"Sir. We got them captured. All that's left is for the backup to pick them up."
"Good. 393, you have officially been promoted to chief officer."
"Really? Thank you so much sir!"
"Yes, yes. Is 342 there yet?"
"No sir…"
"What?!"
"Sorry sir."
"She better have killed them by the end of the day."
"Wait, sir, I just saw the warehouse blow up,"
"You mean they're killed?"
"I would think so, though that's not really my job, sir."
"Are you sassing me?"
"No sir. Sorry sir. I don't know for sure. You should ask the killer,"
"342?"
"342."
"Good idea. Now, you can leave."
"Thank you sir."
Larousse City, Hoenn. 28th July 2033. 3:52pm.
Misty turned around to face Older Paul. "What do we do?" she asked. Older Paul hugged Belle tighter. "I don't know. Ask the others." he suggested as he tried to make his daughter go back to sleep. Misty sighed and turned to Ash. "Ash, do we have a plan to get out of here?" Ash frowned. "Wish we did…I'm not usually the plan guy. Why don't you ask Gary?" he suggested. Misty groaned but complied.
"Gary?" "Hmm?" "Do you have a plan?" "No. Ask Leaf?" "No, sorry. Ask May?" "No." "No." "No." "UGH!" Misty groaned. Drew peered over. "What's up?" he asked casually. It made Misty's blood boil. "Well, first of all, does nobody have the ability to come up with a fucking plan in this room?!" she seethed. Drew looked at her weirdly. "I have a plan," he told her gently. Misty snapped. "WHY THE FUCKING HELL DID YOU NOT TELL ME SOONER, YOU SON OF A BITCH!" she yelled. Drew turned away. "I won't tell you if you insult me either," he stated firmly.
"Shhh…" Older Paul hushed them, glaring. Drew and Misty groaned lightly and turned away.
Misty took a deep breath. "Tell me, before I throw you next to that pile of shit," "Not that bad." "With my foot." "Oh." Drew took a small step away from her. "Well, onto the plan," he gave her a sarcastic grin. Misty rolled her eyes. Drew raised a brow.
"Anyways," he began. "Here's the plan…"
After Belle had woken up from her nap, they put the plan in action. Older Paul passed Belle over to Older Dawn and held out his palm to Dawn, who handed him a face oil. Working quickly, he quickly slathered the liquid onto Drew's legs; as he was wearing shorts. Drew swiftly took of his running shoes, careful not to make a sound. The others pushed against the rope, making the rope in front of Drew tight.
Due to him doing multiple sports, he had a very good physique. He easily did a pull up and his legs slid right out, thanks to the oil. He slowly crept behind the pillar, making sure to be silent. Once there, he untied the rope. The others sighed quietly, happy to be able to feel their limbs again. Older Paul handed Ash the oil. "Be careful." he warned as they all ran through the open window.
Ash sighed. "You gotta do, what you gotta do," he muttered under his breath as he set the oil down near the ropes. Slowly, he crept onto the windowsill and grabbed a piece of glass that they'd seen lying around. He picked up the glass and shined it down on the oil, using the sun's heat beating down on them to assist.
"Kid, what're you doing?" A rocket yelled, pointing to Ash. Ash started to sweat as the rockets approached him. Please work! Please work! He screamed in his head. Just as the rockets reached him, the oil sparked. Surprised, the rockets turned to the source. Ash quickly jumped down and ran away from the building to his friends in the woods. "I'm here!" he panted. Paul nodded.
Behind them, they heard a loud explosion followed by screams. Ash hung his head as they raced deep into the woods, away from the trainer path. I killed people he thought as they went back into the city, following Older Dawn's instructions.
