the best he'd get, so he charged to meet Shigaraki head on. Like before, he sent out his scarf only for the pale Villian to catch it. This time, Aizawa aimed for a kick, but it was blocked the same way as his elbow had been.
The main difference this time was that Aizawa had received some reprieve meaning he could maintain his Quirk. This also meant his shoe and foot weren't about to start decaying like his elbow had which left the two in a lock for a moment.
"That child has no hope of besting Nomu." The Villian informed. "He was bio-engineered to take down All Might. Beyond Shock Absorption, he's got Super Regeneration. Even without those Quirks, his strength and speed rival All Might's."
"Sounds tough." Aizawa took this chance to wrap the Villian in his scarf before pulling him in close. "Suppose that means I just got to render you unconscious quick and attempt to use my Quirk to erase his for my student."
Aizawa swung his scarf with all his might sending Shigaraki into the air.
"This is cheating…." The Villian began.
Aizawa pulled him down causing the Villian to impact harshly with the ground before walking up to his body. The guy was still conscious, so the teacher grabbed his head before smashing it into the ground hard enough to render him unconscious.
Rex vs Nomu
"Even though I'm no pro, I won't stand aside." Rex thought as he charged Nomu. "No matter what, I'll do everything I can to ensure the safety of my class."
Rex swung his right Smack Hand only for the Nomu to meet it with his fist. Their clash generated a shockwave that saw the Smack Hand shatter and sent the student flying back. The Nomu charged after him with his other fist cocked back.
This prompted Rex to swing his other Smack Hand, as hard as he could manage from his current position. They clashed again generating another shock wave. Like before, his second Smack Hand shattered, and he was now hurtling clear into the nearby forest.
Rex eventually came to a stop by smacking back first into the trunk of a tree before he somehow managed to slide down to his feet. "Okay, he's strong and fast." He rubbed some more blood from his mouth as he heard the Villian coming. "At this point, it's do or die."
Rex built his Big Fat Sword just as Nomu broke though the tree line. The Villian gave a guttural roar before charging. The class rep engaged his Battle Saw mode before swinging horizontally intending to cleave Nomu in half at the waist.
Unfortunately, the blade stopped halfway, and Nomu simply healed himself around the weapon effectively trapping the blade. Given Rex was connected to his build, this wasn't the best position to be in.
"This thing can regenerate much faster than I've ever managed!" Rex thought in shock.
Nomu's healing factor stomped whatever Rex had into the ground. He went about disassembling his blade, with the intention of garnering distance, only for Nomu to grab him in a bear hug. In that moment, Rex began attempting to build his Punk Busters.
The glowing blue panel lines ran along Rex's legs…only to vanish as Nomu began working to crush him. Now, he's never tested his durability before, but Rex was certain the screams of pain that escaped him meant he wasn't going to last long.
"There's got to be something I can do!" Rex thought. "I got to have some build that can help me out of this; otherwise, I'm not making it!"
At this point, Rex's nanites kicked in almost like they had back when Van Kleiss attacked, but it wasn't due to strong emotions this time. Every single one within Rex began glowing a brilliant blue in response to their user's survival. The glowing blue lines ran along Rex's entire body.
This time, they were followed by the gray metal fibers which shifted into a sort of orange and gray armor. It made him about as tall as All Might; however, it kept to Rex's proportions in terms of muscle. His new build lessened the pain to the point he could act.
"Stop Nomu. Stop Nomu. Stop Nomu."
The class rep reared back his head before slamming it into Nomu's forcing it to gaze at the ceiling above. He then utilized his legs to kick off the Villian hard enough that he was able to get free.
"Stop Nomu. Stop Nomu. Stop Nomu."
Rather than retreat, Rex charged Nomu.
Walkway
Kurogiri was slowly being sucked in by Thirteen's Quirk. "Ah, Blackhole. The Quirk that sucks up matter and turns it to dust. Such an astounding power; however, it's attached to a Rescue Hero which means you lack fighting experience or battlefield awareness."
He opened a void before himself and behind Thirteen resulting in her Quirk being turned against her. It tore open the back of her suit and likely even took some flesh off her back with how close it was. This utterly shocked the students on the walkway.
"How unfortunate." He declared. "You turned yourself into dust."
"I'm sorry." Thirteen apologized to the children as she fell to the ground. "He got me."
"Iida." Itsuka declared. "You need to go now!"
Tenya was stunned, but he had to use his Quirk to save his teachers and classmates. No matter how much he didn't like the thought of leaving them, he was the fastest they had immediate access to. The guy powered up his engines before making a break for the exit.
"A sheep attempting to escape from the wolves." Kurogiri moved after him. "I simply cannot allow that." A warp gate opened in his path. "If other Heroes arrive, it'll be harder for us to end All Might."
Iida was attempting to skid to a halt in an effort not to be sent away like the rest. Fortunately, Mezo came in fully ensnaring the warp gate and making it useless.
"Run now!" Mezo yelled.
Iida was back at it dashing for the exit. "I'll be back in a flash!"
"You impertinent child!" The shadow man yelled before chasing after him which only helped Ochaco spot some metal on his body. "You won't set foot outside."
"I'm so close." In just a few more feet, Tenya would reach the exit. "What if it's locked? Could I pry it open in time?"
"I have no time for this." Kurogiri was quickly starting to overtake Iida. "BEGONE!"
Collapse Zone
"SAY GOOD BYE!" Bakugo yelled.
He leveled an explosion into two Villains knocking them into the back wall. Kirishima was engaged in a battle with a blade wielder where his hardened skin managed to weather the blade until it broke.
He then knocked the stunned Villian out with one chop. Both were panting and surrounded by unconscious bodies of the Villains that had attempted to best them. Seemingly, they'd defeated everyone.
"Bunch of weaklings." Bakugo insulted.
"Alright, let's find the rest of our classmates." Kirishima declared. "Since we're both still in the USJ, the rest probably are to, and not all of them have the offensive skills we do. We got to make sure they're safe especially since we screwed things up by getting in the way earlier."
"If you want to track everyone down, be my guest." Bakugo retorted. "As for me, I'm going to destroy that warpy bastard."
"Huh?" Kirishima was stunned. "Our physical attacks didn't even phase that guy. C'mon, don't be an idiot man."
"Shut up!" Bakugo yelled as an invisible enemy closed in on him. "I'll take him down because he's their way in and out! If I cut off their escape route, they'll be stuck here and forced to pay for what they've done!"
As the invisible Villian attempted to stab him, Bakugo caught him by the head. After a single explosion, he knocked the guy out.
"Anyways, if all the Villains are small fries like these guys, then our classmates can handle them." Bakugo voiced.
"That reaction time was insane." Kirishima smiled. "Also, since when do you act calm and rational?"
"I'm always calm and rational." Bakugo declared angrily.
"Yeah, there you are." Kirishima stated.
Bakugo threw the Villian he'd just bested away before walking towards the exit. "Go find the others if you want."
"Hold on." Kirishima stopped him before hardening. "I think what you're really saying is that you believe in our classmates." He punched his fist together. "That is thinking like a man, Bakugo."
Walkway
Before the Villian could warp Tenya away, Ochaco grasped onto the metal she saw and used her Quirk making him easy to pick up.
"I don't know what your Quirk is, but you're wearing armor which means there's a body here." She threw him into the air. "RUN IIDA!"
"You pest!" Kurogiri yelled.
Tenya finally made it to the door and worked with all his might on prying it open. As for the Villian, he might be floating, but the mist around him could still move.
He sent it right for Iida. "I got you!"
"Not so fast!" Hanta declared.
He sent out his tape and caught the metal with it.
Itsuka then enlarged her hands and grabbed the tape. "Kaminari, get ready!" She pulled him in with all her might. "You have some sort of electric Quirk, so use it to put this guy to sleep."
Denki nodded before getting into position as electricity sparked around him. He caught the metal which caused his electricity to shock Villian and made him cry out in pain.
"Do us all a favor and go to sleep!" Denki yelled.
The Villian fell unconscious just as Tenya got the doors open enough to get outside. Once out, he sped off at top speed right for the academy. Itsuka then took Kurogiri's by the metal and held it tightly with her big fist.
"If he regains consciousness, I'll ensure he can't cause us any further problems." Itsuka declared.
Central Plaza
Aizawa finished binding Tomura, paying special attention to ensuring the hands were bound in a way he could not utilize them to decay his scarf should he awaken. The teacher then looked around only to spot Midoryia, Asui, and Ashido in the water nearby.
"Mr. Aizawa!" Izuku yelled as they all now ran towards him.
"What are you three doing here?" Aizawa knew his students had been teleported after he ended up taking his eyes off that misty Villian, but it appears they'd merely been teleported around the USJ. "You should have slipped away to the exit."
"Midoriya thought we should come help you and Salazar out." Tsu informed. "Mina and I ended up agreeing with him sir."
"Where is Rex?" Mina questioned worriedly as she couldn't see her friend.
Before Aizawa could respond, they all heard what sounded like the guy in question howling in pain from the nearby forest.
"Damn it, I made a mistake in letting him try to handle that." Aizawa gave the three of them his firm stare. "You three, take the leader here to the exit and keep an eye on him." He started running for the forest. "I'm getting Salazar, and none of you are to follow me!"
The three students shared uncertain looks. They were naturally worried about Rex; however, they knew crossing a direct order from their teacher wouldn't go over well. Suddenly, the howling stopped making Aizawa freeze in place and widen his eyes thinking the worst had happened.
"No, not again." Aizawa thought, devastated.
The others looked from their frozen teacher to each other knowing that a lack of sound, after howling in pain, usually wasn't a good sign. Almost immediately, they were fearing that the worst had befallen their classmate/friend.
Suddenly, Nomu came tumbling out the forest, past Aizawa and the students, shocking all of them. What walked out after was seemingly a machine; however, the familiar orange and gray immediately clued the four of them in. This must be one of Rex's builds.
"Can Rex do that?" Izuku asked, looking at Mina since she knew him longer.
"I mean, he didn't do that during the mock battle." Mina stated. "Given who Rex is, I think he'd use it."
"Maybe it has some sort of drawback." Tsu guessed. "Something more than whatever his normal stuff has."
"Salazar?" Aizawa questioned as his student walked past.
Rex didn't respond or even look at him. His gaze settled squarely on Nomu who was standing once more. At this point, he sprinted at the Nomu and threw punches at its face. This time, it was more prepared meaning the Villian would not be easily moved.
It tried to grab Rex, but he moved back prompting the Villian to follow. It wasn't long before he skidded to a halt allowing his opponent to draw close. As Nomu arrived, Salazar slammed home a couple of punches right into his opponent's torso making noticeable impacts.
As the Villian attempted to grab at him, Rex dodged to the right before getting behind the Villian and wrapping his arms around its waste. He picked Nomu up before suplexing him into the ground with all his might kicking up a huge amount of dust, wind, and debris.
"Whoa, are you seeing this!?" Mina exclaimed before smiling.
"No wonder people are talking about him being the next All Might." Tsu voiced.
"He just made that look easy." Midoriya thought stunned.
Rex walked out of the dust and debris as his build finally gave out, falling to scrap metal around him. "Stop…oh, it's disassembled." At this point, his body refused to walk another step, so he collapsed forward. "Uh, that was exhausting, and I'm starving."
Before he could hit the ground, Aizawa caught him on his back. "I got you."
"Thanks Mr. Aizawa." Rex groaned.
"That was amazing Rex!" Mina exclaimed as she, Izuku, and Tsu approached. "Why didn't you tell me about that build?"
"Didn't exactly have it until just a few minutes ago." Rex voiced with a weak smile. "While it's awesome, I'm popped. Even if I were at full energy, I don't think it'd change much beyond not feeling empty. Using that drained me."
Before anything further could be said, everyone heard cracking stone. They turned to see the dust and debris clearing which revealed Nomu buried in the ground to the point only his lower half was sticking out. He was currently thrashing to the point the ground was cracking.
"I thought planting him in the ground would contain him!"Rex exclaimed.
"It was a good attempt, but it wasn't enough." Aizawa looked at the others before attempting to pass Rex off to them. "Take Salazar and make a break for the exit. I'll do what I can to make sure the Villian doesn't follow."
"Mr. Aizawa, that Villian is stronger than any you've taken in a one-on-one." Izuku voiced as the cracking grew worse to the point Nomu could move more freely. "We can't leave you!"
"There's not much of a choice." Aizawa declared. "Take…"
In that moment, there was a large banging sound as the doors to the exit were punched in drawing everyone's attention. All Might walked in with his blazer in hand. Given the situation still wasn't wrapped up by this point, his presence gave everyone a sense of relief.
"I couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong, so I hurried over here only to run into young Iida alone the way." All Might declared. "He told me of the villainy at work here." He grimaced. "I can't believe all this went down while I was resting.
I hate to think of how frightened these children must have been. How hard my colleagues had to work to protect them. The only thing I can do now is reassure them as the Symbol of Peace." He reached the edge of the stairs. "Have no fear." He ripped off his tie. "For I am here!"
"He's here." Midoriya stated.
"Better late than never." Aizawa stated before all of them down in the central plaza suddenly turned as Nomu finally freed himself. "Especially since that thing is still up."
Nomu charged at the students and teacher; however, the number one wasn't about to let this Villian lay another hand on any of them. He sped in, drawing Nomu's attention. As they met, the two clashed fist generating a powerful shock wave.
Aizawa tightened his grip on Rex while ensuring he was secure on his back. "All Might, he's got Shock Absorption and Super Regeneration. If you get him into place, I can…"
"No need Aizawa." All Might began colliding fists with Nomu. "You focus solely on keeping the kids safe while I bring an end to this nightmare!"
The two began picking up the pace to the point the shockwaves they generated sent the onlookers skidding back.
"He's fighting the brain guy head on." Midoriya declared.
"Whoa, they're moving so fast." Mina commented.
"My colleague informed me one of your Quirks is Shock Absorption, not Shock Nullification." All Might declared as he began landing powerful body blows. "That means there's a limit to what you can take, right!?"
Nomu landed a shot on his old wound making it bleed, but All Might powered through. "It seems as though someone made you capable of fighting me. In that case, I'll go beyond my limits and force you to surrender."
He began overwhelming Nomu before sending it tumbling along the ground with one mighty punch. All Might then lept after him with Nomu recovering and doing the same in return.
"A real Hero…" Nomu landed a punch that All Might blocked as he was slammed into the ground. "…will always find a way for justice to be served."
He planted his feet his feet into Nomu and lept after him on his hands before coming down on top of the Villian. He pushed Nomu into the ground and rode him along it before grabbing the Villian. All Might lept high into the air, with his opponent, before spinning rapidly.
He eventually chucked the monster into the ground with all his might creating a crater and resulting in Nomu's body bouncing up just a bit. All Might was quick to land and prepared to finally put an end to this.
"Now for a lesson." He stood. "You may have heard these words before, but I'll teach you what they really mean." He cocked a fist back. "GO BEYOND…PLUS…" He slammed his fist all the way into Nomu's gut. "ULTRA!"
This sent Nomu crashing into and through the ceiling before sailing all the way out of the USJ. The Villain just kept going before no one could have possibly see him from the immediate area. At this point, a stunned Kirishima, Bakugo, and Todoroki joined the group.
"That was like the finishing move in a video game." Kirishima commented. "Man, I've never seen that kind of brute strength."
At this point, the five who had been here the entire time were too stunned to be shocked by their arrival.
"It was one tough Villian, Kirishima." Mina assured him.
"Imagine having power like that." Bakugo commented.
"He really is the best." Todoroki thought.
"Now, I'll see to getting the rest of the students." All Might looed to Shota. "I'll entrust you to see them back to the walkway."
"I got it." Aizawa nodded before All Might took off quickly to begin scouring the USJ. "Come on, we're heading to the walkway."
Mountain Zone
Almost as soon as the trio here managed to take down what they thought was the last Villian, one more appeared shocking Rikido into unconsciousness. He then took the student hostage.
"Get your hands up and no Quirks, got it?" He presented Rikido's body. "Use your powers, and I'll kill your friend here."
"Sato is helpless." Momo declared frustrated.
"Damn Villian." Kyoka stated angrily. "He totally caught us with our pants down."
Considering he had shocked Rikido, neither could take an immediate chance, so they put their hands up.
The Villian approved as he approached. "Alright, let's take this nice and slow."
"You know, you're rather lucky." Kyoka glanced at her amplifiers. "People with electric Quirks are destined for main stream success." This stopped the Villian. "I mean, even if you didn't want to be a Hero, there are plenty of jobs you could do in the city."
She moved her earphone jack down. "So, I'm wondering why you'd become a Villian in the first place. I mean, you don't have to answer." She was so close. "I'm just wondering and thought it might be interesting to learn your reasons."
"Nice try." He sparked electricity in his hand and held it near Rikido's head. "Think you can distract me that easily?"
"No, you're much too smart for that Villain." All Might's voice rang out before he chopped the Villian in the neck and recovered his student. "Distracting you to allow me a prime opportunity of attack is well within their capabilities though."
"All Might!" Both girls breathed a sigh of relief.
"You three did a great job keeping one another safe in the face of these odds." All Might smiled back at them. "Now, the nightmare is over. Come along, and I shall take you to the rest of your class."
This was the last zone All Might needed to check. With these three being here, he could safely say that all twenty students were accounted for. After a quick check, with a round of knock outs, he could also say that every Villian his students had bested were ready for the police.
USJ
Fortunately, after such a long day for those involved, none of them would be expected to help round up the Villains. Nezu had arrived with the other teachers who were more than willing to round the bodies and keep an eye on them until the police arrived.
Outside
Most of Class 1-A were gathered before Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi. "Thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen. With the three we rushed back to UA for Recovery Girl, that's everyone. Now, you've all been through a lot, so there's no need to question you right away."
"Detective, what about Mr. Aizawa?" Tsu asked.
"Our three classmates as well?" Momo added.
"What of Thirteen and All Might?" Iida finished.
"Mr. Aizawa, your classmates, and All Might weren't injured all that badly." Naomasa informed. "A decayed elbow, minor electrical damage, a simple broken finger, a case of exhaustion, and a simple wound are all well within Recovery Girl's capability to treat.
As for Thirteen, there's no real need to worry there either. Despite some fairly bad lacerations to the back, Thirteen will pull through good as new." Hearing all this sent a wave of relief over the remaining students. "Now, let's get you all back to UA."
Bakugo looked at the USJ before a mental image of that damn tin can popped into his head making him angry.
Kirishima called out to him. "Come on man, we're going back to class!"
"Yeah, I heard him ya idiot." Bakugo commented before walking over. "According to those who saw it, you apparently have one of those 'builds' that rivaled what All Might achieved against that bird brained freak." He clenched his fist. "If that's true, I'll beat it."
With Class 1-A returning to the academy, the teachers discussed the fact they'd need security upgrades while Naomasa still had business at UA. Before he could leave, he met the principal and got permission to inspect every inch of the school.
UA: Evening…
Denki had to go to his locker, but he was now on his way to meet up with Mina who had said she wanted to speak with him. On his way outside, he spotted Kirishima leaning against a wall as though he was waiting for someone. Apparently, that someone was him.
"There you are Kaminari." Kirishima approached and put a hand on his shoulder. "I'm not going to keep you long. Merely wanted to give you a word of advice after noticing some things and overhearing what Mina wants to talk about."
"Huh?" Denki questioned bewildered.
"If you ever break her heart, you won't escape me." The red head flashed him a wicked grin, and there was a dangerous gleam in his eyes before he was suddenly his usual self. "That said…" He patted Denki's shoulder. "Good luck."
"Yeah…okay." Denki replied, stunned.
The red head nodded before taking off. Just as he resolved to continue, he saw Mina making her way towards him.
"Mina?" Denki questioned. "I thought you wanted to meet outside?"
"Hey." She spoke with an uncharacteristically quiet voice. "I got impatient." Her cheeks blushed lilac. "Look, this incident today was eye opening, and I realized something. Out of everything that could have/did happen, I'd have only had one regret.
All my life, no one has given a slacker like me a second look, you know? When you saw me, your first thought wasn't to scream or laugh. You thought I was beautiful. After getting to know you more, you're someone I want to see where it could go with."
Denki couldn't deny that he liked the sound of that; however, things have changed. In the short time he's known Rex and Mina, both have impacted him. He recognized that fully to the point he couldn't just immediately accept this.
"I thought you wanted to take things slower than this?" Denki asked.
"I did, but my gut is telling me I can't afford to." Mina responded. "So, what do you say? Want to give us a shot?"
Denki smiled. "I'd like that."
Ashido now gave a cheery smile as relief overcame her. She had no idea where things would go with Denki, but she was glad to have the chance to find out. As for Kaminari, now that he knew this was what she wanted, he was happy to have this opportunity.
Nurse's Office: Night…
"Hey, I think hermano is waking up." It was a familiar voice.
Rex was slowly opening his eyes. "Caesar?"
He opened them fully to see not just his brother, but his parents as well.
"Well, someone's had quite the experience." Rafael commented.
"Hello, papi." Rex slowly sat up before looking at his mother. "Hello mami. Sorry if I worried you."
"We're just glad you're safe." Violetta spoke genuinely. "Also, we're very proud of you."
"I'll say." Rafael smiled. "From what we heard, you did your best to save your classmates and teacher."
"Throughout it, you made a build that has some serious power." Caesar smiled. "We'll have to get you working on it to counteract the negatives we heard about."
"Another negative is that build isn't exactly cooperative." Rex voiced. "While I was using it, I had to constantly direct it with the thought of stopping Nomu."
"You don't say." Caesar rubbed his chin. "Well, the fact that it could be directed lends itself well to eventually being in your control, like any prior build to it."
Rex kept talking with his family about what happened as he slowly began to move about more. Once he could get out of bed, it was time they took him home for a proper rest, but not before stopping off somewhere as hunger overrode Rex's desire to sleep.
Today, Class 1-A fought against overwhelming odds earlier than practically any other class would have. While it did not come without injury, every one of them still survived in the end. Through it all, they emerged stronger than ever.
Japan: Night…
Tomura Shigaraki was within the same truck as Kurogiri. While the former was merely bound and his Quirk suppressed, the latter had that done to him along with being rendered unconscious. As the truck moved, Tomura was fuming at having been bested.
It was only made worse by the fact that he learned All Might showed up after Eraser Head had rendered him unconscious. The 'Symbol of Peace' would then go onto defeat Nomu. Suddenly, he was snapped out of his fuming by the truck stopping.
This was followed by the sense they were moving up before a crimson portal opened on the wall resulting in Shigaraki's eyes widening. The thin man knew what this meant, and it was confirmed by Van Kleiss entering through the portal followed by two others.
The first of these was a man with all the features of a bipedal wolf. He was decked out in grayish blue armor. The second was a female with two larger arms and two smaller arms beneath those. She wore a white blouse with a black shirt indicating a school uniform.
"Van Kleiss." Tomura spat venomously.
"Isn't this interesting?" Kleiss smirked. "Tomura failed in his endeavor to kill All Might, and he was captured. Hm, it's almost like you didn't have someone warning you against this."
"Did you just come to gloat?" Shigaraki questioned.
Tomura never liked this man even if he was his master's partner.
"Well, it's not all I've come for." Van Kleiss chuckled. "I mean, as your secondary mentor, I think gloating is a given, but I've also come to free you. After all, you are important to your master which makes you important to me and my goals. Biowulf, if you'd please."
"Understood." Biowulf declared.
He slashed through the bindings before catching the still unconscious Kurogiri.
"Now Breach, if you'd please?" Van Kleiss asked, and she nodded in turn before opening her crimson portal. "Come along Shigaraki."
Despite not particularly liking the man, Tomura did begrudgingly respect, and sometimes listened to, him by proxy of his relation to master. As such, he entered the portal followed by Van Kleiss, Biowulf holding Kurogiri, and finally Breach.
Outside, the truck was suspended above the street by numerous vines. Sirens from the police vehicles that had been part of the convoy were going off. Within the cab of the suspended truck, the driver and his passenger were suddenly returned by a crimson portal.
Bar
The crimson portal appeared allowing the group of Villains to emerge.
"Captured, all those underlings wiped out, and even Nomu was beaten." Tomura approached a TV screen at the other end of the bar. "We failed. Those kids were so strong, and it's clear the Symbol of Peace wasn't weakened. You were wrong master."
"No, I wasn't." The screen displayed 'Sound Only' while a male voice came through. "We just weren't as prepared as we should have been."
"What of the creature the master and I created?" A new, male voice pipped up. "Where is Nomu?"
"Breach, if you would?" Van Kleiss asked.
A crimson portal appeared above before Nomu was deposited right in the center of the bar, silent and unmoving as he was awaiting direction.
"You have never disappointed me Van Kleiss." The first voice commented. "In the end, you brought back Tomura and the two most important pieces."

Rex's Full Evo Form. Of course, he had this in his cartoon; however, it turned him into a colossal, uncontrolled being which doesn't inherently work in this setting. As we've seen with Mt. Lady, it can restrict your Hero work to an extent, and it'd be hard to utilize this around potential allies. Even with people as strong as All Might and later Izuku, there is still some level of teamwork involved to certain extents. As such, I reduced the size to something manageable.
As for its restrictions in this universe, it comes with the standard drain on his hunger with the added bonus of taking away from his stamina. As time goes on, this is something he can work to decrease which would then increase the time he can spend in that form. There is also the current downside of how unless Rex is focused on a goal, the build will go out of control. This is something else he'll need to work on. For the time being, it'll make him think twice about using this form.
As for how strong base Full Evo is, no extra builds overtop and with its current restrictions, I'd place him under USJ Nomu given he just would not have enough time to put the thing to bed like All Might did here and in canon. Once Rex has fully synced up with this build and can then build one build over top of it, I'd put him on level with current All Might. By current All Might, I mean canon All Might who beat the USJ Nomu. Once Rex can build two builds overtop Full Evo, that will put him above.
For those of you who worry that's where he'll cap, remember that the more Rex understands engineering and the stronger his body, the stronger his builds. Beyond even that, there is a stronger evo form I can draw from and more builds he can acquire later to bolster himself further. Now, onto the rest of this chapter. With Rex salvaging the situation before it became dire, and the teacher/student pair knocking everyone else out prior, Shigaraki could not beat Aizawa.
With Nomu distracted, Kurogiri unconscious, and Aizawa not about to drop his Erasure again, Tomura had nothing, at this point, he could have done to prevent his capture. Speaking of Kurogiri, with Itsuka here, it's more likely they'd go for his capture than simply tossing him away. This left all Might a fairly straightforward fight granting him that little extra time to then secure the remaining students. Ultimately, this turns out better than in canon...just not for long.
In the end, Van Kleiss, Biowulf, and Breach are wrapped up with these Villains leading to Tomura, Kurogiri, and the USJ Nomu not being captured for long. What you got to remember is that there is no huge nanite event to effectively give Van Kleiss land to rule. As such, I've had to tweak his motivations and role a bit, which will be expanded on, just a bit to effectively utilize him. His presence is going to have some big implications in as early as the latter half of season 2.

Maximum Rhapsody: What is Rex's limit in this universe? That is something to quantify. I can't exactly, at this time, quantify where he stands at his absolute pinnacle, but by the nature of the story, I will say he'll have surpassed prime All Might at some point. As for the OVA's, I think all of them aside from Training of the Dead will be utilized. Evos don't exist in this world. Rafael, Caesar, and Rex are the only people who were born with nanites because that was their Quirk.
They were born with them. Rex's Quirk, by poxy of evolving beyond his father's and brother's, was reclassified to Evo. As for battling Pro Heroes, you don't really see other Pro Heroes battle each other beyond vying for the top spots in the rankings. Aside from situations like the Rescue Training OVA, training with whoever he mentors with after the Sports Festival, and the final exams, he wouldn't just go around fighting Pro Heroes.
